Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Hijab hailed in Canadian mall in ICNA-hosted outreach

Feb 20, 2018 8:58 am By Christine Douglass-Williams

A woman in Saudi Arabia was “arrested for going out without her abaya,” while CTV in Canada reports that “people in Regina tried on a piece of Muslim culture” at the Southland Mall, and that “people experienced what it’s like to wear a hijab – a head covering that represents modesty, harmony and respect.”

Many uninformed, arrogant leftists read pro-jihad and Muslim Brotherhood propaganda to discover the “merits” of the hijab, without concern about or even interest in what it really means for women’s rights in Islamic countries. This mentality is a slap in the face to the real women who have experienced the horrors of the hijab, as one (of many) Saudi woman did when she discarded hers:

The woman faced intense criticism on social media, with some people calling for her execution. One message reportedly read: “The least punishment for her is beheading her.” Another read: “Kill her and throw her body to the dogs.”Other tweets said “we want blood” and “we demand utmost punishment, for the state has rules that she did not respect.

The event was hosted by Islamic Circle of North America Sisters Regina. The Islamic Circle of North America’s self-proclaimed goal is:

to communicate the message of Islam to the society at large” and “also to initiate change in the social and political spheres [of American society] in light of the principles of the noble Qur’an,” according to the group’s 2020 Vision program.

Western leftist politicians and irresponsible media personnel are primarily to blame for the pervasive ignorance that blinds so many to the incalculable global abuses committed in the name of Islam. This has also enabled the Islamization of the West, especially across Europe, and the subsequent weakening of democratic states.

“Shoppers try on hijabs in Regina,” by Colton Weins, CTV News, February 18, 2018:

People in Regina tried on a piece of Muslim culture on Sunday at the Southland Mall.

People experienced what it’s like to wear a hijab – a head covering that represents modesty, harmony and respect.

The event was in conjunction with World Hijab Day and was hosted by the Islamic Circle of North America Sisters Regina. Shoppers also had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the culture.

“They really like it and honestly it makes me so happy to see people who don’t have an idea of it but they come and they learn so many new things, I think it’s been very positive,” said Minhal Mussawal, external communications, Muslim Youth Network Regina. “This is what it means to be a Muslim in Canada in the 21st century, I felt this was a really a good way to show that to other people.”

One of the participants, Darian Pelletier, is planning a trip to Morocco with her mother and came to the mall to look for a hijab. She says finding the booth felt like fate.

“I honestly really like it. It makes me feel comfortable and makes me feel pretty because every time I see women with hijabs, I want to stop them and say they’re so beautiful like inside and out,” Pelletier said.

World Hijab Day was founded by Nazma Khan from New York in 2013. Khan, who emigrated from Bangladesh at 11-years-old, says she remembers facing hate and discrimination while growing up in the Bronx.

“I was called names such as Batman and ninja. At one point a student literally kicked me and spit at me, both inside and outside the school,” Khan said in a YouTube video.

That strength, courage and perseverance is breaking stereotypes and educating others about the millions of Muslim women who choose to wear the hijab. It’s something the Ayesha Azam, president of the Muslim Youth Network Regina wants to carry that forward.

“We’re just trying to show what hijab is about, not more oppression but more freedom and expression is what I think it is,” Azam said.

The Islamic Circle of North America Sisters Regina has plans to continue the event……

HOOD-WINKERY? Or will they HI-JAB us with their TAQIYYA? Who needs or wants a BRONZE-AGE CULTURE in Canada? How does that help anyone to REPRESS WOMEN, implement GENDER APARTHEID and MUTILATE the genitals of little girls?

CANUCKS, DON’T BE HOOD-WINKED by 7th century MISOGYNISTS.

OMAR INVENTED THE ISLAMIC VEIL, NOT MOHAMMED!

Allah did not think of compulsory veiling until Omar (later Caliph Omar) DEMANDED that a revelation come from Mohammed: Sahih Bukhari 1:4:148; Sahih Bukhari 8:74:257; Sahih Muslim 26:5397.

The sequence of events as laid out in the ahadith are as follows:
1.Omar repeatedly asks Mohammed that Allah should reveal verses for the Qur’an pertaining to the veiling of women.
2.No such revelation is sent down.
3.Omar follows Mohammed’s wives one night when they go out to relieve themselves (go to the toilet) and calls out to Mohammed’s wife Sauda.
4.Sauda goes home in a state of embarrassment and relates to Mohammed what has happened.
5.Allah then reveals the hijab verse as Omar had wanted all along.

