First came the SPLC’s claim, uncritically accepted by the establishment media, that it was an impartial and reliable arbiter of what constituted a “hate group” and what didn’t. Then came the defaming of opposition to jihad terror as “hate.” And PayPal has dropped Jihad Watch, and more of this kind of thing is sure to come soon — and not just to Jihad Watch, but even to many for whom Jihad Watch is “controversial” for standing against jihad terror and Sharia oppression.
If you support the work of Jihad Watch, close your PayPal account now. Contact them and tell them why. Tell all your friends that PayPal has bowed to Left-fascism, and to boycott it.

The Left is moving in for the kill now and trying to delegitimize and silence all voices of dissent. Don’t allow this rapidly creeping totalitarianism to succeed.
The list below is a good start regarding conservative groups that have been defamed by the SPLC’s “hate group” listings, but there are many others — notably Pamela Geller’s American Freedom Defense Initiative.
“These are the mainstream conservatives on CNN’s ‘hate group’ list,” by Jordan Schachtel, Conservative Review, August 19, 2017:
CNN has published a list of “hate groups” currently operating in the United States, relying on an extremely partisan analysis from the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
Several truly extremist groups populate the list, such as the Ku Klux Klan, New Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, and others.
But along with the neo-Nazi and Islamic extremist groups on the list, the SPLC has lumped in as “hate groups” mainstream, well-known conservative individuals and organizations who merely speak out about the threat of radical Islam. Here are some that were included on the list.
On the “hate group” list
David Horowitz Freedom Center
The influential California-based conservative organization describes its mission as “dedicated to the defense of free societies whose moral, cultural and economic foundations are under attack by enemies both secular and religious, at home and abroad.” The group focuses on combatting the far Left and Islamist allies. The SPLC labels the center, which is supported by thousands of conservatives, as “anti-immigrant” and “anti-Muslim.”
ACT for America
Nationwide conservative organization that claims to have 750,000 members. ACT was founded by Lebanon-born Brigitte Gabriel, who uses the organization to warn about the threat posed by Islamic extremism. The SPLC has declared it Anti-Muslim
Jihad Watch
A blog by Robert Spencer under the umbrella of the David Horowitz Freedom Center. The SPLC considers him “anti-Muslim.”
Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) & Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR)
These D.C. think tanks favor less immigration. The SPLC labels the groups “nativist” and “fear-mongering.”
Center for Security Policy
Washington, D.C., defense think tank that advocates for Ronald Reagan’s “peace through strength” philosophy. The SPLC lists it as an anti-Muslim hate group.
Clarion Project
A non-profit that highlights the threats to the world posed by Islamic radical groups. Listed as “Anti-Muslim” by the SPLC.
Family Research Council
A non-profit conservative Christian group that focuses on lobbying for socially conservative policies. The SPLC has determined it to be an “anti-gay hate group.”
Family Security Matters
Conservative blog with a stated mission to “inform all Americans, men and women, about the issues surrounding national security.” The SPLC says it is anti-Muslim.
The United West
Florida-based conservative group that focuses on national security, pro-Israel advocacy, and highlighting the persecution of Christians. The SPLC declares it anti-Muslim.
Bosch Fawstin
Artist and anti-jihad activist who was attacked by ISIS sympathizers for drawing Islam’s Muhammad. He’s on the SPLC’s anti-Muslim list.
Daniel Greenfield
The Front Page Magazine national security writer is listed as an anti-Muslim hater….

I pray with folded hands that President Trump or some other high profile person would have the courage to call out the hypocrisy and mendacious ideology of SPLC, Zuckerberg and the rest of their company – by merely saying “Jihad Watch” is a fact based organization, and not a “hate group.”

I suspect Bannon’s return to Breitbart is going to include pushback against the neo-fascism of the SPLC and ProPublica.
Hindus and India are a main target of Islam. Let’s hope they respond to Apple and PayPal for shutting down criticism of Islam with their wallet. Someone like Salman Rushdie could put this issue front and center with only a simple statement. Notice that the SPLC is afraid to put him on their list.
Cameron Tremblay says
Here, here Adrian…where is Trump on all of this? Come on big guy…America needs you. Same with Bill Gates…he recently rescinded his comments on open borders…at least he’s smartening up…

SPLC has made false accusations so why are the groups who have been damaged not suing the SPLC for the damages caused? The only way to prevent a bully is to extract a cost to the bullying. If they achieve their goal they will just do it again and currently they are achieving their goals. I an not a lawyer so do not know the issues of doing a class action suit on SPLC but if I sat on the jury I would agree to a fine on SPLC so costly they would have a hard time keeping their doors open. Pick the court/judge in the best district to file against SPLC. If this has been reviewed and declined I would be interested in why for my personal knowledge.

