There is no conceivable way he is not guilty under American law. He stabbed Lt. Neville in plain sight, in a crowded area. He is, however, not guilty of any offense under Islamic law, which allows for jihad violence against Infidels. His earlier refusal to leave his cell for a hearing is an indication that he doesn’t recognize the authority of the court. That is to be expected of a devout and Sharia-adherent Muslim, who bows only to Allah and accepts only Sharia justice.
“Accused Flint Airport Stabber Turns Down Plea Deal,” WWJ, October 27, 2018:
FLINT (WWJ/AP) – A man charged with terrorism in the stabbing of a Michigan airport police officer says he’s not interested in a plea deal and will go to trial on Nov. 6.
