I didn’t run the video here because it made me sick, but Danish authorities have another motive: they want to make sure that as few people as possible realize the nature and magnitude of the global jihad.
“And to prove that this beheading video won’t deter other young women from backpacking in Morocco, the liberal Independent news site in the U.K. is promoting backpacking trips to Morocco for single young women in celebration of International Women’s Day.”
If any more tourists are beheaded, the Independent will have their blood on its hands.
“Denmark: 14 people face prosecution and up to 3 years in prison for sharing Moroccan beheading video,” Voice of Europe, March 8, 2019:
Danish police have charged 14 people for sharing a video on social media purportedly showing the murder of Danish hiker Louisa Vesterager Jespersen and her Norwegian friend Maren Ueland in Morocco last December, Danish Radio reports.
The video, shared by 14 Danes, six of whom were minors, showed the beheading of Jespersen with what appears to be a kitchen knife.
Twelve of the people were charged with unauthorised disclosure and invasion of privacy, which can be punishable with up to three years’ imprisonment. The remaining two were charged with publicly approving of the killing of the two women, which is punishable with fines or up to two years’ imprisonment….
15 Moroccan men were charged for the attack classified as a terrorist attack. Despite the fact that the suspected killers swore allegiance to Daesh, the Moroccan intelligence service later rejected the idea that murder was coordinated by the so-called “Islamic State”.
Had the video not been shared, the killers of these young women might never have been arrested for this gruesome crime. The Moroccan authorities were pressured into finding the killers because of the sensation generated by the video.
The liberal “thought police” are irate about this video because it shows what’s really happening, and anyone who tries to wake anyone up will be charged with “hate” crimes and other nonsense.
And to prove that this beheading video won’t deter other young women from backpacking in Morocco, the liberal Independent news site in the U.K. is promoting backpacking trips to Morocco for single young women in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Having been in Morocco during the September 11th period of 2012, whereby the Benghazi (H is silent)
tragedy and debacle occurred that coincided with riled riots throughout North Africa, I was glad Morocco kept a lid on the violent nature of radicalized Muslims. Out in the desert things were very vulnerable, yet also beautiful. So many stars in the night sky….
One can only appreciate how Mauretania Provence was during the Christian period, post-Roman Empire.

Personally, I can’t stomach gruesome violent media content. However, if there was a remote possibility I could identify a murderer in the commission of snuffing out a life, I would feel an overwhelming obligation to view such content.
There will always be a few sickos that get off on watching grotesque videos. That’s just the way it is.
eduardo odraude says
I have never watched such videos because I’m concerned about what they might do to my soul or even to the functioning of my brain. But perhaps such concerns are misplaced. Soldiers see horrible things up close and most of them seem to come out okay…
Many people are in denial about Islam, and when Muhammad’s behavior is mentioned, such people can’t bear to think about it. They think, “Well, what do you propose, that we kill them all?” Thinking that only violent, fascistic solutions are available, the deniers then decide that the best strategy is to stick one’s head in the sand, and the discussion ends.
The human capacity for denial was brought home to me when I was a child and one of my siblings accidentally stepped on a nail, which went all the way in so that only the head of the nail was visible. If that had been me, I would have accepted there was nothing to be done but yield to the fact that the nail had to come out, even if it would be scary and would hurt to remove it. But my sibling literally ran away from my father who wanted to remove the nail. My sibling loudly cried that the nail should be left there! The same contrast showed itself when I and my sibling had to get a shot at the doctor’s. I stood still and took the shot, while my sibling literally ran around the doctor’s office trying to get away from the shot! We were both young boys, and my brother was older than I. The reality-denial necessary to be able to engage in such behaviors is astonishing, yet lots of people are in similar denial about Islam, in an effort to temporarily escape necessary and unavoidable suffering.
Ashley says
Thanks for that, Eduardo. I especially liked the nail story!
I think you could view the video and your mind and soul would remain intact. You would be viewing it with a full heart and as such be repulsed, enraged and appropriately disgusted by the sheer savagery. That can be a good thing. Uncomfortable, painful…but good.
I only saw one such video…the decapitation of Daniel Pearl. I threw up. I could only imagine what Daniel’s family and friends experienced when the video aired on television (with a strong warning that the content was graphic and disturbing.) I need never view such material again.
Be well, friend.

