Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Abbas orders staff to sever ties with US over Trump Jerusalem declaration

Dec 27, 2017 2:12 pm By Christine Douglass-Williams

The Palestinian Authority’s rift with the U.S. is growing deeper, according to Israeli media outlets. PA President Mahmoud Abbas president has come to see U.S. President Donald Trump as “a lost cause,” according to the Tims of Israel.

Abbas is unglued and will not be comforted. Why? because America exercised its right to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, in keeping with Jewish history of its land. This naturally does not bode well for Palestinian interests, as their primary goal is to obliterate the Jewish state. The world still has not come to grips with the fact that appeasement of jihadists just does not work. The more they are appeased, the more empowered and emboldened they become.

According to a report aired by Channel 2 news, Abbas was “not only closing the door, but throwing away the key” on the chance of any future Palestinian-American relations.

Now the “White House is reportedly looking for a Palestinian liaison other than Abbas.” Congratulations to the White House in attempting to maintain its honor in getting along, but its dream is rather unlikely, unless the PA changes its charter to accept Israel’s existence as a Jewish state.

“Reports: PA President Mahmoud Abbas Instructs Staff to Sever Ties With U.S.”, Breitbart, December 25, 2017:

The Palestinian Authority’s rift with the U.S. is growing deeper, according to Israeli media outlets.

PA President Mahmoud Abbas president has come to see U.S. President Donald Trump as “a lost cause,” according to the Tims of Israel.

The PA leader reportedly instructed his staff to sever all ties with US diplomatic officials at every level, including relations between the Palestinians and American diplomats posted at the U.S. Consulate in East Jerusalem.

The White House is reportedly looking for a Palestinian liaison other than Abbas.

Last week, the Palestinians announced they would not meet with U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, who was scheduled to arrive in the region. Pence visited U.S. soldiers posted in Afghanistan instead.

According to a report aired by Channel 2 news, Abbas was “not only closing the door, but throwing away the key” on the chance of any future Palestinian-American relations.

A White House official who was interviewed by the Times of Israel said in response to the Channel 2 report: “Apparently, the outlet that has reported this hasn’t been paying attention over the past several months. As we have said over and over again, we will not impose a peace deal. That is not news. We anticipated a cooling off period and remain as committed to peace as ever and are working hard on our plan, which we will present when the time is right.”

The Palestinians, according to Channel 2, have no plans to lift their boycott of the U.S.

    Abbas saying that the US will longer have any part in the peace talks because of the US embassy move to Jerusalem is really a good thing. This is because those so called “peace talks” are a hoax as well as a bad “joke.” For those “peace talks” involve dividing Jerusalem as well as other parts of the State of Israel between the Jewish people of the Muslim/ Arabs is nothing but folly. To engage the madness of such “talks” is a hoax and a farce .This is because in the so called “negotiations” between the heads of the Jewish nation of Israel and the leaders of the “Palestinians” the Muslim /Arabs the “Palestinian” leaders will speak the truth only when in happens to fit their agenda. The rest of the time the will be speaking half-truths and outright lies. For their goal is to obtain all of the land of the State of Israel ,.Even in it takes much time and it means getting the land piece by piece. So those “peace talks” are a hoax. For the “Palestinian”leaders are employing what is the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya . Which is the Islamic dogma that lying and deception are good things to do as long as it’s done for the cause of the advancement of Islam. The insidious scheme is part of the stealth jihad .Otherwise known as “Islamic Gradualism.” This sly and something subtle strategy of disingenuous speech, lying deception of achieving the goal of all the land of Israel a war ploy that will be a disaster if the heads of the State of Israel are foolish enough to agree to divide the land of Israel with Muslim /Arabs ,the “Palestinians.” For if such a “peace dialogue” results in a divided land, the outcome will literally be murder. For “Palestinian” leader will allow the jihadists use that land as a base to launch murderous rocked attacks in to Israel. As for example, Hamas of Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon. Such false hopes for peace which are based on the foundation of lies are nothing new when it comes to Israel . For example, the Bible in Psalm 55:20, 21. Reads “Such men do violence to those at peace with them and break their promised word; their speech is smoother the butter but their thoughts are of war.” [N.E.B.]

