The UK Independence Party had a chance to choose Anne Marie Waters as its new leader. Waters speaks forthrightly about the threat of jihad and Sharia, and would have made UKIP into a genuine opposition party, the only genuine opposition against the Conservative/Labour conglomerate that has embraced globalism, open borders, the destruction of the nation state, and massive Muslim immigration in order to transform Britain into a true internationalist beacon, as squalid, dirty, and dangerous as every other place.
Nigel Farage, UKIP’s former leader, campaigned hard against Waters, vowing to form yet another new party if she became UKIP’s leader, and saying after she was defeated: “I very much hope she leaves today.”
Farage’s disgraceful cowardice doesn’t surprise me. Last year I approached him at an event where we were both speaking, introduced myself, explained that I had been banned from Britain for noting correctly that Islam has doctrines of warfare against unbelievers, and asked his help to overturn the ban. The 300-watt smile he was beaming in all directions suddenly vanished, along with his confident mien and the color in his face. He began to stammer and sputter. “That’s very difficult,” he muttered. “That’s very difficult.” And that was that. Farage had no reason to stick his neck out for me, of course, but his obvious discomfort over even the prospect of speaking out against my ban suggested a larger discomfort with confronting the real life-and-death problem facing the UK today: Sharia and Islamization, and the present government’s disastrous policy of appeasement and accommodation of Islamic supremacists.
Now Farage’s unwillingness to deal with this problem is manifest to the world. His colorless and uninspiring candidate, the bank-clerkish Henry Bolton, declares here: “I absolutely abhor the rhetoric that says we are at war with Islam.” Indeed so. We are not at war with Islam. But a significant number of adherents of Islam are at war with us, and while Bolton says “we don’t need to be confronting anyone,” Islamic jihadists are readying still more confrontations of the British people and government. Bolton wants to work against this “in partnership with the Muslim community of Britain.” In other words, he is offering the same platitudes and failed remedies that Theresa May and David Cameron and Gordon Brown and Tony Blair have given Britain for years now.
And so UKIP will fade into even greater insignificance than it enjoys now, and British people who are genuinely alarmed at what is happening to their country will continue to have no significant voice or representation on the British political scene.
“UKIP’s New Leader Henry Bolton Says ‘I Absolutely Abhor the Rhetoric That Says we are at War with Islam,’” SevenStar News, September 30, 2017:
The UK Independence Party’s newly elected leader, Henry Bolton, shows right away that he has a different perspective from party leader hopeful Anne Marie Waters who came in second. While Waters is the director of Sharia Watch, Bolton says he wants to “move away from the focus on Islam.”
Quote From Henry Bolton at his first press conference after becoming UKIP leader:
I’ve been very public about Britain, preserving the British way of life, and that includes our communities – all of our communities. This is not about Islam. I think, as I’ve just said, that Islam is of concern, and that the nature of Islam and the practices of the religion are such that they tend to have a more dominating effect in a community where there’s a large Muslim population than the Christian community, because, you will know [in] Christianity people are not particularly active, most people, in practicing their Christian faith.
What I’m saying is there is an issue to be discussed, and we need to do that in partnership with the Muslim community of Britain. We don’t need to be confronting anyone. I absolutely abhor the rhetoric that says we are at war with Islam, or anything that indicates as such. And frankly, I think from now on, my concern will be the people raising the question rather than the people giving the answer.
My platform is a broad one for delivering for the British people across the place. It is not focused on Islam, and I would quite like all of you please, I may ask, to move away from the focus on Islam. We’ve had an election, we’ve got a leader whose position is quite clear on these things, and I think we ought to focus for delivering for Britain at large, not discussing the Islamic question.
Mr F Middleton says
Talking to Muslims and supposed co-operation with them has failed. We do not have a political leader who will tackle the elephant in the room, the planned stealth (and military) jihad against Britain.

