Germany: Elderly man who facilitated Muslim migrant influx gets kicked out of his own flat to accommodate migrants

An elderly social worker “who helped with Germany’s migrant influx in 2015 must move out of the flat he has lived in for 24 years. A 1990’s court ruling allows German municipalities to evict tenants to accommodate refugees if other options are exhausted. The senior German reportedly does not understand the municipality’s demands.”

74-year-old Klaus Roth states forlornly: “I put a lot of money and work into the apartment. I renovated it from scratch all by myself.” Note also that “Roth also has trouble moving after two intervertebral disc surgeries.”

Like so many, Klaus Roth thought he was being kind, tolerant, and accepting in embracing open-door migration. He did not calculate the cost. Like so many, Roth did not expect that he would experience personal loss. Some people’s losses, however, are far worse than his are. Many women have been sexually assaulted for being uncovered infidels. Others have been victims of jihad attacks.

This all stems from an unwillingness to investigate the truth about different cultures, and to face the reality of what is done in the name of Islam.

A 74-old senior social worker who helped with Germany’s migrant influx in 2015 must move out of the flat he has lived in for 24 years. A 1990s court ruling allows German municipalities to evict tenants to accommodate refugees if other options are exhausted.

Klaus Roth, a 74-year German national living in the municipality of Neckartailfingen, approximately 20 kilometers south of Stuttgart, must vacate the 150-square-meter apartment he has lived in for 24 years to accommodate Middle Eastern migrants, municipal authorities say, according to the Junge Freiheit newspaper.

Esslingen County has been assigned six new immigrants, in addition to 40 migrants already accommodated in the village.

The local council has reportedly decided to house the migrants in Roth’s flat, Mayor Gerhard Gertitschke said in an interview for Nürtinger Zeitung. In order to allow that, Roth must move to an apartment half as big, the report says.

The senior German reportedly does not understand the municipality’s demands.

“I put a lot of money and work into the apartment. I renovated it from scratch all by myself,” he told Zeitung. Roth also has trouble moving after two intervertebral disc surgeries, the report says.

A ruling by the Göttingen District Court from the early 1990s says a municipality can terminate a rent deal with a tenant in order to accommodate refugees if other options are exhausted. Roth rents the apartment from the municipality, the report says…..

      Here in the States, we have a depressing influx of lawmakers working AGAINST the best interests of the U.S., voted into positions of power by communities that only exist in our country because we’re so “welcoming” and caring to those in need.

      Wherever you live, (aside from maybe Hungary and Poland) this is coming to your doorstep…

    • Even if you’re the most compassionate person on Earth, on what basis do you even feel bad for this guy? His thought process was something along the lines of: “Just let them all in and it will work itself out somehow, it won’t affect me whatsoever. The most important thing is to show everyone how virtuous and compassionate I am, unlike those filthy racist neo-Nazis who support AfD.” Well ding-dong mf, the eviction committee is here!

      I get that he was being subjected to self-hating anti-German denigration for 74 years, but a hard wake up call is the only way to learn the truth, though I doubt even this will do the trick; it takes a lot more than getting evicted to undo 74 years of brainwashing. It reminds me of rape victims not reporting and even standing up for their muslim rapists in Sweden. It just goes to show that hardcore leftists are a lost cause who severed all connections with reality and are living in their fantasy land. The only difference between leftists and mental health patients is that the latter are safely locked up in mental asylums, while the former are out in the open endangering everyone around them.

    • I feel bad when I see a story like this because I have to say,rs however cruel it might sound, that it is only right that he be evicted. I am sorry he has to suffer – no one should suffer, but he was also very stupid. Should everyone else pay for the stupidity of otherts? In as far as possible, no. They should pay for their own stupidity. Did he stand up for any of the thousands of German women and girls (and little boys, too) who have suffered? Whose side was he on then? I think that when there must be an eviction, all of those who promoted migration should be evicted first. Those who opposed it should be the last to be put out of their homes. His physical problems did not prevent him promoting this mess. He has no right to complain now. If you fill your country with savages you must feed, clothe, house, educate them and take care of their health needs. Tell this man that you don’t perform brain surgery without a license and you don’t promote mass migration into you homeland without investigating you your country will handle it. You don’t bring people in and expect others to pay the price while you sit comfortably in the apartment you have fixed up to your taste. These rape victims are on your hands, Klaus. Deal with it the best way you can. Maybe one day you can rent your flat back from your migrant landlords or your idiotic government. One of the two groups will own it. You are a massive loser. No tears here. And that makes me sad. I just can’t feel sorry for you.