      Very true. Every word you said is true. I am an Israeli and I hope most Israelis understand exactly what the goals of Jihadists are. Some Israelis do not know that, and some are in denial. The fake news avoid this very simple truth, but right wing web sites uncover the lies and fantasies of the left.

      From Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum:

      “M The danger for the Jewish People is because those who are irreligious and who are heretics are the leaders of the Jewish People. Therefore because of them the nations of the world are misled into hating Jews, so one of the greatest things to do would be to selflessly proclaim to the nations that the Zionists are not the representatives of the Jewish People, and that religious Jews have no connection with them. We should have had self-sacrifice to do this, but because of our many sins, people are frightened of public opinion, and if anyone should say these things about the Zionists, there will be religious leaders who will fight against them with all sorts of excuses.”

      Walter, you speak lies and capitalize and mislead the readers based on your knowledge of the word Taqiyya, then the readers think you are expert about Islam. Israel is always talking about Peace with the Palestinians, in the mean time they are the ones that keep taking more and more land . If you look at the map of Palestine in 1967 and the west bank territory you will see how much of that Land has been taken as Settlements. You are accusing the Palestinians of using deceive methods to get back Jerusalem, but you close your eyes and ears about the Land that has been stolen from the farmers, the villagers, and the poor people since 1967. You have to be Just, and you are not. If you are Christian then Justice means not to steal and oppress people, not to take what is not yours because you are the Ruler. Why do you support them because the Bible says so? are you human? then feel their suffering and pain. It is not only Jerusalem, it is the story of the only nation in the modern world that is being DE humanized by the Zionist government. If you know your Bible, then you will know that the Jews are not any more the choose people of God, Then what are the Christians? Above all they are humans, and they were born there, does not matter if they are Muslims or Christians. God sent the Jews out of this Land because of there dissbeliefe in Jesus, and the promise is a spiritual promise not Land promise. They are in this Land because of the support of people like you who can not see the light.

        And his claim that there is no reason to support democratic Israel besides the Bible is ludicrous. In fact, Israel is the *only* nation in the region that guarantees freedom of religion. It is also the only ally of the civilized West.

          What? No, Christians are not Muslims. What rot.

          I think what the addled “Edward” is trying to imply is that Christians in the region are persecuted in Israel, but this is not true at all. In fact, Israel is the *only* nation in the region where Christians are *not* persecuted.

          Christians have been driven out of much of the “Palestinian Territories”–things are even worse in Gaza, where few Christians survive.

          Just in response to this one point:

          “God sent the Jews out of this Land because of there dissbeliefe in Jesus, and the promise is a spiritual promise not Land promise.
          …………………………

          I don’t know a single Christian who believes anything like this, and there is nothing in Christian scripture to support it.”

          It was a short and somewhat blunt way of putting it, but there is a core of truth to what Edward said on this point.

          It isn’t totally unknown for it to be said that the Lord brought about the destruction of the second Temple of Jerusalem in 70AD, because of the continued sacrificial practices.
          In the wake of the ‘once and for all’ sacrifice of Christ, the True Lamb come to take away the sin of the world, the Temple sacrifice became not only redundant, but actually rather blasphemous. To ignore the ultimate and all encompassing offering of the Son of God, while keeping on with practices, which were at most fore shadows of the one and only offering for sin, was seen by Paul as devaluing it greatly. To him, the idea of trying, or thinking it was necessary, to add something to the unlimited worth of Christ’s blood was a very serious matter.

          In addition to that, it is also well established that the Lord has from time to time purposefully exiled His people Israel from Jerusalem and the Land as a result of various infractions. Interestingly enough, as Dov brought up in another comment thread, today is the anniversary of the day when Jerusalem fell to Nebuchadnezzar’s forces in 586/7 BC, and were finally led away into the Babylonian Captivity.

