Of course. Any other outcome would have been “Islamophobic,” and “Islamophobia” is the one misdeed that shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain is determined to avoid.
“Married Pakistani doctor, 44, who molested student nurse, 21, then blamed it on ‘different cultural norms’ in the UK gets to keep his job,” by Amie Gordon, Mailonline, November 22, 2017 (thanks to Inexion):
A Pakistani doctor who molested a student nurse on a hospital ward is to keep his job after blaming the incident on ‘cultural norms’ in the UK.
Married locum doctor Imran Qureshi, 44, grabbed the breast of the 21-year-old and told her he wanted an affair as he considered her ‘sexually available’ because she’d had previous boyfriends.
The student nurse said she was ‘shaken up and distraught’ and told a tribunal the incident affected her studies and left her unable to trust male colleagues.
The woman, referred to as Miss A, said Qureshi – who was working as a locum senior house officer – grabbed her chest for two seconds before trying to ‘make light’ of it then becoming aggressive.
Qureshi admitted he made a misjudgement but said ‘cultural norms’ were different in the UK to his native Pakistan and he failed to spot a ‘red light’ warning him to make no advances towards the victim.
In June 2016 the father-of-two was ordered to sign the Sex Offender Register for five years after he was convicted of sexual assault by a jury.
He was also sentenced to a 12-month community order and subsequently lost appeals against his conviction.
But at the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Manchester this week he escaped with a 12 month suspension after he offered a ‘since deep hearted apology’ to Miss A and insisted it was a ‘moment of madness and short, brief touching.’
He has since attended a course on maintaining professional boundaries and his position as a doctor will be reviewed next year.
Panel chairman Nicholas Flanagan told the doctor: ‘The Tribunal concluded you showed a lack of empathy towards Miss A and ignored her objections to your behaviour.
‘Given the length of time you had been in the United Kingdom and the fact you were fully aware of the differences in culture because of your experiences with your wife, you should have recognised Ms A’s reluctance in light of your shared cultural understanding.
‘The Tribunal concluded there is a low but nevertheless not insignificant risk of harm to another individual by a repetition of your behaviour.’
But the tribunal said erasing Qureshi’s name from the Medical Register would be disproportionate, punitive and not in the public interest….
Nannette says
Just think of when he molests his patients!
The Medical Tribunal will give him a nod of approval!

That is the truly scary part.
The infidel-female *patients*.
Muslim infiltration and subversion of the health-care system – whether as nurses, as doctors, as pathologists, as pharmacists, even as cleaners, etc – is terrifying. Because if *any* of these people Go Jihad…
And they have so many, many, many opportunities to do harm, to cause pain and suffering, to inflict fear, to spread infection, so many ways to *kill* or if not to kill outright, to humiliate and hurt.
gravenimage says
Yes–this is what I worry about most. I’m sure it is already happening, when Muslim medical staff think they can get away with it. I am grateful that few Muslims have inveigled their way into the medical profession where I live. Not everyone is so lucky–this is rife in the UK.

