South Dakota Muslim brandishes weapons, Qur’an outside Christian conference, says “Be f**king terrified,” isn’t arrested

Apr 17, 2017 7:24 pm By Robert Spencer

“And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may strike terror in the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know, whom Allah knows…” (Qur’an 8:60)

Why wasn’t he arrested? Are South Dakota police so terrified of appearing “Islamophobic” that they’re afraid to arrest a man brandishing numerous weapons while making repeated declarations of “Be scared” and “Be terrified” because he is a Muslim? If he were a “right-wing extremist” do you think he would have been arrested? So do I.

“Muslim Not Arrested For Showing 3 Pistols & 2 Assault Weapons in Threatening Video From Parking Lot of A Worldview Weekend,” by Brannon Howse, Worldview Weekend, April 17, 2017 (thanks to the Geller Report):

On Sunday night, April 9, 2017, we held our Worldview Weekend rally in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This was the first of five cities in five nights. I founded Worldview Weekend in 1993 and have hosted over 300 such conferences in hundreds of cities throughout America. This evening, however, and the next five conferences would be like nothing I have ever experienced.

Apparently an Islamic group in Sioux Falls held an event about 10 days before we arrived. The local paper reported that:

Taneeza Islam, a local immigration lawyer and organizer for the local Muslim community, mentioned the upcoming talk during a panel on hate crimes Thursday at the downtown library in Sioux Falls. She cited speakers like Howse and Hadian as part of a prejudicial undercurrent that inspires fear among ethnic minorities nationwide.

We were informed by the Sioux Falls Police Department that the Islamic Center of Sioux Falls South Dakota had filed for a permit to protest outside our Worldview Weekend rally. Joining me would be my friend, Shahram Hadian. Shahram is a former Muslim from Iran. Shahram’s father was a high ranking military official in the Iranian military. He had the foresight, as a moderate Muslim, to see that Iran was about to go from being a secular government to being an Islamic government with the fall of the Shah and the revolution of Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979. Six weeks before the fall of the Shah, the Hadian family fled Iran.

Today Shahram is a Christian pastor. The ministry I founded now produces and distributes the television program of Shahram Hadian, along with the television program of former Egyptian, Usama Dakdok.

We are one of the few broadcast outlets that has had the courage and commitment to produce the television programs of these two men that are trying to warn America about the threat of Islam and Sharia that will fundamentally transform America and bring persecution to Christians, Jews, moderate Muslims, atheists, homosexuals, and anyone that does not submit to their ideology. If you doubt me, then look at what is happening in Europe. What is occurring in Europe now will be common place in America in less than ten years.

Shahram’s talk in Sioux Falls was titled, “Sabotaging America: Islam’s March Toward Supremacy.” My talk was titled,“The Growing Global Persecution of Christians,” and highlighted how Islamic Centers, Neo-Marxists, Neo-Evangelicals, The Vatican and globalists are working together to subvert our immigration laws and transform America. The goal includes change through conflict and a diffused and dispersed disintegration of the American Republic. Would could be opposed to such presentations? Well we were about to find out in Sioux Falls.

I believe the useful idiots in the fake news media fanned the flames that led to what was about to occur. We knew protestors would be on hand, and so to protect the 500 plus in attendance at our conference, we hired four off duty police officers. We had people standing and sitting on the floors as the hotel conference center ran out of chairs.

Shahram spoke first and then a few minutes into my talk a self-described Muslim man stood at the back of the auditorium and filmed his Koran for about 45 seconds before panning the crowd. We later found out he was live streaming on Facebook.

