“’To me, obviously something happened – mental disorder, or something. This doesn’t seem like them,’ the imam said of his son and two daughters who were involved in the compound.”
A mental disorder led his son to plot school shootings? Really? It’s clever of Wahhaj to claim this, when so many obvious jihad attacks are attributed to mental illness. But could there possibly be some other cause, one which the imam Siraj Wahhaj knows very well?
“And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from where they drove you out; persecution is worse than slaughter. But fight them not by the Holy Mosque until they should fight you there; then, if they fight you, kill them — such is the recompense of unbelievers, but if they give over, surely Allah is all-forgiving, all-compassionate. Fight them until there is no persecution and the religion is Allah’s; then if they give over, there shall be no enmity save for evildoers.” (Qur’an 2:191-193)
“They wish that you should disbelieve as they disbelieve, and then you would be equal; therefore do not take friends from among them, until they emigrate in the way of Allah; then, if they turn their backs, seize them and kill them wherever you find them; do not take for yourselves any one of them as friend or helper.” (Qur’an 4:89)
“This is the recompense of those who fight against Allah and His Messenger, and hasten about the earth to do corruption there: they shall be killed, or crucified, or their hands and feet shall be struck off on opposite sides; or they shall be exiled from the land. That is a degradation for them in this world; and in the world to come awaits them a mighty chastisement.” (Qur’an 5:33)
“When your Lord was revealing to the angels, ‘I am with you; so confirm the believers. I shall cast terror into the hearts of the unbelievers; so strike the necks, and strike every finger of them!” (Qur’an 8:12)
“Fight them, till there is no persecution and religion is all for Allah; then if they give over, surely Allah sees the things they do.” (Qur’an 8:39)
“Make ready for them whatever force and strings of horses you can, to strike terror into the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides them that you know not; Allah knows them. And whatever you spend in the way of Allah shall be repaid you in full; you will not be wronged.” (Qur’an 8:60)
“Then, when the sacred months are over, kill the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them, and confine them, and lie in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they repent, and perform the prayer, and pay the alms, then let them go their way; Allah is All-forgiving, All-compassionate.” (Qur’an 9:5)
“Fight those who believe not in Allah and the Last Day and do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, and do not practice the religion of truth, even if they are of the People of the Book — until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29)
“Allah has bought from the believers their selves and their possessions against the gift of Paradise; they fight in the way of Allah; they kill, and are killed; that is a promise binding upon Allah in the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Koran; and who fulfils his covenant truer than Allah? So rejoice in the bargain you have made with Him; that is the mighty triumph.” (Qur’an 9:111)
“O believers, fight the unbelievers who are near to you; and let them find in you a harshness; and know that Allah is with the godfearing.” (Qur’an 9:123)
“When you meet the unbelievers, strike their necks, then, when you have made wide slaughter among them, tie fast the bonds; then set them free, either by grace or ransom, till the war lays down its loads. So it shall be; and if Allah had willed, He would have avenged Himself upon them; but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will not send their works astray.” (Qur’an 47:4)
“Children Rescued from School Shooter Training Camp Say Muslim Extremist’s 3-Year-Old Son Died There,” by John Hayward, Breitbart, August 9, 2018:
Court filings in the case of Muslim extremist Siraj Wahhaj and four accomplices, arrested Friday at a squalid New Mexico compound where 11 starving children were being trained to attack schools with firearms, reveal the rescued children have identified the remains of a child recovered from the site as the body of Wahhaj’s three-year-old son Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj.
Siraj Wahhaj is wanted in Georgia for kidnapping his son late last year. According to the boy’s mother, Wahhaj intended to perform a Muslim prayer ritual that would cure the Abdul-Ghani’s severe neurological condition.
CNN reported on Thursday that at least two of the rescued children have identified the remains of the child discovered at the compound are those of Abdul-Ghani, who died there and was buried by defendant Lucas Allen Morton, who is married to Siraj Wahhaj’s sister Sabhanah.
New York imam Siraj Wahhaj, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, also said on Thursday he was informed by other family members that the remains discovered in New Mexico were those of his grandson Abdul-Ghani.
The day the remains were discovered would have been Abdul-Ghani’s fourth birthday.
Both the elder Siraj Wahhaj and Abdul-Ghani’s mother Hakima Ramzi, the latter speaking through her lawyer, said they had no knowledge of the training for school shootings given to the children at the compound.
“I am feeling a lot of emotions in so many ways. We want to find out what happened,” the elder Siraj Wahhaj said at a press conference on Thursday.
CNN’s reporting offers conflicting stories from New Mexico police and imam Sirraj Wahhaj about how the horror at the compound was discovered. The police said they received a message from someone inside the compound, while Wahhaj told reporters one of his daughters who was living at the compound sent a message about starvation to a third party and asked for supplies. The elder Wahhaj said he contacted the authorities when he was made aware of this message and triggered the raid.
“To me, obviously something happened – mental disorder, or something. This doesn’t seem like them,” the imam said of his son and two daughters who were involved in the compound….

