Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Trump administration considering dropping Pakistan as an ally

Sep 20, 2017 4:25 pm By Robert Spencer

Long overdue and much needed.

“US weighs dropping Pakistan as an ally,” by Katrina Manson, Financial Times, September 15, 2017:

The Trump administration is considering dropping Pakistan as an ally as it examines tough measures to quell more than 20 terrorist groups it says are based in the country.

Officials familiar with the Pakistan prong of Washington’s new “AfPak” strategy — which involves an open-ended commitment in Afghanistan and praise for India — say it has yet to be fleshed out. But they have plenty of levers.

President Donald Trump last month promised to get tough on Pakistan, accusing it of “housing the very terrorists that we are fighting”. It was the most public breach yet in an often rocky relationship.

“No US president has come out on American national television and said such things about Pakistan,” said Husain Haqqani, former Pakistan ambassador to the US.

“US policymakers are at the end of their tethers about what they see as Pakistan not helping them while promising to help them.”

The administration has already put $255m in military aid on hold after Mr Trump announced the policy shift. It is eyeing an escalating series of threats, which include cutting some civilian aid, conducting unilateral drone strikes on Pakistani soil and imposing travel bans on suspect officers of the ISI, the country’s intelligence agency. It could also revoke Pakistan’s status as a major non-Nato ally or designate it a state sponsor of terrorism.

The latter options would limit weapons sales and probably affect billions of dollars in IMF and World Bank loans, along with access to global finance….

They are not, never have been – and most certainly never will be an ‘ally’

The entire nation is a criminal rabble. India did quite well to move them the he!! our of their nation 70+ years ago.

Trump, again, shows he is working in this nation’s best interest. Something I very much doubted during Obama’s reign of terror…

“US policymakers are at the end of their tethers about what they see as Pakistan not helping them while promising to help them.”

Pakistan is a failed muslim state and as such has proved time and time again that it cannot be trusted; e.g., whilst claiming to be active against international terror, Bin Laden just happened to find it very cosy there in his house not too far from a military installation – and am I right that the Pakistani government claimed ignorance of the situation? And I believe that they have been supporting North Korea’s nuclear ambitions? A bad lot all round.

Hiding Bin Laden was adequate reason, years ago, to drop Pakistan as an unreliable ally that simply absorbs money. We should be promoting India where there is a future potential for a solid ally.

Frankly, it’s Islam that makes Pakistan into a two-tier state; stealing incentive and time from the poorer class and leaving them in ignorance. In India it was the caste system, now being dismantled, that held them back. The real dynamo will be India.

It was commonly known in India that Bin Laden was being given sanctuary near the Pakistan National Military Academy aka Jihad central. Indian authorities passes this intel on to American contacts, but the USA was in denial.
Pakistan is a Chinese client state and helped transfer nuclear technology to North Korea . In the event Iran needs a quick nuclear bomb for attacks/defense against the USA or Israel the Pakistanis will provide the bombs. Their nuclear program is called ” The Islamic Bomb”.
There is no hope of weening Pakistan from China’s grip. Any and all weapons we give them would be used by them as an ally of China against the USA and India.
We should drop this terrorist state as an ally and weapons customer. That would help world peace. A weaker Pakistan means a weaker China. That’s in our interest.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia finance Taliban, and Pakistan created Taliban (students) in their madrasas where they teach only asinine hateful ideology of Islam, which is hatred of all non-Muslims. Mulah Omar was their product…and Osama bin Ladin was an honored guest of Pakistani spy agency, which is financed by US taxpayers money.

America is in a bad position either way.

Support a nation playing a double game which secretly supports radical forces it claims to fight.

Or cut back support and allow Pakistan to fall in closer with China and become their proxy power. Worst case scenario; Pakistan crumbles and it’s dangerous nuclear arsenal goes on the market to terrorists.

There are no easy answers, but throwing money at them alone is not enough.

I would encourage ALL American jihadwatchers to get behind President Trump and PUSH, on this one.

Write to him. Tweet him. Flood his in-tray with “Yes, yes, yes, this destructive and enormously-expensive ‘alliance’ is something we just. don’t. need. Time to end it! Think of the money we’ll save!”

‘Jayell’s post, above, makes some pretty good points you may wish to include in your communiques.

