Iran postpones asylum negotiations with Denmark because minister had Muhammad cartoon on iPad

Dec 11, 2018 10:18 am By Robert Spencer

“I think it’s difficult to criticise the minister for have a cartoon on her iPad. I think that it’s a bit ridiculous for Iran to make a fuss about that. They are Islamists and are usually insulted about something most of the time.”

Yes, and they use that insult and outrage as a tool to bend the West to their will. The objective here is to compel Denmark to apologize and discipline or fire Inger Støjberg, so as to reinforce the idea, already widely accepted in the West, that one must not offend Muslims by violating Sharia blasphemy laws, and the freedom of speech must be surrendered on this point.

“Iran postponed asylum negotiations over Mohammad cartoon on minister’s iPad,” Copenhagen Post, December 11, 2018 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

According to the Immigration Ministry, a Danish agreement with Iran regarding the return of rejected asylum-seekers stalled after its minister, Inger Støjberg, posted a photo on social media last year.

The photo in question showed that Støjberg had a photo of one of the contentious Mohammad Cartoons from 2005 on her iPad desktop – which Iran considered a provocation, thus postponing the negotiations on the asylum-seekers.

“As part of the asylum-seeker dialogue with Iran, a visit by the immigration minister to Tehran was scheduled for November 2017. The visit was postponed as the Iranians expressed displeasure with the minister’s iPad desktop,” Støjberg said in a hearing, according to DR Nyheder….

“You should always, whether you are an MP, minister or whatever, reflect on what you do and say – particularly when you are negotiating about sending back Iranian asylum-seekers,” Martin Henriksen, DF’s spokesperson for immigration issues, told DR Nyheder.

“But having said that, I think it’s difficult to criticise the minister for have a cartoon on her iPad. I think that it’s a bit ridiculous for Iran to make a fuss about that. They are Islamists and are usually insulted about something most of the time.”

Yes, it is a bit ridiculous, but that’s how it works.

If every little thing offends them, why deal with them at all?

They are all ready in your home – you gotta deal with them. May be there should be a test for asylum seekers. Show them a Muhammad cartoon. (My favorite is Muhammad on honeymoon with six years old Ayesha.) If the so called ‘refugee’ is enraged at the Muhammad cartoon – kick him out. If he LOL – put him on fast track to citizenship. – Just a thought.

Golly, it’s not like Mo himself ever bothered anyone who criticized him. Wait — what? Abu who? Asma bint who? Looks like I’ll need to borrow a line from Emily Litella:

Maybe Iran doesnt want the failed asylum seekers back…..if that is the case, any reason to block the discussions would work. Denmark should send them to england. England will take them with open arms and warm smiles.

Go to Hell. Do NOT insult my county – as I will not insult your own!

Every Western Country has a sizeable, virtual aignalling potent percentage. That exists in countries such as the USA, to Canada to the Netherlands.

Fear transferral on your part, perchance?!?

(The linked-to report does not contain a photo of any cartoon.)
It is well known that the Muhammad was a very white man; see

Maybe the complainers will be mollified by a cartoon of him in a snowstorm.

muslims pretend to be offended by cartoons of muhammed.
It’s a silly excuse to bully because they know very well that there is no actual picture of muhammed that verifies what he even looks like:it could be anybody.

What about a cartoon of buraq, muhammed’s WINGED FLYING HORSE with a human face?Surely that could not cause offense. No one would laugh at muhammed’s winged flying horse which some muslims believe was real{…in fact the muslims laughed at it in muhammed’s time}.

Or a cartoon of Aisha’s dress .a question mark and captioned “Sahih Bukhari 2442”.
    Or a cartoon of 20 identical looking men in turbans{“the school reunion:but which one is mo?in fact is he even in it?”}

There’s no need to ridicule the holy man of islam with cartoons:

    Sahih Bukhari 2442 does that:islam’s cross-dressing prophet

Using ridicule or exhibiting malicious delight in the world of politics is probably not a good idea; leave that to those who are not in political office. But here is a picture of Støjbergs iPad – and I don’t have any official responsibilities:

    https://www.thelocal.dk/20170926/danish-integration-minister-praises-infamous-mohammed-cartoon

“Støjberg shared a screenshot of her iPad background displaying cartoonist Kurt Westergaard’s drawing of the prophet Mohammed wearing a bomb in his turban. She did so in response to the decision by Skovgaard Museum in Viborg to not display the 12 caricatures of Mohammed published by Jyllands-Posten newspaper as part of an exhibition on blasphemy.

The integration minister said that the drawings, particularly the one by Westergaard that has led to attempts on his life, “helped to define Denmark as the free society that we are”.

“They show that we are a free country where opinions are challenged and where you can say whatever you’d like and criticize whomever you’d like,” Støjberg wrote in her Facebook post.

“I personally have Kurt Westergaard’s famous drawing as the background photo on my iPad. I have it because I love Denmark. I simply love the principle of freedom that the generations that came before us have created and that our country is built upon,” she continued. “

I have one question which is how did Iranian officials gain access to the lady’s phone? The article doesn’t state that she transmitted the cartoon to anyone.

Every animal Muslim exported out of a FAILED Islamic garbage can of a nation is actually one less problem for that Muslim country and it does its best to export them to really decent parts of the world. See Pakistan, Bangladesh and other cesspits..