Great idea….SPLC is slandering these websites by our law of slander. These websites use information based on facts of the verses in the Quran and doctrine website…sort of like following the islamic law of slander…..which we know is deceptive in nature since it does not want facts to be known. Sharia law is not the law of the land and should be banned. When an imam is part of a jihad terror group and gets in the news, you know the heat is on.
Alien Republican says
When muslims agree that there is a connection between islamic doctrines and violence, will they be labelled as islamophobic as well ?
Kyai Haji Yahya Cholil Staquf,
Secretary General of the largest Muslim Union in Indonesia, admitted in an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung that the terror is based in Islam. The fear of the West before Islam is quite understandable, because too many Muslims wanted to fight modern civilization. The state laws should have a clear precedence over Islamic law. The relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims and their attitude to state and law were problematic and lead to separation and enmity.
From an article by M. Stürzenberger (http://www.pi-news.net/will-man-mich-auch-islamophob-nennen/), recently sentences to 6 months in prison by a bavarion court, which found him guilty of “distributing propaganda material”. in other words, the court want him to label as an apologete of national socialism.
Quotes (Yahya Cholil Staquf):
“There is a clear connection between fundamentalism, terrorism and basic Islamic orthodoxy.”
“Too many Muslims see civilization, the peaceful coexistence of people of different faith, as something to be combated.”
“The West must stop thinking about these questions as islamophobic.”
“We must come to the conclusion that an understanding that sets the traditional norms of Islamic legal doctrine absolutely false. Religious values and social reality must fit together. And it must be crystal clear that state laws take precedence. “

It’s the new religion that’s sweeping the West: Anti-racist fanaticism. It takes a cause that normative Judeo-Christian ethics approves of and throws out all other forms of sin, forming a sort of cult out of a subset of traditional religion. It manifests itself in several ways:
-Indiscriminate, McCarthy-like attacks against suspected racists.
-Rummaging in the attic for signs of past racism to be destroyed (ex. statues of dead Confederates)
-Refusal to name other forms of evil, like jihadism, which is religious in nature, but not racist.
That’s why college campuses don’t have demonstrations against Iran or ISIS, and why you’ll never see Antifa protesting against a site the PA named after a terrorist. Many Jews have been sucked in – understandable since the Nazis were racists – but beware, this is a new form of evil.

I’m often arguing along the similar idea. In the end ANY distinction between THEM and US evenntually lends itself to kill “them”. The recent tearing down of confedarate monument is eeriily reminiscent of iconoclastic movements during medieval times and before or the maoist cultural revolution.
There is some critique regarding the idea that “history repeats itself” (determinism”. However, humans have hardly changed over millenia. love, hate, greed, whatvever drives human affaires are timeless. I haven’d the list doubt that thte current “Antifa” wouldn’t stop with clubbing, pepper spraying and molotov cocktails. They have shown their true colors in Europe for a long time.

Dave, you day jihadis is religious in nature, but not racist; but there is much about islam that is extremely racist.
Their contempt for black slaves and Arab centric views are widespread and persistent.
They also view themselves as a race, complaining endlessly about islamofobik racism, as a single entity.
The despicable treatment of non muslim girls was absolutely racist, with repeated references to ‘white girls’ as their preferred victims.
But I take your point that the major thrust of islam claims to be ‘religious’.
But, then again, my kids claim to know everything…
Westman says
I’m viewing this in a different light. I see these demonstrations aren’t about their stated cause, they are about youth being disillusioned about their prospects and blaming historical figures, capitalism, and other factors for their disappointment. We saw this same thing in the 60’s and then they went on to become the most virulent capitalists of all time. Find me a 75 year old hippy who actually had a career and I’ll show you someone with a stock portfolio.
Even poor Lauren Kirchner, of ProPublica doesn’t realize, in her anti-establishment fervor, that the men around her, 3 of which eat up 75% of the administrative costs, are capitalists.
I saw this repeatedly, in my business, where “journalists” were fed bread crumbs while using them up. The most common new journalist, coming from the university, is a debt-laden activist who wants to change the world and will work for poverty wages for the “privilege”. The second most common was the anti-establishment “investigative” reporter who attacked government; including the local police.
This will pass when the proponents find their behavior only makes their prospects worse. Communism doesn’t work. In the meantime we have to resist their misplaced attempt, mirroring the jihadists, to carve up the West into “booty”.

