The travesty of justice in Idaho is now complete. In the summer of 2016, a 5-year-old girl was orally and anally raped and urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys in Twin Falls, Idaho. Since then, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family has been abused by law enforcement and governing authorities as if they were the criminals – because what happened to their little girl contradicts the politically correct narrative about Muslim migrants. On Tuesday, the perpetrators were sentenced, and the final injustice was done to this poor girl.
The injustice began in the proceedings at the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls when Judge Thomas Borreson of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District ordered the little victim’s parents to say nothing to anyone – ever – about what was said in the courtroom Tuesday, or to disclose the sentence that he gave to the savage attackers. He did allow them to say that they were unhappy with the sentencing, but threatened to jail them for contempt of court if they disclosed why they were unhappy with it.
But even though the victim’s parents were not allowed to talk to me, there were twelve to fifteen people in the courtroom who saw and heard the whole sorry business. I was nevertheless informed of what happened by an anonymous source inside the courtroom – and the more I heard, the more I understood why this judge wanted to keep all the proceedings secret.
Janice Kroeger, the Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, who was supposed to be trying these boys for their crimes, defended the boys and repeatedly attacked Lacy, the victim’s mother. A therapist for the boys was present, as well as a parole officer and a detective. Everything that was said was designed to portray the perpetrators as victims. Throughout the proceedings, they were repeatedly called victims, and the youngest one was called “the biggest victim of them all.”
The court heard all about how the attackers are doing well in school, and about how smart they are. They were praised for the supposed ordeal they had to go through. It was claimed that all three are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from having to go through courtroom proceedings.
After this lovefest, which lasted for five hours in the courtroom, all three boys were sentenced, one after the other. All three were given probation. They were not found guilty of rape, but of sexually lewd conduct.
In the midst of this judicial mugging, every time Lacy’s lawyer tried to speak up, he was silenced. The little victim, Jayla, was never even mentioned once by Kroeger or the judge – or by the police or anyone else. Only Lacy mentioned her, when she made her statement. Lacy detailed how the poor girl is still suffering the effects of this attack: she is wetting the bed and having bad dreams, and more.
Yet when Lacy completed her statement, Kroeger lashed out not at the perpetrators or their parents, but at Lacy. She viciously tongue-lashed Lacy for a full fifteen minutes, until finally Judge Borreson had to stop her.
Understandably, the parents of the victim were and are devastated. Back in April, when the attackers initially pleaded guilty, Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs said: “I am pleased that we were able to resolve this case in a way that was approved and agreed to by the victim’s family. This continues to be a serious and sad case, but it was resolved properly.”
Nothing could be farther from the truth. The resolution of the case was not accepted by the victim’s family, and it was not resolved properly.
From the beginning to the end, for Idaho officials this case was about one thing, and one thing: not justice for this poor little girl who was brutalized and abused, but about making sure that Americans don’t start to realize what is happening and oppose the Muslim migrant influx. Idaho officials were willing to sacrifice this girl’s wellbeing for that goal – to their everlasting shame.
If there were any justice, Judge Borreson would be impeached and removed now. Meanwhile, please help the victim and her family meet their considerable expenses: contribute here.

I’ll try another angle and will quote my favorite movie, “River’s Edge”. A teacher is lecturing his classroom about the lack of concern being shown by the students after a student kills another student then goes to school and “brags about it.” The movie is based upon a true story. The teacher is speaking to “Clarissa”, the putative “friend” of the killed girl, “Jamie”:
Teacher: You knew Jamie, right? You were one of her friends. Describe to us how you remember her.
Clarissa: Remember her?
Teacher: Yeah, what she looked like. What she meant to you.
Student 1: You’re bulls**t. What gives you the right to put Clarissa on the spot like that? I mean, she’s upset, man. Her friend is dead.
Teacher: Are you upset, Clarissa? Are you? I mean, if you are, come on, let’s get it off your chest.
Student 1: F*** you. Why don’t you just leave her alone?
Teacher: No, f*** you, man. Because I don’t buy it. You don’t give a damn. I don’t give a damn. Nobody in this classroom gives a damn that she is dead. It gives us a chance to feel superior, and to point up a fundamental moral breakdown in society, but it doesn’t really affect us, does it? Because if it did, none of us would be in this classroom right now. We’d be out on the street, half-crazy from lack of sleep, hunting down Samson Toulette with a gun.

Sherado, I don’t understand what is there not to believe? I live in Twin Falls and this is absolutely true! Many of us have tried to help the family in many ways. What this underprivileged family has had to endure is reprehensible! Everything in this story is truthful from my experiences! So, you can believe whatever you choose but this is the TRUTH! Idaho has virtually no pro bono attorneys to help with this case. Imagine if this happens to your child and you’re barely making it financially every month, would you have money for an attorney too? Most people wouldn’t. I guess it doesn’t matter since you feel safe. One day you may not be safe when enough people of this behavior and training live among your neighborhood and you live on the other side of the wall from your attackers who intimidate you every time you go to the car. Humans have perished all too often because they *have* been in denial over a threat. The whole of the free West is poised to perish because of the widespread denial of the threat of Islam.
This is what Jihad Watch and other Anti-Jihadists are trying to break through–this cowardly denial.
If you are no longer able to handle the truth, I feel badly for you. This is not an easy thing to deal with–I understand that.
But spreading this willful denial here–and pretending it is a *good thing*–is in no way useful. In a small way, it contributes to the chance that we will not wake up in time to save ourselves.
So go and be well–I wish you the best. If you ever get over your suicidal denial, I will welcome you back here, as, I’m sure, will many others.
But if you continue to choose to spread the pathological idea that denial over the threat of Islam enhances our odds of surviving it, I will continue to call you out on it.

Why would Pamela Geller and the local newspaper lie about the case–especially given the easily checked facts?

And articles about this case have been published in quite a few Idaho newspapers, over the course of months. Are they all lying?
And your question about how the child wandered away is neither here nor there. Few parents keep tabs on their five-year-old children every moment, especially when they are right in the apartment complex. I have seen no indication that the family was negligent.
But even if negligence on the part of the child’s family could be proven, this would make no difference re the main point–that this little girl was molested and raped by Muslim boys. Muslims often look for the most vulnerable victims–whether they are young, disabled, or unprotected.

The use of double quotes indicates either a direct quote or else a concept the writer is calling into question. In this case, I was expressing my skepticism that there is anything constructive about denial.
Putting a word or phrase between asterisks is indicating emphasis–it is is the equivalent of using italics.
In the case above, I was emphasizing that denial is not constructive.

