Pope Francis has repeatedly branded those who oppose mass Muslim migration into Europe as un-Christian. He seems to be completely unconcerned about facts such as the following: all of the jihadis who murdered 130 people in Paris in November 2015 had just entered Europe as refugees. In February 2015, the Islamic State boasted it would soon flood Europe with as many as 500,000 refugees. The Lebanese Education Minister said in September 2015 that there were 20,000 jihadis among the refugees in camps in his country. On May 10, 2016, Patrick Calvar, the head of France’s DGSI internal intelligence agency, said that the Islamic State was using migrant routes through the Balkans to get jihadis into Europe.
And in the U.S., Somali Muslim migrant Mohammad Barry in February 2016 stabbed multiple patrons at a restaurant owned by an Israeli Arab Christian; Ahmad Khan Rahami, an Afghan Muslim migrant, in September 2016 set off bombs in New York City and New Jersey; Arcan Cetin, a Turkish Muslim migrant, in September 2016 murdered five people in a mall in Burlington, Washington; Dahir Adan, another Somali Muslim migrant, in October 2016 stabbed mall shoppers in St. Cloud while screaming “Allahu akbar”; and Abdul Razak Artan, yet another Somali Muslim migrant, in November 2016 injured nine people with car and knife attacks at Ohio State University. 72 jihad terrorists have come to the U.S. from the countries listed in Trump’s initial immigration ban.
Pope Francis has never expressed any concern about any of this. Of course, he has claimed risibly that “authentic Islam and the proper reading of the Koran are opposed to every form of violence.” This has become a superdogma in the Catholic Church: if you don’t believe that Islam is a Religion of Peace, you will be ruthlessly harassed and silenced by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) and the hierarchy elsewhere as well. The bishops of the Catholic Church are much more concerned that you believe that Islam is a religion of peace than that you believe in, say, the Nicene Creed. And so what possible reason could there be to be concerned about these “refugees”? It’s a religion of peace!
The U.S. Catholic bishops, of course, have 91 million reasons — indeed, 534 million reasons — to turn against the truth and disregard the safety and security of the American people: “In the Fiscal Year 2016, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) received more than $91 million in government funding for refugee resettlement. Over the past nine years, the USCCB has received a total of $534,788,660 in taxpayer dollars for refugee resettlement programs.”
“Leave them; they are blind guides. And if a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew 15:14)
It was not always thus. For centuries, in fact, as is detailed in The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS, the Catholic Church was at the forefront of efforts to resist jihad aggression in Europe. In it, you’ll discover:
- The Pope who was a true precursor of Pope Francis: he was harshly criticized by the Romans for failing to keep them safe from jihad attacks;
- The Pope who answered a Byzantine Emperor’s call for help against the jihadis not by scolding him about how Islam was peaceful, but by calling on the rulers of Europe to send troops;
- The Medieval Pope who called Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, a “son of perdition,” and called for Christians to unite against the advancing jihad;
- What happened when a Mongol ruler sent an emissary across Central Asia and into Europe to meet the Pope and seek an alliance with the Christians against the forces of jihad;
- The Pope who haughtily refused to come to the aid of the Christian Byzantine Empire when it was mortally threatened by jihadis, because of doctrinal differences;
- The Pope who took a solemn oath at his consecration to “extirpate the diabolical sect of the reprobate and faithless Mahomet”;
- The Pope who touched off worldwide Muslim riots by noting that “God is not pleased by blood”;
- Much more.

“Pope: The Western world has ‘moral responsibility’ to let in more migrants,” Voice of Europe, December 16, 2018:
“It is the “moral responsibility” of the outside world to accept even more migrants,” Pope Francis explained in a speech on Thursday….
“No solution to the global issue of mass migration should ignore our moral responsibility for the common good, to welcome, protect, promote and integrate those who knock on our doors to find a safe future,” he continued.
At the same time, the morals among his close advisors aren’t exactly impressive. This past week, three cardinals have left the Pope’s most important advisory body, the Council of Cardinals.
Two of those have been prosecuted after disclosure of sex abuse. On Tuesday, one of them, Cardinal George Pell from Australia, was convicted of child molestation.
The number of migrants the Pope himself houses in his palace is unknown.
Kathleen Wallace says
I didn’t like this Pope when I found out that he was a socialist and the more I hear from him the more that I think that he is a total useful idiot. He is an apostle to Satan and not a representative of Saint Peter.
Bill says
You are mainly correct except that I believe he is a full blown Communist. He revealed that early in his reign of terror when he claimed that the Communists had taken the mantle of Christianity, In short, he believes that what the Communists had done and continue to do is what the Catholic Church should have been doing in its name. He lost me pretty much day one. His fawning admiration of dictator Fidel Castro did not help. I do not dignify his idolatry of that horrible philosophy as “Pope”. He is Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Argentinian Communist.
John says
That’s right ! Put all the migrants in the vacitan and see how he likes it !

