Imagine if Silly Funny Comic had lampooned something related to Christianity. Do you think Twitter would have suspended their account? Neither do I.
“Twitter Suspends Comic Strip For Lampooning Islamic Law,” Creeping Sharia, February 8, 2017:
…outrage is building over increasingly Orwellian suspensions of conservatives – the latest being a 2 week old account which was apparently way too honest about Social Justice Warriors (activist idiots). “He He Silly Comics” (@sillyfunnycomic) set up shop over at Twitter on January 20th and began tweeting hilarious comics which immediately began picking up steam.
It was THIS comic, however, which apparently sent Twitter off the deep end:
Since being banned on Twitter, you can find Silly Funny Comic over at gab.ai

Face book, Tweeter and the rest of are all going unchecked and need to be stopped. m
Carolyne says
The only way to stop them is to stop using them. I wouldn’t be on either one. At first it was because of their being able to track me down but now it is because of their censorship. When Zuckerberg gave all of that hi tech equipment to “Clock Boy,” one could see two things. Zuckerberg is on Islam’s side and he believes in censorship. Oh yeah! He’s dumb as a sack of rocks, too.

Surely some conservative multimillionaire could create a social media for Libertarians/Conservatives/Free Speech lovers where we don’t have to deal with Face Book, Twitter and Google!
Know Thy Enemy says
Alternatives do exist but they are so little known that if you post something there, virtually no one would read/see it. The ugly fact is that Facebook, Twitter, and Google have near monopoly on social media.
For this reason we really have no option but to demand that these SM giants behave like American companies. All three of these companies, and many more, are based in the US because of our extremely pro-speech rules and policies. In any other country (including other western countries) these companies would be getting fined for this or that offence every single day. None of these companies can profitably survive if they were not based in the US.
And how do they treat the citizens of the country whose laws protect these companies Free Speech rights? By censoring their speech and suspending their accounts over political biases! We need to call them out for their shameless hypocrisy and DEMAND that they either stop being speech bullies or move their home-offices somewhere else. Let’s see how long they stay in business with their home-office in ANY other country of the world.
Mac-101 says
Unfortunately it ain’t gonna happen. Just like the MSM they’ll go bankrupt and sell out to Slim or the Oil Ticks first before they turn on their globalist handlers. Perhaps if there were alternatives as you mentioned, a little publicity like from TRUMP changing from Tweeter to whatever would bring a massive flow of traffic!
Know Thy Enemy says
The alternative to Twitter is https://gab.ai/ The good thing about Gab is that its founder, Andrew Torba started it precisely because of complaints against Twitter’s censorship of conservatives.
IMO you have made a good suggestion that President Trump should help publicize Gab.
Facebook and Youtube (Google) however are another matter. Alternatives to them exist but they are very specialized. A REAL practical alternative simply does not exist.
Also, a thing that we need to realize regarding Facebook is that it gives us an opportunity to share our message with EVERYONE out there (since almost everyone in the world has access to Facebook). When Facebook suspends our accounts (or locks us out) it greatly hampers our efforts to spread what we believe. People already have a tendency to not want to know what they don’t like, so when Facebook restricts conservatives’ speech, those people learn nothing except the propaganda that is not banned by Facebook.
For this reason, we DO need to strongly protest Facebook’s attitude of censorship and keep protesting until they change their attitude. We have to do this or else people will never know that they are being fooled by propagandists.
Mac-101 says
Thanks for the info. I doubt we can crack the Facebook code though. Zuckerman is way to in debt with the devil!

Good idea!

Wonderful idea.
We could also use another media outlet.

I clicked the link to gab.ai to join but you have to be let in. I was given a waiting list #453814, why put up such a block and curtail freedom of speech to those with alternate viewpoint? No wonder they are little known and unpopular.

America does have quite powerful anti-trust laws some of which have been in place for over 100 years.
The problem is that the Executive has broad power to either turn a blind eye, or to decide not to enforce anti-trust rules against the president’s buddies.
Barry and his girls (like W before him) gave Google, Facebook, Twitter etc. a pass on anti-trust and tax violations. In return, the social media giants provided and propaganda/censorship services and confidential user information on ALL Americans.
Google CEO Eric Schmitt campaigned for Hillary.

I’m sure they’ll be welcome in Sweden. This la la land…

The dogma of tolerance is so blindly accepted by the Left that if anyone says they have hurt feelings, the Left calls it a ‘hate crime’.
The discriminatory dogma of Islam has no such rule. Sharia law applies to all non-Muslims, whether their feelings are hurt or not.
DFD says
And I thought sharia was designed to hurt non-Muslims.
Confusing….
bernie says
I meant to say “in *most* kuffar countries. I’m not denying that discrimination and mistreatment towards Muslims does exist in majority non-Muslim nations, of course.
gravenimage says
Very true, DFD. Shari’ah is intended to humiliate and hurt Infidels.
bernie says
Some years back, there was a cartoon in which a boy wearing a crucifix was pointing in horror at a girl wearing a hijab. The insinuation seemed to be that Christians are bigoted and Islamophobic.
The reality is that Christians and other non-Muslims face horrific persecution and discrimination in a number of Muslim-majority nations, while Muslims encounter comparatively little discrimination in kuffar countries.
And, as many people have said, imagine a cartoon in which a kid wearing a hijab or other Muslim attire was pointing in horror at a kid who was wearing a crucifix, a yarmulke (aJewish skullcap or kippah), or Buddhist robes, etc. There would be outrage from many Muslims in response.

What’s the big deal? I think this comic is funny. *sarcasm*

The anti trust laws should start to be applied right about now. Nothing like competition.

They did the same thing to Microsoft.

FB and especially Twitter come across as extensions of school-days for many.
It isn’t a clique without the outsiders and ‘non-belongers’.

The suspensions will continue until the critics of SJW start portraying themselves as a minority being oppressed. Or take it the next step and pass as an ethnic group or even a different race. C’mon, read a little Alinsky – rule #4: Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. Long live Kekistan!

Twitter, facebook, google, they all support the islamists. Can’t win the fight on there they’ll make sure of it. I love the internet and most of the massive changes it brings about, but social media to me equals cancer. It’s mob-mentality in digital age. Every time I hear or read someone say we live in social media age I feel like throwing up, out of all the beautiful things we can do with the internet.. this really?
Mac-101 says
The big question is that the above social media are owned by the Elites in support of the Global agenda. Why is Islam protected and encouraged to grow like a cancer in the Western World? It does NOT bode well for us, da little people.
Avon says
Yeah because they are globalists I guess. They are worried banning muslims or refugees cuts into their workforce and/or customer base and lowers the stock price. They want more people on this planet so they have more customers, and bigger chance of attracting new talent. That’s all they see I think. Seeing as the islamists and the leftists are prone to boycotting, we might have to do some boycotting ourselves in order to get things to change. Kind of hard when they all are globalists.
Mac-101 says
Amen!

I have never used Twitter. I tried Facebook and it frightened me to realise that the old adage “Empty vessels make most sound” is true.
Google’s Youtube seems okay to me. I can watch Pat Condell and a lot of other subversives.
Carolyne says
I do occasionally watch YouTube. I’m interested in archaeology and the Time Team is often very interesting. Also, as a Sinatra fan I sometimes pull up some of his old songs. I do not participate in any social media. I text or email my friends and never use Twitter or Facebook.
Creole Gumbo says
Agree.
I have never used it and have no intention to start.