This is a perfect example of how Sharia law works in action. Throughout the Muslim occupation of Europe, Anatolia, the Middle East, India, Egypt and South-East Asia, it has been the same. Whenever Muslims commit a crime against KAFIRS…especially against women, it is covered up and nothing happens. The family of the woman (or girl) is punished. The HONOR of Muslims is protected at all cost.
After all, the victim is ONLY a dirty KAFIR and … they have it coming to them. KAFIRS do not deserve to live.
Here is SHARIA… Muslims are first class. The judgement MUST BE APPEALED.

Phil Copson says
In the UK they have “super injunctions” which not only ban those in court or the press from talking about a case, but ban them from mentioning the ban.
Simply to print or tell anyone that “There has been a court case involving X but I’m not allowed to tell you what it was about or what happened.” would in itself be an offence. A total Orwellian nightmare.
So if Ann Marie-Waters, Tommy Robinson, Pat Condell, Paul Weston, etc simply disappear from the media one day and you can’t find out what has become of them, there’s your answer.
The “child protection” courts also function largely in secrecy, but from what I have read courtesy of the excellent Christopher Booker of UK paper “The Sunday Telegraph”, who has campaigned for years on this topic – and tried to help affected families out of his own pocket too – there is the same culture of lying by politically-motivated social workers, council staff, paid witnesses, judges who flout their own guide-lines etc etc, to further their mania for taking children “into care”.
The fact that what happens to children in care is frequently worse than if they had remained with their families, doesn’t concern them one bit.
A list of how many child victims in Rotherham and elsewhere were “in care”, and a note of why they were ostensibly taken into care, their family’s account of what happened, and what subsequently happened then to them while supposedly having their best interests looked after by social workers, would be very instructive.
I think that there is possibly something deeply sinister going on here.
terry says
The taking children into care, here in the US, also results in major damage to the children.
About 25 years ago, I lived in an expensive area of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
There was a professional family, quite affluent.
One day, the daughter (I think that she was about 8 or 9-somewhere in that age group) went to the school nurse, she had developed some type of infection–below the waist. I don’t recall if it was front or back. NOW, SHE DID NOT HAVE THIS WHEN SHE LEFT FOR SCHOOL.
The nurse wanted to call Florida HRS/Child Protective Services (in Ft Lauderdale, at that time, they were terrible). The state tried to take the child. A STATE DOCTOR SAID, THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL POSSIBLE CAUSES FOR THIS TYPE OF INFECTION-ONE COULD BE FORCED SEXUAL ACTIVITY; BUT THERE WERE NO OTHER SIGNS OF IT–IE. NO SIGNS OF PENETRATION. ANOTHER CAUSE- SOME TYPE OF BACTERIA ON A TOILET SEAT. Questioning the girl, she said that she indeed, had gone to the BATHROOM IN THE SCHOOL, SOME TIME BEFORE SHE HAD THE ITCH/RASH.
Checking the bathroom- the cause of the infection was found.
HOWEVER, THERE WAS A (USING A MARK LANE TITLE) RUSH TO JUDGMENT, SEXUAL ABUSE COULD HAVE HAPPENED, SO IT DID.
That story had a good ending. Many more did not.
Paul says
I have a sibling who frequently had to act as guardian ad litem in cases involving serious cases of child neglect and abuse. Her problem was quite the reverse : a great majority of judges of known socialist sympathies refused almost all applications for a child to be removed from its parents, no matter how severe the neglect. In one particularly egregious case, she represented three young children, two of them under 10 years of age. All were pathetically thin and undernourished, which was medically attested. Two were still bedwetting, except that the parents had sold their beds (and every other removable item in their publicly-funded apartment) to pay for drugs, cigarettes and alcohol, leaving the children to sleep on bare floorboards with a blanket and filthy pillow. The apartment consequently reeked of urine and faeces, and there was no evidence of any meaningful social or recreational activities provided for the kids. Their clothing was like something one would expect a Dickensian street urchin to wear.
In addition to failing to thrive physically, they were emotionally maladjusted, bullied at school because they stank, and had lost much ground educationally, despite being assessed as of normal intelligence.
They suffered from allergies and repeated infections due to low immunity, and had retreated into a shell of emotional self-protection.
Of course a child should be kept with its parents whenever this is humanly possible, but my sister felt she owed it to these kids to remove them from this hellish environment and give them at least some possibility of a life. The parents, I might add, had already received hundreds of hours of social worker input, with zero effect on their appalling lack of parental responsibility.
We are both aware that being “in care” as a ward of the local child care authorities can result in terrible abuse, but it does not always work out in that way, and I know of a number of institutions here in the UK which have an excellent record in providing a warm environment to help young kids thrive feel wanted and loved.
In the end, for my sister, it boiled down to a difficult choice – remain with parents and an assured hell, or be taken into care, with at least a possibility of a future.
In the UK, social work departments are heavily populated by doctrinaire socialists, as, for that matter, are the courts, and both have an inbuilt bias against any attempt to separate parents and abused children, a fact which has led to some shocking examples over the past decade of monstrous child abuse and even unlawful killing.
Phil Copson says
Paul – thank you for adding your comments. Christopher Booker has referred to quite a number of cases where social workers and courts appear to have conspired – in the face of the evidence and the children’s wishes – to get children taken into care on the flimsiest of excuses, such as “risk of emotional harm” because the mother had herself been brought up in care (not much of an endorsement for the system) or because the mother had received treatment for depression years earlier.
There appears to be a real level of vindictiveness and social-engineering in some of these cases; as when two young children who were happily being brought up by their grand-parents with the mother’s consent (she was unable to care for them due to drug-addiction) were removed on the grounds that the grand-parents were “too old” to bring up children (both were in their 40s!) and placed with a gay couple. In another case a woman was taken to court and threatened with imprisonment simply for waving to her daughter in the street.
Mr Booker has attributed a lot of this eagerness to remove children from apparently happy homes, to a drive to meet government targets for adoptions; well-brought up children are easier to place than the troubled children who genuinely need a new home. Disturbingly, social workers have been able to get children taken into care, then adopt those children THEMSELVES…
The cases where children should obviously have been taken into care – (such as poor little Victoria Climbie tortured and beaten to death by her sadistic mother and the mother’s boyfriend due to their insane beliefs in African witchcraft. The professionals ignored her obvious neglect and injuries, and it took a taxi-driver to insist on driving the dying child to hospital.) – are the other side of a very mucky coin.
But getting back to where we came in, and the relevance to JW, is that a large number of the abused young girls were “in care” where their well-being when it came to being abused by muslim gangs, was quite obviously not a priority for social workers and police.
These people are quite simply complicit in child-abuse, rape, and forced prostitution, and a number of them should be in prison.
Terry says
Paul– A relative of mine was a guidance counselor for a public school system, here in Florida.
Parents were divorcing- father an attorney; mother an OR Nurse.
MOTHER WAS ALSO A LUSH AND DRUGGIE.
Children were two girls, about a year apart 8 & 9 or 9 &10, elementary school. TOLD THE JUDGE-IN CHAMBERS-NO LAWYER FROM EITHER SIDE PRESENT- BUT A WITNESS OR TWO– THAT THEY WANT TO STAY WITH THEIR FATHER.
The judge granted it- BUT THEY HAD TO SPEND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND WITH THEIR MOTHER- who (don’t laugh or cry) MADE THEM USE BEER RATHER THAN MILK ON THEIR CEREAL. And was (mother, that is) that the children did NOT LIKE THEIR FROSTED FLAKES OR WHATEVER, WITH BEER.
The father appealed- and the guidance counselor, who saw the children a few times a week (at the children’s request) had to testify.
Took the court system about a year to modify or throw out the forced weekends.
gravenimage says
Interesting exchange. There is no doubt that child protective services are a mess–children get taken from families on the flimsiest of suspicions in some cases; children are left with obviously neglectful and even abusive families in other cases.
And the foster care system is also a mess, so that children who are taken from their families–for good reasons or not–are not always safe, either.
I had quite a bit of direct experience with this mess myself when I was a child.
All of this being acknowledged, at least in the West an attempt–no matter how flawed–is being made to protect children.
There is no such attempt in Dar-al-Islam, and children are regularly abused, exploited, and even murdered on a regular basis, with few repercussions for the abusers.
Whatever problems child protective services have–and they are many–things can only become worse for children with the huge influx of violent Muslims who often target the most vulnerable victims.