          While it is one of the less comfortable areas of Biblical history and theology to consider, because after all who likes to think about God bringing judgment upon people, it is part of the story of Israel, and part of the character of the Creator. It is also the Lord’s desire that we see His dealings with Israel as an example, and consider it deeply.

          We are cautioned against any kind of boasting or contempt towards His people Israel however, since they are His original ‘project’ so to say. We are the late comers, and, like them, are only counted as part of His Church by faith, a thing withheld from much of Israel for our benefit….but not forever. Romans 9 through 11 cover this very interesting topic.

          We must remember however, that God gave Jerusalem back to His people once their time in Babylon was finished. He has always brought them back there, no matter how long it took.

          This is what many Christians believe has happened recently, and why many are willing to help them there. Some even see it as a sign of something important to come.

          Not meaning to support much of what Edwards said, as i can’t, but that one point stood out.

          Yes, because Jews defending themselves against bloody murder makes them Nazis. That makes perfect sense.

          Very few of us in the West have much of an idea about the raging insanity they have to deal with every single day. Go and watch an islamic protest in a city center near you to get but a glimpse of the irrational, bestial, hatred that Israel is surrounded by.

          I’m starting to think that anyone who seriously condemns Israel for the general tone of their actions, or compares them to the nazis (of all things), are pretty much saying that they either wish Jews were all dead, or simply would prefer them all to just ‘go away’ to somewhere undefined and vague. So long as they don’t stay THERE anymore.

          The truth is that it wouldn’t make one tiny bit of difference. Islam, or some other similarly putrid ideology, would still hunt them down for destruction.

          Israel is where they are. It’s the last stand. There is no fall back position.

