Remains of boy found in New Mexico compound; arrested man is 1993 WTC bombing co-conspirator’s son

“The boy’s father, Siraj Wahhaj, was arrested Friday…”

Siraj Wahhhaj’s father, also named Siraj Wahhaj, is one of the most prominent imams in the United States, and is much in demand on the Islamic lecture circuit. The elder Wahhaj was designated a “potential unindicted co-conspirator” in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. he earned the designation by sponsoring talks in the early 1990s by the Blind Sheikh, Omar Abdel Rahman, in mosques in New York City and New Jersey; Rahman was later convicted for conspiring to blow up the World Trade Center in 1993.

Wahhaj Senior has also warned that the United States will fall unless it “accepts the Islamic agenda.” He has also asserted that “if only Muslims were clever politically, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with a caliphate.”

“Remains of boy found during search of New Mexico compound,” by Holly Yan, Samira Said and Chuck Johnston and Darran Simon, CNN, August 7, 2018:

(CNN) The remains of a young boy were found on a compound in rural New Mexico where 11 emaciated children were discovered last week, authorities said Tuesday.

But it is unclear whether the remains uncovered Monday are those of a missing Georgia boy, Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj, who was nowhere to be found after authorities stormed the complex on Friday. The boy’s father was suspected of abducting him late last year from Clayton County, Georgia.

Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said the positive identification of the remains is pending an autopsy.

“We discovered the remains yesterday,” the sheriff said, getting choked up, “on Abdul’s fourth birthday.”

The boy’s father, Siraj Wahhaj, was arrested Friday along with his sisters Hujrah Wahhaj and Subhannah Wahhaj after authorities raided the compound. The siblings and two other adults also arrested — Lucas Morten and Jany Leveille — are accused of keeping the children in an underground trailer with virtually no food or water.

New Mexico authorities had suspicions that the father and son may be at the compound after learning in May about the abduction, the sheriff said. But authorities didn’t have enough evidence for a search warrant, he said. Surveillance of the property didn’t identify the pair there, the sheriff said.

The “breaking point for us” in the search for Abdul-Ghani came last Thursday, when New Mexico authorities received a tip about possible starving children living on the compound, the sheriff said. He said he felt investigators had enough probable cause to put in an affidavit for a search warrant.

The sheriff said authorities learned more details after the raid and returned Monday with a good idea of where to search for Abdul-Ghani.

Abdul-Ghani’s mother, Hakima Ramzi, could not be reached after authorities announced the discovery of the remains.

The boy’s grandfather, Imam Siraj Wahhaj is “devastated that those remains could possibly be those of Abdul-Ghani,” according to a spokesman.

“We don’t know whether those remains are those of his grandson,” said the Imam Al-Hajj Talib ‘Abdur-Rashid, head of the Muslim Alliance in North America….

The local news doesn’t use the words, Islam or Muslim…
But they do use the word ‘compound’…Besides starving and killing children, what were the Muslims doing in the compound?

    No surprise.

SHARIA LAW PERMITS HONOR KILLING following a manual of Islamic law certified by Al-Azhar as a reliable guide to Sunni orthodoxy … ‘Reliance of the Traveller’ (Umdat as-Salik).

‘Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2 says that “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” ().
In other words, someone who kills his child incurs no legal penalty under Islamic law.

In accord with this, in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.”

K.18:74, 18:80-81 … is the basis of the PERMISSION for FATHERS and GRANDFATHERS to MURDER their own offspring. There is NO PUNISHMENT for them in barbaric Sharia law.

It’s probably the missing child, but if not, it’s still a dead child.

Another report said he told the boy’s mother he wanted to do an “exorcism.” Didn’t realize that was a moslim thing. and then didn’t take him home.

Scum and filth and he should be given whatever sentence is the hardest NM can provide. If he could be charged with kidnapping, it could mean a death sentence. Esp if the child was murdered, even if just by severe child malnourishment.

New Mexico might have invented the word “snow flake”. Don’t expect recompense from that lot.

Sad, yes. But better than the alternative, I think – growing up in a den of hate. And, in his own time, almost certainly spreading more of it.

Wherever he is now, he’s out of that situation.
