My new Freedom Center pamphlet addresses the Islamization of our public schools.

“The commitment to ‘multiculturalism’ that has now taken over K-12 education in America has been a godsend for Muslims anxious to use schools and textbooks to proselytize for Islam.” So begins the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s new pamphlet, Readin’, Writin’, and Jihadin’: The Islamization of American Public Schools, by the prolific Robert Spencer, Director of the Center’s Jihad Watch website.
This sixty-page work is a quick read but a startling and crucial warning about the degree to which Islamic proselytization has already taken hold in our educational system and is accelerating.
Spencer is the author of many Freedom Center pamphlets as well as eighteen bestselling books, the latest of which is The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS (to be released August 8 from Bombardier Books). In his new pamphlet, he details jaw-dropping examples in recent years of a whitewashed version of Islam being presented in classrooms, textbooks, and special school events. He notes that the presentation of Islam goes far beyond educating the students about it to actively promoting it. No similar favorable attention is given in the classroom to Christianity or any other religion. Indeed, the anti-Christian bias accompanying the teaching of Islam is one of the most egregiously misleading aspects of this not-so-subtle proselytizing. Spencer notes that one textbook council reported, “While seventh-grade textbooks describe Islam in glowing language, they portray Christianity in a harsh light. … Islam is featured as a model of interfaith tolerance; Christians wage wars of aggression and kill Jews. Islam provides models of harmony and civilization. Anti-Semitism, the Inquisition, and wars of religion bespot the Christian record.”
Concepts central to Islamic history and theology, such as jihad, sharia, and dhimmitude, are downplayed in educational materials (when they are covered at all), and Islam is depicted as far more tolerant, inclusive, and peaceful than actual history suggests.
Spencer states that this serves a dangerous political agenda by dissociating Islamic ideology from terrorist acts carried out in its name. Some sources of this misinformation in schools go so far as to suggest that Islamic terrorism is justified, that Western exploitation, oppression, and aggression are to blame for such atrocities as the 9/11 attacks. The result is that young Western minds are indoctrinated into viewing their own values and culture with suspicion, while being dissuaded from understanding how fundamentalist Islam is a threat.
Spencer concludes that the “self-hatred mandated by multiculturalism in American public school students for decades now has created a vacuum, which Muslims have shown themselves to be all too eager to fill.”

There is a dividing line between the people who have taken the time to understand Islam and the people who get their knowledge from headlines, captions, slogans and lies. The latter deeply and truly believe Muslims are the victims of uneducated, angry people. The depravity inherent to Islam is too much for many of them to accept. I cannot talk about this issue at all with my family and only bring it up among my friends who share the same knowledge about Islam. Many of these people will never wake up to the nightmare called Islam because their lives will never cross paths with a jihadi yearning to kill and die. These people can maintain the illusion of being a “good” person and at the same time stand in judgement of anybody who disagrees with their unsubstantial opinions. And now these opinions are being formed by people outside the family, whose interests include cultural self-annihilation.

I feel the same way DHazard . I have brought up the threat of Islam in my family and at my church , which makes my wife and other family members think I’m paranoid but I will not cease . I have written to a major local newspaper about a pro Islamic article they wrote and to my Congressional Representative about the US State Department bringing in Muslims and refusing Christians in refugee resettlement. We can’t stop , our families and our Country depend on educating enough people to make a difference , like Robert Spencer , David Wood , Pamela Geller and Brigette Gabriel .

I had 5 children indoctrinated with this junk. 4 of them probably accepted it as is, but they didn’t want to talk about it. The one who did talk about it eventually came to suspect some parts of Islam. He read parts of the Koran, and I asked him if it sounded like the “religion” they taught in school.

If one hates “self,” it is not possible to love another. Self hatred is being forced on the young in order to control their actions. If the young person hates himself/herself, then it will be all that much easier to direct hatred toward those he/she should love.
There is no love in islam; only hate combined with lust for sex and the shedding of blood.