    • They are still in power, just look what Dems and their allied RINOs did to gut our border security If a Dem or a RINO is elected as President, which is likely due to massive voter fraud from illegal aliens, then our goose is cooked. If Hillary had won, it would be done by now and we would have been disarmed in the process.

Can’t they just put up the migrants in the place the German will have to move to? Have they gone totally insane over there?

      • 150 sq meters one German..75 sq meters six camel jockeys ?…there would be little room left for family reunions they wouldn’t be able to fit more than 35 in a tiny apartment like that.

  4. The irony of poetic justice in this case is so overwhelming and must be a lesson in life for so many on the left and those SJW’s that constantly espouse that mass migration is good for our socities.

    Of course we must have empathy for a 74 year old who is unable to freely move around due to injury, but at the same time one has to shake ones head at the absurdity and stupidity of his ideological outlook for one who has lived so long and should have learned some lessons from his life experiences.

    Brings to mind the saying “If a man is not a socialist at 20, he has no heart. If a man is not a Conservative at 50, he has no brain.”

    It’s too bad that he has to be removed to accommodate those he helped get into his country, but his situation must shine some light on the inherant problems of mass migration for those who have a similar left leaning social bent toward bringing in more migrants.

They’re less like migrants and more like conquering invaders with all their terror and rape and procurement of our lands. According to the left we don’t have feelings worth considering, our hardships don’t matter, we must all be willing to give up everything so muslims can impose their will upon us. And that’s what’s happening, our leaders are facilitating the destruction of our entire way of life for muslims. This all deserves a revolution in our defense, yet amazingly so many stay passive. We need to turn this around fast or we all stand to lose our homes to islamic aggression, and our lives, our freedoms, and ultimately our nation.

  8. With capitalism you get opportunity for the willing. With socialism you get robbed by the unwilling. If you’re born into socialism, you probably won’t know the difference until you’re personally robbed into a lower economic level. And how low can it go? Venezuela is a poster child for socialism.

    • You hit the nail on the head. Actually, the offending party is the welfare state; the socialism is not necessary, although probably has a creeping presence.

      With the welfare state, the contract is, you submit your income and in return, you are guaranteed to be taken care of by the state. There is no such thing as property rights in the arrangement. Inevitably, once people depend on the welfare state, even productive peoples like the Swedes, they get the rug yanked out from under them.

      The reason is that their rights are not fixed in property, but in the shifting regulations of the state. In this case, the state didn’t even have to assert eminent domain, since the government was the owner of record of the apartment. They simply had to send him a notice, and the oversight apparatus of the welfare state agreed with the administration of the welfare state. How surprising.

      It’s a graphic example that free rent is not really free. Once you give up your freedom and pride as property owner and responsible being, you subject yourself to bureaucrats and agencies themselves blown by political pressures.

      Best single thing I ever did was take the advice of my financial adviser and pay off my mortgage outright as soon as I could. Screw the bank. I don’t have to listen to them or pay any attention to what they want. I was working with another adviser who literally had a fit when I told him about the advice. He thought I could save a few dollars by carrying a mortgage and deducting the interest.

      If you match your freedom against a few dollars, you are setting up the natural process by which you lose your freedom. I don’t say you deserve it, but that’s the natural law.

    • This same thing happened some time ago to a little old lady….who had not invited them in. It is possible that even if he had not been accepting of the “migrant refugees,” he would still be turned out when the government needed housing for the moslim hordes.

        • Soon there will be many Germans you may develop sympathy for. This is not a single case. He is not the first one and won´t be the last one who gets kicked out of his home in order to make place fot the invadors. In 2015 and 2016 there have been several cases of kicking out elderly poeple out of their homes because they took up too much space that were then given to the invadors. At some Point the communities are no longer willing to build new houses for them.
          Right now it is in discussion that all elderlies should be demanded to move into smaller apartements so that the “Newcomers” have enough space.
          The dispossession of Germans is right now in ist beginnings.