Maybe this case will force some judge to actually adjudicate on this stuff.
Most American jurisdictions require a defendant to prove that he or she (1) suffered from a mental disease or defect, and (2) as a result was either unable to understand the requirements of the law, or unable to conform his behaviour to same. And usually, due to the definitions accepted by professional communities per Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, this requires proving that the defendant suffered from some delusion, i.e., some irrational and non-factual belief.
Mulims don’t qualify. It is no delusion to say that their prophet and theologians and imams really do direct them to kill kafirs and Jews and apostates. This isn’t schizophrenia or schizoform disorder, it’s mainstream Islam. Imagine if Hitler had been clever enough to call his ideology a religion. Could American Nazis come to court and claim exemption from the law if “Adolph said so?” How many acquittals do you think this would earn in an American court? Not only would the criminal inquestion be convicted, the Nazis who inspired him or her would be lucky to escape criminal and civil liability for the criminal’s acts. Ask the SPLC, they keep winning big civil damage verdicts against the klan for things the klan inspires weka-minded people to do to others.
This imam should be held liable, civilly and criminally, for whatever he inspired others to inflict. Same for all the mosques, “charities” “foundations” and other entities that helped him pump others full of his criminal poison. If he’s got a problem with that, he should sue whoever initiated him, and all that imam;’s aiders and abettors. You catch the small fish and work your way up the conspiracy.
Frank Anderson says
elee, I agree with you. But where will we find a prosecutor who will make this argument in response to a “mental defect” defense; or a judge that will allow the argument either before the jury or for the record on appeal? Sooner or later this argument must be made.

Why do the media even bother to waste time publishing family comments on perps? Either the family is non compos, or they’re de facto accessories. In this case, however, anyone can see where the perp got his lunacy: genetic or learned behavior.
I hope black people do not rally behind this family: if the perp had been succesful in his plans, children and teachers could have been murdered. If the victims were white, there could have been the kind of race war that that Charles Manson so dearly wanted. I just hope this creep meets jail justice: the kind Jeffrey Dahmer got.
Frank Anderson says
utis, the media may want to poison with excess publicity the potential jury pool to prevent a valid prosecution and conviction. Do you remember one of the questions from Patrick McGoohan’s Prisoner, “Whose side are you on?” Is there any reasonable doubt whose side the media is on today? Food for thought.

Wahhaj says this “doesn’t make sense”. Maybe he could seek guidance from the “Blind Sheik” if he were still alive. “Lady al Qaeda” is still alive, maybe she can help him make sense of it. After all, he was a character witness for both the “Blind Sheik”, and “Lady al Qaeda”.

islam gives these creeps only a small number of cards to play….”it isn’t islam”, “it’s mental illness”…”this isn’t who he/she is”…”it didn’t happen, the cops made it up,”…”the reports are all lies to smear moslims.’
This creature, raiser of terrorists and child killers, is trying several of them with this murder and child abuse case.
And he was saying it was his grandson before the authorities had done an autopsy or had an id on the dead child. He likely knew the child was dead when the death occurred. since he knew where his son and daughters were, and didn’t tell the authorities searching for the poor little boy, he is an accomplice and should be arrested for helping them hide the kidnapper.
There is no value or virtue in islam and its adherents prove it over and over and over again.