https://www.disruptj20.org/
The Justice Department is demanding that the website’s host, DreamHost, turn over all the records of people who produced these materials, downloaded them, or subscribed to its feed. DreamHost is owned by Massachusetts-based flaming liberal Endurance International Group, which owns about 30 other web hosting sites, such as Bluehost, Hostgator, iPage, JustHost, Mojo Marketplace, Fat Cow, and many more.
https://www.webhostingsecretrevealed.net/blog/site-updates-news/the-who-what-when-of-endurance-international-group-eig/
Endurance is well known for letting its customer think these web hosting sites are independent and compete against each other, when Endurance directly controls them all.
Can’t say that I’m surprised that Endurance supports communist subversive websites. In a federal class action lawsuit, for violating federal securities laws, Endurance has been accused of hosting terrorist websites on BlueHost, JustHost, HostGator and HostMonster.

I will probably do what I call a “buy slowdown,” short of a boycott (like a work slowdown, short of a strike). Just bought my first product from Jet.com (Walmart owned) instead of Amazon, the later which through the Washington Post that it owns, is publishing numerous slanderous and treasonous articles against Trump, and pandering to Islamofascists in the Middle East and in the West.
Oliver says
RE: Washington Post, in a blog (put out by The Wall Street Journal) it said that the reporters (paraphrasing, don’t have it in front of me) should not be critical (in their- the reporters) writings of firms that advertise in the Washington Post.
Really creative– if product Z has e coli in it, but the manufacturer puts out coupons for it in the Sunday paper, cannot print it?
What has happened to journalistic integrity? (Hypothetical question, I know the answer- down the toilet)
D Austin says
The Washington Post Co. was sold to Amazon.com founder and chief executive Jeffrey P. Bezos.
Last March, WikiLeaks dumped “Vault 7” – a trove of documents and software from the CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence. I’m sure you heard of the iPhone hacks, the CIA turning your TV into a spy device, and even efforts to pin hacking operations on the Russians. What may not be as well known is that the CIA has a well-respected news outlet on their side.
The Washington Post put out articles showing that your car really isn’t at risk of being hacked, that Apple already patched their software, that Obama’s cyber officials had watched over the CIA’s processes carefully, that your encrypted data is still safe, and that the real villains here are WikiLeaks and of course the Russians.
Jeff Bezos, who owns The Washington Post AND Amazon — negotiated a $600 million dollar contract for Amazon to provide cloud-based servers to the CIA. You would THINK that The Washington Post would maybe add a disclosure about their relationship to Amazon or the CIA – but they don’t think it is relevant.
Amazon now has contracts with the CIA, Healthcare.gov, NASA, the FDA and a host of other government agencies. They use those deals as a massive selling point for their software. So, Amazon has a TON to lose if the public lost trust in THEIR systems, rather than the public blaming Cold War super villain Russia.
When it comes to The Washington Post – it only cost Jeff Bezos $250 million dollars. That is pocket change. Amazon brought in THREE TIMES THAT AMOUNT in PROFIT in the 4th quarter of 2016 ALONE. If you think that a little thing like journalistic integrity will get in the way of Bezos’ grand plans, you are sorely mistaken.