    How could the Germans be so stupid as to have accepted such an outrageous law which puts the rights of “refugees” above those of the indigenous, white, Christian, German people? Or was it quietly slipped through by the PC/multikulti/diversity brigade in their determination to culturally “enrich” German society?

    Virtually all of Germany’s “refugees” are from the world’s two most backward and violent cultures: Muslim and black African. Anyone with half a brain could have predicted how that would turn out for German society.

    The time for rebellion was in the 1990s when this law was passed, it may be too late now.

    • It makes you wonder when in the 1990s the court decision happened, and when the court case started. Given how slowly these things can move it may well have been a reason around the Berlin Wall and the Iron Curtain.

      But if it started up after that, well, then they’ve got it coming.

    • I have never heard of this court case until I have read this article. But it would not have changed much if it had apeeared in the media. No German would have dared to contradict in the 90ies, because they would have been scared to be called Nazi back then.

  12. This is what happens when people are dependent on the government for shelter. If he owned his own home, and was not renting from the “municipality”, it’s unlikely this could happen. This is the scourge of Socialism…everyone is subject to the whims of the STATE.

  14. If he had been a man of 40 when the invasion began, he might not have been so willing. If he had been a younger man, he might have asked more questions about those to whom he was thinking of extending kindness.
    When people get old, they don’t always manage to see things clearly. He may have been that way when younger, but only he might be able to answer that.

    I have known really intelligent people, and then they grew old and some of their thinking ability seemed to evaporate and leave them to be easily fooled. Such people are the reason that scams work…those that talk older people into clearing out a bank account so the FBI can catch a criminal; or they buy gift cards because someone over the phone claimed to be a grandchild and told the elderly person money was needed, etc.

    So, even though he welcomed the moslims, he had been fooled into thinking it was a kindness, and I can afford some pity for him upon losing his home. Where will he go? Does the government care about him? NO.

    • It is not his home. It’s the Municipality…they can evict him anytime they wish..Isn’t socialism wonderful? Everything belongs to the government that will take care and protect you. A government that is strong enough to give you everything is strong enough to take everything from you.

      • He may not have “owned” it, but it was his “home” as he lived there for 24 years.

        In the U.S., the government can take a property, even when the person does “own” it, having paid money for it, lived on it, paid property taxes for years…if they decide they wish to tear it down for roads, etc, or to allow a company to build other things on the property. It is known as “imminent domain.” And it is unfair, just as putting this old man out of his “home” so others can live there.

  16. We’ve got to do better than this, people. Seriously. Here we have a guy who was born when the last shells of WW2 were still screaming overhead. Chances are that he was born to Nazi parents. Chances are also that he was a child of war rape (a great many German women were raped by the Soviet soldiers as they swept through). Chances are he was an orphan. Whichever way, he grew up amongst ruins and lived on a diet of potatoes, amongst adults dealing with guilt, confusion, disillusionment and loss (of everything). How many times and how far and under what conditions did he have to move as a child before he could settle anywhere? Regardless of the truth, falsehood, propaganda or delusion of it, imagine what goes through this old man’s mind when he sees what to him looks like thousands of people fleeing war? That’s what they tell him. What other sense can he make of it? He wants to help, as he had begged others to help him.

    If this man were not of the generation that he is, but 30 – 50 years younger, then yes, I’d say there’d be a fair chance that the characterisation of this bloke we read here is justified. But even so. Is *he* the problem here? How does a supposed “democracy” make a law that disenfranchises its own citizens so much that they turn on one another? When was the last time German authorities used the law to evict their own citizens? Yes, that is the question. And yet western Germans seem totally oblivious to the monster they are REcreating. Only in eastern Germany do people recognise this for what it is: fascism. This poor guy was born to the strains of “Nie wieder!” and it seems he will leave this world to the strains of “Schon wieder!”

    This is a truly tragic story. Let us leave inhumanity to those who believe that raping and mutilating and stoning and killing are godly virtues.

