The modern-day Aurangzeb was a Muslim in the Indian military who was murdered by Pakistani jihadis last month. Those who conclude from this that the jihad is over in India, and Muslims there are now loyal members of Indian society, happy to contribute to their nation’s defense, should also bear in mind that those who killed today’s Aurangzeb were animated by the same jihadist principles and exhortations that motivated the first Aurangzeb, the bloody seventeenth-century Mughal emperor. And there are many of them.
As I show in my new book The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS, Aurangzeb was outrageously cruel to his non-Muslim subjects. In 1670 he issued this decree: “Every idol-house built during the last 10 or 12 years, whether with brick or clay, should be demolished without delay. Also, do not allow the crushed Hindus and despicable infidels to repair their old temples.”
A Muslim historian, Saqa Mustad Khan, writing just after Aurangzeb died in 1707, reported that in January 1680, Aurangzeb “went to view lake Udaisagar, constructed by the Rana, and ordered all the three temples on its banks to be demolished.” The following day, “Hasan Ali Khan brought to the Emperor twenty camel-loads of tents and other things captured from the Rana’s palace and reported that one hundred and seventy-two other temples in the environs of Udaipur had been destroyed.” Later that year, “Abu Turab, who had been sent to demolish the temples of Amber, returned to Court…and reported that he had pulled down sixty-six temples.”
Bakhtawar Khan, a nobleman during Aurangzeb’s reign, was also pleased, noting that “Hindu writers have been entirely excluded from holding public offices, and all the worshipping places of the infidels and great temples of these infamous people have been thrown down and destroyed in a manner which excites astonishment at the successful completion of so difficult a task.”
You won’t learn all this in today’s whitewashed, politically motivated histories. But you can get the truth in The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS: click here to preorder. The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS is the only comprehensive one-volume history of jihad in the English language, including not just the jihad in Europe but in India, Africa and elsewhere, drawing primarily on accounts of eyewitnesses and contemporary chroniclers. “A tale of two Aurangzebs,” by Minhaz Merchant, New Indian Express, July 7, 2018:
Aurangzeb, the sixth and last emperor of the Mughal Empire, is more vilified than his five ancestors put together. Does he deserve such vilification? Aurangzeb plundered the port of Surat, reimposed the hated jizya tax on non-Muslims that his great-grandfather Emperor Akbar had abolished and destroyed thousands of Hindu temples. Within decades of his death in 1707, the Mughal Empire collapsed. Aurangzeb’s cruelty towards his own family and ruthlessness towards his subjects makes him a villainous figure in contemporary history.
But there of course is another Aurangzeb, the Kashmiri jawan abducted, tortured and killed by Pakistani terrorists last month. Aurangzeb served with 44 Rashtriya Rifles. He was kidnapped on the way home from his Army camp during Ramzan while the unilateral “ceasefire” declared by Indian security forces was still in place.
Rifleman Aurangzeb’s calm demeanour as his captors interrogated him on camera minutes before killing him was a chilling reminder of the daily dangers Indian soldiers face from Pakistan’s proxy terror war and the heroism of young jawans….

Pakistan seems to be getting ready to explode like a pressure cooker unless cooler heads can transform the INSANE Pakistani school curriculum.
The educational system in Pakistan is producing DEADLY JIHADISTS.
Pakistan must stop this DEADLY INDOCTRINATION INTO JIHADISM IMMEDIATELY.

mortimer, how can islam conquer the world without Jihadist? Pakistan is islam just like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Taliban, Hezbollah, Hamas, Boko Haram, Al-shabaab, Lashkar-E-Taiba are islam and like the psychopath mohammed was islam.
If they do any serious damage to India or the world, they will be annihilated. No one would miss this cesspool of rapist and murderers and it would set an example for all islamic countries that their crimes will not go unpunished. I say that even though it may be cruel, but what other solution is there?
They murder Christians, Hindus and other muslims that are not muslim enough. There is no solution for this islamic theocracy accept retaliation for their crimes against humanity. Remember it was Pakistani muslims that the made up the majority of the rape gangs of little girls in the UK. Perhaps the UK should deport all the sick rapist back to Pakistan before the annihilation takes place. “Two birds with one stone”.

