Gays have cast their lot with those who would hang them from cranes and throw them off high buildings, rather than with those who defend them against these Sharia butchers. When I spoke, or rather, was screamed at and harangued for an hour and a half by fascists at the University at Buffalo, one young man held up a sign that read, “Queers Against Islamophobia.” When I tried to read Islamic law’s death penalty for gays, I was lustily booed, as if I had originated those laws.
Gays will find that I didn’t, and that their allegiances were misplaced. But by then it will be far too late.
“Gay Pride Marchers With Jewish Flags Told To Leave Chicago Parade,” by Harriet Sinclair, Newsweek, June 25, 2017 (thanks to the Geller Report):
Jewish people celebrating LGBT Pride in Chicago were told not to display Star of David flags because other people found them ‘offensive.’
The Jewish Star of David flag was banned from the city’s annual Dyke March celebrations, and several people carrying the flag were removed form the march because their presence “made people feel unsafe,” LGBT paper Windy City Times reported.
The Dyke March is described by organisers as being a “more inclusive, more social justice-oriented” march than the city’s main Pride parade.
One marcher, Laurel Grauer, said she was harassed by other Dyke March attendees before being told she needed to leave with her flag.
“It was a flag from my congregation which celebrates my queer, Jewish identity which I have done for over a decade marching in the Dyke March with the same flag,” she told Windy City Times.
“They were telling me to leave because my flag was a trigger to people that they found offensive,” she added. “Prior to this [march] I had never been harassed or asked to leave and I had always carried the flag with me.”
The organizers of the march told the Times the event was a pro-Palestinian and anti-Zionist one and that the flags made people feel unsafe.
The Star of David also features on the Israeli flag, with many believing support for Israel is tantamount to supporting the oppression of the Palestinian people.
Israel’s own backing of LGBT rights has been described as ‘pinkwashing,’ with the authorities there accused of using gay rights to detract from the ongoing conflict with Palestine….

Insanity is the only word that applies here. Objecting to the Star of David because it is a Jewish symbol, but freely welcoming anything that is Islamic – a religion that practices the execution of those who are accused of being gay.

“The organizers of the march, told the times that, the event was a pro-palestinian and ant-zionist one and that the flags made people feel unsafe.” Seventh paragraph down from the start of the newspaper quote. Pro-palestinian is islamic, but of course, the palestinians never show islamic imagery, no? Fake? Smear!

I would not go that far. As a gay citizen of the Netherlands, I could accuse the Israeli government of a lot of things but certainly not of oppressing gay people. I can understand country flags being barred from gay events, otherwise the message could be that it has been funded by Israel in this case. No harm done, although I can imagine that not everybody would agree with this point of view. In the Netherlands, country flags were seen at the gay parade in Amsterdam, including flags from Israel, Turkey and even Palestine flags. It is more vital than ever to carry the message that gay people can choose their own path in life, especially since in many muslim countries gay people are imprisoned for even a kiss. Indonesia is taking a turn for the worse, and Malaysian government recently issued a prize challenge for children where the winner best described the gay lifestyle as unhealthy. No need to ask gay people anything, of course.
Jack Holan says
And….all those marchers are Gay and they are embracincing their executioner, shunning their own brothers and sisters. I guess this crowd doesn’t plan to participate in the LGBTQ PRIDE PARADE taking place in Israel. The ONLY GAY PARADE IN THE MIDDLE EAST. You won’t see one in Palestinian ((Hamas) run Gaza. In fact it won’t be a question of “Feeling SAFE” Don’t mention you’re Gay in Gaza. You might not return.
john spielman says
who is the crazy pathological gay pride official in charge of Chicago who made this decision?? Israel is the only place IN THE MIDDLE EAST where judicial or extra judicial killings of homosexuals DO NOT OCCUR!

The world’s gone mad. There’s Jeremy Corbyn at Glastonbury telling his useful idiots to love the ‘other’ and build bridges not walls. The press used the word ‘Jezbollah’ to describe it.
Lots of flags were flying at Glastonbury but can you imagine if someone had an Israeli one there.