And write to your Senators and Congresscritters as well and tell them that you want OUT of the dead-end and deadly dhimmi-like / tributary-like “relationship” with Pakistan. It’s a total waste of money and time.

America has been behaving toward Pakistan like an abused spouse behaves toward the Abuser. Time to END it. Time to pack up and get out.

And all *other* Anglosphere and Commonwealth countries that have been pouring money and other good things into the insatiable maw of hideous Islamic Pakistan should follow suit.

Realign, massively, with and toward India. Disinvest from *every* Muslim entity… Turkey Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, SAUDI ARABIA, the whole boiling. REINVEST in India!
And when India behaves in a non-dhimmi fashion toward the Muslims inside its gates… **support them**. A non-dhimmi India, in a rebooted and mutually-beneficial relationship with the USA and other free nations, would be a magnificent counter-weight to a/ the Ummah AND b/ the totalitarian and amoral despots and oligarchs of China.

    • dumbledoresarmy says

Clarification. “And when India behaves in a non-dhimmi fashion toward the Muslims inside its gates… **support them**.”

My ‘them’ in the second clause refers to India. Better wording “And when India behaves in a non-dhimmi fashion toward the Muslims inside its gates… **support her**. Or “And when India behaves in a non-dhimmi fashion toward the Muslims inside its gates… **support India**.

dumbledoresarmy, I would love it if all non-Muslim nations had nothing to do with Muslim nations, and certainly that they gave them no aid. Pakistan is a really nasty, hardline Muslim nation, supporter of terrorists, oppressor of Christians, etc. As someone who is in Australia like you are, I often wonder why we play cricket against Pakistan, with its appalling human rights record. I know it’s a minor thing, but I think Australia, England and other cricket playing countries should ban Pakistan. Probably Muslim Bangladesh as well. Pakistanis love their cricket the way the Indians do, so being banned from the world cricket fraternity might actually force them to improve their human rights. I won’t watch Pakistan play because I know what a barbaric country it is. I don’t think I’ll bother writing to our cricket administators. It’d be a waste of time. I’ll keep writing to immigration minister Dutton and other politicians to stop letting Muslims into Australia. I’m glad to see this story about Trump getting tough with Pakistan. About time. Trump is moving in the right direction.

Hindus and Buddhists are our natural, allies. We should join them and help them to expell all Muslims to Pakistan, which was the entire reason for establishing that genocidal hell-hole in the first place, per Is;amic demands and mass violence.

Ghandi was an epic traitor. He tried his damnedest to prevent Muslims from leaving India, and many millions stayed behind, where new terriroty is now claimed for imperial Islam.

Today there are more Muslims in India proper than when Pakistan was established — unless those genocidal monsters are expelled, entire new swaths of India will succumb to another Muslim land grab, and mass genocide of non-Muslims will be inevitable.

    • Anne Smith says

      Sep 21, 2017 at 4:57 am

Agree that Hindus and Buddhists are our natural allies and we should be supporting them in the struggle to oust the subversive invaders from Bengal, whom the Media call the Rohingya. They have caused nothing but trouble and terrorism in that once peaceful country, refusing to integrate and assimilate, most speak nothing but Bengali and the Buddhists adopted a dhimmi attitude to them. However they seem to have now learnt better and are fighting back, not wanting Burma/Myanmar to be subverted to Islam.

Naturally the world’s press and the European politicians (who appear to know absolutely nothing about Islam) are rooting hysterically for the Rohingya, much in the way they dragged us into the war in the Balkans when they again hysterically supported the Albanian Muslims and ended up giving them Kosovo.

You are right Morton. Curious by the way are you from the West or from India? I asked because you seem to know the real history of Gandhi, whereas the west gets to hear a Hagiography of him. He was the one who suspended the Indian freedom movement, because the Muslim caliphate in Ottoman Turkey came to a close. In anger the Moplah Muslim community, on the east coast of India went on a rampage and killed 1000’s of Hindus. What did the closing down of the caliphate have to do with Indias freedom movement. He was a thorough Muslim asslicker. Muslims leaders repeatedly said that despite being a non-violent man good man, he would go to hell, but a Muslim thief would go to heaven. But when it came to Muslims self respect was thrown to winds and he took it as humor. I feel like puking already.