Of course, this brings up some obvious questions:

    – If Mohammed is ‘just a messenger’, relating Allah’s word, why did Umar need to ask Muhammad for the hijab revelation? Why did he not just pray to Allah and ask directly?
    – No revelation was sent down until after Omar spied on Mohammed’s own wives. Why did Omar do this? How did he know (or at least suspect) that it would be successful? Why does Allah care about toilet privacy of Mohammed’s wives so much that he revealed a verse in his eternal book that applies to all Muslim women that will ever live?

A common apologetic for this is that Allah was waiting for Omar to do this so that the situational revelation could come down. However this is not mentioned anywhere, thus there is no evidence for it. Moreover, Umar confirms that he came up with the idea first and then Allah “agreed with him”.

‘ALLAH’ listened to OMAR, who wanted veiling to control his women, rather than listening to Mohammed who was indifferent to veiling.

WHAT WAS OMAR’S TRUE MOTIVE IN VEILING?
Since Omar wanted Mohammed’s wives to be unrecognizable, we must SUSPECT there was a POLITICAL MOTIVE for Omar to keep women outdoors from recognizing one another. It is possible that Omar was carrying on intrigues and needed his spies to pass unrecognized… did they veil themselves to pass undetected? Or possibly Omar may have wanted Mohammed’s wives to go about unrecognized and not attract anyone to them for CONVERSATION in order to isolate Mohammed from gaining information passed from woman to woman. POLITICAL INTRIGUE!

THE TRUE FINANCIAL REASON FOR VEILING = DUAL ENDOGAMOUS INHERITANCE
THE ISLAMIC VEIL IS COMMANDED SUPPOSEDLY TO PREVENT RAPE (K.33.59) … BUT IT IS ACTUALLY TO KEEP MONEY IN THE FAMILY! The Muslim patriarch wants to pass his inheritance down through his own grandchildren. This often leads to the biological EVIL of DOUBLE COUSIN MARRIAGE or DUAL ENDOGAMY… by which grandparents and parents are all married to their first cousin. No fresh new blood enters the clan and genetic inbreeding becomes extremely risky to the health of offspring. We see over 900 illnesses caused by inbreeding in the Arabian Peninsula.

Women are thus pawns in the COUSIN MARRIAGE GAME. The VEIL makes women slaves of PATRIARCHY… women are part of a financial chess game in COUSIN MARRIAGE. The woman is veiled to prevent exogamous marriage outside her clan which carries the TOTEMIC BLOOD.
The Islamic is, then, an endorsement of the Muslim male’s right to RAPE KAFIR WOMEN and Muslim women who voluntarily wear the veil are AGREEING that their men MAY RAPE KAFIR WOMEN by the permission of Allah. Women who wear the veil are PARTICIPATING in religious PERSECUTION of the ‘OTHER’. The veil is not only a symbol of PATRIARCHY and APARTHEID, but of a CRIMINAL CULTURE OF RAPE decreed by Allah.

THE ISLAMIC VEIL HAS NOTHING TO COMMEND IT and practically everything to recommend a complete ban of it.

The veil is prior to Islam. In many Mediterranean cultures, veils were worn. Only Islam and ultra-Orthodox Judaism have taken this issue to the extreme. The veil represents the dominion of man over woman, without a veil the woman can begin to claim freedom and break the oppression of the ultra patriarchal society.

That’s quite an upgrade in hijabs, dour darkness to 1920’s Russian communist peasant.

“ICNA is an offshoot of the Muslim Students’ Association (MSA), and was founded by immigrants from South Asia. In 1971, a number of South Asian MSA members who had been involved in Islamic movements in their home countries developed an Islamic study circle (halaqa), in Montreal which became the predecessor of ICNA. The “Sisters Wing,” its women’s group, was established in 1979.

It is smaller and more conservative than the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). According to ICNA, its goal “shall be to seek the pleasure of Allah through the struggle of Iqamat-ud-Deen establishment of the Islamic system of life as spelled out in the Qur’an and the Sunnah of Muhammad.”

ICNA seeks to promote Islam and the Islamic way of life in the United States. They are active on the issues of War in Afghanistan and the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Initially ICNA was composed of Muslim Americans of Indo-Pakistani descent who had split from ISNA” – WIKI

The MSA and Pakistan, in a different package. The goal: Establishment of the Islamic system of life in North America. There should be no mistake about what that means. Stealth Dawa while calling for the destruction of Israel.