You can find the TV performance of “The Blood Donor” on You Tube, but the radio version was actually performed better – treat yourself to a CD which will usually come with his other classic “The Radio Ham”. (Also brilliant is “The Best of Hancock”; excerpts of some of the best bits from different episodes, such as when he goes to the doctor’s only to find himself being examined by Kenneth Williams moonlighting from his regular job as a vet, and has to get down on all fours so that Williams “knows where everything is.”

GI, a long time ago I learned that to oppose bullies I had to become as strong, ruthless and vicious as they were. Without becoming a bully, I learned to beat them at their own game and teach them to go elsewhere. We deserve to live in peace and with the respect and courtesy of those around us. Those who refuse to accept their duty to be part of a civil society have no right or expectation to live with us while they make their plans to enslave or kill us.
Did my explanation of communicating with “wrong persons” make any sense?
Phil Copson says
Thank you GI – though it wasn’t even that. Simply calling someone an “idiot” for their unfeeling remarks about the terrorist attack on London Bridge, was enough to spark the wonderful leap of imagination that I am a potential jihadi. The person concerned will doubtless be pleased to hear that I am now giving the matter some serious consideration.
Fortunately, I have already got some of the basic equipment of jihadism – a sun-tan, a black beard, and a ruck-sack – and have been looking into acquiring the rest of the gear from my local suppliers “G.Hardy & A.K.Fortiss-Heaven”.
Disappointingly, it’s not quite as easy for a law-abiding Englishman to set himself up as a free-lance jihadi as you might think. For instance, the passing of the Clean Air Act of 1956 to combat London’s notorious “smogs” means that it is no longer permissable for me to put my enemies – traffic wardens, sandal-wearers, country music fans etc – into cages and set fire to them, and the EU Working Time Directive together with the necessity of offering paid holidays, National Insurance contributions, maternity leave etc makes it seem hardly worth my while to get those slaves I had in mind for my sugar plantation.
I suppose that if I put my mind to it, I could build an improvised explosive device of some sort, but in England we’re only allowed to let off fireworks once a year on Guy Fawkes NIght, so the opportunities of actually using it are rather limited.
I expect that I shall have to settle for giving stern looks to people who cycle on the pavement, and hope that this will be pleasing to Allah ?

GI, I wonder where to find in history “moderate” Nazis in Germany or Communists in the Soviet Union, China, North Korea or Vietnam. It’s my impression that such “softies” would be identified and “re-educated” very quickly. What has changed? Why does anyone believe that there are “moderate” Muslims? They all teach and pray for the same thing. It may be that some are in more of a hurry to claim their rewards; but to be Muslim is to follow the same teaching and share the same goal, or else you die.

Poor little girl, I hope she can put this away in her mind as she grows up, the rest of us have put our minds away, lost our minds, on purpose btw, and refuse to be grown up. That would require morals.
Alarmed Pig Farmer says
If you think about it, maybe this ruling is correct. What the young fellows did here was play a “go to Jannat early” game. Islam is porno heaven, the root of all Islam, one of the world’s great religions (Dubya, Barack Hussein, Hillary, John), and the kids were playing pretend acting out what they’re gonna do when they grow up, die as mujahadin and go to the real Jannat. Acting out their religious porno, so to speak.

If this is an accurate account then a travesty of justice has occurred, I’d pay $100 for the transcript of proceedings. No Judge should have the power to keep this secret and attempt to silence all participants – that is the beginnings of Fascism in America.
It sounds like both the Judge and the Prosecutor should be disbarred.
What restraint does this offer to other Muslim boys – none, it apparently justifies it, probably with that old dysfunctional codependent saw “It’s their culture”.

Frank Anderson says
GI, I’m sad to disagree with you: The Mississippi Constitution says “The courts of this state shall be open; and every person shall have remedy by due course of law for injury done to him in his lands, goods or reputation.” But from what I have observed most hearings take place in the judges’ chambers with no public observers or court reporters. What we see on television has little or nothing to do with what happens.
I recommend asking a lawyer who practices a lot of juvenile law to see how much is open and how much is closed. When a judge and prosecutor feel free to “dance” in the way illustrated by this case I doubt there was a reporter.
gravenimage says
I stand corrected, Frank. In California I believe there has to be a transcript by law. That may not be true in all states. My apologies if I misled anyone.

