AOL’s tagline for a story about President Trump criticizing Senator Chuck Schumer for his Diversity Visa Program that allowed jihad mass murderer Sayfullo Saipov to enter the country: “Trump rants as he learns how Saipov made it to the US.”
For the establishment media, you see, the problem is not a visa program that is allowing jihad murderers to come to the U.S. The problem is not the denial and willful ignorance that prevents any challenge to the motivating ideology of jihad terrorism. No, for AOL and the rest of the establishment media, the problem is this unhinged President ranting again, going off half-cocked and indulging in more racism, bigotry and Islamophobia.
How many more Americans must die before this suicidal establishment point of view is decisively repudiated?
“Trump goes after Chuck Schumer over New York attack suspect’s entry method,” Geobeats via AOL News, November 1, 2017:
In the wake of the attack in New York City, President Trump went after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Wednesday over the suspect’s U.S. entry method.
“The terrorist came into our country through what is called the ‘Diversity Visa Lottery Program,’ a Chuck Schumer beauty,” Trump tweeted. “I want merit based.”
The president then posted two more tweets, while referring to Fox News’ show ‘Fox & Friends.’
“We are fighting hard for Merit Based immigration, no more Democrat Lottery Systems. We must get MUCH tougher (and smarter). @foxandfriends,” Trump wrote. “‘Senator Chuck Schumer helping to import Europes problems’ said Col.Tony Shaffer. We will stop this craziness! @foxandfriends.”…

I’ve looked around and couldn’t find it. Anybody got a link to where proof is shown that diversity is a positive thing for a country and its people? Based on what’s been done since the 1970s, it’s gotta be there.

Let me get back to you.

‘Diversity’ my foot! This is no more than ‘JIHADI ROULETTE’.
Can you spot the jihadi among the NICE, MODERATE Muslims? No?
Sayfullo Saipov was no to be ‘RADICALIZED’ by fellow Muslims.
Why did all those NICE, MODERATE Muslims who knew him not denounce him to the AUTHORITIES?
Conclusion: The NICE, MODERATE Muslims who did NOT turn Saipov in are COMPLICIT IN HIS JIHAD ATTACK!
mortimer says
Correction: Sayfullo Saipov was KNOWN to be ‘RADICALIZED’

No. In fact all the studies I’ve looked at show the reverse. But you don’t need a study; just look at history.
This thing of “diversity is a strength” is a clever conflation of genetics/biology with human culture and political structure. Genetic diversity/variablitiy is important to all living things, but this is a matter of biology, not of human political and social structure.
You only need to look at a few examples of states that were diverse in ethnicity, language and culture to see that this is a really bad idea. Yugoslavia, the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Soviet Union are only a few examples. Czechoslovakia broke apart twice! Fiji has had three civil wars in the last thirty years alone!
So when someone like Justin Trudeau uses the clever little quip: “Diversity is our strength,” you can respond, “No, diversity is our weaknees and with it division will be our future and civil war is our destiny.”
If you still want a study, it’s easy to find. Go to a browser and type in key words like: “ethnic, language diversity, national stability.”

Diversity has brought Europe to it’s knees and will do the same to the USA, if we don’t get smart fast.

Some diversity is a good thing, if you are talking about more varied cuisine, for instance.
If you are talking about letting in hordes of ravening Mohammedans who hate our values and want to oppress and murder us and take over, not so much…

Establishment media doesn’t care about the innocent Americans murdered. You’d think people reading it would wake up!

