Trump: “United States will impose large sanctions on Turkey for their long time detainment of Pastor Andrew Brunson”

Jul 27, 2018 8:06 am By Robert Spencer

This is long overdue. Turkey has not been behaving like an ally of the United States for a long time, without Washington taking the slightest notion of the change. There needs to be much more of holding Turkey accountable for its actions against its Christian minorities and its increasing regional adventurism. Imagine in general how different the world would be if good relations with the United States depended upon how one treated one’s religious minorities, women, etc.

“President Trump threatens to hit Turkey with sanctions if it doesn’t release Christian pastor,” by Mike Ciandella, The Blaze, July 26, 2018 (thanks to Robert):

President Donald Trump tweeted on Thursday that the United States would “impose large sanctions” against Turkey for its imprisonment of Christian pastor Andrew Brunson. Vice President Mike Pence made a similar announcement at a religious freedom event earlier in the day….

Trump tweeted that Turkey would face “large” sanctions for its treatment of Brunson, whom he described as “a great Christian, family man and wonderful human being.”

The United States will impose large sanctions on Turkey for their long time detainment of Pastor Andrew Brunson, a great Christian, family man and wonderful human being. He is suffering greatly. This innocent man of faith should be released immediately!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 26, 2018

At a State Department-hosted religious freedom event, Pence declared:

To President Erdogan and the Turkish government, I have a message on behalf of the president of the United States of America: release Pastor Andrew Brunson now or be prepared to face the consequences.

Turkey is operated by a bunch of KING-SIZED BIGOTS and GENOCIDAL BIGOTS at that.

There is in fact NO TURKISH ‘RACE’ as such, but a hodge-podge of every DNA from all the various RAPED SEX SLAVES of all the Turkish harems in the past.

Modern Turks often look Scandinavian or Ukrainian due to the DNA of SLAVES from those regions.

Erdogan has often mocked the Kurds by claiming they are not ‘white men’. But Erdogan is the descendant of RAPED SEX SLAVES.

    Is Erdogan proud of that?

He could always submit his DNA to ancestry.com. Don’t think they have a sex slave category though might have to ring up.

I’m in USA. The young family next door to me are secular Turks. They have been a pleasure have as neighbors. The wife is 30; the husband, 32. Interestingly, before I learned they were from Turkey, I was ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN, the wife was UKRAINIAN!!! Her looks, are fair-haired, with light eyes. So when I learned she was from Turkey, I was very surprised. Anyway, I’m glad they’re secular. Their young kids LOVE my dog, and CHEER her name (Molly!!! ?)whenever they see her outside. It’s very sweet.

Your neighbors should be judged on their character, and not where they come from.

But it is also likely true that if they were raised in Turkey and went to its schools, they believe or were taught to believe that [1] Jews are devils, [2] Europe is hatching daily plots to enslave them, that [3] the Armenians committed Genocide against them, and that [4-5] Greeks and Assyrians are figments of the imagination. And that is assuming that they are secular.

If they are not secular, there is at least a 15 per cent chance they support ISIS based on polling data

If they participate in Turkish diaspora groups, read about the ATAA, and its former President Ergun Kirrlikovali, who for years stated openly that Christian Armenians in America worship crime and want to kill Turks on sight.

Most Turks are Anatolian, Greeks and some Celts in the Ankara area with an overlay of Turks. Turkey also has a great deal of former Soviet Turkic peoples who became refugees from Communism, along with the descendants of Slavic slaves and Muslims from the Balkans who left when the Ottoman empire was driven out.The were mostly Ottoman functionaries.
The whole culture is stolen, the food is Greek, the music Byzantine and the hymns of the Sufis are also Byzantine liturgical music. There is an on-going split in Turkish society, those who want to be modern and continue Ataturk’s revolution and those who want to be a Shariat society.
It is an aspiration of the Russian Orthodox Church to retake Constantinople, may God help them in their endeavor.
But this great that Trump is standing up to them.
For fighting in the Crimean War France and Great Britain compelled Turkey to stop the religious tax-jizya and dhimmi status of Christians. ISIS revoked that and that revocation is reverberating in Turkey, with the arrest of Christian leaders.

Good for Trump ,if Obama was in or Hillary were in charge the U.S. government would ship over three of four shipping containers full of money to bribe the Islamic pirates .With a note attached that we Americans respect your religion of peace and submit to your will and wishes. Encouraging the taking of more Americans, and other non-Moslems for payment, submission , humiliation , to enlarge the ego of a supremist leader .

It is time to disentangle ourselves from Turkey. Its membership in NATO is a relic of the Cold War. It is now fanning the flames of Islamism everywhere. It bullies its neighbors. Currently it has 100 F-35 Lightning II joint strike jet fighters, our most advanced, on order from Lockheed Martin. Congress is trying to stop delivery of those fighters.

    • Raja says

      Jul 27, 2018 at 9:54 am

Roland, you are right about NATO being the relic of the cold war.

      If I may add please:

Now welcome to Jihad war since1970 as the seeds were sown by Saudi, Iran(post-hostage crisis) and the Satanic ilks who oppose God, Christ and the liberties of mankind in every possible corner of the globe.

It is surprising that Islamic supremacy with Jihadi tendencies overlapped with the cold war and was hardly noticeable till about Sep 11. Now is the time to take cognizance of the evil ideology of Islam that intends to destroy it can lay hands on.

The West, the leading nations must quit tinkering with too many strategies and concentrate on eradication of Islam one at the time. Like the N Korea crisis. Hopefully, President Trump and the other world nuclear power leader just discussed that. Islam is eradicable and must be done in the interest of nations and mankind.

It’s past time to disentangle ourselves from Turkey. It is an ally of the Muslim Brotherhood and has become a platform for Islamic subversion in Europe and the United States, It bullies its non-Muslim neighbors. It is no longer a reliable NATO ally. Turkey currently has 100 F-35 jet fighters, our most advanced, on order from Lockheed Martin. Be sure to urge your congressman to cancel that order.

I wish Trump had been president in the 70’s and 80’s. He would have brought the alive POWs from Vietnam. Instead everyone of the presidents turned his back on the POWs and left them behind. All so the trade agreements would not be delayed to the benefit of corporations. certainly not for the benefit of those left behind.

Please consider this for a moment.

Mortimer stated, “…Erdogan is the descendant of RAPED SEX SLAVES.

    Is Erdogan proud of that?”

Hitler’s genetics are suggesting that he had both Jewish and African DNA. The same DNA of the “subhuman” races he hated so much.

I’d like to suggest that both very hateful men visited/are visiting their self-loathing on the world at large. Men like this should never be allowed power ove others!

Yet, we are going to allow them to purchase the most advanced fighter jet, on the planet. Our F-35.
Shows how backwards our goobermint thinks. These will eventually be used against Israel.