Jeronimo says
The Video is not available as it has been sequestered by the Judge due to the nature of the juvenile court restrictions. One of the boys actually filmed the heinous act! Just like the terrorists like to film the beheadings, drownings, and burning people alive. It was so disgusting that when the elderly woman who walked in the laundry room and saw what was going on she grabbed the phone from the child who was recording the act! The woman gave the phone to the father who couldn’t finish watching it because he became so outraged at what he was seeing! So, you won’t get a copy or link to the video. I don’t know what dicko wants to see a child violated anyway!
Jack Diamond says
Obviously the video is sealed from the public. The eyewitness to the video being taken was the woman who interrupted the rape, Jolene Payne. She has talked about it and the father of the victim has stated that he has watched the video, or at least all he could take, about 30 seconds:

Not sure about the legal remedies for this, but it would be nice if the President appointed a U.S. Attorney for Idaho. The previous, Wendy Olsen, insinuated herself into this case at the outset, threatening federal prosecution for those making “inflammatory” remarks about Muslim immigrants. She resigned this year but the acting U.S. Attorney was her first assistant.
The conduct of the judge in this trial, his sentencing, whether his ongoing gag order, after the trial, is even within his authority, a prosecutor who seems to be working for the accused, a fix that was in from the beginning… you would think, hope, the Trump administration would take the lead into investigating this travesty of justice that shines such a light on the ramifications of the Muslim migration (“refugee”) program, and it not have to just be the responsibility of groups like ACT for America or a Jay Sekulow.
As if it weren’t self-evident from the conduct of their predator children these families were undesirables who do not belong in the United States. Where is the deportation order for the family of the oldest boy, whose father congratulated him with a high-five? The families of the other perps who threatened and intimidated the victim’s family? Oh yes, not mentioned in court…
Frank Anderson says
I believe a federal case can be made under Attorney General Sessions for among other things violation of civil rights under color of state law. I would make a point of getting every available detail including witness statements to Sessions, or as close to him personally as possible. The judge and prosecutor ought to be removed from office, disbarred and jailed, quite like Mike Nifong of Duke Lacrosse Player (North Carolina) fame. Please collect, organize and copy all available information and get it to the Attorney General’s office, perhaps through a concerned Congressman or Senator.

Maybe the legal precedent for the gag order is that the three perps were legally “children” and were tried in juvenile court, whose proceedings have always, to the best of my knowledge, been secret….? Leave it to the muzzies to use our system against us.

Also, sometimes a third party–such as the city itself, given their inadequate response–can be named in a suit. The family might be able to get some compensation and recognition of wrongdoing there.

A gag order during a trial is one thing. A gag order after a trial, other than not using the name of a minor, is another. The U.S. Court of Appeals can be used to reverse such a gag order, since they (should) have to meet the strict test of constitutionality. Hopefully, it will be appealed.
There will almost certainly be a civil suit. WMD wrote “The family is still considering filing a civil suit against the families of the refugee boys and possibly against the College of Southern Idaho, which places refugees from several Third World countries into the Twin Falls area.”
phoebeintheforest says
Well there you go…College of Southern Idaho…deep pockets.
Frank Anderson says
Phoebe, I am not sure how the courts are structured in ID. Generally juvenile courts are the same level as circuit or NY’s supreme courts, courts of general, unlimited jurisdiction. Appeal would go to the next state court level, either an intermediate court of appeals or the state supreme court. A civil rights claim might also be possible to the Federal District Court for that jurisdiction. The best detailed analysis would come from a currently licensed and practicing attorney in ID.
Frank Anderson says
Jack, I once had to deal with a gag order from a state circuit court (a court of general jurisdiction, similar to NY’s supreme courts) that prohibited speaking with 1) the state bar, while a bar complaint was filed against the person under the gag order, and 2) the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT where the same person was named three times by the person obtaining the order a FEDERAL WITNESS. Some states allow people to be judges who have no business on the bench.
No state judge can prohibit speaking to federal authorities, whether law enforcement, judicial or congressional. Article 6 Clause 2 US Constitution, “[Federal law] shall be the supreme law of the land and the judges of every state shall be bound thereby; any thing in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.”
A federal witness is any person who knows material information about a federal matter, and 1) is expected to, 2) expects to or 3) actually does present that information in any federal proceeding. Any corrupt endeavor to harass, oppress or intimidate a federal witness before, during or after presenting that information to federal authority is a federal crime. 18 USC 1503, 1505, 1512 (and many cases before and after the Victims and Witnesses Protection Act of 1982). If this is reported to Congress, the Attorney General, or any other federal authority the judge who purports to punish that report is in serious trouble and should see the inside of a jail for a LARGE number of years, among other things.
I did win that case.
Jack Diamond says
Good to know, Frank. I think there’s going to be a push for both federal involvement and impeachment. I’ll certainly be contacting the powers that be and hope others do as well.
Frank Anderson says
Jack, the presently written law offers plenty of ways to deal with this matter. There is no need, nor any use whatever of going outside the law. The problem will always be to find those who are neither corrupt or lazy to enforce the law. When my case started I did not begin to know what I do now, about 30 years and dozens of hearings, briefs and arguments later. My comment is not theory or speculation, but is proven in many cases and courts.
Gadsden Flag says

To be sure I am no attorney, but Raven did say “a civil suit against the boys’ families” to which my first thought was, for what would they sue? However, the College of Southern Idaho is a different matter…as would be the LDS church and the Chobani Yogurt company…the city council, the mayor….
Frank Anderson says
Phoebe, I am a retired attorney who has held licenses in 2 states about 37 years. My thoughts are just that. A currently licensed and practicing attorney in ID would be far closer to correct on applicable details. Where I can be helpful, while performing my continuing duty to aid non-lawyers in recognizing their rights and duties. is to remind us that a suit of this nature could easily cost millions in attorney fees and expenses before the first dime is collected; and the litigation and appealS, almost certainly in the plural, could take 15 or more years. The more parties, the more excuses for delay and opportunity to run up legal bills by for example every one of them wanting to depose every other party. I would quickly and certainly defer to an attorney with better information.
In the past, “intervening criminal conduct” shielded defendants who did not participate in the criminal act from tort claims, which is what a lawsuit would involve. However a few recent decisions have made landlords liable (pay multi-million dollars in damages) for failing to provide security after notice of dangerous conditions.
Please consult a currently licensed and practicing attorney for better advice.

The only things approximating justice here would be getting the administration to move toward deporting these undesirables and the impeachment of the judge and prosecutor.

Re: Gadsden Flag,
I haven’t had the time to due any diligent research for that. Just to throw out some starters– based on Frank Anderson’s comment, there is the go to the top option, Attorney Gen. Sessions, for violation of civil rights:

Of course, you can just tweet Trump, I suppose.
You can also request a congressmen or senator approach the DOJ for you.
Another option to contact, which may or may not be useful, members of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Border Security and Immigration, one of the subcommittees within the Senate Judiciary Committee. Republican members who might be sympathetic listeners concerning deportation:
John Cornyn, Texas, Chairman
Thom Tillis, North Carolina
John Neely Kennedy, Louisiana
Chuck Grassley, Iowa
Ted Cruz, Texas
Jeff Flake, Arizona
Mike Crapo, Idaho
Mike Lee, Utah
(contact emails are easy to find)
As for judicial complaints, the Idaho Judicial Council seems to be the
place to file on a judge’s misconduct:
https://judicialcouncil.idaho.gov/FAQ.htm
There is a complaint form, which must be notarized, and mailed. Looks like it requires
great detail.
Regarding impeachment of a judge in Idaho:
-The Idaho Judicial Council investigates complaints against Idaho judges and may recommend to the supreme court the discipline, removal, or retirement of judges. The supreme court may review the recommendation of the judicial council and take additional evidence. The court may then reject the recommendation of the judicial council, or order discipline, removal, or retirement of the judge.
-Judges may be impeached by a majority vote of the house of representatives and convicted by a two-thirds vote of the senate.
Judicial Watch, judicialwatch dot org, and Jay Sekulow at the American Center for Law and Justice, aclj dot org {JW limits links in a posting, thus the dot com) may be sources for advice or advocacy, too.

