According to the Breitbart piece discussed here:
Muslim-American Republican Omar Qudrat, who is running for Congress in California’s 52nd congressional district, told Breitbart News Tonight on Tuesday evening that he supports President Donald Trump’s policies on immigration and terrorism. “Radical Islamic terrorism is a real threat to our nation,” Qudrat said, adding that there was a “multi-component effort to try to undermine and destroy the United States and its allies.”
The Breitbart article also points out:
Some of Qudrat’s opponents have accused him of taking donations from individuals associated with CAIR, but there appears to be no evidence to support that claim. In fact, Qudrat has previously criticized CAIR as being “led by somebody who openly supports terrorist networks.”
Given the realities of the global jihad and the clever Muslim Brotherhood stratagem for the U.S., due diligence is required. While one should not jump to conclusions, Jeff Schwilk, founder of San Diegans for Secure Borders and MSgt, USMC (Ret.), Military Intelligence, has made some disturbing accusations that are worth investigating. Schwilk states:
Shockingly, Omar Qudrat is being supported, promoted, and financed nationally by Muslims with ties to CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood. Some of the donors to his campaign in the attachment above have been confirmed to be members of one or both of those radical Islamic groups. Almost all of them live outside San Diego County and many of them live outside California. They have donated many thousands of dollars to Qudrat’s campaign to help him become the next Congressman from San Diego, a new and growing Muslim stronghold in the United States.
Schwilk has been an avid supporter of the Trump southern border security wall; his views on national security were recently quoted in the San Diego Union Tribune.

SDSB calls on the San Diego County Republican Party to immediately rescind their endorsements of these two unqualified and fraudulent candidates for Congress in San Diego. They both have questionable loyalties and backgrounds as well as confirmed ties to radical foreign and subversive interests…….
Omar Kamal Qudrat, 36
Omar Qudrat is a proud Muslim candidate from outside San Diego County – either Los Angeles, Washington DC, or New York, depending on which records you look at. His background is mostly a mystery and his website gives no details about his past except some vague claims of working for the government prosecuting terrorists, but he is not a prosecutor. He claims to be a practicing lawyer, but he has never been licensed with the California Bar to practice law here. He is a licensed attorney in New York. Records indicate Qudrat has never voted in a California election. He claims to be from Los Angeles and records do show multiple addresses for him and his family members in the L.A. area. He has no ties nor previous addresses anywhere near San Diego County. Qudrat supposedly now lives in a high rise building in downtown San Diego, but IF that’s true, that puts him outside the 52nd District that he is running for Congress in. Qudrat has never held or run for political office before.Shockingly, Omar Qudrat is being supported, promoted, and financed nationally by Muslims with ties to CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood. CAPT John’s detailed research and report below proves once again that it is absolutely crucial to vet all candidates thoroughly prior to endorsing them. Careless endorsements like the San Diego GOP did on Renison and Qudrat do great harm to the conservative movement in America and all of us fighting to make America great again and keep us safe from foreign threats.

Why would CAIR be in a panic mode? Criticizing Islam is not yet illegal but it is frowned upon in polite circles and those who control the means of communication are censoring people who tell the truth about this satanic ideology. Islam is winning. The candidacy of these two as R’s is further evidence of Islam’s advance. Islam will conquer the United States just as it is conquering Europe unless Muslim immigration is banned.

That’s an unfortunate way to have to think of people. But it’s not our fault. It’s the fault of Islam and its doctrine of taqiyya — and the many smiling Muslims who have suddenly morphed into back-stabbing, throat-slitting jihadis.

I listened to Qudrat’s interview on Breitbart yesterday and my BS alarm went off when he was asked questions about islam and he replied in terms of “radical” islam vs “real” islam. As we all know, there is just ONE islam – so either he is conveniently ignorant about his own ideological-religion or he is a taqiyya artist. Either way, he is not someone I would trust in a position of leaders or power.