Yes, he likely knew it was his grandchild–and he doesn’t much seem to care.
But then, Islam tells its vicious devotees that they can kill their children and grandchildren. *Ugh*.
mgoldberg says
Notice there is nothing like a sense of shame, a real sense of shame, that is. The next post was of course about the bigotry of the media to report the events as they did, by this guy.
Yet…the real sense of horror and shame at what was apparent-starving children, abused by his own children in the name of Islam, did not evoke a shock and sadness at the horror.
Because…. there is no shame in Islam, except at losing face, but other than that, only that they got caught.
Frank Anderson says
mgoldberg, I had a case against a man who was diagnosed by a psychiatrist and psychologist whom I brought with me for an extended examination in a bankruptcy proceeding. The word “sociopath” led me to some interesting papers from an online search. The term means, more or less, a person who has no sense of legal, moral or ethical limitation. According to one report, in large populations about 1 person in 30 is a sociopath.
Before I went to law school I was in charge of meter security for an electric utility that had not realized for its previous life there was a problem. When we started wholesale testing large areas, you guessed it, about 1 meter in 30 was tampered where it was easy to see from the condition of the meter and fall of the consumption. It would be interesting to see how widespread qualified psychological testing of muslims would indicate the presence of sociopathic traits. Any predictions it would be higher than 1 in 30?
gravenimage says
Frank and mgoldberg, the “one in thirty” number is from a population that frowns on sociopathic behavior.
In Islam, this behavior is actually taught, and is sacralized on the model of the vicious “Prophet” Muhammed. I imagine the numbers are much higher in the Muslim world.
And there are differing degrees of sociopathy–tampering with a meter is certainly not laudable behavior in the civilized world, but it seems quite innocent compared with raping, enslaving, or mass slaughtering innocent people.
Frank Anderson says
GI, I think you are correct, as usual, on all points. If our society “frowns” on sociopathic behavior, and treats the theft of tens of thousands of dollars of electricity *from the consumers* as a felony if a prosecutor will take the case, how can we fail to recognize, and act on. the general sociopathic teaching and conduct of islam?
Explanation: A utility has to pay for every unit (kilowatt hour) of electricity that comes into its system. The difference between what is bought and sold through its meters to the customers is called “line loss”. That line loss is added to the bill of each customer in proportion to their consumption. According to engineering calculations our system should have had 6 percent loss; but it had 9 until my department found and fought the thefts. I had 3 of the finest, most devoted and loyal technicians I could imagine who did great work protecting the honest customers who were paying for the thefts.
mgoldberg says
The inversion of right and wrong, of the good vs the bad, within Islam, within Mohammed
within his teachings leads to the inversion all that within muslim adherents by fiat. That is, when it is merely their innate sense of right and wrong, they have their human yeses and no’s but when it comes to the force of the Sharia, the laws of right and wrong, then, their adherents reduce their perceptual radii and scope dangerously and precipitously. By precipitously, the honor shame scope of arab society, of muslim society commands that those other human yesses and no’s be subsumed and eviscerated.
Sociopathy as a religious requirememt, as a social convention is built into Islam. The more ‘devout’ a muslim becomes the curve towards sociopathy increases exponentially.
gravenimage says
Agreed, Frank and mgoldberg.
Frank, I assure you I *was not* excusing the theft of electricity or any other utility–just saying that non-violent theft is not as bad as much of what is taught in Islam.
And mgoldberg, I know what you mean–Islam is not just immoral, it is the *very inversion* of morality.
Frank Anderson says
GI, I hope in time you will see how well we agree on almost every subject. Even where there may be some difference of opinion, analysis or view, I never intend any discourtesy or disrespect. In the course of my work with meter security 2 bullet holes magically appeared in my car door in the company of dozens of threats. And that was before law school when I really started making people mad. Neither of us support violation of law. I believe that both of us see from time to time where law is in great need of being challenged or changed, without violating it in the process, I believe and suggest that one way to help get those needed changes is to point out what is already unacceptable and compare that with even more unacceptable actions that are being ignored, tolerated and encouraged by collaborators. Imam whose son was training school shooters in New Mexico compound blames “mental disorder”
………………..
Well, this makes no sense, even by the standards of usually claiming “mental illness”, since this Imam just claimed that the only people who would have any problems with what was going on at this compound “hate Islam”.
He doesn’t even seem concerned about the death–murder?–or his grandchild. *Ugh*.