ABC, contacting that judge would be violating a number of laws, especially federal mail and wire fraud laws, 18 U.S.C. Sections 1341 and 1343. “Any communication over the interstate wire system/US Mail in furtherance of a fraudulent purpose is a criminal act. . .”
It would also expose a person to state law charges. This is not a popularity contest where your free speech is protected. By leaving the judge, prosecutor and parties to themselves and contacting appropriate authorities, for example the ID Bar. your Congressional and Senate representatives, you are making a perfectly legal appeal to authority. By contacting the judge you are exposing yourself to contempt and other state, and possibly federal charges. If you are outside Idaho, and the state has some felony obstruction of justice statute it is possible you could be extradited to Idaho to face criminal prosecution and jail.
Don’t turn yourself into a target and a lousy judge into a victim.
gravenimage says
Frank, I am unclear why you would consider an email to the judge to be “fraudulent”?
I think it should be polite and (obviously) non-threatening–but I’m not sure why you would otherwise deem it illegal to contact the judge.
Frank Anderson says
GI, as always with greatest respect, the key words in federal obstruction of justice law, Sections 1503, 1505 and 1512 of the criminal code, Title 18 is “harass, oppress or intimidate”. An effort to harass the judge which has no possible chance to change his mind or do anything positive is arguably a criminal act with felony consequences under federal law, separate and apart from whatever Idaho has adopted under state law. Federal prosecutors could extradite someone outside Idaho to face felony charges if they were so motivated.
It also might be helpful to read 18 USC Section 1510, which deals with federal law protecting state law officials in the performance of their duties. Having been a federal witness and party who was subject to MAJOR harassment, oppression and intimidation for doing my clear duty as an attorney, this is a subject that I have been researching and litigating since 1982. I have reason to believe I am writing correctly.
The judge is a completely undeserving dirtbag; but he is still a court officer until he is removed from the bench and sent where he belongs; so is the evil prosecutor and the monster defendants and their families who approve of the rape. There is no reason or sense for those of us who are grossly offended by their reprehensible actions to put ourselves in the next headline for being arrested, extradited and prosecuted for wasting our time talking, writing or e-mailing the wrong persons. Comments to each other and news organizations, comments and complaints to the state and federal law enforcement, comments to the bar and judicial disciplinary process are all protected speech. I would much rather defend such comments than defend someone accused of harassing the judge, prosecutor or defendants.
Bar rules: I am retired. Please consult a currently licensed and actively practicing attorney in your jurisdiction for better advice.
gravenimage says
Thanks for your reply, Frank.
It still does not seem to me that expressing disagreement with this judge, if done politely and in an unthreatening manner would be fraud, though.
I’m not sure how useful it would be to contact this obtuse and vicious creep directly, in any case–so along with your warning, best to take a different approach.
Frank Anderson says
GI, “fraudulent purpose” in the mail and wire fraud statutes 18 U.S.C. Sections 1341 and 1343 includes criminal conduct. Direct contact with a judge, however well-justified under the circumstances, CAN be argued by a prosecutor to be a criminal act. To start with the prosecutor, at the judge’s direction, could argue BEFORE THAT SAME JUDGE that the contact, however worded, is contempt in his presence. As long as what is said is not directly to him, but about him in the proper context to news organizations or authorities, the comment or complaint is protected free speech under the rights of free speech and petition from the Constitution. His order cannot prevent or punish a complaint against him. If he did try that would show his further violation and subject him to well-deserved punishment.
Direct contact would also be arguably criminal under 18 U.S.C. Section 1510, which prohibits under federal law interfering with state officers in the performance of their duties. Until the judge is properly brought up on charges he is still a judge and subject to legal protection (ANY corrupt endeavor to harass, oppress or intimidate. . . from 18 U.S.C. Sections 1503 and 1505, which another judge would almost certainly take to protect this judge until he is removed).
I once had an extremely important case that I had spent years litigating on an argument of a motion before a judge, who was hearing the case for the first time. An OBSERVER, who was a Korean war veteran that had part of his brain shot out by a sniper, and was taken prisoner for several months, could not resist after the hearing and before the decision telling the judge he was “the smartest black man I have ever seen”. Since the observer was in the courtroom sitting close to people who were helping me with the case, that was all the excuse the judge needed to crush my effort for the moment. I was stunned, horrified and disappointed to say the least.
There are no words for the disgust I feel for this judge and prosecutor. Juvenile law generally is conducted in closed, non-public proceedings. Records are generally sealed without further legal process. But this was not a juvenile crime. It was aided and abetted by adults teaching these boys 1400 years of true, standard Orthodox Islam that rape of infidels, and child rape are regular parts of Islam. I have read Wafa Sultan, M.D.’s book, A God who Hates. Muslim men rape their own daughters. If a man’s daughter is so insignificant that he can freely rape her, where does an Infidel stranger stand in Islamic teaching? Sultan describes how often it happened in the process of forcing her to leave Syria. There is no respect in Islam for women. To Muslim men women are only mindless vessels for sex and childbirth. I certainly disagree and feel entirely differently about that subject.
Please remember the movie True Grit, when John Wayne tells Kim Darby what she can do when they catch her father’s killer, “But first we have to catch him.” This judge should be caught, removed, disbarred and punished. But not by any communications, regardless of their wording, that can expose the protester to expensive and potentially horrible consequences, converting the judge from the bad guy he is into a victim.
Always with greatest respect. Bar rules: I am retired. Please consult a currently licensed and practicing attorney in your jurisdiction for advice.
gravenimage says
Thank you so much for the information, Frank. I appreciate it.
Frank Anderson says
GI, you and anybody else who might not understand the risks of improper contact with a judge are most welcome. It would be sad to have this judge receive the sympathy and support of other judges because of unproductive, ill handled, and almost certainly illegal contacts. Please contact the appropriate people, possibly starting with the governor, attorney general, bar association, judicial complaint process and news outlets in the state and the President, Attorney General and US Attorney in the federal arena. PLEASE do not contact the judge handling the case. Judges tend to stick together and support each other until there is no choice.
Terry says
In Florida ( don’t know about elsewhere) there is also a commission-I THINK it is called JUDICIAL QUALIFICATION COMMISSION (or something similar, and anyone can file a complaint about a judge, and the state will look into it; if it sees that there is something to the complaint, they investigate further.
They have removed judges, based upon complaints that turned out to be accurate. (Often, they allow the judges to “retire’ due to ill health; or “pursue other avenues”– so as not to muddy their reputation, but they are off the bench. (And, from when i did some work for an attorney, other attorneys and law firms shun them).
Frank Anderson says
Terry, IN THEORY, there should be a judicial disciplinary body in every state. From what I have seen, where a state circuit court judge signed an order prohibiting a lawyer from defending a bar complaint and prohibiting him from testifying in a case where the person filing the bar complaint, and obtaining the gag order, named him 3 times, 3 times, 3 times (can’t resist the homage to wrestler Booker T.) a person “who will necessarily testify” in federal court, that judge remained undisciplined and remained on the bench for years or decades. In my experience, many judges are petty, biased, and determined to take care of their supporters and buddies and screwing all those they dislike. If you want to see what it’s really like, spend as many days or weeks as you can in real courtrooms instead of watching the clowns on television. A few judges will impress you with their devotion to honesty and fairness. But many will educate you by their disappointing conduct.
Phil Copson says
“…….many judges are petty, biased, and determined to take care of their supporters…..”
Why does anybody like a Hillary Clinton – who has no more than a nodding acquaintance with the truth – practice law in the first place ? For personal enrichment and to push a political agenda, neither of which are the best qualifications for independence and a scrupulous pursuit of the truth.
So if you have a profession that contains a large number of people with a rather elastic morality, it’s no surprise that the biggest crook gets to the top.
(Nothing personal intended to any retired attorneys reading this; I have two very successful solicitors amongst my cousins, but frankly I’ve always felt that they have wasted their abilities….)
Frank Anderson says
Phil, I worked 2 jobs and saved almost 5 years to go to law school. I earned, saved or borrowed every dime needed to get me through. My family was not in a position, nor would I allow them, to pay my way. That gave me the independence to tell professors, “You work for me” when they got challenging. Part of my work before law school was to deal with about 400 people who had tampered electric meters on their houses. You haven’t lived until you have sent 400 estimated bills with your name, address and telephone number on them. I had to take the calls and then deal with my boss (who had reviewed each bill and approved its sending) who would get the second call telling him what a wonderful person I am. So what could a professor say that would scare me? NOTHING.
I went to law school because too many lawyers did things to me and around me that were unethical, to be polite. Over the years watching other lawyers in action, I was right. Most went to law school because they believed television stories about how easy life can be if you do what a client wants instead of what the law and rules require. Generally most lawyers are too stupid and lazy to do anything else. I have worked as (partial list) radio announcer, movie projectionist, draftsman, engineering aide, degreed engineer, computer whiz, supervisor, technician, plumber, carpenter, electrician, early apprentice level machinist, gunsmith, long haul chemical truck driver, and lawyer. There is a lot of math included in those jobs; which makes life very interesting for opposing lawyers who need a calculator to add 2+2.
But remember, many lawyers consider judges nothing more than failed lawyers who know the “right” people to get on the bench, and once on the bench to stay there because of their influence and connections rather than their service to the law and competence and fairness to the parties. I have seen too many bullies on the bench who believe because of their position they are at least Minor Deities, who someday will be equal or superior to God himself. Naturally I did not do well because the judges know that I understand them and dare to fight. It never hurts in my situation to appeal them and at least make a record of their bias and abuse. I was never intended to be rich. So instead “freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose” has great truth and meaning to me. Franklin, means Free Man. That describes me. Perhaps more Franklins could make a difference.
Best wishes.