While the good people of England are enjoying the sunshine and following the football World Cup to the exclusion of all else, the Muslim Home Secretary and dhimmi Prime Minister are busy agreeing deals to sell Britain into EU servitude for ever, and bringing in laws to make blaspheming against Islam punishable by up to seven years.
As long as we have this prolonged heatwave no-one is going to take much notice, they are too busy sunbathing, sinking pints of beer and cheering the England side on.

Thank you, Emilie for your suggestion. I suggested the video before I noticed your comment. We agree: sometimes it’s better to join them (teach Islam in the schools – only truthfully!!!) rather than to fight each and every school board. In the first place, many kids have already been misinformed. This video teaches the truth, in just 9 minutes. It’s a bit of a vaccine against untruths, or very partial truths, about Islam.

While there are over 300 references in the Koran to Allah and fear, there are only 49 references to love. Among the 49 references
There are 25 verses about how Allah does not love Kafirs (unbelievers)
Only 5 verses actually teach positively about love.
Of these 5, 3 are about loving kin or a Muslim brother. One verse commands a Muslim to give for the love of Allah.
This leaves only one quasi-universal verse about love: give what you love to charity and even this is contaminated by dualism since Muslim charity only goes to other Muslims.
By contrast:
There are over 400 teachings of hate of all infidels: Jews, Christians, Idolaters, Kafirs.
Not much love. Hate and fear is what Allah demands.
In the hadiths, ALLAH MAKES CLEAR THAT MUSLIMS SHOULD MAKE THE KAFIRS FEAR THEM. Muslims become RUBBISH if the KAFIRS DO NOT FEAR THEM !

No ‘Love thy neighbour’ in islam? Well, a few years ago a vociferous group of muslims in London (UK) decided to promote themselves with their own authentic islamic ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ campaign, obviously to get some of the Christian locals on board by pushing this church-type image. So I emailed the contact person and told him that ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ was a Christian concept and was was not to be found in Islam in any guise or form, and that the phrase ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ from the Authorised Version of the New Testament was Christian intellectual property which they had effectively stolen and, since it had no basis in islam, amounted to gross misrepresentation for which they should be sued in court. I didn’t get a reply. How rude.
It has since struck me that perhaps they really meant ‘Love Thy ISLAMIC Neighbour’, i.e., be nice to the lovely hijab-wearing characters who might have moved in next door – before you discover that they have a habit of not returning the compliment.

EXCELLENT WORK, Horowitz Freedom Center ! This is what is needed … we must reach as many as we can by as many means. We must teach the teachers so that they can teach others. We must teach the lawyers and judges about DISCRIMINATORY Sharia law. We must teach the FEMINISTS about Islamic misogyny and patriarchy.
The Horowitz Freedom Center should produce COUNTERJIHAD CURRICULA FOR SCHOOL TEACHERS and STUDENTS.
Teachers at independent schools can give these trainings to students to MAKE THEM AWARE at a younger age of the astonishing, extreme, monstrous, hideous, grotesque, gruesome, horrible, shocking and preposterous teachings of Islam. Children must learn at an early age what is in Islamic doctrine.
ISLAMIC DOCTRINES AND IDEOLOGY are NOT OK ! They are anti-human and directly attack our human rights and civil liberties.

We can all do our own thing so long as we’re very respectful of the rights, well-being and safety of others and never knowingly place them in danger nor commit criminal acts against them, nor tread on their toes in the pursuit of our own interests, and never, ever for one second entertain any presumption of inherent cultural/religious superiority or entitlement to special privileges nor considerations that might limit the scope of ‘diversity’ in our favour and to the detriment of the freedoms of others in the wider community. I just ordered the pamphlet. My guess is that the reason this is happening is the connection between Common Core and Qatar which is the HQ for the Muslim Brotherhood’s mouthpiece Al-Jazeera. Qatar, Libya and Saudi Arabia helped develop and finance Common Core to dumb down our children and to proselytize for the death cult of Islam. See:
