The multinational proposal tabled last year by the parliamentarians of the Council of Europe (CoE), the large intergovernmental organization that champions democracy, the rule of law and fundamental human rights in 47 European countries, has led to a resolution that calls on the regime of Islamist Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to stop funding Islam for political goals.
More such ineffective resolutions mean more wasted time and money. Erdogan has long thumbed his nose at the West and declared: “Talk to the hand.” Erdogan makes his own rules, has his own goals for a revived Ottoman Empire, has wrongly accused Europe of starting a war between the cross and the crescent, and aims to militarily attack Israel. Until the EU and the rest of the West realize that the Islamic concept of the world divided into two camps — the House of War (Dar al Harb) and the House of Islam (Dar al Islam), with the latter having the imperative to conquer the former — they will continue to fail to defend freedom and Western civilization.
Erdogan has also threatened the West, stating: “If Europe continues this way, no European in any part of the world can walk safely on the streets.”
“[OPINION] Council of Europe asks Erdoğan to stop promoting political Islam in Europe,” by Abdullah Bozkurt, Turkish Minute, October 21, 2018:
The multinational proposal tabled last year by the parliamentarians of the Council of Europe (CoE), the large intergovernmental organization that champions democracy, the rule of law and fundamental human rights in 47 European countries, has led to a resolution that calls on the regime of Islamist Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to stop funding Islam for political goals.
The resolution states that the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) urges member states to “put an end to any foreign funding of Islam which is used for the purpose of national political expansion into other States under the guise of Islam.” Considering the accompanying report extensively quoted Turkey and Erdoğan’s long-arm Directorate of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), which has been funding imams and mosques in Europe, the message is clearly directed at Turkey. Among the 47 member states, only Turkey has been engaged in extensive foreign funding of partisan imams in Turkish and Muslim diaspora groups across Europe, which at times amounted to gathering foreign intelligence on regime critics.
The motion, which was filed by 33 PACE members on Oct. 13, 2016 and paved the way for drafting the report and resolution, specifically mentioned the Diyanet and asked PACE to investigate its role in the development of Islam in other CoE member states. The PACE Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy approved the motion in its decision on Jan, 23, 2017 and appointed Swiss lawmaker Doris Fiala as the rapporteur of the report. The report was debated by PACE during the autumn session held on Oct. 10, 2018, and it was overwhelmingly approved by a vote of 115 to 10 with four abstentions. The report’s language is unequivocally clear that foreign funding of political Islam as Erdoğan and others have been advocating “should not be allowed in Council of Europe member states.”
The report highlights the controversial roles that both the Diyanet and the Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD), two important tools at the disposal of Turkey’s Islamist rulers, play on European soil. The Diyanet, which has over 140,000 employees and enjoys billions of Turkish lira from the government budget, was described as “a strong army” by Erdoğan in recent remarks delivered to muftis and imams. He asked them to do more because the desired outcome had not yet been achieved. On Aug. 22, 2017 rapporteur Fiala sent eight questions to several members states including Turkey asking them to explain how the funding of religion works and to list public and private contributions. She said the responses would help her better draft the report with a complete picture, but Turkey declined to respond to the questionnaire……

The naïve dupes of the Council of Europe think they have this figure out: they smugly order Erdogan to “put an end to any foreign funding of Islam which is used for the purpose of national political expansion into other States under the guise of Islam.”
Erdogan IS ISLAM … he sees himself as the leading light of Islam and the authority above all authority on earth. Erdogan sees himself as Allah’s viceroy with a mission of Islamizing Europe and then politically conquering Europe.
Europe will not avoid Islamization if it continues to bring in Muslims. Simple as that. Which is that you want COUNCIL OF EUROPE 1) Islamization or 2) preservation of European cultures?
You cannot choose both. You are on the path to Islamization… if that is not what you want… CHANGE COURSE. Continuing the current status quo is the PATH TO ISLAMIZATION OF EUROPE.

Actually, the term used by many in the West in current times is “political Islam” That term is, in reality redundant. This is because Islam is in essence, a religious /political Sharia law based system. As so well explained in brief way, by the Muslim tyrant who and ruled Iran, Ayatollah Khomeini when he stated that “All Islam is politics.” [1]

If there’s one thing a Muslim resents, it’s a kafir taking that tone with them. How much more so when the Muslim harbours ambitions of heading a caliphate and the kafirs in question are scheming in council. Whether the Council of Europe calls on, whether Trump rants or whether Obama bows low enough to kiss their shoes, they will not do as you wish. Their refusal will come with contempt. Whether they show it or hide it depends on what suits them at that moment.
Here’s the thing: Western leaders know all this. I think what we’ve just seen is meant for Western consumption. There’ve just been too many Muslim outrages and too much brazen bs from Western politicians. None of the lies, whitewashing, obfuscation, slandering and vilifying work anymore. Model citizens, responsible and middle class, are fleeing to arch-evil Hungary, for goodness sake. The penny might finally be levitating. Is this a sign they may at last perceive the need to seem to get tough-ish with Islam? Let’s try Erdogan. We’ve just rewarded him with a grand cathedral of a mosque right at the exact spot where crowds of Muslims perpetrated the greatest mass sexual assault on women in the current European nightmare. So that Erdogan will know we actually know our place, let’s just follow that up with a grovelling phone call to make sure everything’s still alright and send the ambassador around with a box of (halal) Ferrero Rocher. And throughout the whole robust operation we absolutely must keep the moderate Muslims on our side. Phew, that was close!

The new Cologne mosque is in the suburb of Ehrenfeld, not in the central area between the central railway station and the Cathedral, where the assaults occurred.