    “PALESTINIANS”
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    ” UNRWA Refugees: Where have They Gone? ”
    Shoshana Bryen • December 26, 2017 • The Gatestone Institute
    Ain el-Hilweh refugee camp in Lebanon (Daily Star)
    Palestinian refugees are a slippery population — but when 285,535 of them go missing from a small country such as Lebanon, it should raise eyebrows.
    UNRWA in Lebanon reports on its website that 449,957 refugees live under its protection in 12 camps, but a survey by Lebanon’s Central Administration of Statistics, together with the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, could only find 174,535. The Lebanese government said the others “left.”
    Okay, maybe they did — Lebanon constrained them viciously, so it would make some sense. What does NOT make sense, then, is the UN giving UNRWA a budget based on nearly half a million people when, in fact, there are far fewer than a quarter of a million. Who is paying and who is getting the money?
    We are and they are.
    The UNRWA website shows a budget of $2.41 billion combined for FY 2016 and 2017. The U.S. provides more than $300 million to UNRWA annually, about one-quarter of the total. In August 2017, UNRWA claimed a deficit of $126 million. A former State Department official said the budget shortfalls are chronic but that “the funds seemed eventually arrive” after pressing others for more money — some of that additional money is from the U.S.
    American funding for UNRWA is problematic itself because the organization is inextricably intertwined with Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon; see here, here and here. And specifically for Lebanon, the connection goes as far back as 2007. But stay with the “floating” population problem for a moment.
    The huge discrepancy in Lebanon suggests that UNRWA may have trouble counting refugees in the West Bank, Jordan, Gaza, and Syria as well. (We’ll give them a pass on Syria for now.) The problem is not new, but that Palestinian agencies were running the census may help the United States overcome its own long-term obstinacy when it comes to counting and paying.
    Ten years ago, a forum on Capitol Hill, then-Rep. Mark Kirk called for an international audit of UNRWA. Kirk admitted he was unsuccessful in generating demand among his colleagues despite such accounting anomalies as a $13 million entry for “un-earmarked expenses” in an audit conducted by UNRWA’s own board. An amendment to the 2006 Foreign Assistance Act had called for $2 million in additional funds for UNRWA, specifically for an investigation of finances, but the amendment was withdrawn at the request of the State Department.
    As a Senator, Kirk offered an amendment calling for the State Department to provide two numbers to Congress: the number of Palestinians physically displaced from their homes in what became Israel in 1948, and the number of their descendants administered by the UNRWA. The State Department denounced the amendment, saying, “This proposed Amendment would be viewed around the world as the United States acting to prejudge and determine the outcome of this sensitive issue.”
    Far from prejudging the outcome, a review of the number of Palestinian “refugees” in the world and the world’s obligation to them would provide an honest basis from which to make policy.
    In 1950, the UN defined Palestinian “refugees” as people displaced from territory that had become Israel after having lived there for two years or more — this is distinct from every other population of refugees that must be displaced from their long-term homes. Furthermore, Palestinians are the only “refugee” group that hands the status down through generations, until there is a resolution of the status of the original group — which is why they are governed by UNRWA; all other refugees are under the care of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which has a mandate to settle refugees so they can become citizens of new countries. UNRWA, naturally, produces the only population of refugees that grows geometrically over time rather than declining as the original refugees die and their children are no longer stateless. (See Vietnamese refugee resettlement for an example of how this works for others.)
    The original population of refugees was estimated at 711,000 in 1950. Today, there appear to be 30-50,000 original refugees remaining, and UNRWA claims to care for 4,950,000 of their descendants. But 285,000 of them appear to have disappeared from Lebanon.
    It has long been understood that there is an undercount of deaths in UNRWA refugee camps — to admit a death means UNRWA loses that member in the accounting for the international community. It also wreaks havoc with Palestinian insistence that there are 6 million refugees (not UNRWA’s 5 million) and that a million people are not registered, but should still have a “right of return” to homes their parents, grandparents or great-grandparents claim to have had inside the borders of Israel.
    The numbers game also exists with people who do not live in refugee camps. The Palestinian Authority counts as residents 400,000 Palestinians who have lived abroad for over a year, and according to Deputy Palestinian Interior Minister Hassan Illwi, more than 100,000 babies born abroad are registered as West Bank residents — both in contravention of population-counting norms. Jerusalem Palestinians are double-counted – once as Palestinian Authority residents and once as Israeli Palestinians. The PA, furthermore, claims zero net out-migration; Israeli government statistics differ.
    How many Palestinians would there be in these territories if a proper census was taken? How many “refugees” would disappear from UNRWA rolls as they did in Lebanon? How might that affect the budget?
    Can we please find out?
      It’s amazing. The way definitions and meanings twist around in your mind, i mean.
      “Friendly Relationship” for you = temporary truce of islamic agression, not lasting longer than 10 years, to be broken at any time the muslims have built enough strength to feel confident of victory.