I am aware of that.
In Florida- there was a Criminal Court Judge (named Davis, forgot his first name), USED TO STOP TRIALS ( THIS WAS IN THE MIAMI-DADE AREA- HOME OF THE DRUG LORDS; MAJOR DRUG DISTRIBUTION CENTER), at weird, strange times (during the trial-like when someone is giving testimony); the Feds investigated-he was a druggie, and would go to his chambers to shoot up or snort. The Feds busted him. (He also used to take coke and heroin from trials-a portion of the evidence).
There was an area that was infested with hookers and drug dealers. The residents complained. The politicos listened, and ordered WITH MASSIVE PUBLICITY- a complete sweep. Dates and times announced.
There was a television camera truck; police cars all over the place. A POLICE WOMAN, IN UNIFORM, WAS STANDING AT A CORNER. A POLICE CAR AND THE TELEVISION CAMERA TRUCK A FEW FEET AWAY. WAITING FOR THE LIGHT TO CHANGE.
SHE WAS WEARING A WIRE.
A CAR PULLED UP. THE DRIVER-MALE- CALLED HER OVER. SHE THOUGHT 9 TESTIFIED TO THIS– AND VIDEOTAPED) THAT HE WANTED DIRECTIONS. SHE WENT TO THE CAR. HE ASKED HER HOW MUCH FOR A BLOW JOB; ALSO TO SCREW HER- FRONT OR ANALLY. SHE SAID THAT SHE IS A POLICE WOMAN, AND THAT SHE WAS WIRED. RESPONSE ” I AM A JUDGE. JUST TELL ME YOUR PRICES.” SHE ARRESTED HIM. He was removed- fought it- and lost. Claimed entrapment (tapes proved otherwise- and she told him that she was wired); racial discrimination ( thrown out), and a few other excuses-all rejected.
In a landlord/tenant case, the judge DECIDED THAT THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT RULING- IN AN IDENTICAL CASE (UNANIMOUS DECISION BY THE WAY) WAS WRONG, AND RULED THE OPPOSITE-FORCING THE PLAINTIFF TO APPEAL. AND THE JUDGE’S DECISION THROWN OUT. (The plaintiff is a long time friend- how I know about that case).
There was a case (I knew one of the attorney’s involved) involving a mortgage. There was a paragraph added to the documents ( this was a multi family portfolio loan–not a plain vanilla single family residential loan) allowing certain items. The two sides disagreed about the meaning of the wording. It was ambiguous. The judge started ruling on OTHER POINTS IN THE DOCUMENT- WHICH WERE NOT IN DISPUTE, AND WHERE AGREEMENTS AND COMPROMISES HAD BEEN AGREED TO, BOTH BY THE ATTORNEYS AND THEIR CLIENTS. The judge wanted the agreements thrown out- and his views installed. And not ruling on the disputed matter ( the ONLY item the attorneys wanted to be ruled on).
the judge called a lunch break, and the attorneys decided to drop the case, and have coffee – and negotiate on their own–the judge was in LA LA LAND.
So, I know, judges can be off the wall.