I asked a Muslima clerk to let me see a pair of earrings from the jewelry case at Kmart. They were screw backs. Instead of unscrewing them she pried the backs off, not caring that she broke them, and handed one to me with a sneer. Nice, huh? The way she kept prying as I said, politely, “uh hey wait they’re screwbacks” was bizarre. She just felt like mangling them? Totally bizarre.
simpleton1 says
762x51FMJ, sorry to hear that..
All nurses and Doctors are trained about the best practices to avoid air embolism.
They are also trained in the things not to do, in drawing blood.
So either very negligent or deliberate.
Over a year ago I had to be in hospital with blood tests and intravenous drips etc.
It a routine that I noticed that all of the nurses would do, using the alcohol liquid to dry wash their hands before and after doing any procedure on me.
I did notice one male nurse seemed super fast, in changing the drips.and the flushes between fluid changes etc. and I was figuring that some of this routine was not being done, though when I questioned about some of the procedures not being done he fobbed me off.
I sort of figured that I did not seem to notice the ritual of the hand wash that all the other nurses did.
I did figure, by the country he came from that it was more than likely he was muslim.
Later I learned that I could ask, actually demand ! ! that the nurse or Dr. to wash their hands in front of me.
At the end of the bed we all had a dispenser of hand sanitizer (alcohol wash), and they were also spaced out in the corridors too.
However muslims are supposed to avoid alcohol. So do they do their duty for Mohammad, and not do the alcohol wash, or their duty of care to the patient.? or to Mohammad, in making life wretched for an infidel.
So insist on them to wash their hands, and/or use the hand sanitizer.
Also to find out if you can insist to have another practitioner, or that another person is there to assist
I know it is difficult as most hospitals seem to be understaffed and what staff there are; are very busy..Perhaps a smart phone or lap top could record what happens.
gravenimage says
Yes–I’ve heard of Muslim doctors and nurses refusing to wash their hands.
The idea that this has anything to do with *drinking* alcohol is absurd. There are medical professionals who are teetotalers who still observe strict hygiene for the benefits of their patients.

I went to a dentist to have a tooth extracted. I was told I’d be seeing one dentist and then they switched that dentist for another. He took forever to pull the tooth, didn’t give me nearly enough freezing and sent me home with a little pile of gauze, no pain killers, no antibiotics. The socket hurt badly for at least two weeks after the ordeal. When I was finally getting up out of the chair to leave, he gave me his business card. His name was Dr. al Baghdadi. I neglected to ask whether he was related to Abu Bahr al Baghdadi. I left and I was never so happy to get out of a place. Never again!

He will be promoted in time, don’t worry – this is the UK!
He must have done it hundreds of times before and got away with it.
What strikes me is excuse of “different cultural norms”. How can anybody accepts such a ridiculous excuse? Is it normal to do this in Pakistan? or even look at a woman in that country?
Carolyne says
I think it is normal in Pakistan to do that to an infidel woman. A woman whose hair is exposed and not covered by some sort of garbage bag is meat inviting sex. Muslim men, doncha know, are unable to control themselves and go into a sexual frenzy at the mere sight of a woman’s uncovered hair.

…………………………..
Politicians and other powerful men abusing women is a *scandal*–several of these men have lost their positions, and others face failed election runs or calls for their resignation.
Sexual molestation and rape are *illegal* in the civilized West. Politicians have either apologized or said that the charges are false–no politician is claiming that Western culture allows this barbarism, as this Mohammedan is claiming–correctly–about Muslim culture.
In the West, rape is prosecuted. In places like Pakistan, it is often the rape *victims* who are further victimized.
In Pakistan and Afghanistan, *75%* of women in prison have been imprisoned on charges of “Zina”–unlawful sexual activity–and this includes many cases of rape where the victim does not have four male Muslims who can attest to her having been raped.
In other parts of Dar-al-Islam, it is even liaworse–in Somalia, a little gang rape victim was stoned to death:
“Amnesty International: “Woman” stoned to death in Somalia was 13-year-old rape victim”

The student nurse was not an Infidel–but since she had had boyfriends she is a bad Muslim and was treated as a virtual Infidel. There is even a Muslim doctrine for this–Takfir.
Karen says
Interesting….I had wondered about this, and thought that the repulsive “doctor” was applying a bit of ‘none of your business, Westerner’ logic to the situation. Now I see that his thinking is even more twisted; if a woman has socialized with men, then it’s impossible for her to be considered decent, and therefore worthy of assault, and probably rape.
gravenimage says
Exactly, Karen–this nurse by having had boyfriends proved herself a bad Muslim, and so opened herself up for the same kind of vicious treatment from a Muslim man as if she had been an Infidel woman.

Okay, so if we can no longer trust our government and legal systems to meter out justice. If this is what it had come to in the 21 century, where laws on the books apply to some but not to others due to different cultural norms. then we can just as easily revert back to wildwest law n order! I mean its messy, but it gets the job done, and then they would learn very quickly what culteral norms we expect them to adhere to.
Danny says
That right there is how I look at it. You gave the legal system a chance to do its job and it didn’t want to do it. Now it’s your turn. You can believe if that were my daughter he would pay for it. The judge would too.

