Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Church of England spokesman: “Children should be forced to learn about Islam”

Apr 29, 2017 11:38 am By Christine Douglass-Williams

The Church of England has called for parents to lose the right to withdraw their children from religious education classes – because some parents are apparently using it to pull their children out of lessons on Islam.

This shocking encroachment upon the rights of parents is being justified by the Church of England’s essentially accusing parents of being ignorant for trying to deny their children exposure to “other faiths” and “world views.” Nonsense. Never before has there been any controversy about parents not wanting their children exposed to “other faiths” until Islamic supremacists burst into Western society with their full-fledged war on infidels and ambitions to conquer the “House of War,” not to mention the routine cursing of Christians and Jews during Friday prayers and the condemnation of the accursed people (Jews) and the astray people (Christians) during the daily repetitions of the Fatiha. Parents have every right to be concerned about the Islamic indoctrination of their children and to fight for their rights against what amounts to a “fatwa” by the Church of England.

Derek Holloway, the head of RE in the Church of England’s education office, has called for that right to be removed from parents and for their children to be taught other world religions regardless of the parents’ views

In America, Islamic indoctrination has also become a worrying issue. The Christian Action Network stated on its website:

The United States Department of Education has developed an Islamic indoctrination program for public schools called, ‘Access Islam.’ The lesson plans are written for grades 5 through 12. They include worksheets and videos to help students perform the 5 Pillars of Islam – prayer, fasting, alms giving, pilgrimage to Mecca and the proclamation of Muslim faith.

In Canada, Islamic indoctrination has also concerned parents, with unvetted sermons allowed by the Peel District School Board.

“Church of England Spokesman: ‘Children Should Be Forced to Learn About Islam’”, by Donna Rachel Edmunds, Breitbart, April 28, 2017:

The Church of England has called for parents to lose the right to withdraw their children from religious education classes – because some parents are apparently using it to pull their children out of lessons on Islam.

Currently parents can choose for their children not to take part in religious education (RE) lessons, and can do so without giving a reason.

But Derek Holloway, the head of RE in the Church of England’s education office, has called for that right to be removed from parents and for their children to be taught other world religions regardless of the parents’ views.

“Seemingly [some parents] do not want their children exposed to other faiths and world views, in particular Islam. We are concerned that this is denying those pupils the opportunity to develop the skills they need to live well together as adults,” he told The Times.

He added: “Anecdotally, there have also been some cases in different parts of the country of parents with fundamentalist religious beliefs also taking a similar course. This is not confined to any one particular religion or area of the country.”

In a blog post on the Church of England’s Facebook page, he insisted that children should be taught about all religions to prepare them for life as global citizens.

“Religions are global in their reach and are global in their organization. The UK is part of a global community and so the time is now right to consider the RE curriculum content balance in global terms rather than in terms of parochial English census data,” he wrote.

The Church of England runs approximately 4,700 schools, of which around 200 are secondary or middle schools. The Church is, therefore, responsible for educating around a million children each year.

However, although Government guidelines stipulate that religious education must reflect that “the religious traditions of Great Britain are in the main Christian”, they continue that it must take “account of the teaching and practices of the other principal religions”.

In his blog, Mr. Holloway supported this principle, writing: “Church schools are not ‘Faith schools for the faithful, they are church schools serving the community’. Therefore, we do not seek to deliver a Religious Education (RE) curriculum suitable only for those from Christian backgrounds but a Religious Education that is an essential component of an education that enables all the pupils we serve from all faiths and none to flourish and be prepared for life in modern Britain.

He added: “The right of withdrawal from RE now gives comfort to those who are breaking the law and seeking to incite religious hatred.”

However, Mr. Holloways’ blog has raised concerns from parents over state interference. Martin Earnest commented: “This is an appalling proposal and crosses the line too far of church interfering in the State and privacy of conscience.

“I will be pulling my child from RE to avoid religious indoctrination via the State.”

Another reader, Eric Norton, accused the church of hypocrisy, taking issue with Mr. Holloways assertion that church schools are not faith schools….”

If the Church of England still teaches that Christ is The Way, The Truth and The Life, I too am okay with letting young Christians know about the teachings of Muhammad ….. as long as it is also shown to the students that many of Muhammad’s teachings are in direct conflict with the words of Christ and, therefore, cannot be accepted as true since MUHAMMAD WAS A FALSE PROPHET. I wonder though if those in positions of responsibility will ensure that this point is made absolutely clear. (Are you listening also, Pope Francis?)

