Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Iran says it has arrested dozens on suspicion of “terrorist activities” during pro-freedom protests

Jan 11, 2018 2:00 pm By Robert Spencer

In reality, it is the mullahs who are the terrorists. We can only hope that this bloody and inhuman regime has been weakened to the point where it will not be able to last much longer.

“Iran arrests dozens for ‘terrorist’ acts linked to protests,” AP, January 10, 2018:

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran says it has arrested dozens on suspicion of “terrorist activities” during a recent wave of protests.

The official IRNA news agency on Wednesday carried a statement from the Intelligence Ministry saying security forces confiscated arms and explosives from “safe houses” kept by the detainees. It says some detainees had filmed the protests.

Demonstrations broke out across Iran last month fueled by anger at the lackluster economy and official corruption. The protests spread to several towns and cities, with some demonstrators calling for the overthrow of the government.

Clashes broke out at some of the protests, and at least 21 people were killed….

I would watch that video, but one, an EX muslim?? If they’re NOT a muslim anymore, shouldn’t they be called something else besides have the term “muslim” in the title, or are all muslims who don’t want to follow islam anymore, always and permanently going to go by the title “EX-muslim”?
And two, why is the supposed EX-muslim still wearing a muslim head covering??

I’m not going to believe that this “person” is actually calling on OUR God of the bible. Someone is pulling the wool over someone’s eyes here….I can’t watch it.

Sounds like what happens in Turkey since the attempted coup, or in Tiananmen Square where the real number killed was about 10,000, as opposed to the 200 claimed by China, Communism & Islamic rule are two peas in a pod, it’s a race to the bottom for how many people have been killed by Communism or Islam.

Agree. Khameini is exporting terrorism and hypocritically calls the cry for a free society to be ‘terrorism’. As if !

Khameini and his kleptocratic cronies live in constant fear of assassination from Persian patriots. They are like the high-ranking Nazis in 1945 who still on to the pretence that they had legitimacy to lead.

Only a return to monarchy can provide the focus of loyalty which will allow the army to side with democracy and bring a provisional government and a new democratic constitution.

According to the (thereligionofpeace.com) 32320 deadly islamic terrorist attacks have been carried out since 9/11. I challenge you to show me a single one of them perpetrated or carried out by Iranians???

There were indeed, many US-backed Salafi,Takfiri jihadists among the Iranian demonstrators last week in Iran, some of the armed and they attacked Iranian police stations and army camps to create chaos but there were unsuccessful, Such seditionists will not be successful in Iran.

        What a lot of twaddle.

You have said before that Iranians have no reason to resist living in an oppressive Shari’ah state.

Are you still claiming that the Mullahs are only hanging gay people, stoning women to death, and vowing to wipe Israel off the map as brave actions to resist evil American values?

“start acting like a DECENT human being”?? When has anyone in a muslim country done that? Nope, won’t ever happen as long as they have a muslim “leader”, and their religion is ISLAM!! And I don’t see THAT ever changing, in the future!
And speaking of that, what “freedoms” are these “muslim” people getting crazy in the streets of Iran, looking for, or wanting? Iran has always been, and always will be, a muslim country! Their leaders, don’t give people freedoms….following muhammad’s teachings in the koran, doesn’t give ANY freedom’s!
That’s why I don’t understand everyone in the US clapping and being happy that regular people in the streets of Iran, are fighting for “freedoms”…..it’ll never happen, as long as they are muslim country, what part does people in the US and elsewhere, NOT understand about that! And WHAT freedoms are they wanting?? I haven’t heard any demands in article after article online, that describes these so called “freedoms” they want! Well, maybe the women want the freedom to drive cars, as Saudi Arabia changed their rules about. Wow, big freedom there….

A speciality of Iran’s prison management has been it’s use of torture and sadistic subjugation of political detainees. If Mr Rouhani hopes to play the role of a reformist or transitionary figure then he’ll need to bring the thugs who operate the prisons to heel.

“We can only hope that this bloody and inhuman regime has been weakened to the point where it will not be able to last much longer.”

And WHAT exactly, is it going to change to, when or if, the regime falls?? THAT’S what I want to know! What, if this regime falls, their going to start getting better, by having elections??? Talk about a “cold day in hell”!! LOL, what a hoot! Their MUSLIMS, AND they are ISLAM! What has ANY islam country, EVER changed to, to become “better”?? Oh, Saudi Arabia is now letting women drive cars…oh wow, big change there!! Most EVERY person there, reads and studies the koran, and the 109 verses to kill the infidel…STILL! They STILL have mosques there, that teach you don’t make friends with christians and jews!
They still wear Islamic clothing there! What has Saudi Arabia done to change for the better, again??

Iran’s leadership is about to change for the better, about as much as the people fighting on the streets (for some kind of “freedoms”) are going to get a democracy! Can anyone see Iran changing it’s whole religion system to any other religion? You could hit me over the head with a noodle, if THAT ever happened!!

Iranians are not Arabs, and it makes a difference. Those who knew the Iranian students in the US before the 1979 revolution realize that, of all the Islam-governed nations, Iran is the most likely to throw off Islamic rule.

These pre-1979 Iranian students in the West, shaved, dressed as, and lived, a Western lifestyle. They loved the West. It was the “students” back home who were studying religion in Qom who fomented the 1979 revolution and held the US embassy hostages.

2/3 of Iranians are under 25 and they have seen, in the West, that their lives could be improved by dumping Islam and its rule. It’s just a matter of time.

        ……………………..

Westman, I had my first art show at the International House in Berkeley as a student in 1979. There were complaints about the show–one piece had a very tasteful nude fairy figure (nothing explicit). At first, I was at a loss as to who might have complained–perhaps some very old, uncool alumni?

Later, I found out it was Iranian students–just the sort one would assume were “moderates” who loved the West, and were glad to be in a civilized country instead of in Iran.

        But it was not so.

And even covering my artwork or removing that one piece was not enough for them. They demanded my entire show be taken down, and the dhimmis there complied. A lot of my work was damaged in the process.

For a long time, this was just bewildering as well as painful to me. Much later, when I learned more about Islam, it became clear that these Muslims were enforcing Shari’ah, and those at the International House went along with it to avoid “offending” them.

All of the Iranian students I saw there were clean-shaven and unveiled–but at least some of them were anything but “moderate”.

I do believe Christianblood is a liar. Iranian people are tired of the evil regime. Perhaps soon we will see the commander in chief, and the council of Guardians hanging in a public square. The Religion of Peace is not so peaceful. l