Thanks for the information on your background, Frank. Good for you.
I worked all the way through school, as well.

Bottom line for me…..if the Judge is male. And if he has testicles. I’d hang him by them.
Ed Lee says
I have an old friend who lives in Boise, who I have corresponded with about this several times. He tells me that in Boise, Muslims are an extremely small minority, and that local law enforcement officials are much more concerned with Russian immigrants, because they pose a far greater threat to the community than Muslims. It is obvious that our government does not vet any immigrants adequately.
Frankandfrank says
Maybe someone should speak to a licensed attorney in that jurisdiction about the validity of the court’s order purporting to forever silence the victim– it tends to appear to violate the First Amendment.
Donald R Laster Jr says
The parents of the girl should file and appeal and sue the prosecutor and State for violating her rights and not prosecuting these criminals. Islam teaches this is acceptable behavior.
Infidel Lass says
As a woman, an aunt, a sister, this makes me sick to the stomach.
I can only wonder what the Judge’s reaction would be if his toddler daughter or granddaughter was in place of this poor child? And the Prosecuting Attorney, a woman? Shame. Shame. Something needs to be done. The Judge must be impeached as of yesterday, and that Kroeger woman needs to be arrested for her perversion to the course of justice.
The only reason I can see for the two of them bringing things this far is that they share a common taste with those criminal boys. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn they have pedophile tendencies.
Matthieu Baudin says
“… From the beginning to the end, for Idaho officials this case was about one thing, and one thing: not justice for this poor little girl who was brutalized and abused, but about making sure that Americans don’t start to realize what is happening and oppose the Muslim migrant influx. Idaho officials were willing to sacrifice this girl’s wellbeing for that goal – to their everlasting shame…”
The new Judicial Apartheid that we have seen exposed several times in accounts from Sweden in recent times.

Pamela Geller: Idaho Muslim Migrants who raped 5-year-old plead guilty, get no jail time
…………………
Just sickening–but I cannot say I am surprised. In many ways, the judge castigating the victim’s mother was the worst.
Kudos to Pamela Geller for continuing to expose this travesty of justice.
Kitty says
The 3 little bastards should be wards of the state and put into a juvenile facility where they not only learn a REAL lesson but their behavior is monitored!! I can’t believe they were given back to these parents. When it is so obvious they are extremely demented! They and the parents need to learn a real lesson! Sounds like a Muslim court system where the victim is found guilty and punished unless a man comes forward to say she was raped!! Won’t happen in the filthy muzzie world! US needs to send a loud and. Lear message to Muzzies WE won’t tolerate your Sheria in this country or this mentality they bring with them!!!!!!
WPM says
Deport the lot of them this kind of violence should not be tolerated .The boys involved in this have been raised this way, they are damage goods that should be returned to sender. If they are so smart ,doing so well in school, they should be able to make a difference back in country they came from! The parents that raised these things should also be seen back.
Sarah says
I looked just like her at that age. Any daughter I may ever have, will probably look just the same.
This is heartbreaking. This goes so far beyond rape and into animal territory – their actions – they used that poor little girl like meat. She did not exist as a human being,in their eyes. She was meat with a pulse to be used for their interests in ACHIEVING A FUCKING ORGASM.
I can only guess that piece of filth Judge and the equally obscene animals who defended and supported those 3 vile waste’s of oxygen, did so under the basis that those migrants simply did to that poor little girl, things that they have seen occur, time and again in their homeland of origin.
Well fucking great. Whoop-dee-doo. We have 3 Muslims who have committed what is, essentially, an atrocity against a defenseless small child – and let us remember here – it was ALL IN THE PURSUIT OF AN ORGASM.
So on what planet, ON WHAT DAMN PLANET does their ‘suffering’ for having endured witnessing similar atrocities somehow automatically mean that they ‘deserve’ asylum? Because as these 3 have proven – you can take them away from the rape, the violence, the conflict and the danger that their POS religion and culture constantly vomits out – but you can’t take the rape, violence, conflict and danger out of the individual.
There are a long list of people who deserve to be charged, convicted and jailed with this crime.
The Judge, the Defense Attorney (not for providing a defense, but providing a defense that BLAMED THE MOTHER AND DAUGHTER), the Therapist, the Detective’s, the Immigration Official who signed and stamped their request for asylum and pretty much any American adult who in any way, shape or form, had a hand in defending, helping and supporting these 3 vile pigs.
As for the 3 little pigs – castrate them, blind them, cut off their right hands and their left feet – and then unceremoniously dump them back at the border of whichever hellhole they slithered out of to begin with. And then take every single family member related by blood or marriage to these 3 little pigs, remove their right hands and left feet and also, dump them back at the border of their POS homeland to go and fester back where they came from.
If we start holding these officials and especially, ESPECIALLY these Judge’s to account – watch the outcomes change overnight. Most importantly, if we start holding the family member’s of any of them who commit sickening acts like this, or terrorism etc – to account along with their vile relations, you watch how fast, HOW DAMN FAST those worthless coward’s will start self policing and will stop this rot from happening to begin with.
That poor kid and her family, despite being Westerner’s, despite being AMERICAN’S have a better case for seeking asylum in another nation right now, than 94% of any Muslim migrant who flocks to our shores. They should come to Australia. Their country has failed them, completely and utterly, irrevocably failed them.
Sorry for the swearing. I’ve had enough of the Internet for today.
gravenimage says
Actually, it is even worse than pursuing an orgasm without concern for the victim.
Muslims are taught from an early age that it is permissible to humiliate Infidels through rape.
Irene Brekelmans says
What an Outrage, I have for this. I can’t write any more about this, as I will start to swear.
And why do the parents of these boys not pay for the bills of the court? I don’t get that.
I am from Europe and see and read that the Laws in th USA are not followed either like here in Europe.
I think that those judges who do not follow the laws, should be imprisoned for a long time and so should the people of our governments be too, but at least you still can protect yourselves, we can’t as we are not allowed wapens, only the muslims have wapens and criminal gangs.
When do you think comes the clash? I really liked that Sheriff from yesterday, the first one who stood strong, a man of the law. All people who do not behave themselves should be thrown out immediately.
It is getting late, very late. I wish you all the best and the best for the europeans too.
There is one thing I do not understand in all this. Even if it is not for yourself, one would think that you do something for your children and grandchildren, so they don’t have to live in this utterly deathcult! I always thought that parents would do their utmost to protect their children, but I must be mistaken in
the human race all along. It is the saddest history in our times.
gravenimage says
Yes–the law protecting citizens is often not being enforced in either the US or in Europe. Suicidal madness.

