Islamicize Me Day 13: The Gang Makes a Dhimmi!
…………………….
I love David Wood and the rest of these guys! They expose the horrors of Islam, and do it with a great sense of humor.
Of course, this is what Islam is really like, which isn’t actually funny at all…
Terry Gain says
Nothing in life is as mock-worthy as Islam. Not even Obama, Truedope or Dope Francis.

Islam should be mocked constantly. And David Wood is so good at it.

[Tafsir ibn ‘Ajibah. Commentary on Q9:29 . Ahmad ibn Muhammad Ibn ‘Ajibah] “The dhimmi is commanded to put his soul, good fortune and desires to death. Above all he should kill the love of life, leadership and honor. [The dhimmi] is to invert the longings of his soul, he is to load it down more heavily than it can bear until it is completely submissive. Thereafter nothing will be unbearable for him. He will be indifferent to subjugation or might. Poverty and wealth will be the same to him; praise and insult will be the same; preventing and yielding will be the same; lost and found will be the same. Then, when all things are the same, it [the soul] will be submissive and yield willingly what it should give.”
Carol the 1st says
boakai…An unusual commentary which reveals fully aware and calculated effort to “social engineer” (or shall we say ‘break backs’?). Of course “yield willingly what it (the ‘soul’) should give” COULD be open to advanced equivocation (where’s Tariq Ramadame when you need him?…Oh, that’s right – in jail)…
Drum rolls now as we proceed to toss the coin for duplicitous Islam…does this last phrase mean..:
1/ the reward of a mystical, uniquely Islamic (superior of course), spiritual prize, unfolded and bestowed upon such a stripped, submissive, and self-sacrificed shell??
or, does it more likely signify –
2/ the reward of the booby prize – numerous and sundry exploitations of this primed shell (devoid now of true regard for self and others and an empathetic moral compass) by all the mini-Allah’s with their assortment of sadistic whims, egotistical fantasies, and very worldly appetites and ambitions??
Odds are on the latter. So “Suit up for us quickly now boys! Ramadan sport is on and a pack of houris stands by for YOU! We’ll await our turn here. “…Signed by your Spiritual Guides – Eenie, Meany, and mini-Moe.

Important quote, Boakai. This exposes the true nature of dhimmitude.

yes, Graven, it is … i found it buried in a recent entry by Mort. … the prospect of such brings new understanding about the utter depravity of mankind when the conscience is seared and hubris is all there is
Nour says
‘Dhimmi’ is an Arabic word that existed and was common before Islam. The Best English translation for it is: “The person who has permanent pledge with another person or group of people”.
Ancient Arabs used to say: “Your tribe is in the Dhimma of mine”, which means, “my tribe will protect yours and your tribe has the same rights and responsibilities as mine”.
Prophet Muhammad said: “Anyone who kills a Dhimmi will not smell the fragrance of Paradise.” (Al-Bukhari)
In addition, Shehab Ad-Deen Al-Qarafi, the Muslim jurist, stated the following:
The covenant of protecting dhimmis imposes upon Muslims certain obligations towards them. They are our neighbors, under our shelter and protection upon the guarantee of Allah, His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and the religion of Islam. Whoever transgresses against them, even with a mere word of injustice or insult against any non-Muslim, has breached the Covenant of Allah, His Messenger, and his or her conduct would be considered counter to the teachings of Islam.
Ibn Hazm, another jurist, also said the following:
If a dhimmi is threatened by an enemy, it is our obligation to fight the enemy with soldiers and weapons, and even to die defending him. By doing so, we will be honoring the Covenant of Allah and His Messenger. To hand him/her over to the enemy would mean that we were negligent of the Covenant of Allah and His Messenger.

I imagine Al Capone would have argued that HIS “protection” was an “obligation” too…
“Sure we gotta protect ’em! It don’t make sense to let another mob pick OUR plums! Capeesh?”

The idea that the treatment of conquered Infidels by Muslims is just that of those with a contract is, of course, absurd.
Conquered Infidels were offered three choices–immediate conversion to Islam, accepting dhimmitude, or death.
The fact is that dhimmis are conquered, humiliated Infidels, who have to pay the crushing Jizya and defer to Muslims on all matters. They are second class citizens at best, and are always at risk if any part of the community is held to have violated the humiliating strictures of the dhimma.

This “protection” is granted only if every member of the dhimmi community toes the line. Here are the horrible strictures put on dhimmis, from the Pact of Umar:
We heard from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanam [died 78/697] as follows: When Umar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, accorded a peace to the Christians of Syria, we wrote to him as follows:
In the name of God, the Merciful and Compassionate. This is a letter to the servant of God Umar [ibn al-Khattab], Commander of the Faithful, from the Christians of such-and-such a city. When you came against us, we asked you for safe-conduct (aman) for ourselves, our descendants, our property, and the people of our community, and we undertook the following obligations toward you:
We shall not build, in our cities or in their neighborhood, new monasteries, Churches, convents, or monks’ cells, nor shall we repair, by day or by night, such of them as fall in ruins or are situated in the quarters of the Muslims.
We shall keep our gates wide open for passersby and travelers. We shall give board and lodging to all Muslims who pass our way for three days.
We shall not give shelter in our churches or in our dwellings to any spy, nor bide him from the Muslims.
We shall not teach the Qur’an to our children.
We shall not manifest our religion publicly nor convert anyone to it. We shall not prevent any of our kin from entering Islam if they wish it.
We shall show respect toward the Muslims, and we shall rise from our seats when they wish to sit.
We shall not seek to resemble the Muslims by imitating any of their garments, the qalansuwa, the turban, footwear, or the parting of the hair. We shall not speak as they do, nor shall we adopt their kunyas.
We shall not mount on saddles, nor shall we gird swords nor bear any kind of arms nor carry them on our- persons.
We shall not engrave Arabic inscriptions on our seals.
We shall not sell fermented drinks.
We shall clip the fronts of our heads.
We shall always dress in the same way wherever we may be, and we shall bind the zunar round our waists
We shall not display our crosses or our books in the roads or markets of the Muslims. We shall use only clappers in our churches very softly. We shall not raise our voices when following our dead. We shall not show lights on any of the roads of the Muslims or in their markets. We shall not bury our dead near the Muslims.
We shall not take slaves who have beenallotted to Muslims.
We shall not build houses overtopping the houses of the Muslims.
(When I brought the letter to Umar, may God be pleased with him, he added, “We shall not strike a Muslim.”)
We accept these conditions for ourselves and for the people of our community, and in return we receive safe-conduct.
If we in any way violate these undertakings for which we ourselves stand surety, we forfeit our covenant [dhimma], and we become liable to the penalties for contumacy and sedition.
Umar ibn al-Khittab replied: Sign what they ask, but add two clauses and impose them in addition to those which they have undertaken. They are: “They shall not buy anyone made prisoner by the Muslims,” and “Whoever strikes a Muslim with deliberate intent shall forfeit the protection of this pact.”

This just means that Muslims don’t want anyone else stealing their slaves.
There is no equality in Islam between Muslims and Infidels.

Muslims ruled Sicily from the late ninth until the eleventh century, when it was conquered by the Normans (or Vikings), who proved to be excellent rulers, ushering in a sort of golden age. I just wonder if ultimately the Mafia got the protection money idea from the Muslim jizya.
