And he calls upon the congregation to adhere to their religion in order to attain final victory. “Palestinian” leaders have for decades been quite clear about the fact that their jihad against Israel is a religious war, based on the Qur’an’s command to “drive them out from where they drove you out” (2:191). But for decades also, American policymakers have pursued a “peace process” that was predicated on the fundamental assumption that this was not a religious war, but a problem that could be solved by negotiations. We see where that has gotten us.
Ubeida Abu Kmeil is a child. He was taught all this by adults. Those adults will never accept the existence of Israel. They will participate in negotiations only to win concessions that will weaken Israel. Strength, not appeasement, is the only genuine option to preserve Israel against the jihadi onslaught.