Henry VIII taking over the Church was effectively England’s original Brexit, and thereafter it effectively became His/Her Majesty’s Department of God with the Powers-That-Be in control in the Boardroom. So, although the Cross remains as its logo and Jesus officially remains the Patron, ‘acceptable policy’ as to what constitutes ‘The Way, The Truth and The Life’ is heavily influenced by the ‘Directors’ in Government, who also approve the appointment of Bishops. So, assuming it hasn’t already happened, when the first imams are appointyed to the House of Lords…….

“Don’t understand what is so appealing about Islam.”

What is appealing about Islam is the same thing that is appealing about being a Nazi or a member of the Klan or a member of the Politburo, or any other supremacist belief system.

You are special and superior and part of a powerful group, entitled to rule over others. In the case of Islam you are entitled to the Infidels stuff and more importantly, his women.

No thinking required, in fact it is prohibited. Instant “family” and a murderous group of Jihadis to defend you no matter what outrage you commit against the “Unbelievers.”

Murder, theft and rape are rewarded with the promise of Paradise.

Do not underestimate the appeal of Islam to our worst nature – and never forget how and why it works.

key points, Davegreybeard … It appeals to the darkest, most violent, brutal and cruel parts of human nature. Unfortunately, we are capable of the worst brutalities — Islam is a brutality that is carried out by humans against humans. What happens that a man, or woman, can become so devoid of conscience? So devoid of any feeling for another human being? I don’t know. It doesn’t anybody else quite knows, either, because Islam is 1400 years old, and continues to grow … somehow the very, very dark side within each of us, is played out in Islam.

Derek Holloway should be relieved from his post immediately. You call yourself The Church of England?
Why don’t you control what Islamic children are taught at school? You and Part of the US education should be so ashamed of yourselves. And you call yourself a Christian? If everything would have been normal, people still would have the right to refuse teachings about Islam, like we had in school when they taught us about the Bible, some Catholics left class for half an hour and the few Jewish people ( the few ones who survived the 2nd world war) and cam back after the half hour was over.
They were always free in their or their parents choices.
Mr Holloway, have you seen the video about the latest crime in Pakistan, done by muslims, at a school
they took the teacher poured gasoline over him in front of the children and burned him to death, then they took the children outside in the garden and beheaded them all. You see the parents looking for their beheaded children. Do we show that to our children, no, it is to horrible, and you want them to learn about Islam? They will have to stay as far away from Islam as possible. My children will never be allowed to learn about ” the religion of peace”. We should send all those horrible movies all over the world. Read the koran and know where you are responsible for. Mortimer is right, it is a horrible DEATH CULT, the most violent religion in the world. I can’t even call it a religion and you are a Christian?

Here’s part of Derek Holloway’s approach to teaching about Islam:

      http://slideplayer.com/slide/7735249/

It suggests playing a song by Yusuf Islam (the former Cat Stevens) but probably does *not* teach that he expressed his approval over the death Fatwa on Salman Rushdie, saying he would point out the victim so Muslims could slaughter him.

It also mentions Zain Bhikha, who is a blatant Taqiyya artist, claiming that Islam is all sweetness and light and helping out your fellow man.

One disgusting example is “A is for Allah”, which includes the Shehada right in the song, so any clueless Infidel tots singing along become Muslims without even realizing it. *Ugh*.

    ==================.

    France: – It’s by now for over a year in the state of national emergency. That’s just below martial law. The extreme riots by Antifa(Antifascists) and the Muslims recently, in 25 cities, towns and districts, have come to rest, ceased. Now it’s all back to normal, national emergency. ‘Normal’: no civil disturbance, rioting, assaults etc. just peaceful; and about 1 million soldiers on French streets. Oh, it also means 500 wounded police officers per months – well, we mustn’t be alarmist about this, mustn’t we? Otherwise we could develop apocalyptic views. Naahh, things wont turn bad. {PI-News}

Macedonia: – In order to have peace the EU and NATO have arranged for a deal (a while ago): Ethnic Albanians (Muslims) will ***always*** form part of the government, represented by the ‘other’ Macedonians, the Christians. This “balance” became recently unglued, all Albanian parties of Macedonia (!) demanded special rights. With representation by and from Albania itself, with the explicit right to secede should a majority of the Albanians so decide. That is to say, split Macedonia and create a greater/larger Albania. Now the Socialists *Social Democrats) and the smaller Communists agreed and formed a coalition, ousting the elected, Christian gov., i.e., the VMRO. The VMRO won by a large majority over the other parties, but due to the sponsored peace arrangement and the new left wing coalition the gov became defunct. And Macedonia was on the verge of become a Muslim dominated state.