Let us take a look at some of the names of Omar Qudrat’s donor list. Starting with Maryam Qudrat. “Maryam founded the Muslim Student Association at Cleveland High School” http://www.islamiccenter.com/profile/dr-maryam-qudrat/
Next is Omar Haroon. Omar runs a sharia compliant hedge fund. I thought Omar was against sharia.https://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2010/01/17/los-angeles-firm-launches-sharia-compliant-hedge-fund/
Omar Qudrat donor Farhad Azima is name to conjure with.
“A big part of the answer is Farhad Azima, a man who by all accounts makes friends easily and does lavish favors for them, and who also has no shortage of enemies, mostly his former business partners. A donor to Bill and Hillary Clinton’s political campaigns and a contributor to the Clinton Foundation, Azima has frequently won contracts from the U.S. government, including, he acknowledges, the CIA. He’s believed to have supplied planes that shipped arms as part of the Iran-Contra scandal. In 1991, Azima’s planes ferried arms to Croatia during the middle of the Balkan wars. Other recent contracts involved supporting U.S. military campaigns in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kuwait, and Iraq. Azima also appears to have worked with American adversaries, including sanctions-busting businessmen doing the bidding of the Iranian regime. (His standard comment is as he was quoted in the Kansas City Star: “There’s a lot of bullshit in the press,” he said. “If you Google, you see a lot of whatever you want.” Azima knew lots of bad Iranians, though. “He’s from there,” said one Washington, D.C., foreign-affairs journalist. “He moved to the U.S. in the 1960s for college and married a Midwestern woman. He’s got one daughter in New York and another in Kansas City, where he lives.” http://www.tabletmag.com/jewish-news-and-politics/239468/jay-solomon-farhad-azima-iran
I was hoping to find more people like Khurram Dara on Omar’s list.
“A Muslim law student criticized CAIR in June for a different reason. “Believe it or not, there are many of us American Muslims who do not think that the answer to fixing our image problem is to constantly issue press releases and file law suits,” wrote Columbia Law School student Khurram Dara in an Examiner opinion piece.
Dara recommended that Muslims could fight stereotypes by getting involved in community organizations and events to meet non-Muslims.
“The truth is, saying CAIR represents the views of American Muslims is like saying the ACLU represents the views of all Constitutional lawyers. The two are related, but hardly representative.”” https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=8&v=WXXlhKELxEo
Michael Ledeen’s daughter is giving money to Omar Qudrat? Simone Ledeen
“Rather than seek hard data, Chandrasekaran appears to have culled blogs. He repeats—but does not credit to their source—allegations first aired on partisan websites. For example, he writes that the CPA hired Simone Ledeen, the 28-year-old daughter of “neoconservative” Michael Ledeen, to manage Iraq’s $13 billion budget, even though, he says, she had no background in accounting. But Simone Ledeen did have a background in accounting and a master’s in business administration. She did not, however, manage the budget but rather executed it, handling issues such as payroll. Ironically, Ledeen was one of the few CPA employees to leave the Green Zone regularly; many diplomats and other government employees preferred to remain inside the safe-zone. On several occasions, she braved hostile fire. Questions about Chandrasekaran’s reporting forced The Washington Post to issue corrections[24] after it had published excerpts.” https://www.meforum.org/articles/2007/iraq-in-books
Looks like Omar even has the CIA donating to his campaign. Zalmay Khalilzad is a petroleum, diplomat who has had a hand in creating the jihad armies in Afghanistan and the Balkans. He is not your ordinary fellow. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zalmay_Khalilzad
The Saudi financed King Fahad Mosque is onboard
According to the congressional report, the mosque was identified by the FBI as a site of “extremist-related activity both before and after September 11”. According top the commission, “several subjects of FBI investigations prior to September 11 had close connections to the mosque and are believed to have laundered money through this mosque to nonprofit organizations overseas affiliated with Usama Bin Ladin. http://abc7.com/news/worker-at-la-area-mosque-may-be-linked-to-9-11-attack/1338413/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_Fahad_Mosque_(Culver_City,_California)
Then, there is this guy, Shamus Sayed, is also Muslim and also running for Congress in San Diego (50th District against Rep. Duncan Hunter) as a REPUBLICAN, although he recently switched from registered Democrat. And he donated $1000 to Omar’s campaign. Sayed is very active in the Islamic community in San Diego. http://www.latimes.com/politics/essential/la-pol-ca-essential-politics-updates-a-second-republican-challenger-steps-up-1507266738-htmlstory.html
Finally, Omar paid himself $140,000 to run for Congress in a district he just moved to from L.A. He has no ties to the San Diego area. Interesting to say the least.

