Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Egypt: Muslims bomb church north of Cairo on Palm Sunday, murdering at least 21 and injuring 38

Apr 9, 2017 6:02 am By Robert Spencer

One wonders if the international media and the UN will pause from their discussions of “Islamophobia” long enough to take any notice of this.

“Church bombing north of Egypt’s capital kills 21,” Associated Press, April 9, 2017:

CAIRO (AP) — A bomb exploded in a church north of Cairo that was packed with Palm Sunday worshippers, killing at least 21 people and wounding 38 others, officials said.

The attack in the Nile Delta town of Tanta was the latest in a series of assaults on Egypt’s Christian minority, which makes up around 10 percent of the population and has been repeatedly targeted by Islamic extremists. It comes just weeks before Pope Francis is due to visit Egypt….

No one immediately claimed the attack, which comes a week before Easter.

A local Islamic State affiliate claimed a suicide bombing at a church in Cairo in December that killed around 30 people, mostly women, as well as a string of killings in the restive Sinai Peninsula that caused hundreds of Christians to flee to safer areas of the country….

Where is Jesus ? The Copts need his help urgently now and ever. Didn’t the Christians said he gave his life to save the world ?????????? Wahahahaha !!!!!!!

On another thread, Godwin was sneering about Jihad savagery in Europe. What is he doing here at Jihad Watch, besides laughing at the victims of Islam?

People have free will. They can chose evil or good. It’s called Original SIn which is a basic Jewish/Christian concept that Islam rejects. The Jihadists who chose to bomb Coptic churches in Egypt and killed people by becoming suicide bombers rejected everything Jesus taught about love, forgiveness, and redemption because they almost certainly never read the Christian Gospels. Mohammed and the Koran never mention these basic values Jesus taught the human race in order to have a better world.

Don’t expect Islam’s Trojan Horse in the Vatican to criticize the persecution and mass murder of Christians in Egypt.

He will be too busy washing the feet and kissing the arses of his Muslim masters and heaping praise on the wonderful ” religion of peace”

Terrible and outrageous! Sincere condolences for the Copts.

I wrote before that Egypt is as bad under Sissi as it was under the Muslims Brotherhood. Under Sissi, there have been more intellectuals jailed for criticising Islam than when Egypt was under the MB.

Of course, we will hear some condemnation then business as usual. We hear this terrible news and forget about it within hours. Sadly, it has become the NORM. Back in the 1960s and 1970s, we used to talk for years about one such atrocity, now most of atrocities do not even get reported.

Leaders like Sissi and king Abdullah are covered with a film of secularism to hide their Islamisation policies. They propagate terrorism although appear to fight the terrorist.

I am afraid Sissi was a disappointment in the Middle East, just as Trump proved to be in America.

I think Egypt would be even worse under the Muslim Brotherhood–but he is no savior of the Copts, as many have hoped.

What the Christian Copts of Egypt have endured for the last 1400 years is the same future, that our own political elites have planned for us. To be non citizens without any social, political and human rights in our ancestral homelands and subject to the whims of Muslim invaders.

Some lout throws a pig’s head or bacon at a mosque and the Western press runs amok. Asian and African Christians are slaughtered and the outrage is zero.
I’m an atheist and I’m outraged. People of any faith, who are not harming members of their own or other religions, deserve to be left alone. They are human beings before all.

Islam is so succesful, that nobody want to live under it.The only remaining interesting part of islam is the killing, the substance nobody like want or support. The islam system being succesful in obscuring these facts – to its followers- who themselves are sitting in the middle of the shithole.

When the subject of this latest atrocity comes up, on social media, or in face to face conversation with family, friends, workmates, one’s coreligionists at church or other place of worship, then… all of us must use the words Islam, jihad, dhimmitude.

Mention Mark Durie’s book on Dhimmitude, The Third Choice. Link people to his two articles about the suffering of the Copts.

A Double-Bind Upon the Copts: dhimmitude in action

Mention Bat Yeor’s works on dhimmitude, and link people to her article

    http://www.dhimmitude.org/archive/by_copts_1976.pdf

that summarises the harrowing history of 1200 years of Muslim persecution of the Copts.

Make it crystal clear that this attack is not coming out of the blue, that it is NOT unprecedented, not by a long chalk.

That the Copts were abused and discriminated against and mass-murdered by Muslims – whether by the Muslim despot or the Muslim mob – long, long, long before the creation of either ISIS or the Muslim Brotherhood; that it all began when Muslims first invaded and occupied Egypt and has never. stopped. since.

The more people come to understand these things, the more likely it is that the Resistance will grow in numbers and in knowledge.

How many more innocent Christians need to die before the Pope stands up and apologizes and retracts his statement he made with Obama that “climate change is the biggest threat to nations security”.

  10. DRHazard says

The media won’t report on these kinds of atrocities because there is no way they can spin it to make the Muslims the victims or to claim that their behavior has nothing to do with the religion of Islam. What we have in cases like this one are AVERAGE Muslims who believe Allah wants them to get rid of non-Muslims; uneducated Muslims who will form hate mobs based on rumors about “insults” to their religion or prophet.

Media outlets simply cannot report on this incident in any meaningful way without bringing up the issues inherent to Islam that make everyday Muslims want to burn down churches. You can also factor in the low expectations most of the people in the media have of Muslims. They seem to have adopted the same role with Muslims that a lenient parent would have with their children, minus any real affection or concern. This condescending, violence excusing attitude should be seen for what it is, an attack against the Muslims who are truly ashamed when they hear of a Muslim killing innocent people in Allah’s name.
