Jihad Watch reported on Wednesday that Muslim migrants were arrested for sexually assaulting women at Munich Oktoberfest, and asked the question: “why does this keep happening?” The answer:
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30).
It is up to citizens of Western nations to protect their principles of human rights and of equality before the law of both genders, all races, and those who practice their religions within the framework of democratic constitutions. The UK is a shameful example of leaders failing the most vulnerable: multitudes of young girls (up to a million) were gang-raped and trafficked as prostitutes and sex slaves by Muslim rape gangs whose activities were ignored, or who were given light sentences.
In Rotherham, Muslim rape gang activity was so vast that when they finally started dealing with it, police needed 100 more officers; the investigation has cost over $10 million.
Now comes somewhat encouraging news out of Austria that all citizens of free societies should expect their legal authorities to emulate: “An Austrian court has rejected appeals by eight Iraqi citizens against their prison sentences for gang-raping a German tourist on New Year’s Eve in 2015.” The sentences these men received, however, are still on the light side:
The men were convicted in March 2017 and sentenced to between nine and 13 years. The Austria Press Agency reported that the Vienna state court ruled Thursday there was no reason to reduce the sentences.
“Austrian Court Rejects Iraqi Migrants’ Appeal Against Gang Rape Sentences,” Associated Press, October 4, 2018:
BERLIN (AP) – An Austrian court has rejected appeals by eight Iraqi citizens against their prison sentences for gang-raping a German tourist on New Year’s Eve in 2015.
The men were convicted in March 2017 and sentenced to between nine and 13 years. The Austria Press Agency reported that the Vienna state court ruled Thursday there was no reason to reduce the sentences.
Rape is punishable by a maximum 15-year prison term in Austria. Presiding Judge Natalia Frohner said “such an abhorrent crime” requires sentences in the “upper regions.”….

Good decision.

I agree.

Serve time ,isolated them in prison, and deportation should be the order of the day.

Yes–they should be deported after their sentences. We don’t need these rapists in Austria or any other part of the civilized West.

It is important to understand that such men, by their own norms, are *entitled* to rape non-Muslim women. The Qur’an only cautions them not to rape each other’s women by mistake (there is no punishment threatened). Hence the Allah recommends in 33:59 that Muslim men (the Prophet) to “tell your wives, your daughters, and the women of the believers,” (Allah does not address women) “…to draw upon themselves their garments.”so that they be known and not molested.” I’ve written about that here: https://www.thepostmillennial.com/fight-hijab-right-fight-wrong-reasons/

I agree. One major religion is far inferior to all the other major religions. It begins with an “I.”

Sorry for all the typos!
I forgot to add “Bravo! to Austria!” At the same time also suggest that there is no punishment that our justice system can impose on those rapists that they’d ever take seriously, given its basis in human rights, rather than retribution. They respect only brutal, swift, vindictive and severe punishments, the kind of thing found on every page of the Qur’an, and such as is customary in mainstream, peaceful Islam.

So true, Anjuli and Kepha.

I’m wrong about this. It is not a caution. It is a command. If Muhammad did it, then effectively, it is law. Also, Muslim commentators treat this as a command. In “The Noble Qur’an”, Maududi offers a copious footnote to “May be recognised”:
“May be recognized”: may be recognized to be noble and chaste women from their simple and modest dress, and not women of ill repute from whom some wicked person could cherish evil hopes. “May not be harmed”: will not be teased but let alone.
This is nonsense on so many levels: “may be recognized to be noble and chaste”, when the verse clearly intends them to be recognised as “women of the believers”, which says nothing about either their nobility or their chastity. By the same token, women not of the believers may be “teased” (!!) regardless of their nobility or chastity. Harmed/hurt/molested = Teased? This is an insult to our intelligence.
Which brings me to the biggest affront of the whole concept of women having to cover up their entire bodies. Maududi’s longest paragraph is devoted to this: “To such noble and pious women Allah says: If you really wish to be known as good women, and the men’s lustful attention is not pleasurable but embarrassing for you, then you should…” The idea that “men’s lustful attention” might be a problem that *men* might be expected to do something about is apparently an alien concept. The onus is entirely on the woman to not provoke such lust. No finger is to be pointed at what Maududi himself calls “wicked persons”. So, completely enshrouded or not, if you get “teased”, you’re obviously not enshrouded enough! The idea of educating young boys into not behaving like animals towards girls and women never seems to arise. The idea of teaching girls how to navigate their own sexuality never arises. It’s not enough to enshroud them, you have to cut out their clitorises as well; and *still* they will be responsible for their own rape.
Virtue, modesty, nobility and chastity, while all of this is about controlling women and entrenching male power over them, none of it has anything to do with 33:59, which is solely about differentiating between Muslim women and non-Muslim women. The former must be closely guarded; the latter is fair game.
Sorry about the error earlier. If you spot errors or weaknesses in my comments, I’d be very grateful point these out.

There is not the slightest reason whatsoever to give any ‘understanding’ to these Godless retards, these cretinous subhumans for their inherent evil, their book of murderous instruction can NEVER be used as an excuse to savagely violate another being and they should face,as a minimum, castration before being returned to the cesspits from which they slithered,to try and somehow give any justification for the actions of these putrid lumps of faeces is insulting to civilised society!!.

If the framework of democratic constitutions means the acceptance of all decisions of the US Supreme Court, I must dissent. I will practice my religion, including seeing homosexuality as a sin, regardless of the aptly-named Obergefell decision (it;s German for “fallen-over”). Along with polytheism, idolatry, blasphemy, murder, adultery, theft, false witness, covetousness, and a host of others, it is among the things that necessitated God’s becoming man and bearing our sins on the cross. Hence, it is not to be encouraged or “normalized”.
Jesus Christ, who rose from the dead on the third day, is a bigger authority than the US Government or even the US Constitution–and I consider myself a patriotic American. Every so often, I wonder if, on the day he judges the quick and the dead, the Lord will openly apologize to the Seven nations of Canaan (if not Sodom and Gomorrah themselves) when he judges my country and the West in general.

While I’m here, I’m glad that the Austrian court upheld the sentences of the rapists. One of the reasons I hate Islam is because its so-called ethics seem to bless the worst behaviors of dominant men.

Not true. The Ghanain scumbag who raped a German got his sentence reduced two days ago but it is still 10 years. I personally am not a big fan of the death penalty but in case of aggravated sexual assault I wouldn’t consider it unfair.

Eastern Europe is well ahead of Western Europe in the race to deal with miscreant Muslims. A period in jail followed by deportation to Islamistan is the necessary course. The Viennese can remember when the Turks were at the gates of Vienna. The French and Germans have forgotten Charles Martel Frankish statesman and military leader, Duke and Prince of the Franks and Mayor of the Palace, the de facto ruler of Francia who stopped the Muslim invasion of Europe’s heartland.

I cannot speak as to what prisons in Austria are like. But if the inmates are anything like the ones in the U.S. these Iraqi’s are about to find out the meaning of “Sweet Cheeks.” U don’t want to go into a U.S. prison as a child molester or sex offender. As strange as it is the inmates consider that a serious no go.

Key term: “right hands possess”, with many iterations in the Koran.
But do not neglect the hadith! Sahih Bukhari 18.387 & 5.59.459.
Those, of course, relate to captives taken as slaves in raids & ghazwat.