The Red/Green Axis of Evil has no tolerance for facts that interfere with their propaganda.
The Red/Green Axis of Evil is like all previous totalitarians. Their sole interest is power and how to achieve it. Principles, facts and logic are for ‘losers’ or so they think.
The emotional subtext of the Red/Green Axis of Evil is SADOMASOCHISM, the joy of victimizing and inflicting pain.
The contradictions of the Red/Green Axis of Evil will eventually become so glaring, and the COGNITIVE DISSONANCE so severe in the minds of people that the propaganda will suddenly POP and SHATTER.
Jews in the US are predominantly secular Leftists who do not support Israel and don’t really care if there is another holocaust as long as only religious Jews are victims. That’s why American secular Jews couldn’t care less about Israel.
Secular Jews are defending the Islamic ideology that would gladly exterminate Israel and all the Jews in it and gladly exterminate all LGTB people as well. Surely, they must see their contradictions. If they don’t, what would it take for them to open their eyes?

The problem is that gays feel they have to be aligned with the Left, and the Left has become locked into opposing any kind of discrimination against a victim group. In this case the “gay Left” supports the poor “Palestinians” and the Jewish star represents Israel. Sexual orientation shouldn’t be a political position, but unfortunately it has aligned with the Left.
We see in many gays an “us against them” knee jerk against the Right Wing, fundamentalist Christians who oppose everything LGBTQ. As much as I abhor the widespread stupidity in the LGBTQ community, I do understand the defense mechanism which causes them to shut down any intelligent investigation of Islam and sharia. Too many gays experienced hurt and abuse from their families because of their religious upbringing to be able to be rational.
Paul says
They are ignorant, anti-semitic hate-filled thugs. They favor genocide against Jews in the Middle East, and don’t give a rat’s ass about gays in the Middle East. They are psychologically impaired.
Carolyne says
Contrary to what gays seem to think, most of us heterosexuals don’t really care what they do or with whom they do it. Their marching means nothing to me, but I think it is rather silly. I suppose heterosexuals could have a big parade, but parading down a street proclaim one’s preference for sex of some sort seems exhibitionist, but maybe that’s the point.
I don’t understand the connection between being gay and being pro-Palestinian, since Palestinians would push them off tall buildings in a New York minute.
No heterosexual whom I know sits around thinking abut gays and what they do or if they march or wishing they wouldn’t. Who cares?
Richie says
There is RABID anti-Semitism on the left, and the only reason many on the gay left defend Islam is because of a shared hatred of Jews and Christians. So hardly a surprise Jewish gays would find themselves unwelcome amongst leftist gays

Israel the only country in the Middle East hell hole that Gays can safely practice their “lifestyle” it makes sense to ban the Israel Flag at their parade because Gays are uneasy in America? Uneasy they want everyone to approve their chosen lifestyle, find back up the only country in the Middle East that lets you live the way you want then cowards!
Paul says
Why the f- are they uneasy in America? What the f- do they want? The vast majority of Americans don’t give an f- what you f-ing do in your own bedroom!!
WPM says
They feel uneasy backing up Israel in a parade in America that’s my point. Israel is the only country in the Middle East that accepts their life style they should back it up when they live in a free country of America. The Gays do not want to offend the poor Islamic lunatics like the rest of the progressive B.S. artists in this country. They do not see if the Islamic mob get their way {Sharia} the Gays will be the first in line for the roof drop.