Ashley and Eduardo, I have watched such videos, even though they sicken me–including one where it was *a child* beheading victims (an adult had to come in to finish the beheading, as the child was not strong enough). They made me ill–I only watched them because I thought it important to realize *exactly* what we are up against.
But I certainly respect those who are unable to stomach watching them at all–God knows this is understandable.
Jean (old) says
eduardo odraude
Your concerns are not misplaced. It is in itself bad for the soul to watch the degradation of another human being. It will set a numbing process in motion and become a blemish on the soul. Ordinarily, I warn other people to be aware that watching others suffer is, in fact, a form of active participation in their degradation. It is willy-nilly to assume the perspective of the torturer.
However, in the present case, the *suppression* of the video actually amounts to an even worse assault on the victims’ humanity. The true fate of the two women was meant to be erased from public consciousness. It would have been if not for the video. But this would have been the ultimate contempt for their memory.
I therefore argue that this video should be publicly available to challenge the political denial of reality. It should be there as a witness to the true consequences of islam as an ideology, and also to confront the nailfooters (thank you for that wonderful illustration) with our collective responsibility to avoid any repetition of such events. The first step towards prevention is being honest about the danger islam poses for non-muslims.
But that does not change the fact that *only* a nailfooter can benefit from watching this video. Someone who already has owned up to the truth (as you have) and already does all he can to counter evil, has nothing to gain from watching a woman die cruelly.
elee says
Can it really be “politically incorrect” to call Islam a murderous and despicable cult of evil? What have we come to?

If I were putting my people in that much danger, I wouldn’t want the truth to come out either. How awful!

This is what happens in a country that does not have an equivalent to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Remember, the official policy of 180 of the 196 member countries of the United Nations is that they see no value in the First Amendment.
eduardo odraude says
Ed Lee, could you say a bit more about “the official policy of 180 of the 196 member countries…etc.”
Where is that official policy stated?
Thanks.
Ed Lee says
In my reading about First and Second Amendment issues, I found that statement several years ago. I did not save the article or a link to it (I sorely wish I had, now). Hopefully some searching of U.N. web sites and publications may turn it up.

Ed, that is *horrifying*. If you find this article again, please pass it along to us.

Ah, right. And there are no jihad murders in the US. I don’t like talking like this, but it’s the one with the watertight First and Second Amendments that got 9/11.
And Eduardo is right: show us the policy.
gravenimage says
This is true, Anjuli. The First and Second Amendments do not all by themselves make us impervious to Jihad terror attacks–but they still make us safer overall.
If you cannot even talk about the horrors of Islam, you are in even worse trouble.

In some cases this *is* true–and I am glad to see it. Some borderline Muslims see this barbarism and are disgusted by it and leave Islam.
But there is no doubt that ISIS also *inspires* pious Muslims to greater savagery.

None of the nations with a legacy of Royalty has a true democracy or representaties who don’t consider themselves as rulers. Illogical laws should be expected.
gravenimage says
Western Europe–including those with a legacy of royalty–used to be pretty sane. In the last few decades, not so much…
And the Danish Royals–as well as the Dutch and English Royals–became rallying points against Fascism during WWII, so they have not always been forces against freedom and democracy.
Walter Sieruk says
The brutal cruel murders of those two young Scandinavian women by those vicious jihad–minded Muslim who hate females , Westerners and all people who are not Muslims with a malicious murderous demonic passion are a very harsh reminder of the the subject of Capital Punishment those who go outside a protest against the state government using of the death penalty and holding up signs show the words printed on them “Thou shall not kill”, those four words which are the sixth commandment , Exodus 20:13. are taken form the AUTHORIZED KING JAMES VERSION translation of the Bible of the Ten Commandments . By and large the A.K.J.V.is a good translation yet not a perfect one. For Jewish and Christian scholar who understand the original Hebrew which the Old Testament , some call it the “Older Testament “, of the Bible which was first written in Hebrew, the point the those scholars will inform all who are willing to listen that the word was “Murder”” and not “Kill” in the original Hebrew of which the First Old Testament was written.
There is a vast different between those two words “Killing “and “murder “, for example a dictionary definition of the word “Murder” is “the unlawful and malicious act of killing another person.” In contrast “Killing is defined as “To put to death or to slay”
So the anti-capital punishment people who quote Exodus 20:13 in the A.K.J. V. might also look up that same specific verse in the NEW KING JAMS VERSION and see how it’s put right by reading “ You shall not murder” For in the very next chapter in Exodus 21:12 it reads “He who strikes man so that he dies shall surely be put to death.”
Further, in the New Testament the Bible reader in Roman 13:1-4 that not only are governmental law enforcement forces are ordained by God to hold back and stop the criminal and wicked activities by evil and dangerous men. This also this may extent to the criminal courts which h included punishment for the evil doer. If the Bible student examines more closely the specific verse number four he or she will discover that the scripture even refers to the government executor as type of minister of God to punish such men.
Such even men as those malice –filled Muslims males who cruelly murders those two girls
In conclusion the people who use their constitutional right to speak out against capital punishment do and should have the right of freedom of speech and expression to let other know how they feel on the subject of capital punishment. Nevertheless they either don’t know or do know but couldn’t care less that they are misusing the Bible in quoting Exodus 20:13 out of context.
Some of the anti –capital punishment feel might feel real righteous and pious by quoting that single verse out of the whole Bible , still in spite of the “pious emotions” some of them might have ,they are still misusing the Bible.

