The result of appeasing Iran, and in fact, jihadists as a rule: instead of responding with reciprocal gestures of good will, they expand their aggression:
A report published by Reuters on Friday revealed that Iran is moving ballistic missiles into Iraq, placing the weapons in the hands of its Shiite militia proxies to expand its ability to hit targets across the Middle East in a regional conflict or war against Western powers.
“Report: Iran Arming Shiite Proxies in Iraq with Ballistic Missiles,” by John Howard, Breitbart, August 31, 2018:
A report published by Reuters on Friday revealed that Iran is moving ballistic missiles into Iraq, placing the weapons in the hands of its Shiite militia proxies to expand its ability to hit targets across the Middle East in a regional conflict or war against Western powers.
The Reuters piece is sourced to “three Iranian officials, two Iraqi intelligence sources and two Western intelligence sources.” According to these sources, Iran is not only shipping short-range ballistic missiles to its Iraqi allies but teaching them how to build their own weapons.
“The logic was to have a backup plan if Iran was attacked. The number of missiles is not high, just a couple of dozen, but it can be increased if necessary,” one of the Iranian officials explained.
Naturally, the theocratically-controlled Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its overseas dirty-tricks unit, the Quds Force, is carrying out the scheme:
The Zelzal, Fateh-110 and Zolfaqar missiles in question have ranges of about 200 km to 700 km, putting Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh or the Israeli city of Tel Aviv within striking distance if the weapons were deployed in southern or western Iraq.
The Quds Force, the overseas arm of Iran’s powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has bases in both those areas. Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani is overseeing the program, three of the sources said.
Reuters was not able to get a comment on the record from any of the governments involved in the story, including the Israelis, but they probably are not thrilled by the prospect of factories in Iraqi Shiite strongholds cranking out missiles that could hit Tel Aviv.
The Times of Israel posted satellite photos on Friday of alleged Iranian surface-to-air missile factories in Syria. Those facilities appear to be protected by Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile batteries. The Israeli military is believed to have targeted missile production facilities in Syria that were seen as a threat to Israel’s security….

Yeah, when I was a kid I used to shoot off cardboard and wood Estes model rockets like the one in the picture. The body was made of cardboard and the fins out of wood and they had a little solid fuel rocket engine surrounded by layers of cardboard. Some of the rockets had multiple stages with little payload compartments. A little wire coated with a flammable powder connected to a car battery was used for launch. This would be pretty high tech stuff for Muslims in the Middle East. I mean the instructions assumed you could read and follow diagramed instructions. Heady stuff for the Middle East Muslims.

All high tech military weapons in Muslim countries were either provided by the west or china, copied from the west or china, or the plans were stolen from the west or china. They were incapable of producing these extremely dangerous weapons before being helped, funded, armed and/or educated by outside forces.
Hell, even the weapons used by the ottomans to take constantinople were made by westerners. We may have already past the point of no return but i sure as hell would try to come to an agreement with the other western powers and china to cease all supplies and education relating to anything that could possibly be used against us. Let them continue to fall further and further behind until they are unfit to fight any reasonably modern foe.
Instead the west continues to sell some of our most advanced weapons to countries like Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Pakistan and others. On top of that you have western powers constantly arming “moderate rebels” who are nothing more than terrorists and Islamic supremacist opportunists who see the long term view much more clearly than we seem to.

I just wonder how well the tech savvy Bedouin can maintain all this Hi Tech stuff.

i have read an article by at least one u.s. trainer (former military) for a u.s. armaments manufacturer who wrote that individually, muslim troops can be as good as any other soldier, but that they often fail to cooperate. as an illustration, he trained one group in the middle east on a weapon system, but after the classes were over, the commanding officer collected all the maintenance manuals and kept them locked up, because *he* wanted to control the information to retain power. i wish that i could find that article now, but i haven’t had any luck.
what the gentleman may not have realized is that islam is a gangsta cult; it was designed to attract and retain criminals. just like in ms-13 or the mafia, a gang-banger loses face if he is defeated in competition with another gang-banger, and his loss of standing in the gang can lead to loss of property – or life itself – if the gang member’s “honor” is not restored (where else do U think “honor” killings come from?).
i have met muslims who are intelligent and well-trained, with engineering degrees and good jobs, and who told me that they were pious (i didn’t understand at the time how dangerous that meant they were). such folks are certainly able to organize themselves enough – temporarily, at least – to come up with their own weapons systems, but the ultimate problem for them is that beginning with al ghazali, the scientific method itself was declared blasphemous. if they persist in “testing” allah by doing experiments, they will eventually meet their death at the hands of the ulema (or their thugs).
muslims, once they began their lightning expansion, started out with the best technology in europe, north africa, the middle east, and india, but over time, because they were not allowed to investigate things scientifically, they fell behind the west. we have, as noted in this thread, given pious muslims the tools to slaughter us on a silver (or petroleum-based plastic) platter, and regardless of the blasphemy used to produce those tools, they will use them to attack us. we are fools for having handed them the weapons to do so, but i don’t expect that anybody will realize it until most of our necks are on the chopping block. yes, there are a lot of us who now know our predicament, but we are a tiny minory, the hard left dominates most channels of communication, and they wish to see society collapse so that they can seize power, so unless God Himself intervenes, civilization is doomed.

