This is a strike at Iran, which used the Houthis in Yemen as proxies to strike Saudi Arabia last week.
“Saudi Arabia launches military strikes on Yemeni capital,” by Bob Fredericks, New York Post, November 10, 2017 (thanks to Dave):
Saudi Arabia launched military strikes against Yemen’s defense ministry in the capital city of Sana’a in the latest escalation in the conflict between the two Arab nations, witnesses told the French news agency AFP.
It wasn’t immediately clear if the attacks were air or missile strikes, but they came following reports that Iran had manufactured the ballistic missile fired by Yemen’s Shiite rebels toward the Saudi capital a week ago.
Remnants of the missile bore “Iranian markings,” the top US Air Force official in the Mideast said Friday, backing the kingdom’s earlier allegations….
Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry later said investigators examining the remains of the rocket found evidence proving “the role of Iranian regime in manufacturing them.”

More internecine Islamic savagery.

Graven, this could go on indefinitely, financed by a steady oil supply and where will all the war refugees be lining up to go? Merkel Intervention Phase 2 will spring into action?

*Ugh*–probably so…

This is somewhat troubling. The Saudis wouldn’t stand a chance in a war against Iran if the US was not their protector. The US, ironically, has become the bodyguard of a major violent-jihad-doctrine-exporting nation whose jewel – Mecca – is the aquisitive desire of a leading violent-jihad exporting nation.
If the guarded becomes emboldened and starts a conflict, who is obligated to finish it?

I find it ironic that Saudi ancestors, probably were part of the creation of Islam. The Sanna Qurans prove the Quran was man made committees of evil despots, putting together the word of Allah, cutting bits off people, with the authority of Allah.
Now these editing 1,000 different Qurans, of Sanna Mosque in Yemen, are about to be destroyed by the Saudi’s.

From what I have read over the years by various authors, this is just a continuation of the sunni and shiite conflict which started upon the death of their prophet, based upon who would be the successor, which resulted in the first division of their religion.
I hope the western nations, do not take sides in any manner. After 1400 years it is time for them to sort it out themselves.
I am though, a tad bit suspicious.

This is good. Saudi Arabia is undergoing massive changes. The new king says he wants a more free society. This means KSA is ready to help deal with Iran. There are huge shifts going on with China and Russia emerging…KSA will work with them to fix Yemen and Iran. Russia will step in and stabilise Syria is what I’m thinking. As Europe falls into chaos, new global powers are shaping a new future and I am hoping it’s going to be better and safer! They know the world has to choose between sanity and evil fascist Islam. They are going to build a new megacity in KSA. The new Saudi king knows radical Islam has no place in the future. He knows he can’t have an international hub of banking and commerce with crazed jihdiadists around. So Yemen will be…dealt with. They have plan$. Its a new era!

If only KSA would stop funding the jihad.

Saudi Arabia’s king is arresting members of the royal family to consolidate his power, and is slaughtering other-sect Muslims.
This doesn’t appear to be anything new–this is what mainstream Islam has looked like over the past 1400 years.

I believe that it would be quite a mistake to believe that the actions of this new emperor will be a good thing. Instead, I believe that he is overstretching his power base by creating uncontrolled guarilla fronts on four sides: Lebanon, Iran, Qatar and Iran. Undoubtedly with the help of his huge weapons-supply, SA is one of the best armoured nations in the world. To my opinion, the actions of this sociopath will not in any way help to combat radical islam. Combatting radical islam successfully implies giving those muslims a safe alternative instead of trying to exterminate them in yet another dirty war, no doubt America will yet again dragged into as well. This can only end in tears and into more attacks on the West.

This is great!!! India should take a lesson or two from this as to how to treat pakistan. Do not rely on foreign help to deal with terrorist problems. All countries now attack the aggressor India should also aim hit Pakistan and shed its useless puerile non-violent image. Gandhism has taken a toll on India’s psyche by making it impotent and worse making such impotence in the face of the aggressor a virtue.

Saudi Arabia is itself a terrorist state.

Iran should quickly invade Saudi Arabia and sack the evil Zionist Royal family to liberate Islamic holy sites from Jewish control. The evil Saudi Royal family have been testing the of Iran because of the obsolete weapons they bought from evil United States. Iran is a manufacturer of sophisticated weapons, while these fools import everything from the evil United States. Muslim world should rally round Iran, the only power that could face the evil Zionist state .wahhabists are not Sunnis, they are evil Jews holding perverted Interpretation of Islam as revival of deviant khawarijism rejected by Muslims for long. so, it is not a rivalry between Sunnis and shias, it is between good and evil.

Like any good Mohammedan, Ibrahim itace muhammed considers any rival Muslims to be “Jews”.