You first, Frankie.
I’ve seen the super-thick, super high walls surrounding the Vatican. Lets see some open borders for you.
I’ve seen the palatial areas where you hold your court and public appearances. Pretty nice. High ceilings, polished stone floors and all. Plenty of room for your migrants. You might change your mind once your Muslim migrants start leaving piles and piles of steaming bowel movements all over your floors, along with the tents and mattress. Why, the bottoms of your white robes might get soiled, and all your attending bishops and cardinals might need several nosegays.
The Vatican will quickly look like a street in Paris or Brusselles.

Perhaps the West should take in more migrants. Those who are most at risk are the Arab Christians, Yazidis, and many Central Americans fleeing from gangs and the drug warlords. Perhaps we should accommodate these people first although something must be done with Yemen as well — regardless of religion since it is just too great a horror. I suspect that people who are severely at risk would be grateful and without ulterior motives. Don’t bother calling me naïve but I feel we can’t just sit back and do nothing.
Those would be at the top of my priority list but, of course, no one asked me.
gravenimage says
We should offer asylum to Christians and Yezidis–but the idea that Yemeni Jihadists are apt to make grateful citizens is quite mistaken.
KWJ says
True. Then too, they come here and don’t like our society. The majority if Muslims from the Middle East support sharia law. They lack the notion of ‘If you do what you did, you get what you got.’
The Pope wants to let in the very people who are persecuting and killing Christians in the Middle East and Africa and destroying their churches. 40 churches were destroyed in 2013 alone and the number has kept increasing. I guess he won’t be happy until the Islamic flag is flying over St. Peter’s Dome. He should let migrants build their tent cities inside the Vatican which is its own country. The wretched man needs to walk his talk.

“Pope Francis: Western world has “moral responsibility” to take in still more migrants”
The Vatican State is part of the Western world.
When is the Vatican State under the gloriuos leadership of his holiness Pope Francis going to demonstrate its “moral responsibility” to take in migrants at all?
Bill says
He is, but not directly. What he had been doing in the United States was using Catholic Charities to resettle muslims without vetting in mostly small cities and communities across the nation and getting huge $$$ for it from the Obama Administration. So, for him, it was all about the money. Classic elitist.
After doing his best to cover up (and shut people up} over the massive disclosures of Roman Catholic clergy pedophila, most of it homosexual,he made some remark that homosexuals have no place in the Priesthood. Here is the challenge Mr. Bergoglio. If you meant what you said, just thrown them out. That would give you acres of space to take in more Islamic migrants at the Vatican.
I said from the outset that this man was dangerous and I still believe he is.
Carolyne says
The Pope can preach moral responsibility to others when he has shown none? Ha!
CogitoErgoSum says
The Roman Catholic Church teaches that Instructing the ignorant is considered a spiritual work of mercy. What moral obligation does a Catholic, and especially a Pope, have in regard to this? In the end which is more important: the needs of the body or the needs of the spirit? I am reminded of the rebuke given by Jesus to a well-intentioned but misguided Peter per Matthew 16: 21-23. “Get behind me, Satan! You are a hindrance to me. For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.” This Pope has his mind set on the things of man and becomes more and more of a hindrance with the passing of each day.
James Lincoln says
I was brought up Catholic and was a practicing Catholic until I became aware of the true nature of Pope Francis.
I am now a “recovering” Catholic. I am looking at Christian alternatives such as Eastern Orthodox or evangelical – type Christian.
Clear thinking Catholics should seek alternatives and not help bankroll what the Roman Catholic Church has become.
Mike Stevens says
He and all the other pampered, rich, do-gooder fools conveniently ignore one thing: the genuine poor and desperate people of the world struggle to survive on a few dollars a day, trapped by poverty, war and corruption, with no possibility of escape. These “migrants” have paid THOUSANDS of dollars for transport or to people smugglers.
THEY ARE NOT THE WORLD’S POOR. They are the better off, even rich, of the Third World. Furthermore, the vast majority have no claim to asylum whatsoever, but are economic parasites attracted by the prospect of an easy life in the prosperous West. They are the better off, often educated, class who should be staying behind to fight for their countries, to make them better places not just for themselves but for those less fortunate. Abandoning them is the height of selfishness.
As an example, the Syrian government claims that a large percentage of the Syrian “asylum seekers” who travelled to Europe were in no danger whatsoever. Those in genuine danger were trapped in their towns and cities by the fighting, nor did they have the money to pay people smugglers. In fact, many of the migrants were from SAFE, government-controlled areas, in no danger but able to travel freely and attracted by Merkel’s insane invitation to go and live an easy life in the West at the expense of European taxpayers.