  17. Being multicultural, politically correct and ignorant can often come back to bite you in the ass. As here.

    Much of the West is in “dumb mode” at present. A large part of the reason is the unholy trinity I just mentioned above—1) multiculturalism (which only the West engages in); 2) political correctness (which only the West engages in); and 3) ignorance (which is certainly not exclusive to the West but can be found all across the globe but the West’s current ignorance of what Islam intends for all mankind is an “extra special” ignorance which is civilization-destroying and thus really, really stupid).

    • No they are not. The Germans, along with the French, bought into the EuroArab Dialogue and EuroArab agreements a very long time ago. Without telling their citizens.

  20. Islamic invaders are being put ahead of the native population all over Europe. I am sure it must be some law from the EUSSR that makes this mandatory. Here in the Netherlands when they build new council housing in some places ALL OF IT goes to these Islamic invaders. Meanwhile the Dutch citizens remain on the waiting list. In Amsterdam we can wait 18 YEARS for a council flat, but as soon as an asylum seeker gets his permanent status, he gets a flat (+ up to EUR 10.000 to buy furniture) + of course welfare and free health insurance etc. If we cannot turn things around with the coming elections, I think the people in Europe will ultimately not have any other choice but to start murdering their politicians, it would be sheer self defense. The population of the four largest cities in The Netherlands is now more than 50% non-Dutch. And our politicians are PROUD of the “diversity”. And don’t underestimate the effect the media have of dumbing down the masses. They are actively not informing or misinforming the public, so people who don’t get their news from the internet keep on voting for the same old political parties. It is absolutely disgusting what is happening here.

  23. This is how dhimmitude looked during the Muslim conquests. Allah (alter ego of Muhammad) promised Muslims the world and other people’s properties, that is, non-Muslims. There are still Muslims believing that today. Muslims didn’t build much except for the obnoxiously placed mosques, and even then, some mosques were made out of churches or the ruins of them. (Note: Palestinians would ruin the Holy Land.)

    This was a terrible rule they put in. It’s sort of like eminent domain except that eminent domain is supposed to be for some public interest. How awful to tell someone who has lived there so long and enhanced the apartment that they have to move. Why don’t they build houses or apartments for the refugees?

    A couple of years ago workers came to their job at a 5-star hotel only to find out it had been turned into a refugee shelter. No notice was given to them. One person had worked there for 20 years. There were also some businesses in the ground floor and they were screwed over too. So they ruined business. Then they want food as they like it…

    I don’t think the old guy expected anything would happen like this. There are quite a few Europeans who have lost the veneer of altruism they had once it’s come back to bite them or they see how beloved places are getting crappier or the rise in crime and rape. Enough is enough.

  25. Exactly the same happens in Sweden. In southern Stockholm, a group of pensioners were evicted from their inexpensive apartments in a ‘seniors’ housing. The ‘socialdemocratic’ municipality started by lying to the pensioners, telling them that they had to move temporarily, due to redecorating and repair of the apartments. When the pensioners accepted the arrangement, they were told that they could not return, as their apartment now were assigned to the migration “Herrenvolk”. So, now many 70 years old poor pensioners are thrown out of their last refuge on this earth – to give place for a bunch of lazy bums from islamistan.
    This dirty dealing with defenseless old people is spreading everywhere in “civilized” EU countries. There seems to be no limit to the atrocities done to pensioners, who built the wealth of today’s Sweden. The Swedish political Elite should be ashamed of themselves – throwing ols peaople to the islamic wolves!
    The pensioners probably votes for the “Sweden Democrats” party in the future.
    Throw the Elite out of their apartments and private houses – so the may experience how it is to be shunned by your country.

    • In the Polish town of Oświęcim in the Voivod region of Małopolskie, there is a huge village erected by the Germans during WW2.
      It will hold thousands of German citizens, evicted from their homes in Germany by their own government.
      In that location the Germans may contemplate how it is to be deported from your own homeland and replaced by hostile people.
      The German government did the same thing – on an earlier occasion with other German citizens.

  36. So, he was wrong about the moslims. He was wrong about his government too, or he would have thought about them taking his place away from him to give to those he wished to help.

    However, I believe wholeheartedly in what Jesus Christ said about “judging without mercy having one’s own judgment without mercy.” it doesn’t hurt me one little bit to feel a little sympathy for the old man. He has learned a hard lesson. Perhaps he’ll share that knowledge with others as a warning.