The Macedonians reacted in anger, stormed their parliament, with the help of the police, and reinstalled their elected gov. Sounds good? No! The EU is concerned about the “putsch”, so is NATO. The W European MSM? It is also concerned about the anti democratic activities of the Neo-Fascists. Yes, the Christian majority who restored their elected government are Neo-Fascists. Of course, the free media in W Europe also demands that the (unelected) majority government is restored – majority in the number of coalition parties, not votes. Well there will soon be peace keepers, I am sure. Those Neo-Fascists, that is to say the Christian majority or rather actual, real Macedonians, must be taught a lesson! On the other hand, there seems to be a more urgent problem, by name of Orban.

Malta/Hungary: – Junkers, head of the EU, met with G. Soros on Malta to hold confidential talks about the future of Hungary. OK, OK, about Hungary’s obstinance in accepting ‘quota-refugees’. Isn’t it amazing that the head of the EU needs to discuss that with Soros, in private, or, ‘behind closed doors’?

Perhaps Robert Spencer could test all cardinals for competence on Islamic teaching as a prerequisite for assuming their positions? It would be entertaining to see their scores on purely factual questions. Prince Charles probably wouldn’t be able to find the blank to fill in his name….

This creates double work for students: learn the false narrative, then go home and learn from your parents the truth, if your parents are competent to teach it.

I recently spoke with a colleague who grew up in the former Soviet Union. She related that, even as a child, it was obvious that some things being taught were false. Life became dualistic: the falsities you had to claim out loud and the truth you knew and had to keep to yourself. Hard to believe that the UK prefers to abandon free thought for this dedication to official lies.

I wont deny that, but if religions are taught to children, the children should be taught both the good and bad side of a religion. I’m sure Ba’al worshipers had a lot more going for them than baby sacrifice, but … If children can’t handle complexity at a certain age, schools shouldn’t teach them until they can handle it. One wouldn’t waste time and money teaching a class of average 6-year-olds calculus.

If kids learned the truth about Islam, that would be fine. But they get the whitewashed, sanitised version that does not actually exist. I am a born again Christian. The Church of England is mostly a caricature of Christianity (for sure there are exceptions). Even in its own country it is considered by most utterly irrelevant. I was forced to attend church as a child. To me, eternity was an Anglican church service. Even the C of E’s motivation is false. What Muslim will be forced to learn about Christianity and so learn to live in harmony? In reality the C of E is continuing its pro Muslim agenda. It is no better than Catholicism. It has always (in my lifetime) espoused the view that Islam worships the same God as the Christians and the Jews. This is patently false. Real Christianity is not a religion, it is a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Way too many people appropriate the name “Christian” but have no idea what it means in reality.

England was won on the Battlefield by the Roundheads and Oliver Cromwell. The Constitution of America is the same mistake as the Edict of Nantes, the idea that religious freedom can be protected by a piece of paper. The Edict of Nantes was revoked all Protestant churches in France were burned down all Protestants were dispossessed of their property and fled to America England Canada South Africa etc.
Their is no Constitution in England that protects religious freedom the Monarchy was restored after Cromwell died. You have to pass a Divinity test to get a graduation certificate in England. Religion in England is compulsory. The Church of England is the state church. You are obviously an American who has no idea as to why the Pilgrims fled England on the Mayflower. There is no freedom of speech in England either. England is NOT a free country. I grew up in England for 25 years.

Church of England spokesman: “Children should be forced to learn about Islam”
    ………………………..

*Forced*? That’s *never* a good way to start things off…

And given the likely complete whitewash of Islam, this is all the worse.

    More:

“Seemingly [some parents] do not want their children exposed to other faiths and world views, in particular Islam. We are concerned that this is denying those pupils the opportunity to develop the skills they need to live well together as adults,” he told The Times.
    ………………………..