Let’s start with the Vatican. St Peters is spacious isn’t it?
A_M_Swallow says
The Pope’s job as a Christian leader is to convert the Muslims to Christianity.
See Mark 16:15-16

> 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

The number of inhabitants in the Vatican State is around 1000.
The Vatican Bank manages $7.3bn of assets on behalf of its customers.
It manages $700m of equity which it owns.
It keeps gold reserves worth over $20m with the US Federal Reserve.
The CIA estimates Vatican State’s 2011 revenue to be $308m.
The value of the Vatican’s works of art must be close til ‘infinite’.
Summing all this together and adding the high moral ambitions of its clerical managers, we must conclude that Vatican’s quota of migrants is far too small.
Should the Vatican be subjected to the EU quota system, the Vatican’s migrant quota should amount to more than 10000 muslims.
Mr. Pope – tear down your wall around the Vatican!

Would be a lot more dignified and Dharmic (ethical) if migrants became enlightened&educated in their homelands&then went on to perfect themselves and the world. There is zero dignity in accepting handouts: these predatory migrations are a disgrace and simply encourages the criminal elements of society to go completely wild.
The global south must realize the leading cause of poverty (besides laziness) is in fact deranged belief systems such as Islam. Why when most genuine refugees are women&children are the majority of migrants to Western world states males? Islam creates a girlchild shortage wherever it goes – the most dysgenic&dystopian creed ever concocted by the mind of 7th century AD Venusian conman named MohaMad – crazy allah has three daughters – MohaMad is a crazy greedy arabian businessman – this would be laughable but 25 percent of the world wishes to emulate him –
Profit MohaMad -the crazy greedy businessman from arabia.. he is unworthy of being termed Prophet – his followers simply wish to acquire all the world’s maidens, lands and all the gold (yellow gold , rose gold , white gold and black gold (oil) – hence the term ProfitMohaMad – blame Jhalla (crazy) Allah.
Gold is sacred Only for India and Hinduism and 5/6 related creeds as Brahma is composed of Gold (Sona).
The real problem is 10 percent of Moslems are violent jihadists who would destroy the world many times over if they could. In a few short decades 30 percent of all homosapiens will be Moslem – slavery is foundation of islam – deprogramming could in theory work but history seems to show otherwise.

Open “letter” to “pope”: John 8:44 Read it if you can find a Bible in that mansion of yours. Amos 6:4
“Those who recline on beds of ivory And sprawl on their couches, And eat lambs from the flock And calves from the midst of the stall,” (NAS) will experience “woe.”
False shepherd, is what you are. Serpent, offspring of vipers, a whitewashed grave full of dead men’s bones, a dirty cup, filled with unclean things and teachings of demons.
You have no authority to tell others their responsibility, esp those of us who see you for what you are and who reject you as a “spokesman’ for Jesus Christ. Jesus does not need a spokesman. His words are clear and anyone can read them.
Christ has told us, commanded us, instructed us as to our responsibilities. He “speaks with authority.”
No one needs your bologna, your false teaching, your “utterances of demons.” So, wolfie, take the rafters from you own eyes before trying to remove the straw from the eyes of other people.
And don’t neglect to read Jesus’ words to you at John 8:44.

Francis won’t understand that, he does NOT worship the Lord Jesus Christ nor does he have a relationship with Him.
Pope Francis worships Allah, the destroyer of the human race.

That is why John 8:44 applies to this “pope”. Jesus said, in part, “You are from your father the devil and you wish to do the desires of your father….a liar and the father of the lie….and the truth is not in him.’ Jesus also said that the devil is a “murderer.” Like father, like son.
Blather says
The Pope is a liar and a communist. He is losing his base of white people and must replace them with the brown ones.

