Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Elite US universities have taken over $614,000,000 from Saudi Arabia since 2011

Oct 26, 2018 8:27 am By Robert Spencer

This explains a great deal, for it is not only true that “these gifts and contracts, in some instances, are intended to influence students’ and faculty experts’ views on the kingdom”; it is also true that these gifts and contracts are intended to influence students’ and faculty experts’ views on Islam, jihad and Sharia. Georgetown University isn’t even on the lists below, but Saudi money funds its Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding, and its Bridge Initiative, both of which are dedicated to giving the fictions that Islam is a religion of peace and Sharia is benign and compatible with democracy an intellectual veneer, while smearing and defaming all those who speak the truth about Islam and Sharia as “Islamophobes.” Georgetown’s faculty is full of Wahhabis, Salafis, and apologists for Islam, including Islamic convert and pro-slavery spokesman Jonathan A. C. Brown. And that’s just Georgetown. Imagine what it must be like at MIT, George Washington U, and the rest.

“Before Killing Of Journalist, Elite US Universities Took $600 Million From Saudi Arabia And Affiliates,” by Luke Rosiak, Daily Caller, October 23, 2018:

Before the death of a Washington Post contributor in a Saudi Arabian embassy, elite U.S. universities took more than half a billion dollars from the country and its affiliates between 2011 and 2017.

These gifts and contracts, in some instances, are intended to influence students’ and faculty experts’ views on the kingdom.

Saudi Arabian interests paid $614 million to U.S. universities over a six-year period, more than every country but Qatar and the United Kingdom, Department of Education data analyzed by The Daily Caller News Foundation shows. That includes $120 million from the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission to the U.S., whose website says it “disseminate[s] information that reflects Saudi culture, tradition, and heritage through our active participation in academic, cultural, and social activities.”

About $200 million came in the form of gifts, while the rest were contracts. U.S. law requires universities to disclose “information about gifts received from any foreign source, contracts with a foreign entity, and any ownership interests in or control over the institution by a foreign entity.”…

University of California, Los Angeles $12,032,553
Ball State University $10,386,082
University of Washington – Seattle $10,150,738

Much of the international affairs literature that informs the U.S. posture toward foreign nations is developed at elite institutions like George Mason University and George Washington University in the D.C. area, whose experts are widely cited. Those universities are among the top recipients of Saudi government funds.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology ranks first in Saudi-affiliated funding, thanks to a $73 million gift from Saudi business magnate Mohammed A. Jameel.

A spokesman for George Washington University did not respond to questions about the $76 million it has received….

It is so sad that George Town and Brandies both sold out to Islam for 30 pieces of silver! Just following the Popes lead. Are they ALL owned by Satan now?

Follow Mohammed’s MONEY … because Muslims must IMITATE MOHAMMED.

Muslims read the hadiths and know that Mohammed’s FINAL COMMANDMENT to his followers was to GIVE BRIBES to influential foreigners to help his ARAB SUPREMACIST MOVEMENT. So that is what Muslims are doing … giving bribes to spread Islam.

Mohammed commonly bribed foreign delegations so he could get intelligence from them and to buy the betrayal of their countries so he could take over.

Bukhari #005.059.716 Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi)

        Bukhari :: Book 5 :: Volume 59 :: Hadith 716

Narrated Ibn Abbas: Thursday! And how great that Thursday was! The ailment of Allah’s Apostle became worse (on Thursday) and he said, fetch me something so that I may write to you something after which you will never go astray.” The people (present there) differed in this matter, and it was not right to differ before a prophet. Some said, “What is wrong with him ? (Do you think ) he is delirious (seriously ill)? Ask him ( to understand his state ).” So they went to the Prophet and asked him again. The Prophet said, “Leave me, for my present state is better than what you call me for.” Then he ordered them to do three things. He said, “Turn the pagans out of the ‘Arabian Peninsula; respect and give gifts to the foreign delegations as you have seen me dealing with them.” (Said bin Jubair, the sub-narrator said that Ibn Abbas kept quiet as regards the third order, or he said, “I forgot it.”)

Bribery is NORMATIVE ISLAM, rather than an aberration. BRIBERY IS PART OF JIHAD… the program of SUBJUGATING the dirty kufaar.

  4. Naildriver says

    Yes indeed.
At the University of GA, the religion department is plied with very fanatically devoted professors of Islam who defend Islam’s obvious enemy directives that is clearly against all not Muslims, as reflective of a varied and fractured non-cohesive system that sonly involves those that are mis representing Islam, and proselytize Islam as they teach it. The other religion professors and the university’s dean smugly approve.
The department also maintains a website, paid for by this public university’s tax payer funds — or was.
Certainly any teaching of religion in the public universities should be taught by unbiased professors owing to the separation of church and state as demanded in the Constitution, particularly when it concerns Islam, which is clearly this country’s enemy.