And what sort of idiot fails to notice when they’re living in a radically different cultural environment? Answer – a Pakistani muslim, just ask a few thousand under-age English girls in Rotherham! And the only people in the UK who can expect to ‘fail to see red lights’ and get away with it are cyclists.

He should be deported.
His victim needs to get in touch with Gavin Boby, and with Liberty Great Britain. They should be building up a database of cases like this – and I bet there are *worse*. And pressing for instant deportation of foreign nationals who break the law.

Good point. We should be amassing a body of evidence to show that immigrants, particularly Muslims, are being accorded special rights and privileges not enjoyed by the native British.

A doctor. So he’s presumably educated, is not newly arrived to the U.K. and claims he didn’t realize its “cultural norms” are different? This man is a slime bag but slimier still are those letting him have another go at more patients (male and female I’m sure) and they should be fired somehow.

No one is spared. What lunacy is demonstrated by the directors of a hospital, that they would accommodate a physician on their staff, from Pakistan, who “weaseled out” of responsibility for his unwanted attention to a nurse because he came from an environment (Pakistan) where the status of a woman was zero, in this case a British nurse of the hospital) was his sexual victim.
Who knows? For his unsolicited advances, the Pakistani-trained medic may be rewarded as “Chief of Staff”, in the typical UK masochistic fashion. All for good ol’ PC!.

I think this case will be well known in the Manchester area and any doctor looking like a Pakistani will hopefully be questioned by all female patients to ensure this scum-bag is ostracised from dealing with female patients. This would be inconvenient for the hospital and of course for other brown skin doctors practising in the Manchester area.

My understanding is that it is *very* difficult for a patient in the UK system to pick her own doctor or to request a different staff member. This system is just ripe for abuse by Muslims.