Except most of the brown replacements are Muslims and the Pope has convinced himself that Islam is every bit as good a religion as Christianity. But after all, the Muslims like Jesus too. In fact, I think the Muslim story about Jesus returning to Earth to kill all the Christians and Jews is something that the Pope should make mandatory for all Catholic children to learn, don’t you?

So how many refugees is the vatican taking in?
Peggy says
At first I was stunned that the Pope would be protecting Islam instead of Christianity. It took a while to sink in. Then I got annoyed that he would continue to put his own flock in danger which progressed to anger.
Now I despise him.
Every time I see his photo my body seems to react and I start to feel sick.
It’s as if I see the devil.
He just won’t stop leading people off that cliff. What’s it going to take for Catholics to start mass protests against this evil man? I wonder if most Catholics even see him for what he is or they are just so obedient to the church that they can’t allow themselves to see.
I understand how difficult it must be for the Catholics to accept what this man is. I might be resistant too if I was Catholic. I hope that I could. The whole thing is so tragic.
somehistory says
I could be wrong, but I think it has a lot to do with need….a person born into a Catholic family, going to church or just being Catholic, of that heritage, when they rely on it for spiritual needs…during a crisis, death in the family, birth of a baby….they depend on the pope to be faithful and someone they can look up to. the church is a place to go for advice and comfort.
If they hear or read what this guy is saying, they may be disappointed, or they may just be unsure of what is correct. So, they don’t protest.
It’s kind of like a woman who has a husband from a young age and has never had to depend on herself for money, or home repairs, etc. and then she finds out that her husband is an adulterer. She may hate the idea so much that she cannot sleep or eat…but she may not leave him out of fear of what would happen to her. The longer she lives with the man and her knowledge, the easier it gets. (I have been told by at least two different women that they didn’t leave their adulterous husbands for this reason.)
A person who depends on others to help him/her keep his/her faith in God, may feel he/she has no place to go for help when the “preacher” has feet of clay….so that one will deny there is a problem, and stay.
Peggy says
It’s really sad. People most likely can’t separate the Pope from the faith. Connection to God and Jesus has no bearing on the connection we find with clergy so protesting against an imperfect man is not a sin.
Like you said, people only know what they had since birth and this is exactly what people like this evil man exploit.
I have never looked at any member of any clergy as someone I can’t criticize. My connection to God is my own and it doesn’t go through anyone else.
Church is important because it symbolizes that faith but it’s in no way perfect.
Some would say, spoken like a true heretic. Ha ha.
somehistory says
All true. And Jesus Himself said, “Have faith in the Father. Have faith also in me.”
He did not say, have faith in the congregation, or “church,” or other men. He put ta lot importance on “knowledge of Him and His Father.” We can gain knowledge and may even have more knowledge than someone in church ‘authority.’
He said, “All of you are brothers.” And He indicated that all were equal when it comes to prayer by giving all of them the same instructions on how to pray and for what to pray.
Having others of like faith around for encouragement is good, but we don’t need them to go to God for us and if they fall, we can keep on standing.
And He told us what to watch for so that we would not be fooled by “wolves in sheep’s clothing” who are out to mislead God’s flock.

Steve's nephew says
Pope Francis: “Western world has “moral responsibility” to take in still more migrants.”
Actually our first responsibility is to protect and provide for the well-being of our children and grand-children. In order to do that, a responsible citizen must restrict the immigration of people whose agenda calls for raping, killing and intimidating anyone who disagrees with their ideology. I guess since Pope Francis, along with several other European leaders, is childless, he has not considered this more important responsibility.

The poor and middle class are the very people who are most negatively effected by these mass invasions of illegals.
Middle class and poor folk are the very people who will be and are now already forced to live amidst non assimilating, violent illegals. I think that Somehistory and Peggy are so right, I often thought of that before. You can be brought up in a religion and really be attached to it, but if you see that the leader starts to walk a total different way, don’t you investigate it and when proven, don’t you want to leave that”cult”, because that is what it has become,
then in my opinion you act the same as Islam. At all times I think it is highly necessary to follow what leaders are doing and which way they go, otherwise you become mindless and sheep who follow the leader at all cost. Think for yourself, about religion, governments, etc.
That is why they are getting away with everything. Get it in the beginning and show that you are not happy with it, otherwise they will eat you alive, they are doing that already.
