Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Hungary’s Orban to EU: “You condemn us because we are not a nation of migrants”

Sep 12, 2018 10:13 am By Christine Douglass-Williams

The EU is in the process of deliberations on whether to strip Hungary of “key” EU rights because of that country’s policies on immigration. Hungarian leader Viktor Orban delivered  a “fiery speech to European lawmakers in Strasbourg,” stating that he will not give in to EU “blackmail.”

Orban accused the “pro-migrant majority” of having “already made up their minds” to invoke the European Union Treaty’s Article 7 against Hungary, for its treatment of migrants and minorities

Orban has long argued that he does not see the multitude of Muslim migrants who entered Europe as refugees, but as “economic migrants,” since they deliberately “journey to richer western European countries….while passing through less wealthy countries.” He also stated:

We believe that a large number of Muslims inevitably leads to parallel societies, because Christian and Muslim society will never unite.

The daily headlines are filled with news of no-go zones (many likened to war zones), sharia patrols and crimes, assaults and jihad attacks directly related to the Muslim migrant influx. Orban’s warning about parallel Muslim societies has already come true in the UK, where over 85 Sharia courts are in operation. Orban has remained steady on his views about Muslim migration, unlike Angela Merkel, who has flip-flopped to suit her political agenda at various times. Recently news emerged about another surprising U-turn by EU President Jean-Claude Juncker, who has backed a 10,000-strong border force to crack down on illegal immigration.

“‘You condemn us because we are not a nation of migrants,’ Orban tells EU before sanctions vote,” RT, September 11, 2018:

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban delivered a fiery speech to European lawmakers in Strasbourg, before they began deliberations on suspending the country’s key EU rights due to his government’s policies.

Orban accused the “pro-migrant majority” of having “already made up their minds” to invoke the European Union Treaty’s Article 7 against Hungary, for its treatment of migrants and minorities, and the ruling party purported abuse of the law and suppression of media freedoms.

“Hungary will not accede to this blackmailing, Hungary will protect its borders, stop illegal migration and – if needed – we will stand up to you,” said Orban, who was re-elected with an overwhelming majority in April.

“Hungary is going to be condemned because the Hungarian people have decided that this country is not going to be a country of migrants.”

Calling the proceedings an “insult” to his nation, Orban called Hungary the “defender of Europe” and spoke of its “different view on Christianity in Europe, the role of nations and national culture.”

“These differences cannot be a reason to brand any country and be excluded from joint decisions. We would never go as far as to silence those that do not agree with us,” said the Hungarian prime minister, as the majority of the chamber sat in silence, while his mostly Euroskeptic supporters cheered.

Article 7 is applied if an EU member state presents a “systemic threat” to the bloc’s values, which Hungary was adjudged to have done in a report by Green MEP Judith Sargentini earlier this year, and could result in Budapest losing its voting representation in various European bodies, becoming a pariah state in the union.

It requires for two-thirds of MEPs to vote in favor of accepting the report on Wednesday, after European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker delivers his annual State of the Union speech.

This is considered likely, but all the other EU nations would then need to agree unanimously to punish Budapest. Such consensus has never been achieved, meaning that Article 7 has never been implemented, and is not likely this time either.

Hungary has vowed to veto the application of similar sanctions to Poland, under its own investigation, and at least Warsaw will likely return the favor…..

Cheers for the Defender of Christianity, Viktor Orban of Hungary. The EU, following the example of the UN, has turned Beautiful Western Countries into Halal Slaughter Halls.
I sometimes wonder if this was not the “Goal” of the EU/UN Cabal, all along.
May God be with Hungary, Poland & all other Sovereign Countries, that have decided to Fight for Christian Lives in Their Own Countries. The Muslim/Migrant “UN/EU Approved” Invasion Must be HALTED & DEFEATED !

Our cultures can only be strengthened by other diverse peoples entering it if they adapt to it and enjoin it.Only by then can these SJWs claim that the policy of mass immigration is a ‘good’ thing. We have ONE culture in Britain .Its called ‘British culture’.Define it however you will if you must but most Brits know it and are happy with it.We never needed to question our ‘culture’ 50 years ago.We all knew our history and were happy with it.Now we are being told that our ‘culture ‘is of little value and needs ‘enhancing’ and that Islam is welcome here and poses no threat to our ‘culture’.They lie to us out of ignorance or malice I do not know but what I do know is that the population at large will never accept it and will one day rise up to ‘remove’it from our shores

I guess he’s denying Muslims, who at the moment are OUTSIDE Hungary, their inalienable right to enter his country and steal, pillage, murder, and take over.

I’m gonna have to go back and re-read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to pick on those rights. I obviously failed to learn about them on earlier readings.

The surprising alleged U-turn by EU President Juncker is not a U-turn. It is a giant backward turn to the ‘happy’ times when German military forces guarded the borders of most European countries against the evil British.
Maybe in those days the little boy Jean-Claude was deeply impressed by the fine uniforms of the German Wehrmacht – so he longs to see them again all over Europe.

The vast majority of European countries have never been havens for refugees of any sort and terms such as “diversity” and “multiculturalism” have no meaning to them. France took in a large number of Algerians in the early 60s and Britain has had many immigrants from the various Commonwealth countries. Switzerland has a very mixed populace. Otherwise the ethnic make up of European countries is much the same as it was in Napoleon’s time.. Both World Wars were based on these ethnic divisions.