I believe nothing on face that any Muslim says about Islam (and about much else as well). In the court of public opinion, as opposed to a court of law (two very different “courts” to be sure), a Muslim should always be considered guilty until proven innocent, ditto for others like Neo-Nazis, KKK members, Marxists, anarchists, etc. Yeah, public opinion “courts” often work quite differently from courts of law—as they should. And if one is a follower of any of the rot-gut belief systems I just mentioned above (including Islam of course), only a fool will accord such people being an ally of true freedom.
No Muslim in America should be trusted on the matter of basic constitutional freedoms because either: 1) they sincerely think that Islam and essential constitutional rights like freedom of speech, freedom of religion and equality under the law, per the 1st and 14th Amendments to the Constitution, are compatible with Islam, in which case they don’t understand their own religion; or 2) they are engaging in deception in order to advance Islam, which is surely a mortal enemy of freedom and equality under the law, and thus are very conscious foes of the Constitution.
So, a Muslim who avers that Islam and the American Constitution are compatible with each other is either 1) an ignoramus; or 2) a liar. No third option.
Never a good bet to place one’s hopes, dreams, convictions and overall concerns with an ignoramus or a liar. Never.

More than due diligence – the candidate needs to demonstrate and convince that he isn’t another Jihad Trojan Horse.
Susan B. says
The only way he can do that is to leave islam. We both know that will not happen.
KJW says
I agree with Susan B. How can you trust that? While Muslim organizations might play along with that, other Muslims might freak out and not vote for him. Mayor Khan in London relied on Sunni Muslims and his opponent who is an Ahmadi Muslim was smeared with his not being “Muslim enough.” As it is, some the MB employs maruna, something ISIS even encouraged by saying dress like Americans, wear perfume, drink alcohol, etc, to look more assimilated and “moderate.” That’s a controversial method with some clerics, but I believe it’s being done and even a Muslim I know on a personal level was saying and doing contradictory things.
E.g., he said sometimes he goes to the casinos (when that’s forbidden) and we went to Burger King (after he had said he doesn’t like it) and we got chicken sandwiches. A month later I said that Burger King isn’t halal, and he said, “Well, it was chicken,” but a friend in an Islamic country said chicken needs to be halal. In fact, a Turkish store here has candy bars from Turkey that say it’s halal on the wrapper. But then he follows all the Muslim methods of washing but violates sharia with sex out of marriage, and it’s like, is he just lax or was he afraid of what I’d think if he was too Islamic, or what?
The San Bernandino terrorists looked assimilated on their Facebook page-she didn’t wear a hijab. Then she started wearing the long black abaya and the husband grew a long beard. Was it maruna or did they just flip the switch? A Muslim in a New York Times article said his kids dressed up for Halloween (a non-no in Islam) but then later ate a “succulent halal steak.” Is that supposed to be a “moderate” Muslim, lax, sharia law violator or what? Then in Canada and Europe-a political party in Belgium who outright says that they want sharia law. Hizb-ut-Tahrir people in the US have called for an “Islamic revolution” in America-they don’t hide their goals and we let them in to have conferences. We are not obliged to let non-citizen groups into the US…we can ban any foreign national or group. We can revoke visas and work permits, green cards. We definitely used to have quotas on immigrants from various countries and how many we would let in.