There was a time when I thought Liberty GB had Its priorities right so I wrote to them a query about party policies regarding the fielding of multi-racial non-Muslim candidates. The reply I received was a dismal reminder that L-GB is as racist in outlook as Enoch Powell was – they weren’t concerned that Britain needed all its human resources regardless of race to fight an Islamic onslaught. No – they were adamant that Liberty should only champion the prevalence of White British Conservatism with no compromises allowed.
Now with UKIP becoming a liberal leftist party led by a PC toadying coward not much different from the current PM, there is only one recourse for Anne Waters : form a new party with like-minded members drawn from other groups.
The fight has to go on – a free Britain for ALL British Races and Religions – not just Muslims and their Feudal Theocratic Discriminatory Cult .
rbla says
I had a few occasions to speak to Paul Weston the head of Liberty GB and he agreed with me that an alliance with British Hindus and Sikhs would be a good idea. Re Enoch Powell, he was right. If the Brits did not pursue the suicidal policy of inviting the entire third world to settle in Britain they would not now be faced with the prospect of a Muslim takeover.
katherine says
Thank you. Now that’s a revelation : I can only surmise that Paul Weston’s outlook may not be acceptable down the line esp. in the PR department that handles E-mails and queries.
Anyway I’m still curious – any unbiased analyses available for the poor performance of L-GB in the 2016 elections. Why did the British public reject them, also why the poor funding and representation – is there a question of ‘class’ in its membership ?
June A. Van Orman says
Agree. Our Governments did little or nothing to stop this flood. Indeed they opened the flood-gates wide and have been helping these people in every way possible. These people refuse to integrate into our society. Burma is being blamed for sending them back to their country of origin. China also does not want them and may do the same. India keeps them under strict surveillance. Australia has an excellent points system. The EU controls us and look at the mess we are in. Enoch Powell was right.
Robby says
Enoch Powell wasn’t at all racist, if you actually knew anything about him you would know this. He wad a highly intelligent pragmatic man who saw the writing on the wall, he was right.
Stan Lee says
The UK reminds me of a drowning person who rejects being saved. The people need to run every existing Brit political representative out, right into the channel, they have gone “politically correct” stupidly and excessively. They are dragging UK down into Islamic hell, and the Brit people just watch the proceedings of their country being surrendered. They should at least buy up all available Union Jacks, they will be collectibles.
David says
Sadly most British people are of one mind with their representatives. I am an exception in this regard. I fear that I will have to emigrate one day. Fortunately my wife is a foreigner.

It may not seem like it, David, but Britain needs her patriots now more then ever.

The countries worth emigrating too are becoming less and less.I would certainly consider emigrating ‘(again)Idid it once before to South Africa in 1966.Britain is on a self destruct route due entiry to weak naive leadership.Farage has become a huge disappointment .Where on earth did this man Bolton appear from.?He is not what UKIP need right now.Another PC party is the last thing the country needs right now.I suspect he wont be around for too long as UKIPpers wont vote in anything like the numbers required to make any impression

Walter Sieruk says
The scheming jihadist /Muslims who attempt to have Sharia law to set up in the UK engage in the doctrines of the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya which is very insidious. Taqyyia is the jihad dogma that deception is a good thing to do as long as it’s done for the advancement of Islam. Nevertheless, the God of the Bible “condemns those who devise wicked schemes…” Proverbs 12:11. [N.I.V.] Likewise, Proverbs 12:20 teaches “Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil.”
Walter Sieruk says
What is known as the Stealth jihad to set up Sharia law is otherwise called the Muslim method of Islamic Gradualism. In contrast to the way of the violent jihad or also called the militant jihad .This non-violent form of the jihad for Islam is a very sly, insidious, subtle and deceptive way of working for the advancement of Islam.
This Muslim scheme for achieving the goal of the Islamic agenda is as, many times, as subtly effective as it is demonically clever. Furthermore, this Islamic gradualism, in some ways, is very similar to the instruction printed in the book entitled THE ART OF WAR by Sun Tzu. Which reads “At first, then, exhibit the coyness of a maiden, until the enemy gives you an opening; afterwards emulate the rapidity of a running hare, and it will be too late for the enemy to opposes you”
carpediadem says
None of which could be achieved by Muslims iof they were not aided, encouraged, financed and protected by the politicians, Leftists, universities, churches and media.
Lydia says
Well, an ostrich never escaped being a bagged lunch for a wolf or a coyote by burying its head in the sand. Jihadists will focus on the UK either way, whether they focus on islam or not.