The only way to live together without Muslims slaughtering us is to submit to Islam. Is this what the appalling dhimmi Derek Holloway has in mind?

If I didn’t believe so strongly in free speech I’d say this guy ought to be forced to shut up. What a “nonce”, as they say over there.

“Church schools are not ‘Faith schools for the faithful, they are church schools serving the community’

Time for the Church of England to decide just whose side they are on. Are they servants of God or servants of the Government. The separation of church and state debate in America is almost a polar opposite to Britain where the church to too entangled in the State. Where the monarch in effect becomes leader of Christianity in England. And the State funds church schools. The pressure is now on for the church to compromise core values and beliefs to maintain it’s funding and leading religion role.

Sadly the church of England is so PC and anti-british it is more concerned about immigrants and their culture than it is about the British christian natives and their culture.the church of england should be teaching christian values.

But of course no one would dare suggest that children be required to take a course in the teachings of Christianity.

Such a requirement would result in a destruction of the schools, the firing of teachers and administrators – or perhaps even their execution by adherents of the Great Religion of Peace.

Because the elites/controllers of the West are in FAVOR of Islam destroying the West, we westerners are likely going to have to see blood in the streets before we get Muslims and their Islam out of our civilization.

Nothing we are doing now seems to be making much headway; in fact, we are seeing more and more attacks and murders of westerners by Muslims every day – and we know that the MSM is covering for many that we never see.

Indeed. Children should be forced to learn about islam. There’s absolutely no time to waste. Non muslims of all ages, everyone very much needs to sufficiently educate themselves about islam. Muslims also.

All need to learn the TRUTH.

Sadly, many muslims, most in fact, whether to a lesser or greater extent, already know the ugly truth. This urgent endeavour of imparting and acquiring a necessary understanding of the inconvenient truth of islam is mainly to ensure non muslims wake up in time and so do whatever’s necessary to prevent everyone else having to instead learn that hideous truth the hard way.

It’s not WHETHER they teach about religions that matters, it’s WHAT they teach about them that matters. If they explain that they are all just made-up superstitions that people believed in long ago, that’s fine – bring it on.

I think the main point is teaching that Islam is *violent* and presents a threat to us.

This is exactly what is not being taught in most cases. Instead, they get a whitewash which will lull them into a false sense of security.

OK children, today we’re having a “Top Ten” quiz on Islam:

    1) What is the meaning of Abrogation in the Koran?
    2) What is the meaning of Taqiyah? Give a modern-day example of Taqiyah.
    3) What is the penalty for leaving Islam?
    4) What is the punishment for being “gay” under Sharia?
    5) How old was Muhammad’s last wife, Aisha, when they consummated their marriage?
    6) How should a Muslim man treat his wife if she is disobedient?
    7) True or False: Muhammad ordered the murder of those who mocked or criticised him.
    8) True or False: Muhammad taught that women were intellectually inferior to men.
    9) True or False: “Muhammad’s conduct (theft, murder, rape, misogyny, paedophilia, etc.) is considered to be the “Perfect Example of Conduct” for a Muslim man.
    10) True or False: Jihadi terrorists can and do cite verses from the Koran to explain and justify their terrorism.

    “Church of England”.
What does that say? That the church is the establishment church, the official church, and carries out the wishes of the government of England.
It has ceased to be a Christian church, and is now in the service of the English government which is bringing Muslims in to replace the Christians.

All other religious students should demand special accommodation for a room to pray or hold meetings.

    Christianity

    Nonreligious (Secular/Agnostic/Atheist)

    Hinduism

    Chinese traditional religion

    Buddhism

    Primal-indigenous

Yes, there is no place for a supremacist fascist belief system in tax funded schools.

  31. Cretius says

The Church of England is another useful idiot when it comes to Islam. Islam hates all other belief systems including freedom of choice, free speech and democracy. Why would parents want their children to be indoctrinated by what amounts to a supremacist and intolerant fascist belief system? To allow this amounts to cultural suicide in the West.

Hey not only children but adults and seniors as well. Let the whole world be properly educated on Islam, however only the true version and not the media friendly white washed version of lies and deception.
Certainly this cult of death needs to be exposed for what it truly is and not the smoke and mirrors portrayal, that our very own traitorous politicians, media and religious leaders are doing on it’s behalf at the detriment of our freedoms, culture and traditions.