I currently rely on eBay to buy and sell items. As a condition of using eBay, I have to accept Paypal payments. What other auction sites covering the UK can anyone recommend please ?
In the meantime, I have added the following to an eBay advert I posted-up today:
“5% Discount: I have to accept Paypal as a condition of selling on eBay, but I am very opposed to their foolish and naive interference with free speech by withdrawing Paypal facilities from respectable organisations who have been targeted and defamed by Left-wing activists. Tomorrow this could be you or me. I will therefore give a 5% discount to anyone who pays me by Bank Transfer or cash, since I do not wish to contribute to their unpleasant political activities. Whatever the item sells for, I will accept 5% less and mark it as having been paid; eg – if it sells for £150, you pay me only £142.50. Ask me why.”
This may help others reconcile using eBay with their consciences. (And since Paypal deduct somewhere over 3% from payments you receive, then doing this will actually cost you under 2% of the sale price anyway.)
If eBay retaliate by taking my advert down, I will post this on JW together with any excuses they give.
PS: the advert is for a manual bell-housing for a small-block Chevy – don’t the very words “small-block Chevy” feel like a life-boat of sanity in the sea of confusion and carnage that our treacherous politicians have plunged us into ?

The SPLC is as disgusting as CAIR. No mean feat.
Alarmed Pig Farmer says
At a practical level, why is the SPLC a tax exempt organization? Same goes for the NAACP. Political advocacy organizations are by law subjected to normal taxation, right? On a thousand fronts the fake reality thing has gone too long. I’d suggest also pulling CAIR’s tax exemption, but I don’t wanna risk being stabbed or blown up. The followers of CAIR are specially zealous for some unknown reason.
Westman says
No, Believe it or not, the SPLC is listed as a charity, yet has incredible unused assets. This is somewhat like granting tax-exempt status to private assassins hired by the Mafia.
One of the biggest scams in America is “charities” created to provide salaries to executives for little work. The entire thing can be streamlined by employing companies that take care of the business details. When you get mail solicitations and the personalized return slips all have the same format, and are addressed to a processing center, a light should go on. They sell the donors to each other like a commodity.
Oliver says
Many decades ago, I met the attorney with a state attorney’s office, in charge of charity fraud. (This was a few decades before the idea of emails or the Internet existed).
He told me, most charities, especially the large ones, spend most of their receipts on salaries and benefits for the elite; using a minimum for real charity.
A different but similar take: THE MARCH OF DIMES. originally started to find a cure and/or prevention for polio. That was more or less solved with the Salk & Sabin vaccines.
So, THE MARCH OF DIMES changed their focus to birth defects. Always have been birth defects, probably always will. But they keep their cushy jobs- and salaries and benefits.

Linked to the article on my personal Facebook page, The Black Robe Regiment of Virginia FB page, and Church Minutemen of Virginia FB page:
Shhhhhhhhhh! Don’t say anything, Church, and maybe you will be spared. As you do everything in your power to avoid conflict and controversy to preserve your own interests, however, bear in mind that “the adulteress,” like her father the devil, “hunt[s] for the precious life;” (Proverbs 6:26) and her father knows the address of the greatest number of “precious lives” in America, the Church. Bear in mind also, that as you have turned away your eyes from seeing and your ears from hearing the plight of those who suffer injustice, so will God turn away his eyes and ears from you in your hour of need, for “God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap;” (Galatians 6:7) and “shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” (Genesis 18:25)
Lydia says
Spot on!
This has been the attitude of the church for far too long here in the USA. While Christians are being butchered in other parts of the world, it was all “Sh! Don’t tell me about it, it will ruin my plans for marriage and kids.” When persecution started here, it was “Sh! Don’t bother me with that now, I want to watch the sports game now.” It has been all about: Me, me me. My little kingdom. My career. My life. My plans. My family. My hobbies. My entertainment. Don’t wake me up. I want to keep enjoying my life guilt free, without a care for those in need, the persecuted Church, both abroad and domestic. Just don’t say anything, it will all go away again. Don’t make any waves, and they will let you live in peace. And so the monster grows. Then one day he finds you in a mall, perhaps like the one in Kenya a few years ago. The pivotal question arises, what it always all comes down to: Are you with Jesus, or not?! Are you a Christian? Are you for or against ‘the Christ’? Most of them will just keep going down the same slacker road and deny their faith so that their cozy, cushy, comfortable lives filled with 2 car garages and wide screen TV’s can keep rolling along. They gain the whole world, but lose their souls. They care for their own interests, at the expense of innocent victims and the cause of justice and righteousness, instead of the other way around. Pick up your cross and carry it daily! How many show up at rallies in support of those like Kim Davis? They are all cowards, caring only for self preservation; the self. Same priority as the church of satan; the self. Think about it.
The hour is approaching, the hour of testing, the hour of temptation for the church. The wheat will be separated from the chaff. The sheep and the goats will part ways by the great divider of hearts. Will you stand with Jesus, or not? Will you end up being for or against Him? In the end, that is all that matters, no matter what else you have done in your life, how many pious prayers you have prayed.
Most of the church is like a deer in the headlights. The day of judgment is coming, and judgment begins in the house of the Lord. How many are ready? Wake up from your slumber!
They have turned a blind eye and a deaf hear to those in distress in the church, and their hour of distress is on the way. Yes, they have their targets ready.
By the way, if you are on their ‘hit list’ it is because you have done something RIGHT!
All who will be found in HIM on that day will be glorified, all who stand with Jesus and His Holy Word, but all who shrink back in fear of persecution due to association with Jesus and His Word the Bible will be ashamed because He will be ashamed of them. So many have it backwards. It’s not about survival with the most toys till the end. It’s about losing it all for the sake of Christ, being a target for bearing His Namesake, being a witness for Him in word and deed, these will be honored in heaven.