    IC(k)-NA indeed.

What the hell is she talking about, there is no law in Morocco re. women wearing covering their hair; they decide for themselves whether they are going to.

She, like probably a lot of other people, is doing this because she thinks it’s cool. She has likely never given a thought to the millions of women in oppressive Islamic countries who are threatened with arrest and worse for the “crime” of uncovering their hair.

Open letter to the administrators or the southland mall:

I read about the hijab day event at your mall.
Did the administrators in charge of approving this event inquire as to the beleif system that islamic women who wear the veil have? In Iran women are fighting for the right NOT to wear headscarves so I am wondering why this event promotes the hijab as being a CHOICE when in the islamic world it is often NOT a choice and in islam, people refusing to comply with islamic laws or who leave islam are subject to execution.
The koran is also full of antisemitism and hatred toward homosexuals. (This is fact. Please read any of Robert Spencer’s expertly researched books for proof). By promoting the hijab, is the antisemitism in the koran also being promoted?
(I think it would be horribly innapropriate, for example, to “try on” a kkk hood when the kkk is associated with horrible racism. The hijab is associated with the opression of women, child marrige, FGM, antisemitism and homophobia because it is islamic and those ideas are in the koran/islamic culture, is it not? Mohammed married one of his wives at age 9, you know.)

Other controversial issues within islam is the idea of FGM and that women are not allowed to go out without a male chaperone. Those ideas seem to go with the hijab. I dont understand promoting religious garb in a mall.

What other religions will you host at the mall? Or is this islam promotion only? Would a Jewish or Bhuddist cultural day be welcome?
And if so, is anyone willing to examine the fact that bhuddists, for instance, do not have the concept of jihad or taquiyya? Is anyone interested to ask what other beliefs (like child marriage, FGM and antisemitism) islam has that promoting hijabs may be interpreted as also promoting?

This event does not seem inclusive since islam is at its core a supremacist political ideology that sees anyone who isnt islamic as inferior and in need of conversion.

That can be phrased to sound like they want people to convert to be “saved” like Christians but I think the fact that people who leave islam are often stoned to death and murdered in islamic countries cannot be ignored.

When I go to the mall to shop I do not want any religions to proselytize and pressure me at all. And I do not want to try on a hijab while women in Iran fight for the human right NOT to wear a hijab and NOT to be dominated by religious fanatics and opressed by men.

I think the hijab sends a strange message to young girls, also. The idea of having to cover up to avoid rape or that showing ones hair is “immodest” is NOT a western idea at all.

Western women have not been taught that it is shameful to show their hair or to wear a sundress and show their arms and shoulders (something women and girls who wear hijabs do not and are not allowed to do). Why send this confusing message to young women? There is nothing shameful about having your hair uncovered but islamic fundamentalists say otherwize. Why spread that message of shame?

When muslims say it is “modest” to cover your hair, does anyone realise that implies it is “immodest” and, in their view bad, not to? I do not want these views pushed on me or on society.

If they want to wear hijabs that is their right. I do not want this questionable practice promoted in public places for no good reason and without additional, factual information about the culture it comes from.

Please read any book by Robert Spencer for clarification on islam, as he is an expert on the subject and a campaigner for free speech and rights for ALL.

Islamic people are free to wear hijabs. Non islamic people should be free to not be pestered about hijabs/religious garb and not be guilted for wanting nothing to do with a practice that seems liked to opression and to supremacist ideologies. Because what else can you call the islamic idea that islam is the •only• true religion and everyone else is a kuffar/infidel? I would not try on nazi parephnalia either, because naziism is a supremacist ideology. Hijab day is offensive to me and I think it is innapropriate for a public mall.

Religion is a personal choice. It is unnecessary and feels like harassment to have it foisted on me when I am minding my own business in public.

Can’t make a cape for my pet pig, Mohamed, cause the poor thing passed from old age.

The best way to ensure that this piece of muslim attire catches fire in Canada is to offer them with different design lines : one line could feature NHL logos, another could feature the faces of Liberal cabinet members and Mr Trudeau. It’s like hat pins and whale bone corsets and dresses you can’t ride bicycles or motorcycles or flying machines in. No actually I think girls like all of those things , but only because they want to not because they have to. Does a piece of cloth really impart modesty and is it wise to suggest that it does.