“Whenever something happens like the Fawnbrook case, the Refugee Center’s action is to “create a program that would give some more education to the kids,” Rwasama said. “We want to prevent any behavior that may be violating the law.”
Another comment on the unsuitability of these people for introduction into free society in the west. They may want to prevent criminal behavior, but have no control over it. When they change, we will let them in. Not a moment before.
rabrooks says
However, by our standards a five year old is way too young, but just right for mad-mo’…

I read about this case already a while ago when it happened. It was appalling then and the outcome now is outrageous. There might have been justice only if the family had been rich and famous. Sadly this is the sad state America is in today.

Tom says
Anger and rage are words that cannot ever describe what I am feeling after reading this story.
The prosecutor and judge must both be impeached and disgraced for in treating the parents and child victim in such a way they have brought disgrace and disrepute upon the word “justice”.
There is NO excuse for leniancy for anyone, no matter who or how old they are, when they make a decision to use a knife to terrorize and threaten a child into performing sexual acts. PTSD be damned, they are just evil kids and need to be incarcerated and deprogrammed.
Frank Anderson says
Tom, imagine one of us had this case in front of us on the bench. These “boys” should have been tried as adults, and their parents charged and tried for contributing to the delinquency of minors. Expert witnesses, starting with Wafa Sultan, MD, and all the other formerly Muslim women who can testify to the savagery and brutality taught by Islam to men, would build a record to support convictions when appealed.
Rape of a 5 year old child at knife point is severely aggravated child molestation, an adult crime, not a juvenile infraction. I believe in my area this is the way this kind of case would be handled, as long as her parents to keep enough control of their own emotions to trust the courts. This is a good time to both pray and ACT for law and justice.

Idaho is the state that gave the US (as a Senator) Frank Church, who, along with his fellow lefties (THE CHURCH COMMITTEE-OR WAS IT COMMISSION?) did so much a few decades ago, to wreck American (foreign) intelligence.
So, nothing that comes form there-like nothing from the 9th Circus -comprised of liberal progressives can surprise me.
But, this is sickening.
I feel sorry for the little girl; and her parents.
IS THE JUDGE ELECTED? if so, he should be defeated in when he goes for re-election.
And, there could also be a possible recall. Florida has a sort of Judicial commission (I live here, but am not sure of the proper name) where one can file a complaint-if the person feels that the judge is unfit. I have heard of a case or two where the judge was removed- but usually after the judge broke a law; or ignored a superior court’s ruling ). (I am not an attorney).
Terry says
I forgot to mention-re Frank Church. I am fairly certain that after he destroyed-as best he could, American intelligence, he was re-elected.

This is indeed an absolute travesty of justice what has happened here. Tomorrow in my Edward’s Journal blog I’m going to be addressing this topic with a blog post a link to this story.
I am calling for an economic boycott not just of Twin Falls Idaho but the entire state of Idaho as well. If the sorry bastards running this state can’t do any better than this, than this state needs to be driven into bankruptcy.
There are far better places than Idaho to spend you summer vacation.

I think everyone’s missing the point here A innocent special needs little 5 year old girl who was diabolically sexually assaulted. Who at best was/is Fearing for her life and was/is terrorized , will and has suffer and unimaginable horrific emotional scar. Now suffers unimaginable nightmares as her attackers run free from justice that completely failed her With a unconstitutional gag order making her family and attorney criminals for speaking out and asking for help. One can only imagine the horror and isolation she now lives in. So I ask you is this the new normal America has become?
Terry says
In my view, thank Obama, Hillary Clinton, the Eric Holder/Loretta Lynch Dept of Injustice; Schmuck Schumer; and the other liberturds, who brought this scum, no, camel shit, into this country.
And the assholes who voted for Obama TWICE, and not seeing (or wanting to see) the damage he has done to this country.
Just my view

What total bullshit! If this story is true I am outraged that a judge, police, the lawyer for the attckers, and the whole justice system should all be whipped for their stupidity in this kangaroo court knowing full well the depth of their own shame and guilt. They are the true guilty ones. They were not blind to the truth as guilt was admitted! These liberals are not bleeding hearts that want to help muslim, deep in their heart of hearts liberals are as deprived and barbaric as the muslims and take great delight in the these cases of rape, bestiality, and beatings! The liberals love being able to twist and inflict more torture on victims of the muslims because they get off on it. Liberals want to see the world beat, burnt, and sexualy used like in the days of Sodom and Gamora. They are secretly twisted closet sadist but now can come out of the closet thanks to the barbaric backward muslims they have admired and been jealous of. Now the liberals can get their fill of sick, twisted, murder, child abuse, and ass raping animals! I can’t say it enough but that’s why the liberals are all for them they love all that sick shit and they really really get off on it, you sick perverted hillory lovers. All one big perverted liberal part!!!
Terry says
Actually, why Sodom ( from which we get the word sodomy) and Gomorrah were wicked.
But the OTHER reason that they were destroyed is that they were inhospitable to strangers and guests, and wanted to anally rape the three angels (in human form) who were the guests of Lot.
And there were not even 10 good people in the city. (Started at 100, then 50 then 10-so the city was destroyed)
Donald R Laster Jr says
Only two angels went to Sodom. The third visitor remained with Abraham and was Jehovah/Christ.

The liberals don’t believe it in spite of eye witness testimony– just ask Snopes.
There’s a large contingency in this country that is actively (or at times consenting through silence) against anything traditional, or “white” or Christian. They already have their “bad guy” so they don’t have to think.
Terry says
Kay– Snopes is (or was) quite lefty.

it was started by a husband/wife (I think both retired, and lots of time); a few almanacs and encyclopedias, and some college students.

But had a leftist tint.

This reminds me so much of what we are seeing in Europe. How these lawyers can defend such brutality and the judge should not be permitted to be a judge any longer. Instead this cover up will only spread to other cases and we will see the same disasters that we see in Europe with 1000s of children raped by muslims and covered up.

So the little victims life is basically ruined and the Moslem monsters will grow up with the understanding that it’s ok to rape infidels. If I had been part of that family I would be willing to go to prison in order to ensure that justice was served; and it would have been served with 230 grains of hollowpoint.
Frank Anderson says
Kenny, there is no reason to destroy yourself because someone else is evil. I pulled that error when I blew the whistle on the theft of $200 Million in present value from a federally mortgaged cooperative. I’m the only one who was punished by loss of literally everything that identified me, except for my licenses. Look for alternatives to cause the desired result which do not at the same time take away a valued and important member of your family. “Learn to subdue your passions. . .” Please. Good and worthy people are rare. Evil people are plentiful.
