Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Pope on migrants: “We must move from considering others as threats to our comfort to valuing them as persons”

Jun 14, 2018 6:29 pm By Robert Spencer

“Threats to our comfort”? Really? Is that what motivates the opposition to mass Muslim migration into the West?

The message that the Pope is sending to non-Muslims is simple: drop dead. He appears to be absolutely unconcerned about the following facts: Somali Muslim migrant Mohammad Barry in February 2016 stabbed multiple patrons at a restaurant owned by an Israeli Arab Christian; Ahmad Khan Rahami, an Afghan Muslim migrant, in September 2016 set off bombs in New York City and New Jersey; Arcan Cetin, a Turkish Muslim migrant, in September 2016 murdered five people in a mall in Burlington, Washington; Dahir Adan, another Somali Muslim migrant, in October 2016 stabbed mall shoppers in St. Cloud while screaming “Allahu akbar”; and Abdul Razak Artan, yet another Somali Muslim migrant, in November 2016 injured nine people with car and knife attacks at Ohio State University. 72 jihad terrorists have come to the U.S. from the countries listed in Trump’s initial immigration ban.

What’s more, all of the jihadis who murdered 130 people in Paris in November 2015 had just entered Europe as refugees. In February 2015, the Islamic State boasted it would soon flood Europe with as many as 500,000 refugees. The Lebanese Education Minister said in September 2015 that there were 20,000 jihadis among the refugees in camps in his country. On May 10, 2016, Patrick Calvar, the head of France’s DGSI internal intelligence agency, said that the Islamic State was using migrant routes through the Balkans to get jihadis into Europe.

Pope Francis has never expressed any concern about any of this. Even worse, he has claimed risibly that “authentic Islam and the proper reading of the Koran are opposed to every form of violence.” This has become a superdogma in the Catholic Church: if you don’t believe that Islam is a Religion of Peace, you will be ruthlessly harassed and silenced by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) and the hierarchy elsewhere as well. The bishops of the Catholic Church are much more concerned that you believe that Islam is a religion of peace than that you believe in, say, the Nicene Creed. And so what possible reason could there be to be concerned about these “refugees”? It’s a religion of peace!

“Leave them; they are blind guides. And if a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew 15:14)

“Pope Francis: Immigrants Provide ‘Enrichment’ to Society, Not ‘Threats,’” by Thomas D. Williams, Breitbart, June 14, 2018:

Pope Francis has called for a “change in mindset” regarding immigration, insisting in a message Thursday that migrants are not a threat to society but, rather, an enrichment that should be appreciated as such.

In his message to the second Holy See-Mexico Conference on International Migration in the Vatican, the pope praised the work of the “International Community” aimed at the adoption of two global compacts, one on refugees and the other on “safe, orderly and regular migration.”

“I encourage you in your work and your efforts to ground responsibility for the shared global management of international migration in the values of justice, solidarity and compassion,” the pontiff said….

“This demands a change in mindset,” he said. “We must move from considering others as threats to our comfort to valuing them as persons whose life experience and values can contribute greatly to the enrichment of our society.”

“For this to happen, our basic approach must be to encounter the other, to welcome, to know and to acknowledge him or her,” he added.

The “transnational dimension” of the current migration situation exceeds the capacities and resources of many nations, the pope said, which means that “the assistance of the entire international community is needed”…

“Such international cooperation is important at every stage of migration: from departing one’s country of origin all the way to reaching one’s destination, as well as facilitating reentry and transit,” Francis said.

“In each of these countries, migrants are vulnerable, feeling alone and isolated. The recognition of this fact is vitally important if we wish to give a concrete and dignified response to this humanitarian challenge,” he added….

“These persons, our brothers and sisters, need ‘ongoing protection,’ independently of whatever migrant status they may have,” he said, and their “fundamental rights and their dignity need to be protected and defended.”…

Angry Aussie, regarding your “thankfully”. A very holy priest that I know (he says the TLM daily), anyway, that priest says regarding Pope Francis; the priest prays that “the pope’s actions please God”. Pope is just like the Pharisees in the Bible

23 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.

5 “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries[a] wide and the tassels on their garments long; 6 they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; 7 they love to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by others.

