Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Pakistan calls in military as Muslims riot in call for blasphemy charges against official, six dead, 200 injured

Nov 26, 2017 11:25 am By Robert Spencer

“On Saturday, thousands of police officers fired tear gas and rubber bullets in an unsuccessful attempt to move about 2,000 supporters of an Islamic cleric, Khadim Hussain Rizvi, who have paralyzed the capital by camping out on a main highway in a blasphemy row with the government….Mr. Rizvi has accused the country’s law minister, Zahid Hamid, of committing blasphemy…”

Have there ever been 2,000 Muslim protesters anywhere protesting against jihad terror and the alleged “hijacking” of their religion by Islamic jihad terror organizations?

“Pakistan Deploys Military Troops After Violent Clashes in Islamabad,” by Salman Masood, New York Times, November 26, 2017:

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Pakistan deployed army troops in Islamabad on Sunday to help restore law and order to the capital, officials said, a day after violent clashes between Islamist protesters and the police left at least six people dead and 200 others injured.

The move came after the prime minister and army officials held emergency talks and agreed to send troops to protect vital areas and buildings like Parliament, the prime minister’s residence and the diplomatic enclave that houses embassies.

But the military told the governing party, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, that it would not use lethal force to quell the protesters, according to the terms of the deployment in a letter that was shared with The New York Times and circulated by the local news media.

A military spokesman, Maj. Gen. Asif Ghafoor, said the army chief, Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa, had urged Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbas on Saturday “to handle the protest peacefully, avoiding violence from both sides as it is not in the national interest.”

On Sunday, a military official emphatically ruled out the use of force in dealing with the demonstrators.

“The army will remain at the backstage,” said the official, who insisted on anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the news media about the protest, which has set up a major crisis for the governing party. “We will not use force against the protesters,” the official said. “We will just protect important government installations.”

The military also sought clarification from the government on why nearly 8,000 police officers and members of a paramilitary force had failed to quell a protest that has blocked a main entrances to Islamabad for more than two weeks.

On Saturday, thousands of police officers fired tear gas and rubber bullets in an unsuccessful attempt to move about 2,000 supporters of an Islamic cleric, Khadim Hussain Rizvi, who have paralyzed the capital by camping out on a main highway in a blasphemy row with the government.

The authorities said dozens of police officers and paramilitary troops were among the 200 injured as stone-throwing crowds fought with the police for control of the intersection. The clashes spread to other cities, mainly in Punjab Province, as supporters of Mr. Rizvi took to the streets and blocked main thoroughfares and highways.

Mr. Rizvi has accused the country’s law minister, Zahid Hamid, of committing blasphemy after the governing party proposed a new version of an oath to be taken by lawmakers that dealt with a declaration of Prophet Muhammad as God’s final prophet.

The law minister denied the charge, releasing a video in which he stated that he believed that Muhammad was God’s final prophet. The government reversed the changes in the oath. But the efforts to placate Mr. Rizvi and several other religious leaders failed, and demonstrations began three weeks ago….

AH YES — THE WONDERFUL LIFE OF 14 CENTURIES AGO ! ! !

Do you even remotely think that the goons in staffing CAIR offices around our United States would EVER be anywhere near such savagery?

THEY ARE PATHOLOGICAL COWARDS WHO HOLD PHONY “PRESS” EVENTS AND THEN RETREAT BACK TO SILENCE.

They are rioting because the government suggested removing TWO WORDS from the oath for a political candidate that assures Islamic orthodoxy.

A politician, Sahibzada Tariqullah of Jamaat-e-Islami, pointed out that in ‘declarations by the candidate’, the candidate had earlier to pronounce that he/she must declare ‘on oath’ that he/she believed in Khatm-e-Nabuwwat. However, the word ‘on oath’ had now been omitted from the new text, he said.

Those missing two words suggested that candidates could waffle about Islamic belief.

    WELCOME TO ISLAM IN BERZERKISTAN!

From The Express Tribune > Pakistan:

“Incensed by the government crackdown on the Faizabad sit-in, several men affiliated with a religious group attacked the residence of Law Minister Zahid Hamid in his hometown of Pasrur, Sialkot district.

The protesters, belonging to the Tehreek-e-Labbaik, broke into and ransacked the minister’s haveli, Express News reported.

They shattered windows and damaged furniture. The minister, however, is in Islamabad.”

“Opposition members claimed the wording of form-A, which is submitted at the time of election by candidates, had been changed and made into a declaration form instead of an affidavit, where candidates were put under oath.

In the new form-A, the words “I solemnly swear” have been replaced with “I believe” and the clause related to Khatm-i-Naboowat has not been made applicable to non-Muslim candidates.”
    –Dawn 10/4/17

Hamid claims it was a clerical error. The difference between swear and believe is the difference between life and death, the charge of blasphemy having such fatal (and extra-judicial) consequences in Pakistan. Another example of the fanaticism, murderous fanaticism, characterizing an Islamic Republic.

This cleric Rizvi was a big supporter of Mumtaz Qadri, the bodyguard who put 27 bullets into Salmaan Taseer for filing a mercy petition for Asia Bibi and daring to question the blasphemy law.

