Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Egyptian journalist gloats over Hurricane Irma, calls it “sign from Allah,” quotes Qur’an

Sep 11, 2017 11:20 pm By Robert Spencer

“And He will show you His signs, and what signs of Allah will you deny?” is Qur’an 40:81.

Again we see an Islamic supremacist assuming that those who are zealous in obeying Allah are spared natural disasters.

“Egyptian Journalist Gloats Over Victims of Hurricane Irma, Deems it ‘Sign from God,’” by Chaima Lahsini, Morocco World News, September 9, 2017 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Rabat – For Ahmed Mansour, journalist at Qatari Channel Al Jazeera, destructive hurricane Irma which is making its way across the Caribbean Islands and US state Florida, is a “display of God’s greatness which many dare to deny.”

In a Facebook post, the Egyptian journalist published a picture depicting the swarmed highways of the US State as many citizens are evacuating Florida, captioned with “the grand escape from Florida … 20 million American running away in fear of hurricane Irma which is wiping out everything in its wake,” adding a Quranic verse stating: “and He will show you His signs, and what signs of Allah will you deny?”

For many of the 4 million followers of Mansour, the comment did not go so well, describing it as a show of hate speech and religious intolerance. The journalist was severely criticized for gloating over people’s misfortune, ones that are in grave and deadly danger.

Others accused him of misusing and misinterpreting a verse of the Quran, twisting its original meaning to suit his opinions. One Facebook users pointed out in a comment of Mansour’s post: “What signs?! Even the murders and killing and destructions happening in Muslim countries are part of His [God] signs!”

In another comment, a Moroccan Facebook user residing in Miami, Florida, responded to Mansour by explaining that it was a matter of “evacuation measures, following the instructions and advice of the US government to avoid any casualties.”

He added that “the US is applying its prevention measures and familiarize its people since childhood to follow its SOS alert. It is out of precaution and not fear!” The man also made sure to remind the journalist that if his post “contained some kind of hatred or gloating against non-Muslims, do not forget that many Muslims actually live in Florida.”…

Mansour seemed to not think much of the criticism addressed against him. Soon after he publish another Facebook post with a video showing a dozen of airplanes “fleeing” Florida’s airport in fear of the hurricane, captioned with the same Quranic verse….

Two can play at the “signs from heaven” game.

Remember 9/11 at Mecca two years ago?

I seem to recall there being a few catastrophes like earthquakes and floods in muslim countries in recent years. So what was Allah telling our noble Friends of the Great Prophet then? Whatever it was, they seemed to suffer temporary hearing impairment because they apparently heard nothing. In fact, I’m not sure that I heard his name mentioned even once, and certainly not by us in the West (e.g., “Hello, Allah seems to have it in for you lot all of a sudden!” didn’t seem to happen, as I recall). No, I believe we just sent them aid for some strange reason. So where’s all the humanitarian aid from oil-soaked Saudi Arabia or Qatar? Suddenly got a few logistics problems, have they? Or perhaps we shouldn’t encourage them to airlift any supplies in because you never know how their planes might hit the ground in the USA or anywhere else where they choose to demonstrate the benevolence of Allah. As for these Egyptian morons, like the sick jokers of ISIS, their stupid juvenile reaction is as contemptible as it is predictable.

Was the 2004 tsunami that hit Indonesia a “sign from Allah”? Those Aceh residents must have been wearing burkinis and Allah didn’t like that.

Once again we see the convergence of the Islamists and the Global Warmists, joining together to vent their spleen and hatred on the West. Meanwhile, Muslims continue to flee the Hell that they have created in their own lands.

Kudos to the “followers” who spoke out against Mansour’s viciousness. His hatefulness hardened my heart. Those few words of compassion from his readers undid the damage.

Balance. U live in shithole. Tv komfort u. Do they have religion in u.s.?. yes.. … why they are rich not us?(fell bad of tv). Cause our religion is the universe, they are only temporary. Balance restored( fell good again leave tv on) . Unfortunately supremacy leads to violence.in that way it IS caused by poverty. Gangsta priesthood leadership is root cause, derivatives are terrorism and pointless catastrophe.solution: remove ayatollah.remove mufti.have new leaders adress poverty problem.

    And the Earthquake in Mexico?

Is that too the work of allah?Does allah hate the Mexicans?By that idiot’s logic, the misfortune visited upon the Mexicans must be a sign too.Well maybe it is:to reject allah and his commandment-violating ways.

And the Rohingas? Is that the wrath of God being visited on Muslims?

Given that the muslims do not actually obey ANY of God’s actual commandments, preferring instead to follow the warped teachings of their god of murder and hate allah,
perhaps that idiot can explain why muslim countries are disintegrating in war and violence..

It seems their “soldiers of allah” in the natural world are very busy getting the devoutly godless muslims to massacre each other…

And I wouldn’t pick a fight with the God of Israel:the True God of Moses,Elijah and Jesus Christ.

It will not end well for the muslims who follow allah instead(and are clearly too stupid to see the difference between God and the counterfeit allah).

    Smart airplanes.

Deciding to leave, starting themselves up, taking of and “fleeing” in fear of the hurricane.

I wonder why “Allah” hates the Caribbean and Cuba so much more than a Florida-based Islam critic like myself? Richard Branson, a big open borders and pro-Islam guy, lost everything aboveground on Necker Island. We lost shingles.

Just a theory: powerful hurricanes are quite normal in peak hurricane season in the Atlantic and wind speed is a lot more important than “Allah’s” wrath.

Don’t expect reason from a devout muslim;islam is so fragile that reason was banned 1000 years ago because it endangered faith.

“Now there were some resent at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. Jesus answered, ‘Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them – do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.'” Luke 13

Ahmed…It’s a hurricane. Get over it. I’ve lived through at least 10 in my lifetime. Our family did not flee. Beforehand we gathered supplies and stayed home and are just fine. We never even lost power at our house in Central Florida. We have food and electricity and water and gas. People on the coast naturally got out of the way of the hurricane and came inland or traveled out of state. By the time Irma got to us it was a category one. We knew where Irma was at all times, not by listening to the hysterical TV commentators, but by tracking latitude and longitude ourselves every hour on the NOAA website then plugging the coordinates into the lat/long online map. We knew exactly where Irma REALLY was, what the strength was and exactly when it would pass by us. The eye was 40 miles away. Big bad Allah does not scare us. Get a grip, man.
