But they hadn’t quite gotten around to it, and Johnson was running around unmonitored, unsupervised, and with no warning given to anyone around him. FBI agents were probably too busy digging up dirt on Trump’s supposed Russia connections to pay much attention to Corey Johnson, and after all, it’s their official policy that Islam is a religion of peace, so how much trouble could this kid really get into?
The corrupt, clueless and compromised FBI needs to be thoroughly and impartially investigated.
“BREAKING: Feds planned to charge Gardens teen for international school threats,” by Hannah Winston, Palm Beach Post, March 13, 2018:
JUPITER — A week before Corey Johnson confessed to stabbing three people — one of them fatally — in a Palm Beach Gardens home, authorities were discussing pending federal criminal charges against the 17-year-old, according to a Jupiter police report.
Johnson was arrested Monday on charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder after investigators say he killed 13-year-old Jovanni Sierra and stabbed Elaine Simon, 43, and her son 13-year-old, Dane Bancroft, during a sleepover at a home in BallenIsles County Club.
Johnson told police his faith is what led him to the violent acts.
But before the Palm Beach Gardens attack, even as early as middle school, Johnson had been on the radar of law enforcement, the report said.
In January 2017, several local law-enforcement agencies and the FBI came together with the staff at William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, where he was a student at the time. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office received information that Johnson supported the terrorist organization ISIS and had reached out to the group online, expressing his desire to join them.
A sheriff’s detective interviewed Johnson for a mental-health assessment and said the teen sympathized with terrorist organizations, the report said.
Palm Beach County School District Police said that during middle school, Johnson made anti-Semitic and anti-homosexual statements. He also said he had similar beliefs to the KKK. School police said they received information that Johnson “has violent tendencies,” “has spoken about inappropriate places to bomb” and “is a White Supremacist.”
Investigators also learned there were several guns inside of Johnson’s residence, according to the report. His family later told investigators there were guns in his mother’s home but were locked in a safe.
When Johnson’s mother and grandparents were interviewed by law enforcement, they said Johnson was fascinated with dictators such as Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Kim Jong-un. They said he had “recently began discovering religion” and had been studying the Quran.
After the meeting, the FBI told Jupiter police that a counter-intelligence agency in Europe investigated Johnson’s connection to several threats made on Instagram to McAuley Catholic High School in Doncaster, England. Though the report does not say what the threats were, authorities said they “were so severe in nature that up to 100 students were removed from the school fearing some kind of attack.” British news outlets reported that in October 2016, a threat posted on Instagram stated “we will kill every single infidel student at this school.”…
In February, the FBI said it had all the evidence it needed and that an assistant U.S. attorney had probable cause to charge Johnson.
On March 5, Jupiter police checked in with the FBI to see where they were with the federal charges and the agent said the affidavits would be “coming in the next several weeks.”
A week later, Johnson was in jail for the fatal stabbing in Palm Beach Gardens.

They would not go after little Nicky Cruz, why go after this tender young Jihadi?

I agree. From the picture this kid is a scattered pearl, so there was no reason to harass him. But going forward, the good thing is that he’ll “fit” right in with the guys in the Florida State Prison.

He may end up being center of attention, just not in the way he probably wanted.

Not that the FBI needs more bad coverage …but not to have stopped this killing and other attacks before it happened is just unbelievable…well., Maybe it IS. What’s happening with law enforcement these days? There have been several instances like this of late…And what’s going on with the investigation of the mass killing in Las Vegas? Is there a cover up there? If no one else in government, law enforcement should be without question, CLEAN!

Well, now. What will the protesters march about here? Knife-banning? It is arguably worse to be stabbed to death than shot. I only wish this woman had come downstairs with a gun in hand and saved the people of Florida a costly and pointless trial. She could have at least saved her son.

The bereaved families should take joint action against the terror hugging FBI…

Once again, “was going to” and people died. How about react on time, and save people lives.

This boy admits that the Quran motivated him and strengthened him in his desire to commit murder. It was the words of Allah that caused him to do what he did. He killed the unbelievers (pagans, idolators, polytheists) where he found them (see Quran 9:5).
Now people will say that this passage (Quran 9:5) is often taken out of context and the entire verse states that if the unbelievers repent and submit to the worship of Allah and pay the “poor-due,” then they should be spared. Is there any evidence that the victims of this young boy submitted to that part of the verse?
Also, people will say that there are verses in the Quran that apply only to a certain period of time and should not be taken to apply to us in our times. If so, that should be made perfectly clear to anyone who reads the Quran by insertion into EVERY Quran some sort of unmistakable footnote for each verse to which that rule applies.
Without what some people would call the “proper explanation” or “proper reading” of the Quran, it IS a dangerous book and something needs to be done about that. Those who would hold guilty a person who incites violence or who spouts “hate speech” should hold the Quran to the same standards … otherwise those people are nothing but hypocrites.