  6. exdemexlib says

it would be interesting to show this to the rank and file Leftists who haven’t been getting money, but are afraid to depart from the party line.

It can be pointed out that none of these ‘leaders’ from these universities support Islam because of it’s teachings of peace and loving-kindness, its brilliant theological formulation of a spiritual after-life, or all the Islamic ‘Mother Theresa’s’ volunteering at the forefront of any natural disaster.

Liberal Islamic-supporting leaders ONLY for the Money .

So, if any of the Liberal leftists have any remnant of integrity or idealism, they should be able to consider that maybe it’s wrong to ignore their own *deeply held* ideological convictions, just because they want to follow a party line of bribeable leaders who are bought and paid for.

  7. Tom says

    Oct 26, 2018 at 11:26 am

Well this certainly explains why university campuses have become so Islam friendly and tolerant and why many of the professors are so inclined to defend Hamas and other Islamic terrorist organizations and Islamic ideology.

Isn’t it amazing how some will sell out their fellow citizens for a mere 30 pieces of silver.

When Elena Kagan (Supreme Court Justice) was Dean of Harvard Law School, she took $20 Million from
Saudi Arabia to establish a sharia law dept at Harvard.

Her Reward: Barry Sotero (2008-2016) brought her to Washington, DC to serve as the nation’s Solicitor
General even though she had no judicial experience. Within two months, the clown then nominated
Elena Kagan for Supreme Court Justice (even though Kagan had never tried a case before a court), where she then ruled against the families of 9/11, and for Saudi Arabia.

Do tell. Just shocking that there were (of course) strings attached to the Saudi largesse.

It will be interesting to watch the academics tie themselves up into knots over this. The fact that 15 out of 19 of the 9/11 highjackers were Saudis gave our academic elites no pause. The overwhelming evidence of Saudi government involvement in facilitating 9/11 never mattered to these schools. The ongoing human rights abuses in Saudi Arabia never stopped our universities from accepting gobs of Saudi money. And of course any objective analysis of Islamic theology is completely beyond the pale at our “elite universities.” Boycott Israel! It apparently takes the killing of a supposedly liberal journalist from the WaPo to force these academic elite to maybe, just maybe, begin to face the fact that they have aligned themselves with pure evil. Pathetic.

Interesting that our intellectual betters and media viruses have only turned against the Saudis when they have a leader who is trying to make a few, admittedly inadequate, reforms. And timed to help Iran and do maximum harm to Israel.

      • Mac-101 says

        Oct 26, 2018 at 5:22 pm

So why do the Elites want to ensure that Wahhabism remains strong? Why do THEY resist ALL efforts to reign in Iran who is dedicated to destroy Israel and the USA yet work to overthrow the Crown Prince who is trying to modernize Islam and establish better relations with Israel?? What is goin on?

This of course, aids muslim students to enter universities but more importantly may be silencing money, or a little motivation to have all the future graduates clueless about sharia that commands to never put a bad light of information to expose the purpose of the ideology of conquest, terror, striking fear into the hearts of non believers, and promote islamic law, as tolerant and peaceful. The the organization can move in and appear to be benign. Islamic law carries severe penalties for anyone to speak openly, clearly muslims themselves have to walk the line. Khoshoggi may have been such a muslim who may have appeared to be a threat.. or he could be used.in my opinion. I never read his work…with an NY newspaper…but I do see there is always a struggle for power in the islamic world and ideology from which he wandered. In my opinion.

It’s happening in Canada too. When Trudeau got into a spat with Saudi Arabia and their jailing of a rebellious blogger a few months ago, the kingdom threatened to call home all the students they were funding to study at Canadian universities. If I remember correctly, around 1,500 Saudi university students were getting a free education at Canada’s largest universities, including some 200 in our best medical schools.

Remember this the next time you fill up your car with Arab oil.

It’s no wonder university campuses are no longer safe for Jewish students.

They take the money to open the city’s gates knowing that (A) if they don’t betray their country, their colleagues WILL – and so they reason that it might as well be themselves who trouser the bribe… (B) they confidently and arrogantly expect the poor to join the military and lay down their lives to protect them if anything DOES happen, and (C) they rationalise taking the money as being a form of insurance-policy in hopes that – as the willing collaborators – they will be spared when the mob pours through the open gates and sacks the now-defenceless city.

It’s just the coward’s instinct to side with the most threatening party in any dispute.

    Yes, it explains a lot.
“Saudi money funding the work of a scholar who studies international affairs “doesn’t mean that he’s bought and paid for,” the expert said. “It’s more about what doesn’t get written about … I could write about Saudi sectarianism, but then I might lose some money … there may be some self-censoring on certain topics you don’t raise unnecessarily, topics that are sensitive to the Saudis.”

You can bet a lot of self-censoring goes on in the History and Religion departments. Don’t want to annoy the cash cow.
