Doesn’t he know that, as the Ayatollah Khomeini said, “There is no fun in Islam”?
Actually, he has every reason to feel happy: he is on trial for jihad terror activity, but as far as he is concerned, that jihad terror activity was pleasing to Allah, and so he has nothing to worry about at all.
“Bronx man who got ‘terrorist propaganda’ from Chelsea bomber laughs during court appearance,” by Noah Goldberg and Victoria Bekiempis, New York Daily News, January 31, 2018:
The Bronx would-be terrorist who liked to watch gory beheading videos while working out smiled and laughed his way through a court appearance Wednesday.
Sajmir Alimehmeti, 24, sporting a shaved head and mid-length beard, chuckled at times with his lawyer during the hearing — and grinned and waved to the courtroom as he was led away.
Alimehmeti stands accused of attempting to provide material support to ISIS, as well as making a false statement when applying for a U.S. passport.
Prosecutors also allege that Alimehmeti has picked up some “terrorist propaganda” from convicted Chelsea bomber Ahmad Rahimi while in jail….
In Dec. 8 court filings, prosecutors said Alimehmeti “participated in the receipt and dissemination of terrorist propaganda materials” after he was arrested….
Alimehmeti twice tried to fly to the U.K. from American [sic] in the fall of 2014 but was denied entry both times.
When he was blocked at Manchester Airport, officials found camo clothing and nunchucks in his baggage.
The second time, when Alimehmeti touched down at Heathrow Airport, officials confiscated his laptop and cell phone.
They found pics of ISIS flags, as well as videos of bombings, and tipped off the FBI after kicking him back to the U.S., prosecutors said.
After returning stateside, Alimehmeti allegedly stockpiled weapons.
He also began meeting with another wannabe ISIS terrorist – who was actually an undercover agent – in 2015. Alimehmeti brought the agent to his home and showed him ISIS-made videos, named “nasheeds,” prosecutors claimed.
“One of the nasheeds showed ISIL fighters decapitating prisoners,” the criminal complaint alleged.
Alimehmeti told the agent he watched these videos “to keep him motivated while he is exercising,” the complaint said.
He also played the nasheed for another undercover agent, authorities said.
Alimehmeti later spilled that he hoped to join ISIS in Syria and asked for help getting his hands on a bogus passport, explaining to the undercover agents that his name was “in the system,” prosecutors allege.

No criminal who commits or assists in violent crime should be given “religious” meals. Minor and non-violent crimes, O.K. The purpose of jail is not be a hostel, it’s for punishment. Violent criminals should be happy they aren’t given just bread and water — a thousand year old tradition in many cultures.
If he gets a wrist slap, let’s all start screaming “white privilege.”

KTI — Knights Templar International
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wZ0t0xlHzg
A top-level Templar delegation went deep into the heart of Islamist-occupied Kosovo to visit several of the Christian enclaves holding on despite constant oppression. While there, the KTI donated funds to help, and to show solidarity with, the oppressed Christian minority. The Templars gave gifts of cash to several of the Orthodox monasteries which co-ordinate relief supplies. And another lump sum to buy a pump for a new well, dug by fathers at a Serbian school after Islamist local government cut off their water supply in an effort to force the Christians out.
The KTI also met with Serbian community leaders and supplied emergency communications and other equipment for unarmed Christian early warning patrols against the constant threat of renewed Islamist aggression.

It’s all fun and games. And once you’re into jail – the “playground” for all self-empowered jihadists – you meet your stinky, little friends again that turned you into what you are today.

Frank Anderson, Does anyone ever get charged with treason–seems to me the world is sitting on their couches watching an Islamic takeover.
Frank Anderson says
Pol. . ., MY opinion, and only my opinion: Treason in the US is the only crime defined in the Constitution. It was defined very narrowly to discourage abuse of the charge as had happened elsewhere. It is really difficult to prove compared to other crimes which are defined by Congress. Prosecutors take their score of convictions very seriously. They would rather pass on a case where a conviction is doubtful and take a case where another conviction will keep their score in the high 90 percent range. To be charged in federal court is almost certain to be convicted, even though some are overturned on appeal eventually.
What you and I feel to be treason a prosecutor sees as a doubtful case that could fail to convict. This is where votes count for something, to keep the “wrong” people out of office and the “right” people in. Whether “we” recognize it or not, islam declared war on the infidel world 1400 years ago and has spent all that time working toward their victory and our death. Fake ignorance of our leaders, political and religious, is no excuse for their aiding, abetting, counseling, and acting in furtherance of ongoing efforts to conduct that war and criminal enterprise. “Deliberate ignorance constitutes knowledge of the truth.” Wyle v. R.J.Reynolds, 709 F.2d 585 (9th Cir. 1983).

I checked on the charges and the most serious one is the Conspiracy to commit various crimes. Then, the circumstances of that charge are iffy because he was “conspiring” with FBI agents. The falsification charges should be good for five years each and that should keep this piece of human debris in the can for a decade or two, preferably in a Super-Max like Florence, CO.
Frank Anderson says
Jerome. . ., I believe if you check further it won’t matter a whole lot that he was conspiring with informants. I believe many people have been convicted and sentenced to long terms after making arrangements with undercover agents or those acting at their direction. As I understand, and cheerfully subject to correction, if the prosecution can show the “accused” *intended* to break the law *he* is guilty regardless of what the people he thought were his “co-conspirators” intended. A number of such cases with convictions have been reported since 9/11.

Good. At least there is still some concept of personal responsibility left!
