Jihad? Gas leak? “Right-wing extremists”? No way to tell at this point. But Muslim spokesmen who whine about “Islamophobia” and Muslims being subjected to unjust suspicion have no one but their violent coreligionists to blame for the fact that when events like this one happen, people think immediately about jihad.
“BREAKING NEWS: Several people killed and many injured after two explosions in Manchester Arena at the end of Ariana Grande gig as bloodied concertgoers flee in terror,” by Thomas Burrows, MailOnline, May 22, 2017:
Several people have been killed after two explosions inside Manchester Arena at the end of an Ariana Grande gig tonight.
Video footage showed people fleeing in tears from the venue after bangs rang out immediately after the concert finished.
Bloodied concertgoers were pictured being helped by emergency services outside the gig and armed police were seen patrolling the arena.
Evie Brewster, who attended the concert, told MailOnline: ‘Ariana Grange had just finished her last song and left the stage when a huge explosion sounded.
‘Suddenly everybody started screaming and running for the exit.
‘We could hear the police and ambulance sirens. It was terrifying.
‘There were thousands of people trying to get out at once. They were all screaming and crying. The whole place smelt smokey and burnt.
‘The explosion sounded like it was inside the building somewhere.’
Manchester Victoria train station, next door to the arena, is currently closed and trains are currently unable to run to or from the station.
Greater Manchester Police said emergency services had responded to a ‘serious incident’ at the arena.
Jonathan Yates, 24, from the Wirral, who attended the gig, told MailOnline: ‘The concert had finished and the lights came on almost instantly. There was a bang, a weird bang. There were lots of balloons but I thought to myself that can’t be a balloon, that’s not normal.
‘We were sat on the floor level and it came from the higher seats, people were running and screaming. Everyone stopped and I turned to my friend and said ‘we need to run’. Everyone was running and screaming and then when we got out it felt a bit more OK.
‘I heard five or six bangs that sounded like gunshots. When we got outside people were outside, crying and on their phones.
‘You don’t think it’s something that’s going to happen when you go…it was such a nice, fun concert.’ …

Watching the live coverage on Sky News, and RT News and they are interviewing people who could see and smell smoke coming from the direction of the explosions. There are also report that some of the death may have been caused by people getting trampled to death in the panic.

Is Sadiq Khan going to say now that “terrorists attacks are part and parcel of living in a big city”!!
Ellis says
Yeah, that…or the leftist ministry of truth will invent a non-muslim origin of the explosion/s–“faulty wiring, nothing to see here, move along”.

Maybe the leftists, the liberals and the progressives have started to exterminate themselves?

This is to be expected at the end of all concerts

Sympathy would be wasted, they spit upon and insulted those who warned them, going all the way back to Enoch Powell in 1968. They are reaping what they have sown.
gravenimage says
You are blaming kids at a concert for their own murders? I doubt many of them have ever heard of Enoch Powell, nor that many of them were alive in 1968.
dumbledoresarmy says
Yep.
MANY of those at the concert were aged 20 and under.
For the poster above to blame a ten-year-old or a twelve-year-old – who is NOT EVEN OLD ENOUGH TO VOTE and indeed won’t be for quite a few years yet – for the foolish and/ or ill-informed decisions of people in her grandparents’ cohort – or *great-grandparents’*’ – is just stupid.
I have to say that *I* too – born in 1963 – had never, never, never even *heard* of Enoch Powell until I started reading the comments section at jihadwatch! Why? Because in 1968 when he was making that speech I was… *five years old*. So little I could walk under the kitchen table. World news was the *last* thing that, at five years old, in a household without a TV, I was going to be registering. The first big world event I remember was the moon landing… we had to drive 30 miles to a relative’s house with a black and white TV so we could watch it.
If ‘Eurabia’ was devised in the 1960s or 1970s, well.. in 1973, the time of the oil crisis, I was … *seven*. I cannot actually remember even registering that there was war in the middle east!! (We had radio news – once or twice a day – but no TV).
The poster above is being incredibly silly. Even the *parents* – people in their forties and fifties, say – of the young people at this concert, are too young to have been politically aware and active in 1968 and so cannot be blamed for ‘not listening’ way back then.
dumbledoresarmy says
Oops. In a posting backing up Gravenimage’s point about the concertgoers being too young to even *know* about Enoch Powell, I said I was seven in 1973, but of course, I was ten. However: I can definitely say that I wasn’t closely following world politics or spending much time thinking about numbers and composition of immigration into any country, way back in 1973 when I was just ten years old… and I’d hazard the guess that I’m not the only one.

Who????????????????????????

Bill, Enoch Powell warned against untrammeled immigration into Britain in his “Rivers of Blood” speech in the late 1960s. He was quite prescient on many points. Here is the text:

I’d say the most likely thing is terrorism and someone will claim *credit* for the murders. Not likely to be wrong, although gas leaks and things do happen. Not always at places where large numbers of non-moslums gather, unlike terrorism.
Neil Jennison says
The current latest is ONE explosion in the foyer area as the concert was ending.
Police confirm fatalities and many injured….. we know NOTHING about who perpetrated the offence.

Yeah–could be music critics…

Trump cast battle against ‘Islamist extremism’ as fight with ‘barbaric criminals’

I was thinking, when President Trump told barbaric criminals,”This is a fight with barbaric criminals,” he was speaking to barbaric criminals.
What do you think?

Doesn’t sound like a gas leak. ls it Ramadan already – they’re starting early this year.

The British will never let you in Mr. Spencer, no matter how much you warn them.
There is a prophet somewhere in the Hebrew Bible that spoke to this. Let me look for him but please Jihad Watchers do not take his words a “marching orders” today.

i have said this forever. liberals are just as responsible for these attacks as muslims are, they turn there head and ignore the problem and screech and threaten any who dare speak up and say that islam is a problem, that the muslim ideology is a filthy perverted one.
these attacks will continue as long as we let disguisting muslim cultistists flood into our countries, they hate us, there religion commands them to. fuck them, filthy inbred creatures should go rot in the desert and not live with humans.
WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP OR DO ANYTHING FOR MUSLIMS. rats on a sinking ship will cling to everything and drag everyone down with them

No longer shocked by these slaughters. Just waiting for the next one to occur and then watch and listen to all the same aftermath over and over again. The twisted narrative the media will spin the hand wringing of our leaders as they continue their propaganda of diversity and tolerance and multiculturalism. Ultimately it’s the people’s fault for buying into and electing leaders who are more than willing to sacrifice our children in the name of their leftist Marxist globalist vision. So just sit back and wait for the next scene. It’s coming