It appears that my comments aren’t posting-they keep going to “Your comment is awaiting moderation” and don’t post. That means I spent a lot of time writing to no avail.
Omar said that in growing up in an Afghan American family in the house he “learned about Afghanistan, Afghan culture and the core characteristics of being Muslim however we were American and the compatibility and the principles were so seamless that in some ways it was indistinguishable.” It makes you wonder what “Muslim” characteristics is he talking about when a major part of Islam is abiding by Allah’s law and values therein as expressed by the Qur’an. Things like “honor your mother”? Give to charity/help the poor?
When people say that Muslims should swear to uphold the Constitution and our laws, for one, Congress can add and subtract amendments, and there’s always revolution like Iran did. First as the town level, then the state level, then the federal level. It’s become impossible to trust Muslims’ intentions, which is their own doing as well as those politicians with their nefarious agendas and coddling them.
Principles are different than values. As it is, people in America hold different personal values, though an American value has been self-determination, freedom, and individual pursuit of happiness, so to speak. Other values that are collectively American are enshrined in the Bill of Rights and Preamble in the Constitution. What does it mean to be Muslim or Christian or Jewish? I have read Muslims saying that there’s too much individualism in America. We’ve seen Muslims in Western countries holding signs on the street that have said “No democracy!” To say the “core characters” in some ways was indistinguishable is questionable since a core characteristic of Islam *is* following Allah’s law aka the shariat.
When he talked about people struggling and working 60, sometimes 80 hours a week to provide for their families, and “so the polices that were promised in terms of what was going to be delivered, what was going to improved, just were not. So, when I say “failed policies,” I mean rhat quite literally. The government, from my perspective, should not be given tge authority or the full responsibility to essentially deliver all gods, all services for all needs of people, because they fail…From my experience the government is not your source of hope, necessarily. It is really going to be your family, your sort of perspective on life, and it’s going to be what you can do in the private sector.”
When asked what would he propose, he said, “First, as a federal matter, what does the Constitution say? We have to first go to the Constitution. We have to determine what powers, authorities and obligations government has. For me the criteria for policies are: Is it legal? Is it moral? And is it effective?”
The Constitution was written so that every American could understand it. The obligations of the government are generally laid out, and firstly in the Preamble. Policies are legislation. The Constitution does not address jobs but “promote the general welfare” of the country, welfare not being public assistance welfare which didn’t exist until FDR instituted Social Security mainly for disabled people, and later things like food stamps, etc. We have equal protection under the law, we abolished slavery, allowed women to vote…I guess you could call those moral aspects. We tried the prohibition of alcohol for 14 years but that just caused a lot of crime, organized crime, and an underground economy like drug trafficking. Other amendments are about commerce and such matters.
Why would we look at the Constitution for policies to help working people? We have a Dept of Education to address those issues, states and cities have budgets, we’ve done things like small business loans, OSHA, anti-discrimination laws in hiring people, banking regulations, anti-monopoly laws, welfare, etc. yet then he says the government is not your hope and we should give them the responsibility to deliver all goods which was essentially how American was before all these government programs. I don’t get his point about looking at the Constitution regarding such matters. That’s what we have a Congress for and the three branches of government. The Constitution says what’s legal-the Supreme Court is another source of legality, then state laws.
He seems to be contradicting himself. The Bill of Rights is to protect us from the government and tyranny. I don’t understand his morality point or its effectiveness. Again, Congress makes legislation. Cost of living is economics, we have minimum wage, companies decide salaries, some places have had rent control; if the electric company keeps raising my rates, those rates are approved by my state, and those are local issues as well as gas taxes, cigarette taxes, and such things that affect our cost of living. The Constitution has nothing to do with these things. If it did, then that would contradict his idea of not giving the government or full responsibility to take care of many of these types of issues. He doesn’t sound consistent and to me he has mixed messages.
And what does family or your perspective on life have to with the 60 or 80 hour jobs? If you want a better job you have to work for it, go to school, train, etc. When politicians have talked about “family values,” it’s usually been conservatives, and often the religious Right as far as things such as abortion, gay rights, and feminist objectives (Wikipedia) and the “traditional family.” Oddly, when you look up “family values” on Wikipedia they first mention Saudi Arabia then the US. They say, for one, marriage is the only sexual outlet-they have laws against fornication similar to the Western Christian view and the traditional idea of the father being the breadwinner and the mother being the homemaker. In the US paragraph it mentions only that only 46% of children live in a traditional family and children living with two parents is 65% as of 2016.
I find it odd that Wikipedia has only these two comparisons of Saudi Arabia and the US and the Saudi paragraph is bigger and “Islam is the driving cultural force that that dictates a submission to the will of God, thus those values. This is what Muslims have caused-this suspicion of their true ideas and subtext of their comments. I’ve heard Muslims say that our Constitution should be changed-I went through this with a Somalian American on You Tube. He also thinks our national (federal) holidays should included Muslim holidays despite that being discriminatory to other religions. Christmas is too big of a retail holiday and also celebrated by atheists, et al., and much of it is not Christian. So, what would be changed in the Constitution in these Muslims’ idea? As it is, they are anti-free speech originally geared towards speaking out against our government, free press, right to protest, freedom to practice one’s religion…things not protected in Saudi Arabia. They don’t even allow the Christians a church and protestors get arrested, and criticizing the royal family is a big no-no.
First at the town level, then the state level, the federal level. It’s become hard to trust Muslims given all their infiltration and also politicians who coddle them and their being beholden to oil countries and their own nefarious agendas. It’s hard to believe we’re even talking about this in 21st century America. .