      “hostile unbelievers” = non muslims not yet subdued enough to pay jizya. IE. Anyone stronger than the muslims who don’t want to be muslims. “Hostility” just means say “no thanks” to become muslim.
      “the one that Islam prohibits” = according the previous two definitions, you really mean that every relationship with non believers is prohibited.
      Tell me, is there such thing a friendly non believers, Ibrahim?
It’s a minor fast day (only sunrise to sunset) but it marks the anniversary of the day that the Babylonians under Nebuchadnezzar laid siege to ….you guessed it….Jerusalem in 425 BCE. Several months later they succeeded in conquering the city and destroying the First Temple. Jews have been observing this day for over 2,000 years. Join us in marking a millenia-old Jewish connection to Jerusalem – 1,000 years before the first Muslims ever existed!
They {the blessed UN as useless as tits on a bull } should leave America too, maybe set up shop in Turkey or some other place of Islamic wonderland of happiness , peace and freedom. Moslems in Israel have the highest per cap income, the longest life span, clean drinking water , medical care high birth rate, low infant mortality then any Moslems in other countries in the middle East outside of Saudi Arabia . If the West cut aid Saudi Arabia would watch as it fellow Moslems kill, fight ,murder , rape each other over whatever scraps are left in the land and not give a penny or a hand to help their brother Sunnis. When the dust settles the Sunnis and Shites can start lobbing missiles at each other it would be a win win for freedom and the Western way of life.
    Perhaps Mr Abbas should check his book and I’ll check mine to find out about Jerusalem.
    Let’s see now..Jerusalem is mentioned..
    In the Hebrew Bible…. 669 times
    In the Christian KJV Bible…767 times(OT and NT)
    And how many times does the “perfect” koran actually mention Jerusalem?
    Zero times.
    You know the “perfect” koran that was given to muhammed{a mass murderer of Jews Abu Dawud 4390}
    …by the “angel” jibreel
    {“the angel jibreel is the enemy of the Jews”, sahih al bukhari vol 4 book 60 no 3329}
    ..on behalf of allah{who says the Jews are “apes.despised and hated” koran 2:65}
    Yes ,that “holy ” book:the one given to an anti-Semitic mass murderer by a fallen angel on behalf of a gross distortion of God calling himself “allah”.
    Zero times.
    Jerusalem is mentioned exactly Zero times.
    You would think it important enough for allah to mention Jerusalem.
    Sort of like allah inexcusably omitting the most important aspect of God,the Chief Commandments which explains why islam and muslims are fuelled by their hatred.
    According to the True God{the God of Moses} the future survival of Israel and Jerusalem as its holy city is fully sanctioned by Him{Joel 3}
    It seems that allah,the islamic moon god missed that completely.
    So muslims don’t get it:or that they are on the losing side.
    The future survival of Israel and Jerusalem has already been guaranteed.
    “The future survival of Israel and Jerusalem has already been guaranteed.
    With respect, Sir (or Ma’am), I get a little worried when I hear people making this argument, for two reasons.
    In the first place, even though I personally do believe Biblical prophecy, many other people don’t. In fact, those of us who do believe are in the minority. So that argument isn’t going to convince anyone who doesn’t already agree with you.
    In the second place, and more importantly, it’s just not true. The Bible promises us that the Jewish people will survive – it says nothing at all about the modern State of Israel.
    Yes, Jerusalem will survive, if you believe the prophecy (and I do). It has already been razed to the ground more than once and it has risen every time. It may be destroyed again someday, but if it does it will be rebuilt, just like every time in the past.
    But just like the city of Jerusalem, the land on which the current State of Israel sits has been conquered many times, by many different people, including (more than once) by various different factions of Muslims. In all the thousands of years of recorded history, that land has spent a lot more time controlled by foreign conquerors than it has controlled by the Jews. Who is to say it won’t happen again.
    No matter what happens to Israel, we know the Jewish people will survive. That fact that Jews are scattered throughout the world, and that there are thriving Jewish communities in almost every country on Earth proves this, even if we ignore the Biblical promise.
    But we must not fall into the trap of assuming that Israel is invincible, and that we can safely ignore any threat to its existence. Because it’s not, and we can’t.
    Walter and the other blind byes-ts, You people are Brain washed, You think people outside your borders are animals, and should get rid of them if they do not bow down to you.by the way, YOU caused the suffering of the Palestinian People over the last 70 years. You wanted to get rid of the Jews from your country on the account of the Palestinians. You killed so many JEWS in Europe over years and years, because of your envy. Because they are good in Business and Art and Music and every thing else, so that created hatred to them, so you got rid of them on our account, on the account of our Blood. As I said the other day ( In spite of the baseless answers) the Jews are not any more the Chosen People , the Christians are the chosen people, by the death of Jesus on the Cross as he said on the cross it is finished, the old covenant is finished, His open arms on the cross invited all the people of the earth to be his people, his CHOSEN PEOPLE, Jews and gentiles. No more promise land, we are all the chosen people if we accept Jesus as a savior. That is all. All what you do in supporting the aggressor who stole the land of another nation is wrong.