Our anger needs to be directed at the traitorous elites who condone barbarism.Once they have been cleaned up, we can get rid of Islam.
tim gallagher says
Of course it is true that all these crimes committed by Muslims, eg rape gangs, and all the terrorist Muslim attacks, are all the result of the “cultural” differences between people deformed by Islam’s evil doctrines and the more civilised, non-Muslim peoples of the world. So the obvious answer, and the only answer that can work, is to shut Islam out of all non-Muslim countries. Islam is completely incompatible. Just keep these total barbarians out of our more civilised parts of the world. With very few exceptions, Islam produces nothing but evil barbarians, who are completely unfit for life in non-Muslim societies. They, and their “different cultural norms”, the norms of knuckle-dragging savages, can bugger off and stay in their primitive, Islamic backwaters, the only place they belong. If only our ignorant, imbecilic political leaders would wake up to Islam and slam the door shut on Muslim migration. Only then will stories like this one , and the never ending stories of far worse Muslim crimes, stop. And this doctor surely should have lost his job. Maybe then he’d go back to Pakistan. A pathetic decision.
Kathy says
Ah, so the only problem here is that this happened in somewhere like the UK, then? So as long as the women being molested and raped are in lands far far away, which coincidentally just happen to be countries forcibly occupied by Islamists, there’s no problem whatsoever, huh? Out of sight, out of mind, right? Except that those self-same “Islamic” countries where once free, non-islamic countries too, before Islam took them over and forced their will on them… just as Islam plans to take over the rest of the (for now) free world…
gravenimage says
Kathy, the most we can do is protect the civilized West from this barbarism.
We have tried to civilize Muslim countries before–it has cost us enormous blood and treasure, and has never worked. We freed Afghanistan from the Taliban, and a few years later they put stoning back on the books.
You cannot civilize a Muslim state–Islam will not allow it.
But we *can* keep this savagery out of our own countries. Surely you are not suggesting that because Muslims victimize each other that we have to suffer at their hands as well?
UNCLE VLADDI says
NOTICE HOW NOBODY HAS YET BOTHERED TO DEFINE THIS “CULTURE” THEY SO-VIGOROUSLY DEFEND!?
As is usual with criminals (“liberals”; “muslims”) it’s an argument from emotion only!
Re: Emotion, Thinking, instinct, Function and Morality:
Emotions can be wrong – they are not thoughts, they are also not causes, but mere effects.
Selfish psychopaths hold their own CHOSEN emotions to be the highest moral virtues (“Hurt Feelings!” “Dignity!” “Respect!”) conflating subjective self-image with objective reality.
People who have not yet been educated in this truth are prey to being manipulated, as are those who are distracted and tempted into forgetting it – one cannot make informed decisions, if one is lacking relevant information; hence the legal fiduciary (‘good faith’) duty of care doctrine.
Manipulative swindlers and frauds like Cass Sunstein pretend people just naturally, inevitably and permanently are not “rational actors” in regards to their own economic self-interest; and so, since their brains’ perceptions
CAN be tricked, SO they always SHOULD be tricked, by manipulative frauds (aka smarter shrewder people, like him).
But in reality (and as exists in Law) if we owe our fellow potentially rational human siblings any real respect or dignity, it must be by allowing them an equal opportunity to earn it by becoming educated, and not by affording them it by merely conferring an unearned equality of outcome.
Education IS “culture,” and ‘cultural’ indoctrination IS education.
So, obviously, as not all levels of education and informed decision-making abilities are equal, so too not all cultures have developed as equal, either. Some are still behind others in cognitive and moral development and as such remain literally backwards and immoral, and as such should not be blindly afforded an imprimatur of moral euqivalence or toleration, much less our false devotion or respect on the metaphorically politically correct altar of idolatrous multi-cultural “equality” defended as an inherent racial “right.”
Cultures, like people, do not have a right to remain immorally and criminally WRONG, nor should ones which are proudly, violently dangerous to the health and lives of other people be “tolerated” just for the sake of the idolatrous concepts of “Tolerance!” or empty “Diversity!” them selves!
And YES, I’m talking here about islam.
As ex-Muslim Bosch Fawstin wrote:
“Everyone feels. Imagine if everyone thought.”
😉
Bottom line:
“Culture” is not some sacred religious tradition or rightinherent to certain “races” (familial breeds) or “ethnicities” – it simply denotes varying degrees of education concerning objective facts and morality interpretations (and/or their lack)!
Only crimbeciles who pretend all objective facts are mere subjective opinions defend culture as an inherent right.

This excusing of misbehaviour is actually very typical of various medical organisations especially hospitals.
Him being Muslim is simply today’s pathetic excuse. They never strike off anyone ifg they can possibly avoid it.

Linda says
Western laws have to apply to everyone or no one. No one else gets a pass on breaking the laws just because they don’t know the laws. Neither should Muslims. Cultural differences are the worst excuse. If you’re an adult and you don’t know the law, you SHOULD know the law.
Valkyrie Ziege says
; Considering the current anti-rape climate in America, blessings-and-peace be upon it’s name, one must wonder how long using excuses such as “cultural/religious differences” to condone rape, will last in America?
Karen says
Would it be so terrible to question prospective immigrants about their basic attitudes as a litmus test for entry into Western countries? There is a nice idea that people are the same everywhere. This is true in part; certainly, all people desire a good life for themselves and their loved ones. But it may not be true in other attitudes. The not-so-good doctor has stated that in his home country, it’s culturally acceptable to molest women. By what measure is this attitude acceptable in a prospective immigrant to the UK, Denmark, France, Canada, or the US?
This litmus test does not have to be a draconian drill-down into a person’s attitudes. A few simple questions would reveal important attitudes if answered honestly, or at least put the person on notice that not all attitudes are welcome:
Do you agree that the law of the land supersedes all religious law?
Do you believe in the equality of all men and women under the law?
Will you support and defend this nation, and abide by its laws?
Do you believe in religious freedom for all people?