Hard to know *what* the motivation is here–are these Jihadists hoping for more of the same, the morbidly curious, or those who are actually horrified by this and are trying to stop it?
I have not seen this video, but I have watched horrifying beheading videos from the Islamic State–would I be subject to arrest in Denmark for having done so?

For the liberal Independent news site, promoting their Muslim love message is far more important than a few more beheading victims.

Denmark, like most other EU countries, have entered a secret unpublished pact.
The participating countries commit themselves to cover up for any muslim transgression of any law.
The do it to 1) hide the criminal treasonable acts of their morally corrupted politicians in power, 2) pretend that the criminal young muslim males are indistinguishable from normal ethnic European young males, 3) persecute and silence people who refuse to accept criminal muslims as ordinary citizens.
No matter how full of hate and spite the muslims appear, the MSM have tons of psycho- socialogical explanations for muslims deviant behaviour.
One of the Danish TV channels are currently running a series of manipulating ‘documentaries’, with the purpose of depicting parasitic muslims as ordinary Danish citizens. Joseph Goebbels could not have done it better in Germany in his time. The Elites of Europe are determined to replace the original population with just about anybody who can say ‘asylum’ and who can deliver cheap labor to the greedy investors in EU.
Jean (old) says
One of the 14 people charged is a public figure, the blogger and activist Jaleh Tavakoli, an Iranian refugee and apostate from islam. Last year, she published the book “The public secrets of islam” (in Danish). Her main theme is the necessity to be completely honest about the problems intrinsic to islam.
On her homepage, she says (in English): “Islam’s public secrets must be highlighted and the future of Islam in the West discussed. It is precisely what the book tries to contribute to, at a time when Islam is preferably not discussed. There are many obstacles in this debate, fear of threats, harassment and violence, but also fear of being accused of racism. In addition to the fears we have some Muslim dishonesty in the conversation about Islam.”
http://www.jaleh.dk/ioh/
The charge against her highlights the political nature of the move. I hope she will be interviewed in English to spread international awareness of this disgraceful persecution of dissent.
For God’s sake nip it in the bud, Danes, before it becomes the norm.

The news about two young women being beheaded was bad enough for me. I did not go to the actual film of the deed. But I will not object to people who want to disseminate and view the film. I live in a country which ha freedom of the press and freedom of speech. Yes, some are prurient and perverted, some want to cheer the criminals, but some will indeed want to use the film as a warning.
These Scandinavian girls and those bicyclists in Tajikistan stand as warnings that EmCeePeeCee relativism gets people killed. There are nasty and dangerous parts of the world, and it is wise to stay away from them unless you have counted the costs and have an overwhelming reason to enter them.
Please do not say these two girls had it coming. These deaths are tragic, and if the perps get hanged, so much the better. Instead pray that these killings will wake up more people to the evil that is afoot.

I saw the video. I wanted to see if she suffered and she did because it wasn’t fast; it is actually not easy to do it with a knife so he pushed her lying face down and she was in panties and a top and carved her like one carves a roast. Another shot show him tossing her head on the ground with her long hair all matted by blood. This may be morbid to say but like our soldiers dragged by rope on the streets of Somalia re Black Hawk Down, sometimes you have to know the depravity that exists and not sweep these acts under the rug which does dishonor to the deceased.
Arresting these people serves no purpose and others online said the girls deserved it for their stupidity but often that’s flippant talk. The Independent advertising hiking in Morocco is the same kind of attitude have had that have also been murdered-those who want to show the world is full of wonderful people, love is all you need, blah blah. Britain has detailed travel warnings for countries.