It’s very disturbing to hear the pope make such dangerous uneducated statements about illegal immigration, with no regard to the damages and violence they have caused all over Europe and
England, Sweden, Norway, etc etc. The Muslim invasion has caused irreparable harm to the people of Europe and their economies and yet the Pope ignores the truth. And now Italy is closing their borders as well. Just this week the new Italian president refused boats full of refugees.
I am a lifelong catholic, but this pope appeared out of nowhere, and then Pope Benedict retires, which
is extremely unusual as well. Pope Francis is a fraud and a danger to the world.

That is good, however is it not also a sign that the system is broken and not in the best interests of the followers. we all need to move on together into the future with pure hearts and forget the past, too much injustice and too many requiring justice for the injustices. A future with no injustices is a good ideal. (A future without Islam that would be).

Every prayer begins with Muslims reciting the first chapter of the Quran, known as Al Fatiha. Every Muslim commits all seven verses of this chapter to memory. They know it as well as they know their own name.

What many fail to realize, though, is that verses 6 and 7 are a direct insult toward Jews and Christians. Some even believe it to be a direct curse against Christians. These verses read:

“Guide us to the Straight Way, The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).”

Seventeen times daily as part of their regular prayers Muslims curse Jews as those upon whom Allah has bestowed his wrath, and Christians as those who have gone astray.

  15. somehistory says

“Threats to the comfort” is not what concerns people. It’s the “threats” to life and limb; the “threats” of terror and death.

Most people are accustomed to having “comforts” disrupted now and then. It’s the danger these “migrants” pose to the lives of family and friends and self that cause the ordinary person to reject this idiots drivel.

“experience and values can contribute greatly to the enrichment of our society.” This is a crock. moslims don’t have “values” that can “enrich” anything. islam has no “value” or virtue or worth.

it’s good that God does not require His people to listen to this idiot. Treating people who act like humans, as persons is not that difficult, but treating people who act like demons as someone we want in our neighborhood….that’s an entirely different thing. To not recognize the danger is suicidal.

    – This pope considers ALL and EVERYONE of us who do not want mass migration into Europe to continue, all of us who certainly do NOT want for the muslim populations in Europe to grow any bigger than they already are, not only as bad Christians, but as SELFISH DEPLORABLES.

THAT is the message he is sending here, LOUD AND CLEAR.

We Europeans, we, the `white privileged`, we just don´t care about anyone else than ourselves. We only care about ourselves and our precious material possesions. We don´t want to share. That, for pope Francis, is the `real issue`.

    – By talking like this, this pope truly is showing him self FULL of CONTEMPT of us, the European people.

    He truly despises us.

        – This pope doesn´t even show the SLIGHTEST awareness – or the SLIGHTEST WILLINGNESS – to even TRY or make an EFFORT to consider that the people of Europe could have real, LIGITIMATE reasons for not wanting mass immigration into Europe to continue.

His judgement is absolute, and has been so from the beginning.

This shows his ABSOLUTE CONTEMPT for us.

        – Does he really NOT see that the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of migrants crossing the Mediterranean are YOUNG, SINGLE MALES?
Does he REALLY have NO idea that this fact by itself is already VERY TROUBLING – even if they weren´t all muslim – which of course, they ARE…

        – Has he really not heard ANY news about all the rapes and murders, in Italy, as well as in Germany, Sweden and everywhere else?

And how about all the terror attacks ? Never heard of those either ey. Or the no-go zones? All the criminal activity that is spreading from migrant areas? Heard nothing about that either ey?

No – this pope somehow doesn´t know about any of these things. He just goes ahead and judges all of us. He´s not a dhimmi. He just suffers from the worst form of arrogance and loftiness.
He, who always has such a big mouth about the need of being `humble`. He even chose the name `Francis` to show his dedication to humbleness.

        But he isn´t.

At least not when it comes to us, the people of Europe.

He judges and condemns us with nothing but harshness and contempt in his tone.

They have nothing to contribute culturally or otherwise, except for:

    1. false religion
    2. violence, murder, and every form of evil

    If they are muslim.

Yes, the CC has been programmed to go along with all of this unquestioningly.
It is a travesty and I pray that they all see their way out of that.

Do you see how this all goes in one direction?
An influx of people without restriction, bringing an influx of influence that he considers ‘enrichment.’
Yeah, if you are a muslim you would consider it that, then and only then.

