Sameera Ex Muslim says
Sunnis have temporary too, its called Misyar. it is legalised prostitution, and that is why islam is so backward, look at muslim countries. Only those who emrace secularism managed to temporarily ban these discriminatory laws, till Islamists gain power. This has always been the case in the muslim world.

On a related subject:
The low status of women in Islam as compared to Christianity or Judaism is nowhere more evident than that men can divorce by saying ‘talaq, talaq, talaq’. No need for a court as in Christianity or Judaism.
Imran Khan who is running for Pakistan’s premiership divorced Reham Khan by text message. This is a man who is running for prime minister and he is revered by Pakistanis. Now if a hero can get away with abusing women Islamically, what hope is there for the average poor Muslim woman. Most muslims in the world live in Abject Poverty.
That is why I left Islam
Imran Khan divorced his wife by text
https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/imran-khan-divorced-his-wife-by-text-kpzkgf0ps7m
The former cricketer, who is chairman of the Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, ended his marriage to Reham Khan, 42, after ten months with a text message that read “talaq” — “I divorce you” in Arabic — three times, according to reports. Rooted in Islamic scripture, the words yield instant divorce but are the subject of bitter contention throughout the Muslim world and massive opposition from human rights groups. Pakistan is one of the few countries where the custom is legally enforceable.
Garfield says
Good for you for leaving islam. Shows that people CAN reject it! No one needs islam.

True, Sameera. You arfe a brave and principled person.

Japetto Danatelli says
“Make sure she’s covered, burka.” lol, cuz they want to be holy about it. ha!
I love these parodies, they effectively highlight the absurdities of islam and expose that fake religion for what it really is, a violent and bigoted ideology bedded in a collection of religious plagiarisms and superstitious nonsense. So I guess the right thing to do for this retarded nonsense is destroy free speech, let our kids get raped, our neighborhoods over run with enclaves, and our people get terrorized and murdered. Because we want to be multicultural, DoN’tCHyA KnOW?
Linda says
Has anyone else noticed that just when you thought it was bad with Islam, it can only get worse from there? Or is it just me?
gravenimage says
There is no bottom to the ugliness of Islam.
Linda says
That’s the impression I’m getting. Just when I thought it was bad, there’s lots worse where that came from.
Ray Jarman says
I have one question about the paying for sex or more correct word to use is prostitute, why did they not just go out and find an infidel? ?
Japetto Danatelli says
“…why did they not just go out and find an infidel?”
I suppose cuz the context was the sham “marriage” customs of islam, not rape of infidel women and kids. They’re satirizing islam’s religious sanctification of a sham marriage custom that is really little more than legalized prostitution. That’s why they quoted Bukari, muhammad says it’s okay to use women for sex, just call it a “temporary marriage.”
Allah’s teachings are a deviant’s dream. If you’re hateful, or bigoted, or a rapist, or a terrorist, a misogynist, or a supremacist, you are probably going to be attracted to the worst teachings of allah. Which begs the question, who do so many “good” muslims continue to live and love a god that is so evil? Wouldn’t truly nice people want to dissociate themselves from a prophet and god with the morals of a gangster? I think these are legitimate questions, there’s nothing racist about my asking them. It’s an ideological thing, not racial. There needs to be more courageous muslims willing to make a stand against the violent and bigoted teachings their god and prophet taught. Until they do that islam will be a millstone around our necks, the necks jihadists love to cut.
… so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes. Allah, god of the muslims.
Linda says
This is a Shia thing. Sunnis consider it haram. Temporary marriage…now I’ve heard it all.
gravenimage says
Linda, the same basic thing exists in Sunni Islam–there it is called Misyar Marriage:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misyar_marriage
Linda says
No decency in any of the sects then.
gravenimage says
Even worse, they both allow for “marrying” children and the use of sex slaves.
Linda says
They’re so completely debauched I don’t know why they don’t make themselves sick.
gravenimage says
And yet, Muslims consider modest and chaste because they force women to wear headbags. I’m glad David Wood is satarizing this.
Linda says
So am I. It’s one thing to read about it, but to see these little skits, this will stay with us.
boakai ngombu says
misyar … mutah … with either is it okay to beat her? does the holy sexworker have any rights?
Troybeam says
temporary-marriage-nikah-mutah, just another term aka legal sex, pay and leave.
gravenimage says
Islamicize Me Day 12: Temporary Marriage (Nikah Mut’ah)
……………….
Sacralized prostitution.
gravenimage says
Not as sick as Islam…
dumbledoresarmy says
Nonie Darwish explains in her book “Cruel and Usual Punishment”, that the Arabic word “nikah”, usually rendered as ‘marriage’, is in fact the exact equivalent of the English term “f**king”.
gravenimage says
*Exactly*, DDA.
“The Prophet said: “The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women’s) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract).”
–Bukhari 5151
Nothing about love or forming a lasting bond there.
Flavius Claudius Iulianus says
“We can share, we’re Muslim.” Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Too funny!