The “Islamic scholar” has also said the following, as befitting a Religion of Peace: “There is just one punishment for whoever tries to disrespects our most respectful Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). That is decapitation!”

“There is absolutely no case of persecution of Christians. However if someone talks bad words about our beloved Prophet (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him), he can not remain alive.”

The only real reason that Muslim nations, as Pakistan, have “blasphemy laws” enacted is because Islam, with its many falsehoods, is such a weak and fragile religion that it can stand up to or hold up to criticism, at all. No matter how very mild those criticisms might be.

    • MFritz says

      Nov 26, 2017 at 12:55 pm

The reason these blasphemy laws exist is that pressure on all other religions in the country can be increased very easily that way. Which is what they’re doing. And the mob will ALWAYS respond to the calls. As is expected.

Calling for blasphemy always works in Pakistan. It’s the boy who can cry wolf as long as he wants. As long as he is called an imam.

I hope Parliamentarians, who are now immersing themselves in the consequences of supporting M-103, are watching how the pendulum of Islamaphobia keeps swinging relentlessly in one direction, and has not reached its furthest point in other countries who have entrenched the Islamaphobia doctrine. Free speech is not only restricted but a comment cannot be reversed. The ultimate punishment will still be a death sentence.
Blood thirsty ideology!! And what makes it so? Live animal sacrifice to a deity, which is being allowed in North America, desensitizes the participants …. and it starts with the children who are paraded into the abattoirs to witness and have to mentally come to terms with the sights they see. It can only harden them to the shedding of blood. We have to forbid the practice and the last place that Somalie immigrant men should be working in is the slaughter houses. It keeps the bloodthirstiness alive. They should be working in greenhouses or fruit and vegetable farms. In other words, getting joy out of helping things grow and flourish….. Promoting life. What’s wrong with our thinking!! What’s wrong with our backbones?

“Its hard to fathom why these protest are so violent or even why they are so well supported” – British missionary Brother Leighton.

    Explanation:
These are not protests: the muslims are OBEYING ORDERS.
They are not “well supported”: they are compulsory, on pain of a beating.
The “calls” in the mosques are ORDERS.
    Violence works.

The views of individual muslims, such as might give rise to genuine support, are not invited, not consulted, and not valued. Islam is not a Trade Union.

“The only power the muslim community possesses is to acknowledge and obey” –
    AMJA ruling
Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America.

Contrived orchestrated “Days of Rage” have been shown to be productive. Remember the Days of Rage (FOUR MONTHS after the event) against the Mohammed cartoons? (See “And Take Their Wives As War Booty” at Liberty GB). Islam is good at shows of force. These events in Pakistan are examples.

It looks like Allah hasn’t rewarded Pakistanis very much for all their blind obedience. And this was a country basically invented for Muslims. It is a testimony to what happens when mobs of perpetually pissed off Muslims are the backbone of the legal system. It would be just another hell hole of Islamic detritus but for the fact it has nuclear weapons.

“The military also sought clarification from the government on why nearly 8,000 police officers and members of a paramilitary force had failed to quell a protest that has blocked a main entrances to Islamabad for more than two weeks.”

Could it be the fact that the police and “paramilitary forces” actually agree with the protesters? They were willing to take a barrage of rocks and bricks from the protesters without trying to arrest or stop the violence which leads me to believe that they too share the outrage over the perceived blasphemy.

When the country is controlled by a group called the “Muslim league”, why would anyone still be confused about their motives or handling of Islamic Extremism? How can liberals continuously support such regimes that explicitly place Muslims above all other people? Can they all really be so oblivious?

It seems obvious that they can and will continue to ignore anything that doesn’t fit with the globalist dogma. It seems the only thing that will stop them is the “right hand” of their muslim overlords once they have sufficiently destroyed all real resistance to their supremacy. Im glad i probably won’t live to see it, but it seems a sure thing that a large portion of the world will one day be under the totalitarian control of these savages.

A grave danger awaits all if their nukes fall into Jihadi hands. Pakistan is in deep trouble with multiple power centers, sky rocketing fundamentalism, Baluchi separatism, Kashmiri discontent, Talibani terrorism, deep state Jihadism, endemic corruption, economic woes, etc. They are something holding together with Saudi money and Chinese help and Western support.

    There was no “final prophet”.

    muhammed was a mass murderer{abu dawud 4390}and a slave trader{sahih muslim 3901}.

he was no prophet of God;no true prophet of God lives a live of such gross immorality as mo did.

Of course islam also has a counterfeit version of Gabriel who in islam(surprise!surprise!) is..

    “The enemy of the Jews”
Sahih al bukhari vol 4 book 60 no 3329

Perhaps if these violent rampaging hordes of followers of this religion of peace should take a minute to consider..

    1.did muhammed lead a good moral life?NO
2.did he break any of God’s Commandments?Check with a Bible for list..YES he did
    3.did he mass murder people?Yes
4did he own and sell slaves?Yes

Is that a morally good person who does such evil?Of course not.

That is an example of a False prophet.