The practices of islam seem ‘dominating’ because, you see, Christians just aren’t as faithful in their observance. Nothing to do with islam itself.
Good Lord, that full-of-dread face matches up so perfectly with the trembly PC language. What a sweaty handshake he must give as he politely requests all to ‘move away from the focus on islam’!!
Our long-gone ancestors couldn’t have imagined this 21st c cowardice.

How interesting. Who knew that all along UKIP stands for UK Islamist Party and UK Immigration Party?

UKIP under its new leader has just committed SUICIDE
The utter imbecile wants UKIP to “move away from the focus on Islam” at the very time ISIS and Muslims are committing JIHAD against Christians (Buddhists, Hindus & Jews as well) all over the world
UKIP without the sane voice of Nigel Farrage or Anne Marie Waters is doomed to the oblivion it deserves

All that Nigel Farage and Henry Bolton have to say is: “I am against jihad. I am against Sharia. I am for free speech, which is not hate speech when you are telling the facts about a person, an entity or an event.” But it looks like they don’t want to say that. Why? Is it
because they will lose votes from even the most “moderate” of Muslims and sympathizers of Islamic supremacy? I would love to read a few opinions from JihadWatch.org readers in the UK for their opinions.
Joe says
No, I’d say they are just afraid to lose votes from regular white Christian UK people. They are throwing their lot in with Political Correctness.
I don’t think they have any (real) Muslim vote to lose
IanB says
UKIP has been neutralised by the PC Establishment, or maybe more accurately, has been neutered.
Santa Voorhees says
What? I heard he overturned his sentiment to “move away from the focus on Islam” and now says he is concerned about immigration and the rise of Islam burying British culture… which is true?
Bright Star says
I heard the same thing. Sharia Watch may be being selective it seems.
John Butler says
As much as I respect AMW, had she been elected, given the wilful ignorance of Islam amongst the masses and our leaders’ determination to kill any opposition to the menace, UKIP would have been ‘Dead in the Water’; regarded as simply “hateful” towards those lovely Muslims, who our leaders wish to propagate into our society for reasons best known to themselves.
Anne Smith says
John Butler is absolutely right. Anne Marie is a dedicated campaigner who has earned the admiration and respect of many people but she would not be the correct choice to lead a party. A Party Leader has to encompass many aspects of political life, one obsessed with only one aspect could not a Party anywhere.
At the moment what we really need is someone to challenge the Conservatives and combat their pale pink leftism, and start to put forward a vision of Britain with much decreased state interference, free enterprise, free trade, small state and increased independence from the state. The welfare state should be drastically cut, and taxes must be cut across the board. Only by these policies will Britain once again regain its confidence and economic stability.
Whilst I agree with everything Anne Marie Waters says about Islam, she is most definitely not another Mrs Thatcher, who is really what we need.

You can “move away from the focus on Islam,” but Islam will remain focused on you, infidel, and the destruction of your “systems of belief.” That focus hasn’t waivered much since the 7th century.
Get real – not focusing on a problem or threat does not make the problem or threat disappear.
David Stephenson says
That’s the end of UKIP. I’ve always admired Nigel Farage until reading this article. Very disappointing.
Time for Anne Marie Waters and Tommy Robinson to form an “Alternatives for Britain” party similar to AfD in Germany. It will shoot up in the polls immediately as UKIP disappears into the dust heap of time.

Wow! I thought Nigel Farage will be all for Anne Marie Waters. There are many wolves in sheep clothing in the West. I remember Nigel being very supportive of President Trump.

In all honesty this is the truth – Anne Marie Waters is/was neither particularly erudite nor lucid, and YET correct in her opinions. As for this ‘pillock’? He’s no different to Neville Chamberlain, frankly….