The differences between Islam and Christianity is really quite simple and easy to understand.
To become a martyr under Islam you are dying to kill someone.
To become a martyr under Christianity you are living to save someone.
gravenimage says
Spot on.
LeftisruiningCanada says
As we all know, martyr means ‘to be a witness’, that is, ‘to tell about something, to be a visible example’.
When Christians die at the hands of others for (usually) failing to reject Christ, they show their faith and loyalty and love for Christ, who proved his love by dying for them. They have only wanted to tell other people about this love. They love life, and because of that receive death in this world.
When muslims kill others for failing to accept mohammad, they too show what lies at the heart of their religion. They show their god’s lack of love and loyalty towards them, the god they know does not love them for his own sake, but who challenges them to prove their love for him by spreading misery. They therefore love death, and believe they will receive life in the next world because of it.
The two concepts, while sharing the same word to describe it, could not be any more different. This is one more sure sign that islam is a counterfeit religion, started by him who cannot create but only imitate and corrupt that which already is. And, since what already was was good, it’s corrupted imitation could only be evil. Such is islam.
Shmoovie says
Will MSM show any more interest in this story, as it comes out that jihadi Johnson had beliefs similar to the klan, white supremacists etc.? It will be tough to avoid the fact that when he began to show interest in ‘religion’, he was naturally drawn to islam, but they’ll find a way round that ( his mental illness led him to misunderstand the readings and videos, and so on..)
This horror story would have been so much more useful to media if he’d used a firearm on his victims.

Florida: FBI was planning to charge Muslim teen for jihad terror threats before he murdered boy
………………………
How many times have we heard similar things, such as some Jihadist having been on a watch list?
Eric jones says
From reading this article Corey Johnson at 17 has a grown mans body (as many 17 year old males do) killed one teen aged female , an adult female 43 and a 13 year old boy with a knife. This occurred during a sleep over. I am sure that people who knew him also knew that he liked violence and Islam.
Why was Corey allowed to sleep over with people who are not his relatives or his wife? He was in a position to physically over power females and a younger teenage boy. These are the dangers of not having a grown man presence in the home feminist!
Folks I am 69 rears old and there would not have been any such sleep over back in the day or now in my family. I have been asked to be a man presence at a party a neighbor given for her teenage brother. There was no problem. I know what I am talking about.
This is a tragedy. A family run by Christian values and simple common sense could have avoided this.
Eric

I take your point, but this Jihadist stabbed the victims as they slept. I’m not sure that having a man in the house would have prevented this attack.

I only wish this woman had come downstairs with a gun in hand and saved the people of Florida a costly and pointless trial. She could have at least saved her son. She was not sleeping when she was attacked and her son was attacked. True, it might have been impossible for her to have saved the first victim. What a tragedy that she didn’t know this guy better before she let him in her house.
LeftisruiningCanada says
Along with GI, i know what you’re saying Eric and agree with you.
But being stabbed whilst sleeping….that’s a hard thing to defend against.
Maybe the protective nature of most husbands might have resulted in a few more locked doors….i don’t know. It’s always pretty much impossible to know what happened, what might have been noticed by a more suspicious eye, what might have changed things…
It probably wouldn’t have done anything to decrease the family’s chances of survival had a strong willing guy been there to help out though.

FBI ain’t what it used to be. The work load has to be staggering, but, they have repeatedly been given the information to work with case after case and people are dying in these cases. I’m so glad Robert and Pamela didn’t rely on them at Garland. There’s a long list of FBI failures on top of the corruption. You would think the humiliation would push them to clean house.

Don’t worry, the best of the best are on it. Well, kind of, if you don’t include San Bernardino, Boston Marathon, Florida High School.

And nobody will take responsibility and nobody will be held accountable for this criminal negligence. It’s nice to be a civil servant.

The FBI is the most corrupt department of our government. They are so busy trying to depose our President, they don’t have time for this nonsense, such as stopping a terrorist act or the murdering of an innocent American. McCabe should be fired today, lose his pension, and be tried for malfeasance Comey should be tried under the Official Secrets Act for giving government info to the NYT. Sessions is too dumb to be AG. He needs to be replaced.
Bezelel says
McCabe bit the dust, still waiting to see if he gets indicted, Then Comey would be nice to see him Leavenworth bound., Hillary too and then hussein obola, Dream big.