One of our off duty police officers approached this man that was holding a Koran, filming our event and wearing a T-shirt that said he was a Muslim. The officer asked the man to stop filming as we had announced at the beginning of the conference that no audio or video recording would be permitted. Upon being approached, the man announced immediately that he was leaving. The officer asked him if he had a concealed weapon on his person to which he said he did. The man also told the officer he was live streaming on Facebook. When the officer asked his name he told the officer “John Smith, the Muslim John Smith.” The Muslim man then proceeded out to his car in the parking lot where he filmed two more Facebook live videos. He was clearly angry and discussed that Shahram and I were promoting books. He seemed very upset with the resources he saw on our resource tables. He then began showing the camera 3 pistols, two assault weapons, and what appeared to be an extended magazine. With the brandishing of each weapon to the camera he said “be scared” or “be terrified.” In fact, he said “be terrified” twice. Now how is that not a terroristic threat? Please remember, he is in the parking lot of our Christian conference that is being attended by some 500 men, women and children. The attendees included a state representative and a state senator.

Click here to watch the shorter 20 minute TV program

As I spoke I could tell something was up because of the body language and clearly increased vigilance of the off duty police officers that my organization had hired. Upon the completion of my keynote presentation, I approached one of the officers and asked if everything was O.K. He said that something had occurred and he would brief me at the end of the evening. As I walked down the hall, I ran into another officer and I asked him for details of what had occurred. The off duty officer informed me that a Muslim man had come into our conference and then went out into the parking lot and filmed some very disturbing videos that were on his Facebook page and that I should watch them. Please remember that our conference still had at least another 90 minutes to go before we would conclude and depart from the facility.

I was shocked the Muslim man was not arrested for making what appears to me, and the many lawyers and law enforcement officials from across the country that have watched the videos, to be a threat for the purpose of fear. Remember in his videos made in the parking lot he tells us to “be afraid” and “be terrified” as he flashes his weapons and ammunition to the camera that was live streaming on Facebook….

Well Pamela although I support you in the main, you should not as an avid supporter of guns, be surprised that somebody can walk around armed like a soldier on the battlefield, in good old right to bear arms USA. This what you want is it not.?Unfortunately as you have found the Muslims who hate you can buy guns as well

Guns for law abiding peaceful people. This man has shown himself to be the opposite. It is right to step in now arrest him and take his guns. There is a right to bear arms, but no such thing as the right to tyrannise.

You have missed my point entirely. When anybody, law abiding or not can walk in gun show and buy a clutch of weaponry without checks, which the gun lobby oppose. You cannot tell who is a homicidal maniac in advance! As has been been sadly proved many times in your country.
If this man had evil intent he could have shot a lot of people before being taken down, like the cinema massacre and the Orlando club massacre. Two assault weapons and three handguns I am shocked that nobody did not notice how well armed he was.

BC, it’s obvious that you live in a foreign country. At US gun shows (or at a gun shop) a person that buys a firearm from an licensed firearms dealer MUST fill out a form 4473 and pass a background check. You cannot just show up at a gun show and buy a firearm like a loaf of bread. There is no “gun show loop hole”.

      • Creole Gumbo says

        Apr 18, 2017 at 6:13 am

Ownership of guns is legal but it is illegal to brandish a weapon or to threaten another person with that weapon. This man is doing both and both are felonies.

        Apr 18, 2017 at 9:14 am

We who support the 2nd Amendment do agree that people brandishing guns and make threats should be arrested. It is difficult to obtain a gun legally in some European countries, but Muslim terrorists are able to get semi-automatic rifles nonetheless.

      • Cunamarra says

        Apr 18, 2017 at 11:54 am

Yes, it is what people who understand the Right to bear arms want. The travesty and tragedy, the havoc and terror that a single murderer or even a gang of murderers can inflict does not compare to the horror a government, foreign or domestic, can reign on a disarmed populace.

What anyone in their right mind also wants is a rigorous defense of the First Amendment. Were the Freedom of Speech not so eroded in our culture, the US might not be so keen to import those who hold such hostile and depraved ideas of government and morals such as Islam. In the realm of free ideas and honest discourse Islam would be obliterated. Those who adhere to Islam would not have been allowed in, and those already here would not be protected by a facade of innocence and victimhood, but exposed as people who believe in absurdities too numerous to list, but often discussed in this forum.

