Although the German supermarket giant Lidl was caught erasing crosses from packaging to show “respect for diversity”:
Searching the company’s product range online appears to show a number of items with are certified as Halal — which is to say, slaughtered in accordance with controversial Islamic religious requirements, so as to be permissible for devout Muslims to eat.
Other Islamic symbols were also discovered on the company’s products. So the “respect for diversity” apparently excludes Christianity. How far will Western nations go to “respect diversity”? It sometimes appears as if there are no limits. Last week, a UK Labor MP was caught re-tweeting a demand that victims of Muslim rape gangs shut up “for the good of diversity.” One risks being deemed “Islamophobic” merely for reporting on the suffering inflicted upon innocent people by Islamic supremacists.
“European Supermarket Erased Crosses From Packaging Because it ‘Respects Diversity’”, by Jack Montgomery, Breitbart, September 1, 2017:
German supermarket giant Lidl has been caught doctoring pictures of the iconic Anastasis Church in Santorini, Greece, which appear on some of its products, to erase the crosses which adorn the building.
Images of the world-renowned church were used for the packaging of its Eridanous brand Greek-style yoghurt — an in-house label which also includes a range of feta cheese, moussaka, and pistachio products, according to RTL Info.
A spokesman for the low-cost retailer — which has hundreds of stores throughout Europe and the United Kingdom — justified the Soviet-style alterations by saying: “We avoid the use of religious symbols because we do not wish to exclude any religious beliefs.”
They added: “We are a company that respects diversity and this is what explains the design of this packaging.”
The rationale behind the supermarket’s belief that erasing Christian iconography from Christian religious buildings is “respecting diversity” is left unclear, and its statement that “we avoid the use of religious symbols because we do not wish to exclude any religious beliefs” does not appear to be wholly accurate.
Searching the company’s product range online appears to show a number of items with are certified as Halal — which is to say, slaughtered in accordance with controversial Islamic religious requirements, so as to be permissible for devout Muslims to eat.
Some of these products appear to feature logos featuring minarets or buildings with minarets — Islamic religious architecture from which the ‘call to prayer’ is issued five times a day by a muezzin (crier)….

In other words, they want to show this Church as it would be if Muslims got their bloody hands on it–stripped of Christian imagery and turned into a Mosque. *Ugh*.

What ever would Lidl do if customers refused to buy food sacrificed (Halal) to demons? Lidl claims it does not wish to exclude ANY religious beliefs!

Lenin used to say that capitalists will sell the communists the very rope on which the communists will then hang them. The European dhimmies appear to do the same job for islamists.

So, I suppose conversely we can expect the removal of the Crescent and Star plus public mention of Allah and Mohamed. After all there is a segment of the US population that finds it offensive as Muslims have complained about the Cross and Star of David. This would ensure Equality and prevent Islamophobia.

Totally sacreligious.
But again, this is the direction they are moving in.
The real goal? Paving the way for the ‘one world religion,’
which is to ‘include’ all religious beliefs, but this act itself
causes true Christianity to evacuate its conglomeration.
Ironically, that is the only one that will be unwelcome,
but all the apostate versions of it will survive just fine.

In fact, Lidl’s ”Diversity” excludes Christianity.
Lidl DISRESPECTS the saco-sanct ”Diversity” and should be bycotted by all the self-respecting Christians. And by all the ”Diversity” lovers…
Lou says
Sorry. sacro-sanct and boycotted.

Obviously I boycott these and other products from already conquered Europe. Obviously I will never go there. My travel budget has been greatly reduced.

Even the supermarkets realize that there is no future for Christianity in Germany, and that the future is mandated by the government to be Islam. May as well bow down in abject submission to your new masters, because Merkel, at Obama’s orders, has so decided.
D Austin says
What Christianity? I don’t believe Germany has ever been a Christian country. More like Arianism.is the state religion.
And don’t forget the Throne of Satan was moved from Pergamon, Turkey to Berlin before WWII. Considering Germany’s history, I wouldn’t be surprised if Satan’s political throne is in Germany and it’s there he arises.

WHY are we kowtowing to these barbaric medieval heathens who both openly and secretly despise us?
They (our treacherous left wing do gooding leaders) say they are doing it out of “respect for diversity”: Don’t these idiots in Brussels, that are leading us all into the abyss, realise yet that the majority of us don’t want diversity? We never have, we never will!!
If they feel so predisposed with changing the demographics of our countries so much, then why don’t these traitorous idiots all disappear over to say Africa (which is far too black for my liking) and try making it ‘whiter’? No? I thought not. That would be farrrrr too RACIST wouldn’t it?
In their pathetic underdeveloped minds, it’s alright to change white countries into multicultural cesspits of ugliness, filth and violence, but dare even suggest doing it to the invading Muslim and African countries, and all the loony left wingers go on a violent rampage of protest and name calling. It’s way beyond any of them to both see and understand common sense.
If this kind of practice continues unchecked, then there will inevitably be civil war. A time I look forward to in a way, so that all the left wing traitors can be finally rounded up and hung for their treachery!!

Much debate about whether Roman politician and lawyer Marcus Tullius Cicero (106 BC – 43 BC) said the following, but…
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

Lidl is opening grocery stores all over the place in the USA, to compete with Aldi. They will not get MY business, or the business of anyone who learns they are selling halal foods (both meats that are slaughtered inhumanely and dollars that go to support jihad). WAKE UP AMERICA!

I refuse to buy Halal food or eat it
Andy says
A few months ago my wife and myself went into a little variety store and you could see it was run by moslems, How do I know this? The signs were all there “head scarf” etc, etc, etc, anyway my wife asked about some chewing gum to buy and the moslem clerk pointed to a stand with some boxes of chewing gum in it.
My wife just picked it up and was going to go to the checkout when I said wait a minute and upon further inspection I found that the gum had been expired for a few years and should not have been put out for sale to the public.
Well needless to say we put the gum down and left the premises. When I saw Renee’s comment about Halal food, It reminded me about the gum.
Karina says
That so vile and demented to sell expired chewing gum.
Even if you don’t get some kind of disease or food poisoning it is immoral and wrong to sell that to the public. I wonder if Muslims have no problem consuming old chewing gum. But then again, they hate non-Muslims, so no surprise that they do immoral things to non-Muslims and use the diversity/victim/immigrant/multiculturalism card to justify this type of garbage behavior.
Tee 'n' the Wildlife says
I never buy Halal food myself. Whole Foods is rife with it, too. It is a cruel way of killing. All you have to do is watch human’s being murdered by Isis and you will see Halal in action.
Karina says
Respecting diversity is code for respecting all beliefs except Christianity, and especially giving special preference to Muslims.
This diversity stuff from liberals/the left is disgusting.

Lidl also Islamified their cold meats section in 2016, segregating the pork from everything else, so beef mince can’t be next to pork mince or ‘gemischt hackfleisch’ mixed beef and pork.
As this offends the teachings about food in the New Testament of the Bible, as a Christian I can’t shop there anymore. I won’t shop where there is worship of false idols or the promotion of it.
Lidl has also been proactive about the disporportionate representation Arab and African children and young men in its catalogue images and clothing packaging. They seem to have reversed course on this and are including more German looking people. Maybe it started affecting sales because it was so obviously discriminatory to misrepresent reality.