I never heard of the Diversity Lotto, before this latest NY vehicular jihad attack this must be connected to the sanctuary cities. I thought I hear this legislation was written and presented by whom….but I am not completely sure. The coverage that says isis was involved but they still don’t connect it to the doctrine…..from where the sura’s with the word jahada is written. Isis is Islam along with all the other terror groups who use the same book, but still fight each other for control while killing people who they do not see as people, since in islam disbelief is worse than killing.
Jack Diamond says
Nobody is allowed to say such things in the MSM i.e. “in Islam disbelief is worse than killing.” Nobody is allowed to cast dispersions (sic) on Islam, the Qur’an, the ummah, and never ever can they discuss the life and deeds of Muhammad, the perfect man.
There is absolute censorship on these matters, absolute dhimmitude disguised as “respect” or “needing Muslim allies in this fight.” One can only discuss the “twisted” version of Islam of the “extremists” as if that is a given. Islam is off limits.
That al-fitna is worse than a slaughter is not something to be repeated by kaffirs, dhimmis aren’t allowed to even mention the Qur’an let alone slander Islam. That Islam calls for hating and killing (qital) the disbelievers until the Day of Judgment is also never to be uttered on national television. It would hurt the feelings of the majority of nice Muslims (Zhudi Jasser just claimed 70% of Muslims reject “Islamism” and agree with him, and he wouldn’t lie would he? even though he can’t find a mosque that will accept him?) or else we must assume all the nice Muslims don’t actually know about these teachings and pointing them out might actually “radicalize” them! So shhhhh.
Re: this cloying sickly niceness toward islam as it regularly murders us–kindness to the wolf is cruelty to the sheep.
Jack Diamond says
I posted this elsewhere but worth repeating. This is the NY Times giving one of the perp’s mosques full deniability:
Saipov “drew concerns” at a Tampa mosque, The New York Times reported. The preacher there told The Times that he “tried to steer…Saipov away from the path of extremism,” telling him “you are too emotional. Read books more. Learn your religion first.” The man said that Saipov didn’t always have steady work in Florida and was “prone to explosions of anger” and “had a character problem.”

It should be renamed as the Diversity Russian Roulette…

The battered globalist liberal utopian elitists hold on to their quasi-fascist ideology. They’ll continuously claim that Islam is not the problem and that their green card lottery works for all to benefit. – An enduring battle against the establishment is the only option if America is to be recovered.

AOL: “Trump rants as he learns how Saipov made it to the US”
……………………
So now not wanting Jihadists to come into the US to run over kids on bikes and run into school buses is “ranting”? Insanity…
Georg says
The headlines from papers like the Washington Post, Huffington Post, Al Jazeera, the NYT, are often very similar to headlines from our enemies such as North Korea’s press agency, Amag, RT (depending on which group they’re trying to rile up). For instance, a disinterested observer would think Trump is practically 100% of the reason there is tension with North Korea; never mind there is a Stalinist dictator running gulags who has been talking, along with his father, about all sorts of genocide and annihilating neighbors and the US for decades. Another example, reading Washington Post headlines you’d think the US just arbitrarily chose to wander over to Raqqa one day, for no good reason, and destroy what had up until US bombardment been a Muslim Disney Land. Fareed Zakaria writes for WaPo, so one can imagine what those board meetings are like.
As you say: Insanity. A term I often think of and use with regard to it all is “infiltration”. Whether we’ve been physically infiltrated, as with Islamists and the Muslim Brotherhood, or whether it’s been through propaganda some as lunatic Marxist leftism coming from universities and the media –> politics. These headlines indicate a worldview that is quite simply not in the interest of the United States. Like when they have a headline reading “Kim Jong Un says x, y, or Z about Trump or the U.S.” Why, in the name of all that is good, is that news or something one would wish to publish? If North Korea themselves were in charge of our press that’s what the headline would be.

Trump made some very sensible remarks in his statement shown on British TV yesterday. Everyone I know agrees with him. Not the news media though, they chose to throw horrified hands in the air and pronounce him out of step with “world opinion” and not following the line taken by “other world leaders”.
Good for Trump, I say. At l east we have one person who seems to have grasped the problem.

I’ve got news for the British media. Nobody cares what they think or say.

All true, Georg. Much of the media is positing horrifying North Korea as the reasonable party. Just nuts.

When Hillary Clinton makes an inane statement, it is wise and wonder. When President Trump makes a sensible statement, it is “Ranting.” Not to me. It is a statement showing his concern for the safety of the American people whom he has sworn to protect.
