Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

EU begins “nuclear option” proceedings against Poland for resisting the hijrah, sanctions could follow

Dec 21, 2017 8:33 am By Christine Douglass-Williams

In an alarming move, the EU “has triggered Article 7 against Poland” — known as the “nuclear option” — accusing it of violating “democratic values with proposed judiciary reform.” The next step could mean some type of sanctions.

The Vice Chairman of the European Commission, Frans Timmermans, mysteriously tweeted:

It is with a heavy heart that we have activated Article 7(1). But the facts leave us with no choice. We have no other option. This is not just about Poland, it is about the EU as a whole. We continue to hope that we can enter into a more fruitful dialogue.

This is a serious move on the part of the EU and is a troubling interference with the sovereignty of Poland. While information is sketchy, the speculation is that the action of the EU is a punishment to Poland for not accepting its quotas of migrants from Islamic states.

The EU has also applied pressure on Theresa May to attack Poland on her upcoming trip there, so that she can “prove Britain’s loyalty to EU values.”

The EU has long vowed sanctions, not just against Poland, but also against other members of the Visegrad group (Hungary and the Czech Republic) for refusing to go along and allow in an inundation of Muslim migrants. So far, Poland and Hungary have suffered no jihadi attacks, as a result of their closed-door policy regarding Muslim migration.

“EU triggers unprecedented proceedings against Poland, sanctions could follow”, RT News, December 20, 2017:

The European Union’s executive body triggered Article 7 of the EU treaty, branded the “nuclear option,” against Poland on Wednesday. It has been triggered for the first time since the foundation of the bloc.

The unprecedented measure was taken amid two-year tensions between the EU and Poland over the latter’s judicial reforms. The bloc is concerned over “a serious breach of the rule of law” in the country, saying the reforms resulted in “the absence of judicial independence.”

“It is up to Poland to identify its own model for its justice system, but it should do so in a way that respects the rule of law,” it said in a statement.

Brussels gave Warsaw three months to address EU concerns, promising to reconsider the decision if Polish authorities “implement the recommended actions.”

The first vice-president of the European Commission said that Warsaw had left it “no choice,” adding that the bloc still hopes to engage in “a more fruitful dialogue.”

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the country is “as devoted to the rule of law as the rest of the EU,” and called on the EU partners for open and honest dialogue.

“I believe that Poland’s sovereignty and the idea of United Europe can be reconciled,” Morawiecki tweeted.

Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro told Polish state news agency PAP that he is puzzled over the “politically motivated” decision, stressing Warsaw strictly adheres to EU laws….

Poland and the EU have also clashed over migration, as Warsaw has refused to accept migrants as part of a quota system devised during the European refugee crisis. Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo said in November that the decision has resulted in her country being seen as “a country free of terrorism.”

Member states need unity to implement the sanctions, which have already been opposed by Hungary, who promised to veto any such move. Budapest has its own dispute with Brussels over migrant issues, with its PM Viktor Orban being one of the most vocal critics of mandatory migrant quotas. He has warned that quotas would result in “tens of millions” of migrants flocking to Europe.

On Wednesday, following the Article 7 announecment [sic], the spokeswoman for the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party said that the EU’s actions could be related to Warsaw’s opposition to accepting Muslim refugees…..

stumbling block to Germany building up an army. They’re inviting tons of
Mohammedans into their country and they could use them to attack
          Eastern Europe once again.
I know it sounds crazy, but then again, had I predicted at the start of last
century the German-Ottoman alliance and the bloodbath of WW1 as well
as the rise of the Nazis and their several Mohammedan SS divisions,
that would have sounded just as insane.
Time will tell, but there’s surely a method behind the madness.

Why does it have to be Muslim refugees? – there are many Christian, Jewish, Polytheist and Atheist refugees whose lives and freedom are in danger because of devout muslims. Give priority to those non-muslims and then use those vulnerable communities knowledge to establish which muslims, if any, are tolerant, progressive and maybe even civilized enough to intergrate into western societies… be very strict about it though. Imprison anyone who causes trouble, take fingerprints, retina scans and blood samples of all refugees and frequently crack down on any fortified religious enclaves unless they are built offshore on an island in the Baltic sea.