This man is upset that free men are discussing the depredations and deleterious consequences of Islam and wishing to silence them through threat of violence or perhaps worse. He does not want them to protect themselves from the tyranny he supports. His crime is not owning weapons to guard against tyranny, but threatening to use them to promote it.

This is what usually happens when you trust your security to cops, on-duty or off-duty. They are under the thumbs of their leaders and so, even though not on the clock, will only “enforce” laws the way they would if they were working, which will almost certainly be heavily influenced by PC bullshit.

No, I’m not saying cops are cowards or no-good or anything of the kind. I’m just sayin’ that if you believe they will protect you on “that day”, you will probably be wrong.

You need to take responsibility for your own self-protection. Man up.

He wouldn’t, in fact, he would become an equivalency to the whole thing about Islamist violence terrorism.

My imagination is overly generous, but even if I’m right about his mindset, it’s ridiculous. Him having a gun won’t change anything. In fact, this only reinforces the message that would be given. I highly doubt the conference was inciting violence or have speakers who feel that screaming at Muslims on the bus and pulling headscarves is the right way to stop Islamic domination and Sharia law takeover or end immigration.

There was an armed protest in Phoenix last year (which I don’t know if I am entirely comfortable with), but nothing like this happened there.

DON’T GET ALL EXCITED! EVERY ONE HAS BEEN PLAYED. The man may be from an Egyptian background, but he was not a recent immigrant. The officer who called to the speakers knew what the fella was up to but NOTE, he did not question him.. What you are seeing here is government intimidation. The FBI has done this before to Geller and others. The man in the video actually never made a threat against anyone. He never used anyone’s name. He never said he would harm anyone. All he did was show a legal gun in front of a video, and say, “be very scared.” Why should you be. An unloaded gun is only good to look at. If he was ever arrested his lawyer would say he was play acting for his own video to show his friends. Notice that the guns were not loaded. Also notice his eyes did not reflect anger. Note that at the beginning of the clip, he answers someone who asks him, did he bring the guns. He probably had an earpiece. This is standard FBI intimidation technique. The man in the clip is probably and undercover fed, or snitch, used shut up people like Geller, and the FBI gets a second boon, the man can show his clip and the newspaper story to Muslim Morons at the mosque, who would want to do some real harm. I have to say, the undercover police and feds are getting real sloppy with this sort of BS. They need to take some acting courses.

Wow, Brannon’s wearing the most gorgeous tie I’ve ever seen.

Anyway, Frank; you’re a fucking idiot. “An unloaded gun… Notice that the guns were not loaded.” You somehow know the guns in the video clips that were being brandished ~ a crime in many jurisdictions ~ were unloaded. Amazing. And you’ve identified all the players as being part of a government intimidation project. Wow. I was a violent crimes/homicide detective for quite a number of years, dealt with a lot of very bad boys and girls. In my opinion, that Muslim dirt-bag was quite dangerous, on the edge of some exceptionally bad behavior. You blow him off like he’s just some knucklehead; geez… you’re really dumb, Frank.

Based on what I’ve read and watched here, the off-duty cop isn’t a hero. If he wasn’t the only “security” there, he should have followed the Muslim to his car and eye-balled it under provisions of the Plain View Doctrine*. Once he saw the weapons he should have got on the horn and had his on-duty partners swarm that Muslim clown, prone him out in the dirt, cuff him, and take it from there based on what they found in terms of proper permits for the concealed weapons, etc. They could have sat on him for 24 hours while they did some digging into his background. It’s called “operational art.”

*The plain view doctrine is an exception to the warrant requirement which allows officers to seize items which they observe and immediately recognize as evidence or contraband while they are lawfully present in an area protected by the 4th Amendment.

In almost every case of terrorism here in the US, the perpetrators have been on the government’s “Radar” but have been dismissed. In the case of the Boston bombers, even the Russians warned our government about these two. It seems that no action is ever taken until after the fact. I wonder why.

I disagree. Even after there are dead bodies Muslims, and in particular Islam gets a pass. They even get promoted to being victims and feel threatened because someone might possibly wake up to their game.