Fortunately in Australia we have a very courageous lady called Pauline Hanson who is a senator and leads three others in her party in the Australian senate. Her party is One Nation. She is nowhere near as articulate as Anne Marie Waters but she is just as gutsy. At least she doesn’t have to put up with lightweights like Bolton manipulating her party. Here we have somewhere to go, poor England our mother country has collapsed into political ruins! Voltaire once said when referring to James the second becoming king in 1685 that the English would not have cared if ‘their king was a Muslim’.. Very shortly we shall see if Voltaire was correct all those years ago.
gravenimage says
Yes–I have a great deal of respect for everything I have seen from Pauline Hanson.
As for Voltaire’s quote, he just meant that most of the English were relieved to see the reestablishment of the monarchy at the time, and were less concerned with the caliber of the king in question.
I don’t think Voltaire could have imagined a time when the West was so threatened by Muslims within their own gates.

You couldn’t have picked a better picture of Bolton. “Bank clerkish”? – why, that’s quite gracious. I would have thought the picture alongside the dictionary entry for “mentally challenged” or its less euphemistic equivalents.

UNCLE VLADDI says
And the suicidal masochism and outright self-emasculating cuckoldry continues.
People like to dummy down their thinking to a basic binary “Good/Bad” rule emotive level.
This pits the dynamic feeling of ANGER against the static feeling of PITY.
Encouraging delinquency is what ALL criminal and idolatrous leftopaths call “Progress!”
When Conservatives and Libertarians get angry at criminals and demand they make better choices, that’s “evil” to the delinquently indulgent criminally negligent leftists who then try to ban that righteous and productive anger as “hate” (the perfectly natural human response of perpetual anger at ongoing crimes). They prefer to do nothing in stead of risking themselves, and so choose to pity and coddle all the criminals as victims, and so encourage their bad choices. So in the end, which of us is truly evil? Which is the worse choice – anger, or pity? I think we all know the answer.
So to these thought-killing literally psychopathic idolaters, people who only feel pity towards criminals, are pitiful, and good and so deserve only pity; while those who feel anger towards delinquency are ‘hateful,’ and so only deserve hate and scorn.
It’s the most childish and lazy – and, ultimately hypocritical and masochsitic – stance of tu quoque “projection” they can take.
…….
Most people are instinctive hypocrites, endorsing to and for others what they would never condone being done to them selves.
When confronted by anyone in any situation, being asked if they think ANYONE, ever, is either a criminal or a victim, most people will instantly and automatically choose to virtue-signal “VICTIM!” – because it’s easier and less risky than calling a potentially dangerous criminal out by accusing them of their crimes, and it gets to show off to others how tolerant and virtuous one is – all without ever having to take even a second to think!
Whee!
Besides, since the default virtue is to hold everyone as Innocent Until Proven Guilty, they get to pretend to be acting morally and within the law, too! So it’s win/win for them, every time! And they don’t care that what they’re encouraging is granting all criminals a permanent excuse state of ” Innocent Until NEVER Proven Guilty,” either – because they’re not in charge, not authorities, but can still pretend to be on the side of the gang!
And unfortunately, this plays into the criminals’ Brazen Rule of Chaos, where, since all is allowed unless and until very specifically forbidden (which implies all rules can be challenged, cancelled or abrogated under different circumstances, including the mere passage of time) then the only crime is to try to prevent anyone from doing whatever they want to, to whomever they want to, and whenever they want to. This explains liberal defiance.
…
People are easily-manipulated by the most simple, binary emotions.
Since everyone accused must be considered innocent until proven guilty, the criminal left in stead focuses on the victimhood of the accusers, reversing the onus of proof by demanding that the defense has to prove a negative – “We don’t have to prove you offended and oppressed us, because you first have to prove that we aren’t victims!”
In other words, as long as we’re presumed victims, whomever we choose to blame and extort is presumed oppressive!
Works. Every. Time.
i.e: They guilt the politicians by emotively asserting that THEY are accusing them of NOT-being “real” victims!
If the politicians (and here I include the media) had any guts or preference for rationality, logic, and facts, they would insist:
“No, you still have to prove that assertion, with, you know, ‘evidence,’ not merely extortive appeals to our emotions, too!”
To reiterate: Leftopathic Virtue-Signalling Explained!
I don’t want to be angry with criminals for their predatory choices, because that’s “hateful!”
I’d rather pity them as fellow victims, as that’s less risky and only costs YOUR tax dollars!
The mere emotion of Pity = the highest Virtue.
The mere emotion of anger = the most vile Sin.
Whee.