That’s near impossible as Pakistan was founded as a Shariat based Muslim state. Even before partition Muslims mobs with the sanction of the Imams and the independence party the Muslim League roamed the cities and countryside, killing Hindus and Sikhs attempting to drive them out or forcibly converting them.
a manual at the Pakistan Military Academy and it’s war colleges openly state the Jihad to reconquer India is their goal.
1000 years of Islam in India have taught that Muslims can only be controlled by the possession of greater power and the inclination to use it if need be. One of the great powers of Islam is their powerful intentions-determination. If your determination is not more than those of the Muslims you will lose.

Yes . They use bullying intimidation and if that fails then murder.
Force has to be met with greater force. That is why the State of Israel still stands until this day
That is why after the burning of pilgrims in Gujerat by Muslim miscreants in 2002 the Gujerati Hindus retaliated with fury. No further burning of pilgrims in Gujerat since then

Gandhi was a good human being but with human imperfections also
His counsel as to how to treat the Muslims and his support for theCaliphate was totally misguided. His stance indirectly led to millions of Hindus and Sikhs being murdered during the Partition of India.
He was also the architect of the greatest fraud perpetrated against the Indian people but favouring the closet Muslim Nehru as India ‘s first Prine Minister of India as well as giving his surname Gandhi to Nehru’s son in law whose name was Feroze Khan.
Hence the Indira Gandhi dynasty which ruled over India for decades. Her name should have been Indira Nehru Khan. Sanjay Khan Sonia Khan etc
Hari Singh says
The real Aurangzeb was a demon incarnated. He killed the Ninth Sikh Guru who came to ask him to stop murdering the Brahmins of Kashmir. He murdered his brother and father as well.
Lord Shiva, the Hindu understanding of the destructive aspect of the Godhead, appeared to the Kashmiri Brahmins-priests and told them to go to the Ninth Sikh Guru for relief. The Sikh Guru explained to Aurangzeb some of his Sufi teachers principles and the universality of religion, each of us is created and has a Creator. So religion is one.
Guru Tegh Bahadur, the 9th Sikh Guru was killed and his servants were horribly tortured to try and force them to ”accept” Islam, by Aurangzeb.
Aurangzeb inaugurated a frenzy of Murder, forced conversion, abduction of women and destruction of Holy Places that resulted in the execution of Two children of the Tenth Sikh Guru aged 6 & 8 and the deaths of his older sons defending the congregation from Murderous Muslims, intent on killing idolaters as per the Koran. And the assassination of the Tenth Sikh Guru.
Muslim murder of whole Hindu and Sikhs families was not uncommon at that time. The waves of death and destruction caused by Islam in the 1000 years in Northern India even the most conservative estimates are at minimum a death toll of 50 millions.
The resistance of the Sikhs against state Islam led to a revolt that ended in a Sikh Kingdom with freedom of religion.

I had to go to the Wikipedia article to view more information about this notorious person. They, of course, try to whitewash any religious fanaticism away from Aurangzeb, in an attempt to create an alternative history of “tolerance” by the Mughals. An interesting side note in the article is that of the notorious pirate Henry Every. Mr. Every succeeded in capturing some treasure ships of the Grand Mughal on their way to Mecca. He successfully ceased a fortune estimated at ~$52 million of loot (in todays dollars), as well as performing multiple atrocities on female captives that pirates were well known for at that time. What was the Mughal response? They attacked the factories of the East India Company, and forced Britain to pay compensation for the actions of someone unassociated with the British crown. Typical response of Islam in putting group blame on the action of individuals because they view group identity as the sole arbitrating issue. Britain put a huge bounty on Henry Avery, but to no avail. Mr. Avery was one of the few pirates to ever escape justice with his loot intact, and is thought to have lived out his live in the West Indies. Now that would make a great movie!