Hmmm.Mental disorder eh?
Now where do muslims get the idea to slay the unbelievers wherever they find them?
There must be some place where they get the idea to slay the unbelievers wherever they find them.
Could…could…it..possibly be connected with allah’s command in k2:191 to..
“Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them”
Is it possible that{sarc}they are simply following the Sunnah or example of muhammed,Mr “I am made victorious through terror” {bukhari 4:52:220}?
Or is that just being “islamophobic” and “racist”

Boy … I could go on and on with points but I used this tactic on someone and it gave me a chance to rattle off a lot more facts than the previous argument that they are not mentally ill, they are just following the tenets of their Ideology. Try it sometime

The hatred and victim status of Islamic indoctrination produces a form of insanity in many believers which leads to fanatical lethal violence. It is happening time and time again around the world.
Giacomo Latta says
Your taqiyya is wasted, sport. Sure, your son is as mentally disturbed as you, thanks to you, but it is not the kind of mental disorder that is going to legally save his ass. He knows what planet he’s on and he knows how to plan, as do you, So neither of you will be declared criminally insane.

The jihadis who ran the compound included not only Imam Wahhaj’s son but his two daughters as well.
https://globalnews.ca/news/4380072/imam-siraj-wahhaj-family-new-mexico-compound/
The Imam is of course lying when he claims he didn’t know the whereabouts of his 3 children but he is telling the truth when he says that his son is mentally ill.
The son suffers from a condition call Islamic Self Esteem Inversion Disorder. This is a condition where a person is exposed to an ideology that teaches him that his worth as a human being comes not from doing things which are objectively good but doing things which are objectively evil.
The condition is almost impossible to treat as the mentally ill person is taught that the objectively evil deeds are commanded by God. This creates cognitive dissonance which leads to severe depression and desperate attempts to obtain a closer connection with God by doing even more and greater evil deeds.
Frank Anderson says
TG, I have no doubt that many other opinions exist that differ with mine. I think as long as we go around in circles about connecting mental illness of any form or description with islam, we are engaging in self=defeating behavior of the same kind as worrying about whether it is a “religion” immune from all law or inquiry, or as I maintain a criminal conspiracy. The basic, fundamental, original concept and purpose of lying under islam is to create misdirection and confusion. Does this discussion fall into a trap?
I assure you that I am profoundly supportive of the psychological professions and all the help they have provided to multiple millions of people, possibly as many as islam has killed in its time. I am concerned that this kind of testimony in a court would confuse a jury into accepting an insanity defense instead of rendering a well-deserved criminal conviction and appropriate sentence.

The purpose of my tongue-in-cheek venture into psychiatry was to mock both Islam and the claim of mental illness as a device to excuse jihad. I thought it was great, but I don’t suffer from a lack of self esteem.
Should I stick to law?
Frank Anderson says
TG, in a free society I think you are free to speak and write as you wish. My request is to avoid aiding an enemy that for 1400 years has pushed the goal of enslaving or killing us. Islam does not believe in free speech. It has no Commandment regarding ‘Thou shalt not bear false witness”. Please consider whether mockery could be mistaken and used to defeat us.
My sense of humor has never been easily understood or appreciated. That is why I try to be careful either to keep “straight” or clearly designate my attempts at humor to be such. You have every right to write as you wish subject to our host’s rules and preferences. Mental illness is a proper criminal defense for those who are mentally ill. It is not proper for those who are just plain evil.