Although I agree strongly with being very selective vis-a-vie the current wave of muslim migrants, neither Hungary nor Poland can claim the moral high ground. Both have terrible records. If they were being genuine they would be welcoming the heavily persecuted Arab Christians, Copts, Pakistani Christians and the Yazidis. Is this happening? Are they safe havens for anybody?

First world war was the result of the various Counties having lo9ts of General which had toys (soldiers, guns and cannons) and they wanted to play with their toys and were actively encouraged by their “Royal over loads”. Kaiser Billy, after WW1 was asked “What Happened”? His answer: I don’t know, but if my Grand Mother (Queen Victoria) had been alive, she would NOT have allowed it.
WW2 was due to impossible “reparation conditions (3 times the total value that Germany was actually worth).
Basically, Most, if not all wars have a financial basis, be it plunder (slavery, subjugation, imposition of one’s values onto another people, controlling financial systems, etc)
      Question! Why was J.F.Kennedy killed?
Maybe the reason was that J.F. Kennedy wanted to print their own US Dollars, i.e. take control of their own monetary/financial system, which was hi-jacked in Jekyll Island?

It astounds me how advocates for open borders and unrestricted access are so disingenuous and hypocritical.

Opening up one’s personal home to strangers would rightly be considered lunacy, but allowing that same process on a national scale is justified and advocated?

It would be easier to sides with Poland and Hungary if they were admitting Copts, Arab Christians, Yazidis and Pakistani Christians, all of whom are being mercilessly persecuted. The EU is all for nations without borders or nations without identities. This is very much unnatural and the decoration of (this artificial set up) of which was and is never workable.

The scums of the West don’t care about the damage already inflicted by political Islam for 1400 years, more recently the uprooting of huge populations in (millions) in Greece and India and the subsequent state of war on the vanquished. How cruel and sadistic of Islam to be perpetuating this even in the 21st century. How much more is the detestable nose-thumbing by the Left.

In the light of Islam’s evil designs, Orban is really a God sent leader.

The concept of a Europe with a free flow of goods, services and labour under a single currency wasn’t (and isn’t) a bad one. It became bastardized by the tremendous influx of muslim refugees without having a comprehensive plan for protecting Europe’s own borders. This became especially troublesome when each country had a different view on Muslim immigration. (” Nothing for us to worry about they’re just going through to Germany or Sweden”). Now they have to fix the flaws they didn’t foresee.
But it’s neither “unnatural” nor “unworkable” unless, of course, the U.S. and Canada are “unworkable. This species intermingles just fine until identity politics based on ethnicity is injected into the equation.
These ethnic divisions you seem to value so highly have been at the center of every European War for 200 years. A little bit of a grey area between these ethnic groups wouldn’t hurt.
And don’t worry though because the waiter who brings you your café et croissant at the Café de la Paix will still speak French even if his background is 1/4 Greek, 1/2 Swedish and 1/4 Italian.
You can’t roll back the clock.

The EU was sold to the member states as a trading bloc. But the intention was always political union, as an examination of foundational documents reveals. The EU was designed as a prototype for One World govt, under which the world is to be divided into a small number of large geographic units, into which the original nation states are collapsed. These regions would be administered by bureaucrats, under the authority of a single governing body consisting of an intellectual and corporate globalist elite.

The influx of Muslim ‘refugees’ was no accident. It was engineered in order to hasten the breakdown of society, thus facilitating the introduction of a totalitarian regime. The transition was well under way, but the cabal has had a few setbacks, not least of which was the election of DJT, who rumbled their racket and has stymied their progress somewhat. Another spanner in the globalist works was Brexit. Then came V4 and Salvini… And in the meantime, ordinary people are waking up to the diabolical trick that is being played on humanity.

Seriously why would any sane nation of people surrender their soveriegnty to a trans-national body of bureaucrats like the EU?

It was an abomination in the first place, you were insane to join it…and at most it should have been a multilateral trade agreement about not imposing tariffs on each other.

    • Rarely says

      Sep 12, 2018 at 2:49 pm

It was a multilateral free trade agreement but put on steroids by adding a single currency and the free flow of labour. This made borders between the countries irrelevant — or so they thought at the time. They did not plan or expect a free inflow of muslim immigrants.

The European Union accelerated in splintering after and since Fall 2015. Guess why.
What we see now has been building for years and finally things are being spoken in plain language by some of the countries – Austria, Hungary, Italy and by some in Germany following Merkels crazy decision to let everyone into Western Europe from Muslim majority countries who have nothing in common with Western culture and values.
You might end up with EU and non-EU countries in the future.

Mr. Orban is simply applying Common Sense. Wherever these “migrant/refugees” have turned up, they’ve caused NOTHING but trouble. Rapes, murders thefts, arson & these migrants say, “Obey us! We’re taking over!” The Visegard countries suffered under WW2, then Soviet Occupation & all that entailed. They’re trying to build their countries up & give their citizens & future generations a better Life. From their point of view migrants would be OK if they were there to contribute: to become doctors, engineers etc. This lot have turned up to rape & subjugate the local native populations as slaves & sex slaves. Who wants to inflict that on their own peoples? Why listen to the EU bureaucrats that are ordering Orban & others to comply & consequently inflict misery & mayhem on one’s country that has occurred right across the Free World? Recently Sweden suffered more attacks. In Melbourne, Australia, gangs of 100+ of Somali males are rampaging through the city. The exclusive suburb of St. Denis, Paris been swamped by 300,000+ illegal migrants. Imagine that in Bel Air, or Beverley Hills, LA or, Knightsbridge or Mayfair in London? The bureaucrats & politicians that permitted this now act in denial, should be charged with Treason!