The Taj Mahal is a monument to the love between Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal. Now when you look at it you can instead think of dysfunctional Islam and of their two sons – Dara (the eldest, a popular and progressive muslim), and Aurangzeb (a fundamentalist who deeply hated any attempts to mix Islam, Sufism, and Hinduism).
They battled and Dari was captured by Aurangzeb who then decided to measure public opinion. When he found everyone was sorrowful over Dari then he very promptly had him beheaded. He then sent the head to their imprisoned father, Shah Jahan (incompetent per Aurangzeb). The Shah was dining, he collapsed in grief and broke his front teeth.
The last days of his life were spent helplessly looking at his beloved Taj from his captivity in the Shah Burj of the Agra Fort across the river Yamuna.

Despite this historical fact we have roads and towns named after Islamic jihadists. Shamelessly near the erstwhile burnt down Nalanda library we have a place called Bhaktiarpoor named after the Jihadi mass murderer and rapist all in all devil incarnate Bhaktiar Khilji who burnt down millions of palm leaf manuscripts, killed 2000-3000 monks and burnt down the entire Nalanda university which had at one time 8000-1000 foreign students. In Delhi one Aurangazeb road named after the mughal murderer was renamed to Dr Abdul Kalam road after our former president and our Missile defense architect.
Further the twin city of Hyderabad and Secundarabad in the south India, have been named after another Jihadi rascal Hyder Ali, the father of Tipu Sultan the king of all Rapist Jihadis, and Sikander Lodhi another scoundrel. One of the holiest Hindu site called Allahabad after another Jihadi was renamed i forget to what. By this mechanism the leftists and Jihadists whitewash history as if though the town or place they plundered, looted and rapped was benefited by them, All in all barbarians to the core!!!

re: Nalanda Library and other such claims where the monstrous Muslims are uniquely bad. I am careful with the history as presented on jihadwatch. It is so slanted that all of history one giant rape and murder fest conducted by Muslim while otherwise peaceful non-Muslims look on and try their best to defend themselves humanely. Those targeted by such campaigns are ignorant of history and do not (or will not) use critical thinking when presented narratives that confirm their pre-existing beliefs.
“Johan Elverskog, a scholar of Central Asia, Islam and Buddhism, professor and chair of religious studies at SMU, looking at the wider reasons for Nalanda’s cline as cultural centre, and how it’s used in certain anti-Islamic rhetorics, talks of local Buddhists making deals with Muslim rulers early on, which assured that Buddhic activities in Nalanda went on for centuries : he says that one Indian master “was trained and ordained at Nalanda before he traveled to the court of Khubilai Khan”, Chinese monks were travelling there to get texts as late as the fourteenth century, and concludes that “the Dharma survived in India at least until the seventeenth century.” He mainly blames British historiography, which used these “claims of Muslim barbarity and misrule in order to justify the introduction of their supposedly more humane and rational form of colonial rule”, a view which “is readily perpetuated in the rhetoric of today’s Hindu nationalists who want to re-create some imagined Hindu utopia by eradicating all traces of Islam in India, by violence if necessary.”

Whenever a positive story about a Muslim surfaces, it is extremely important for RS to diminish its potential impact (such as that Muslims will never be loyal, are deceivers) including via the method we just witnessed.
When all else fails he knows he can just call taqqiya…

As Lebel well knows, Muslims slaughter other Muslims all the time.
He does not say why we should consider that a good thing. I find it quite appalling myself.
Sharyati says
@Lebel,
Like it or not, what happened has happened and it is all there to see. More than 50000 Hindu and Buddha viharas destroyed, women, monks rapped or sold into slavery. Ok let us say there is some positive impact of Muslims invasion. The effect is “Miniiiimaaal” to say the least. A few stray kings here and there doing good does not mitigate any other event in the least. If that was the case then Tipu Sultan would have been the best Muslim ruler who had relatively friendly relationships with the local Hindu rulers in the country of Mahishasurapuri now known as Mysuru. But then his rapping and killing spree has been documented and is well preserved(Just around 250 years ago). So a few stray positive stories here or a few Sufis singing Ghazals and including Hindu devotional practices in their lives does not mean anything in comparison to the magnitude of the atrocities committed.