By any objective criterion, Pakistan IS a “state sponsor of terrorism” and has been since the founding of the state. Ideally, it would have been designated as such decades ago and we would have been spared the pious hand-wringing about what to do about such an unreliable “ally”. Of late we only supported them because we needed a supply route into Afghanistan, a privilege for which they have exacted exorbitant “transit fees” that went straight into the Swiss bank accounts of a handful of elites.

The sooner they are formally designated as a state sponsor of terrorism, the better. A blind, deaf, mute can see what they are. They are a failed state, they are roiling with corruption and filth. They survive on foreign aid and charity. And threaten to kill their neighbours and anyone who doesn’t share their filthy beliefs.

I say completely cut off any and all international foreign aid from any nation on earth, right now. Sanction the hell out of the nations who continue to send money to them. Without those BILLIONS that they live on, they won’t be able to get loans from institutions or other nations. With a crippled economy and a feeble budget, they won’t be paying for their pretty nuclear program, let alone buying up and maintaining the incredible amounts of weaponry they’ve accumulated.

If they want weapons, they can figure out how to make them, themselves. I’m not worried – I haven’t seen an Islamic nation on the planet YET who is capable of creating and innovating anything more complex than a sandwich.

Break them. Deny emigration and asylum from all of them, no exceptions. Hit sanctions on anyone who does take them in. We need to break Pakistan by letting Pakistan do what it will do, very naturally, all on its own, just by existing month to month without a constant stream of international money, support and charity. We don’t need a military intervention. Not at all. They’ll break themselves.

When they have collapsed, when they are on their knees, that’s when we swoop in. Its the classic carrot and stick approach. Offer them all they need – but with some ironclad conditions that are monitored obsessively and clamped down on, instantly, with viciously tight repercussions if they break them (and they will, because they are Muslims, they are Pakistanis).

If they do not accept all of our conditions and cede to the change they have to make – fine. They’re still human beings, of course. They’re entitled to choose their path. Let them choose. But that comes with consequences too. Including never again receiving foreign aid in the form of cash payments, weapons and military aid and training, arms sales and the sharing of and sales of medical and scientific technology from the West. And should they choose to give us the finger to our carrot and stick and tell us to go to Hell – (fine) – then those consequences I’ve just listed stay in place, permanently. Without renegotiation or change, irrespective of which party rises to power whenever.

Its classic freedom. They are free to choose. They are free to live their lives without military intervention. They are free to be Pakistan and Pakistanis and Muslims. But its time we started treating them like adults – which means consequences for actions. If I as an adult, murdered a small child, not only would I cop the consequences of going to jail for a very long time – but despite leaving jail afterwards, I would never truly be free of what I’ve done, society would continue to judge me for it, it would always stain me and stay with me. That’s consequences. That’s what I as an adult, accept. Time to make these primitive shit’s realize the same.

And expel every last one of them from every part of the dar al Harb. We’ve all got enough problems of our own without the huge and ever-worsening problems brought to us by the Muslim colonists and imperialists – war cultists, *death* cultists – in our midst.

    NO FUTURE!
It’s mind boggling that USA blindly continued the past alliance with these duplicitous muslims thugs: the moment the Wall fell it was time to dump them! They served our purpose as a bridgehead to bleed the Soviets white in Afghanistan and their strong alliance with China should have IMMEDIATELY disqualified them from any Western support. India, after throwing off the socialist policies of the Gandhi (Indira G., not Mahatma G.) Dynasty, is our natural ally: largest democracy in the world, english speaking, tolerant and civilized. Why this didn’t happened nearly 30 years ago is real tragedy. Blame the CIA/Bush Sr. and the slick, Sandhurst-educated, whiskey drinking officers of the ISI.
Work with India and create world-wide anglophone, VALUE- & COMMON-LAW, based ALLIANCE: USA, IND, UK, AUS, CND & NZ: 25% of Planet’s population and > 60% of world-economy!!!
Deport all Pakistani students and also students of high offical-children of Chinese generals!
    Defend our Civilization!

Good get rid of them. That country has not been an ally since it became one. All they want is our money. They hid Bin Laden. They have been laughing at us since their first deposit in the bank. How many billions, if not trillions have we giving that country. The only people the money helped were the terrorists.