This is pretty serious stuff. They don’t need these missiles to destroy the rebels — they’re almost wiped out. The ONLY potential targets are Israel and Saudi Arabia. This is a terrible escalation that I’m sure is not being taken lightly. Israel can’t afford to allow these missiles to exist. The big question is “How far will Russia allow Iran to go?”

Iran has the right to self-defense if attacked by the empire of evil! Iran has also the responsibility to protect Shiite minorities in the ME from Saudi Arabia, Israel, US, Nato, ISIS, Al-Qaeda and other murderous jihadists backed by Saudi Arabia, US and their other allies! If the majority Wahhabi Sunnis backed by the US, Saudi Arabia and others get their way, there will be a huge religious genocide against Shiite and Christian minorities in the ME!

Of course christianblood believes that murdering Jews in Tel Aviv is “self defense”. Muslims always characterize Jews living freely as an attack on them.

cripsandbloods, Russia is also in alliances, many of the members have gone, in the past. to Patrice Lumumba University where, popular wars of liberation tactics were taught, these were murderous tactics, Putin is heir to this heritage. Israel has a right to protect its self, from islamic and iranian aggression.

Frightening–but this does not surprise.

First , the extreme folly and foolishness of Obama and Kerry of having the hoax of a deal with Iran which allow the Islamic tyranny to obtain to much money that this mullah regime now use for funding deadly missiles for use by stooge jihad entities. Second ,Just wondering may Obama did actually know better than to have such a farce of a “deal” with Iran but he did is anything because his an a Islamic soul and heart ? Third,: not too long ago young Iranian woman who now lives in an American city that I now also live in. This city has a newspaper and she wrote an article how she and her mother had returned from visiting her sick and dying grandmother in the hospital in Tehran in Iran In that article this young women explained that the medical and health care in Iran’s hospitals is so terrible that the people of Iran view hospitals s place that people go to not get better but to die. The reason the this second point is brought up is that the mullahs and ayatollahs as well as others in power in this Islamic tyranny Iran will not invest those news funds from, Obama and Kerry, in better health care in hospitals but instead use that money to engage in more support for brutal and murderous militant jihad organizations . For those tyrants in power in Iran don’t care, at all, about the Iranian people. They are only interested in furthering their mad jihad Islamic quest.
Walter Sieruk says
Maybe Obama has such scheming treasonous Islamic mindset that he deliberately enacted a heinous hoax of a “deal” enable Iran to receive much money to it might fund its jihad stooges terror entities.
Therefore that so called “deal” with Iran is a sick joke at its best and a horrible hoax at its worst. This is a very strong reminder that during the summer month of August in the year of 2010 I had attended a lecture in a church about the subject of Islam. The guest speaker was a man who in times past was a Muslim and a Hezbollah member as well as an Iranian citizen. Now he’s Christian and an American citizen. After the lecture, during the question and answer part, he was asked “Is Obama a Muslim?” The speaker replied that “I don’t know if he is a Muslim but his deception is Islamic.” Then he added about Obama “Whenever he talks he sounds just like a Muslim.” Moreover the guest speaker further said about Obama “He is going to hurt this country.” As just keyboarded above that lecture was hold in the year 2010 and since then Obama had ,indeed, hurt America by and through his words , actions , politics and polices .

From the Iranian Corridor to the Shia Crescent
by Fabrice Balanche Friday, August 17, 2018
Tehran’s long-term strategy to fortify the Iranian Corridor as a Shiite Crescent requires demographic reengineering. Iran and its allies must be able to rely on a loyal population because of the solidarity it provides at the sectarian level. The attempt to reduce the Sunni numerical advantage is real, but it has had limited results. Even, if viewing the Levant as largely Sunni dominated is a mistake, it seems difficult for Iran to reverse the demographic balance. In contrast, the strategy of promoting internal division among the Sunni promises to be more effective.
In December 2004, the king of Jordan asserted his fear of a Shia crescent forming in the
Middle East from Iran to Lebanon, what we call the Iranian Corridor.1 Yet many observers
and researchers were skeptical about King Abdullah’s assertion.2 On the one hand, the
Shiite-Sunni clash was not viewed as a serious component in the dynamics of the Middle
East. During the Iran-Iraq war (1980–88), Iraqi Shiites had remained loyal to the Sunni
Saddam Hussein and analysts drew the conclusion that the religious divide was no longer
relevant. In general, Western analysts are reluctant to see religion or tribalism as important
for fear of being accused of “Orientalism,” an accusation popularized by Edward Said and
still stifling discussion about the region. On the other hand, King Abdullah’s prescient claim
of a decade and a half ago seemed implausible. It was difficult to see how a Shiite crescent
could exist, since the Shiite population remains a minority across the Iranian Corridor.