The only way to say it clearer than the splc is saying it…is to come right out and say it. If the splc said it clearly, that would make them have to list themselves as a ‘hate group.’
And, it also shows up the splc as being an enabler of islam’s terror through its protection of moslums and it’s lies about others being anti-moslum as opposed to being in favor of free speech and freedom of faith or belief.

The biggest problem with splc is that they are in the business of litigation, and have plenty of money to throw into any action against them.
There’s also a big danger that they will manipulate or coerce judges, jurors and just about anyone else involved or reporting on a trial they are involved in.

yes, Bitcoin is unstoppable, but sadly it’s still too un-user friendly for most of the patrons here.

Note – They target **Bosch Fawstin**.
He is an **apostate from Islam**. He risks *death*… at the hands of his former coreligionists.
Will the SPLC cheer and hand round the candy if the sharia assassins find and murder Bosch Fawstin in order to punish him for 1/ leaving and 2/ publicly criticising, questioning and making fun of Islam (all of which he does not out of personal animus but because he can show damn good *reasons* why Islam ought to be renounced, and criticised, and opposed, and mocked into the bargain)???
Are they on board with the Islamic Blasphemy Law? The Islamic Apostasy Law?
Do they believe that it is perfeclty natural, good and right that anyone who leaves Islam, and anyone who criticises it or pokes fun at it, should be KILLED?
They need to be asked those questions – point blank – by… a whole bunch of apostates from Islam who can rub the SPLC’s noses in the fact that they, by condemning a critic of Islam and defector from Islam, they are siding with **a cult that, exactly like the Mafia, KILLS its defectors and opponents**.

I wrote an email to the SPLC just now requesting information; here’s my email to SPLC:
Hello,
Recently you published a ‘hate map’ and/ or a list of hate groups/ organizations, etc.. In your report you state statistics as to who are the perpetrators of hate crimes, etc. I am doing independent research and am requesting that you send me your research statistics for independent analysis and verification. Please provide your statistics at your earliest convenience. my email address is:
Also, please provide a detailed description of what constitutes ‘hate’ and/ or ‘hate speech’. Who decides what is ‘hate’?
Thank you,
Barry
….I’ve deleted my email address above and last name for the posting of this comment. I wrote the SPLC to ask them to provide the data they are using in their ‘hate analysis’, and also what they define/ how they define ‘hate’….I received an auto-response saying it may take up to two weeks for a response….

So very sorry that I do not have a PayPal account that I could cancel. What idiots.

Need to add Liberty Counsel to the above list. Also, youtube is suspending ad revenues for conservatives and Trump supporters. (Wild Bill for America, Diamond and Silk, and Pamela Geller too.)

I have cancelled my account at PayPal and sent them a critical email explaining why they are so very wrong.
Surely what Pay Pal are doing is against the First Amendment of the US Constitution? They are acting as a global censor of free speech.
c matt says
Only problem is that the free speech laws in the US apply only to government censorship. Private business (such as paypal) can censor at will. If they can be regulated as a public commodity, then perhaps some restrictions could be applied.

Slightly off topic. But AIRBNB now wants OWNERS and PROSPECTIVE TENANTS to sign that they are not in any pf the “white supremacist ” groups. Nothing Bojt Antifa or BLM

It is high time $PLC and Accumulating Dollars League get hit with defamation class actions.