He knows what he is doing. He wants this.
Another reason for this scheme is to pass certain laws (like in Canada just now).

It’s all geared at the persecution of Christians.
It is a slow operation at first, getting them to cave and succumb to the agendas.
That way they will already be ‘won over.’
Won over to one or another anti-Christian agenda to save their means of survival.
Then there will not be so many to deal with later in their ‘final solution.’

A first principle of a free and civil society is freedom of conscience. People must be free to believe or not believe. Islam denies freedom of conscience. It is one of a host of reasons why Islam is evil, but it is the main one.

I find this Pope’s comments on Islam so grotesquely untrue and so ignorant of the truth and dangerous that I think he might be mentally ill and might need to be committed to a hospital for the mentally ill. Maybe he is a Marxist who just hates the west, the way the other lefties do, and wants it destroyed and therefore Islam is his ally. Another possibility is that he is one of those types of Christians who is a total pacifist and just thinks all that being a Christian involves is endlessly turning the other cheek and being a complete doormat. I came across a great quote about this moronic level of Christian pacifism in Paul Johnson’s book, “A History of the Modern World from 1917 to the 1980″s” and it has stuck in my mind for years. This is during the 1930’s when Hitler’s Germany was becoming threatening and Britain was debating whether to rearm or not. During the debate, “The Reverend Donald Soper (Methodist) argued:: “Pacifism contains a spiritual force strong enough to repel an invader”.(page 350). Yeah, right. What an idiot. It took the loss of millions of lives in WWII to defeat Hitler. I wonder if this Pope thinks as idiotically as Soper did. You know, if we are Christians, we have to let murderous Muslims in. Robert sums it up well. This Pope is telling us to commit suicide. Not something Christians are meant to do.

Well, Pope Francis, I do not consider the Muslim invadors as threat to my comforts. I consider them as threat to my faith and life.

“We must move from considering others as threats to our comfort to valuing them as persons”.

    1. These migrants have proved themselves to be threats to rather more than just our ‘comforts’, as the thousands of rape and general violence victims around Europe can tell you – assuming they’re still alive, that is.
    2. How about these migrants showing at least some signs of valuing their reluctant new hosts with the proper level of respect that you’d normally expect in a civilised society, especially since they’re sponging off their hosts’ unsolicited generosity?

We must replace this cowardly traitor with a Pope more interested in protecting his flock than its attackers.

  34. Matthieu Baudin says

Pope Francis is a man living in a bubble that will someday pop. Those around him should prepare for that day when his pronouncements are exposed for the empty and shallow statements that they are.

    Fradulent francis strikes again.

The man is a phoney and a proven heretic,a scandal to catholics and christendom. To equate allah{who CURSES Christians in k9:30,denies Christ and says to muslims “take not the Jews and Christians for friends in k5:51}with the Biblical God is seriously wrong:to promote this error,as he does is HERESY.

Apart from that,I’m sure the grand wizard of the dhimmi Klan is an endearing old codger with his
famous thumbs up gesture, smiley appearance and his use of the Jesuit equivalent of the Jedi mind trick, “there’s no such thing as islamic terrorism”

For even greater and more public proof of his great love of the poor, surely he must consider moving into a cardboard box in the vatican mansion(as long as there is a photographer or a journalist to take note)

He appears to me to be a UN Agenda 21 plant. I have heard that the previous pope was forced out. Does anyone have any proof for this?

  37. dan christensen says

I forgot how many poor muslim migrants are living in the Vatican State. By the pope’s standard, there must be thousands of them, all liberally treated with food, love, benevolence and kindness.
Perhaps a humble corner of st. peters basilica could be redesigned as a mosque plus a minaret erected next to the mighty cupola?
Of course the pope must be a good example to all sinners.

We need to see Muslim colonizers as the enemies to human rights & civilization that they are — and deal with them accordingly, by keeping them out of our countries.

All this needing of co-existence with ideologiescthat want to destroy us is just ignorance combined with cowardice.
From this point of view There is no diference between the early Gnosticism, marxism and Pope Francis radical ecumenism.

  40. Rufolino says

Being shot, stabbed or raped could certainly be considered “a threat to one’s comfort”.

But the Pope tells us to ignore this.

The man is off his head.

The idiocy of this man is astounding. Only one other, Justin Trudeau, is more of an imbecile than this current Pope.