Cameron…”Why does it have to be Muslim refugees” is the point – the WHOLE POINT!!! Powerful and collusionary forces in media, education and governments have reserved the “victim” mantle solely for Muslims. These forces have smothered Western societies in this “victim” illusion with intentional disregard for the millions of non-Muslims who are actively being persecuted within and driven from Muslim controlled countries. Islam has brought warfare, discrimination and death wherever it has gone, from the Arabian peninsula to Europe to India and China. Yet you don’t hear the media, educational institutions or governments beating the drum for Islamic controlled countries to open their lands, hearts and pocketbooks to the generations of non-Muslims who those countries have driven out of their own ancestral homelands.

The thing to realize is that the EU itself is a fascist, aggressive organization devoted to dissolving national sovereignty, destroying the rights of ordinary citizens, and amassing vast unaccountable wealth and power to its bureaucrat/rulers.

In exchange for the total surrender of their sovereignty, the countries get access to German wealth and indeterminate loans from shady international financiers. There may be a little sweetener for compliant politicians in the form of grants and highly-paid positions of vague responsibilities once they get out of office.

The EU is a home-grown dictatorship, grown to full size and metastasized without firing a shot up to now. It represents perhaps the deadliest threat to European culture and nations today.

    • MFritz says

      Dec 21, 2017 at 9:55 am

As a German and European I say this… the EU was ALWAYS and ONLY about business and trade – for the big companies. Never about people, their lives and their culture(s). Social standards were ignored over decades, civil rights never a topic, tax heavens remained untouched and lots of countries UTTERLY UNSUITABLE for the EU were let into the community.

And “now” its turning into a dictatorship? Well, those in charge don’t want change so we have to be FORCED to remain in this pyramid game. And “we” Germans are not the winners, its only a number of big companies and their “associated” politicians who thrive. 5% of the population getting richer and richer – while the rest is getting poorer – is NOT the whole country improving. It’s basically modern feudalism (or socialism – but only for the elite).

The sanctions won’t work. Poland will refuse to pay fines. When that happens, Merkel will act to save face. The only question will be whether she would prefer to have Macron’s mercenary French troops in the van of the invasion, or behind the German troops in support?

Feeling extra proud today that I am of half Polish descent. Both my maternal grandparents emigrated from the Russian controlled portion of Poland around 1905, Poland of course not existing as an independent nation at the time, going the whole way back to the third partition of Poland in 1795. In my living room there is framed my Polish grandfather’s Commonwealth of Pennsylvania American citizenship document in which he renounced allegiance to the Czar and became an American citizen. My wife, to my complete but delightful surprise, got it beautifully framed for me as my wedding present many years ago. I’ve often thought it would be hard to top such a wedding present and I cherish it to this day.

On a far more expansive note, I would relish several Eastern European nations like Poland, the Czech Republic (Czechia), Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, et al. forming their own economic union, having nothing to do with the EU anymore and thereafter establishing all kinds of good trade deals with the United States. This would benefit both Eastern Europe and America and have the added advantage of driving the EU, the Muslim world and Russia nuts. America and Eastern Europe could end up being the salvation of Western Civilization. This I would particularly relish.

Anything to break the stranglehold of Brussels, that means the stranglehold of Soros and the NGOs, plus that of the Muslim money.

They’re not idiots, basically. And they know how to manoeuvre politics beautifully – so they know that this approach isn’t going to work – well, that’s assuming that they want the outcome that they say they want.

It doesn’t make a lot of sense. Poland refuses to follow the company line on one specific topic, so the EU decide to say ‘well, if you don’t do it, we will force you and we will punish you for your lack of subservience’. When in the history of human nature, has that approach EVER worked?

Poland under assault again from another -ism, liberalism! Nazi Fascism tried to destroy the nation, but it rose out of the rubble of WW!!! Now Globalists in Europe, under a guise of “unified Europe” want to penalize Poland for not accepting hoards of Muslim invaders as “refugees”! Totally disgusting! Most of Europe has / if gone to Hell with Muslim maggots / parasites sucking the life out of the nations economically and increasing crime at an insane rate! Poland refuses to be the literal “beaten dead horse” like most of Europe! Neither should the USA!

Sounds like the EU is once again flexing it’s muscles and telling a member Country what it will and will not do within it’s own borders. The EU is only going to get more and more bold with its demands. I hope Poland tells them to “stuff it”.