“Need one ask what would have happened if gay Jewish women complained that hijab wearing Muslimas made them feeling “unsafe?””
Are there any hijab wearing ‘Dykes’ at these events?
Norger says
Good question. We saw Linda Sarsour and American flag hijabs at the women’s march, and we’ve seen gays against Islamophobia so maybe. At a minimum, I think some “feminist” Muslimas might show some faux support, especially if that support carried anti-Semitic overtones.
Albert says
Perhaps the parade organizers should be taken to court for discrimination based on religion, since the Star of David is clearly a religious symbol.
This story above is similar to the failure of the Left to stand up for women in Islamic countries, because of cultural relativism.
Israel is the only real “safe space” for LGBTQ people in the middle east, but the pride organizers ban symbols of Israel?
The gay pride organizers in Toronto capitulated to Black Lives Matter thugs last summer, which has left a bitter taste for everyone involved in this year’s parade.
Paul says
These are irrational, hate-filled, anti-Israel, thuggish dykes. They are disgusting. They want to see Israel destroyed and don’t care if that means genocide, and don’t care if the one safe space for gays in the region is destroyed. They are mean, cult-like, disgusting filth. Pieces of trash. Deserving of nothing but scorn and disrespect.
Paul says
it is wrong to generalize about “gays”. These so-called Dyke marchers are fringe, far left, vitriolic, bitter, wacko gays. I have seen no evidence that the majority of gays subscribe to such extreme, anti-semitic, anti-Israel views.

“… Gays have cast their lot with those who would hang them from cranes and throw them off high buildings, rather than with those who defend them against these Sharia butchers…”
It’s not the allegiance of individual homosexuals so much as the rigidity of the radical political gay rights movement that seeks to monopolise attitudes and give the appearance that most homosexuals march to the same tune. The ‘rainbow’ itself is part of the problem, the contemporary left has saddled itself with so many cross cutting alliances with so many ‘marginalised’ or ‘victimhood’ identities that it is now tripping over its own feet trying to keep its mega narrative in place.

It seems there is nothing to explain this absurd notion that the Jews are to blame for anything and everything. But I know this for certain, if I look at all the people and all the groups that stand against the Jews, this is one Gentile who stands with the Jewish people. God Bless America and may God also Bless Israel.
Norger says
Amen. Israel is the only beacon of hope in the Middle East. And I believe that if it were in the power of any one of many Islamic countries to annihilate Israel and every single person living there tomorrow, they would do so, without hesitation and without any moral qualms whatsoever. Indeed I think they’d celebrate it as an act of piety. I think Israel wouldn’t hesitate to launch a pre-emptive military strike, but only to protect itself against an imminent threat. And I can’t imagine Israel launching a genocidal attack on civilian population, in contrast to the daily calls for genocide against Israel throughout the Middle East.
Israeli civilians are targeted every day by Palestinian terrorists. Israel generally goes out of its way to avoid civilian casualties. To me, this really is a struggle of good vs. evil, modern enlightened Western values vs. a 7th century death cult.

I live here but I didn’t learn about this until now.
Wow, there’s so much wrong with this sentence that I don’t know where to start! Why are Jewish people “celebrating” sexual anarchy in the first place? And then the sexual anarchists have the gall to say they are offended by the Jews?
The lunacy never ends!

I’ll bet if there were gay muslims who displayed an ISIS or a Palestinian flag…the leftie liberals would be OK with it.
That guy with the “Queers against islamophobia” placard.
Doesn’t he know that if he lived in the caliphate he would be tortured and thrown off the top of a building as ISIS members like to do (just for fun)?
Homosexuality certainly exists in the Islamic world of course but there are no public gay pride festivals(well as far as I know..) in Saudi Arabia,Iran,Iraq,Pakistan etc.
I don’t like the sound of the Dyke march.
It reminds of Mussolini’s fascist March on Rome.

Why does everyone hate the Jews?
ItsReallyQuiteClear says
As if further evidence of the imperative to stop Islamization was needed, note how Islam has subverted nearly every other “minority” voice. This march should have been only about gay pride, but even the LBGT marchers chose to voice an Islamized protest against the “hated Jews” in lieu of embracing like-minded supporters of their primary/original cause.
And what ever happened to the Black Lives Matter movement in the U.S. (not that I agree with their methods). Did they achieve their goals of (at least) non-biased treatment of blacks? Or has their voice mysteriously vanished from the radar? Why is that? Doesn’t the MSM like them anymore? Or has the MSM found an even more self-congratulatory cause célèbre?
To quote Dirty Harry in the movie Magnum Force: “That’s a hell of a price to pay for being fashionable.”