China will make a play to court Pakistan if the US breaks military ties, but can’t be helped. Dumping Pakistan is long overdue as is a major pivot to partner India in the region and Indian ocean as a counter to China’s aspirations.

      Yes.

      A two-step.

      1/ Dump Pakistan, hard.

2/ Realign with INDIA. Natural ally, really. And.. India is a Commonwealth Nation. Speaking as an Aussie, I have long thought that Australia needs to shuck off its dangerous fascination and unhealthy entanglements with Islamic Indonesia and infinitely-corrupt totalitarian oligopoly China, and instead, work on a relationship with India.

So happy that the West is finally realizing the values of Hindus and India… It was long overdue and now finally it is happening. I was always dreaming for this day to come..and hope it always stays that way.. Hindus are NEVER INTERESTED in wold domination. They are content in their studies and education and technology and their colorful festivals and of course they love to do business and make money… but mostly very progressive AND TOTALLY HARMLESS//

Pakistan is a historic ally, because they were opponents of the Soviet Union, while India was cozying up to the Soviets. That historic relationship is obsolete. Pakistan is an ally of China and an exporter of terrorism.
They also have a turbulent internal politics, with the islamists fighting for power against the forces of Civilization.

India is now cozying up to the United States. India is a much more reliable ally than Pakistan ever will be. They are also more stable, politically.

      Something to think about.

Some time ago I looked up the list of victims of the September 11 attack: specifically, I was interested in their *nationalities*.

Far and away the largest number of victims were, of course, US citizens (though the names of many of them bespoke their origins in other countries; there were quite a lot of US citizen victims of September 11 2001, who had non-Islamic – Hindu or Sikh – names).

Then there were 67 UK nationals.

And the *next* largest group of victims of September 11 were .. 41 *Indian* nationals.

As imperfect as it is, the U.S. must maintain its relationship with Pakistan for no other reason that it has some control over Pakistan’s nukes. To walk away and leave the nukes in an unstable situation is dangerous for our own security.

Of course Pathologicalstan is no ally. But let’s first get all the way out of Afghanistan before we say this too loudly. That’s my only complaint with Trump’s view on the issue.

I agree that President Trump should dump Pakistan as an ally. Its harbouring of OBL was unforgivable, and its treatment of minorities is abominable. Pakistan has no love for America, and treats it simply as a milchcow for its continual supply of ‘jizya’.

While I hate to see politics intrude into sport, if nothing is done, the jihad will consume everything in its path – sport and all. Countries like Australia who play cricket against the Pakis, should also voice their disapproval at its support for Islamic terrorism. For some time now, cricket tours of Pakistan – and Bangladesh – have been in jeopardy because of security concerns.

    http://www.cricket.com.au/news/australia-tour-of-bangladesh-withdraw-james-sutherland-security-fears/2015-10-01

Also I’ve often wondered why countries like Pakistan are allowed to remain within the Commonwealth of Nations.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_of_Nations
    http://www.rpi-virtuell.net/workspace/CFF7AB46-2FDA-475C-A6C7-3F92D3174C51/Religionen%20im%20Gespr%C3%A4ch-Texte%20aus%20RIG/RIG7-Slomp-Christian-Muslims.pdf

Other countries like Malaysia which are also Muslim and largely Sharia compliant, actively support the Rohingyas in Myanmar, but Pakistan is the major sponsor of Islamic terrorism.

Perhaps its due to Prince Charles’ ‘religious inclusiveness’, and his wish when King, to be the ‘Defender of Faith’? But what else could we expect from Charles of Arabia?
    https://www.cbsnews.com/pictures/charles-of-arabia/

But we all know the outcome of ‘interfaith dialogue’ with Muslims – usually it’s ‘their way or no way’.

Its about time. The Pakis want our aid to pay for their terrorist haven. All these Islmist propaganda machines are the same; liars. Has anyone noticed that Abu Dhabi, lead princedom of the UAE, is now partnering with Hollywood to produce soft soap cult films [ex. “The Circle”] for the millemials and the x-gens. The films project a world democracy where everbody counts, and peace and brotherhood reign. The muslim Brotherhood is alive and well and rubbing the bottoms of liberal liars and effeminate EU Elites.
The leadrs of the world have a hard time with a real man like Trump. He has been the best answer to what to follow since John Wayne died. Maybe we can get a Dirty Harry out of him if we go to war!
