A Snapp taxi driver in Iran forced a woman out of his car “in the middle of a highway for not respecting the dress code” because she was not wearing the hijab. He was hailed as a “hero”, a “true Muslim” and a “defender of Islam”. Snapp is the Iran version of Uber. After being thrown out, a revolutionary court reportedly “summoned the passenger and later released her after forcing her to commit in writing that she would never disregard the Islamic dress code.”
The degrading treatment of women in Iran is sanctioned in Islam and is a staple in that country along with other Islamic societies. Muslim Uber drivers America have on many occasions adhered to the Sharia while at work. Some examples: A Palestinian Uber driver recently kicked two Jewish women out of his car; a Muslim Uber driver “yanked a nine-months-pregnant passenger’s service dog from her and slammed the pooch onto a Manhattan street because he did not want the animal in his car,” since Islam is unfriendly to dogs. Another Muslim Uber driver was fined for refusing to accept a blind woman because she had her guide dog. In Yew York City, six months ago, a Muslim Uber driver threw a gay man out of car, dragged him along the street, and told him that he’d be beheaded in his country. In California an Uber driver raped an infidel passenger, same in Detroit. A terrified passenger in Chicago jumped from the car when her Muslim Uber driver asked that she pay in sex; and a UK Muslim Uber driver canceled a passengers’ journey, saying “I don’t take Jews”.
How could anyone think that such ‘values’ are abandoned when Islamic supremacists immigrate to the West?
“Snapp Driver Who Booted Passenger Over Hijab Hailed As ‘Hero’”, Radio Farda, June 12, 2019:
An Iranian version of Uber has triggered a heated debate over the country’s strict Islamic dress code for women known as the hijab.
A female passenger in Tehran complained on Twitter on June 6 about a Snapp taxi driver who had forced her out of his car in the middle of a highway for not respecting the dress code.
The passenger also published the driver’s picture and details to back up her claim. In a following tweet, she maintained that Snapp had apologized to her for the inconvenience and reprimanded the driver.
Meanwhile, two hashtags in support of the abandoned passenger went viral on Twitter. The Persian hashtags, which translate as “Boycott Snapp” and “We delete Snapp” in English, have been used more than 100,000 times since June 9.
Under a barrage of criticism, Snapp issued a statement, saying, they have both worked with the driver who will continue to work for the company and also addressed the grievance of the passenger for her unfinished trip.
Conservatives rushed to defend the “pious” and “dutiful” driver, bombarding Snapp with sharp criticism. The driver was identified as Saeed Abed. “Enjoining good and forbidding evil,” the conservatives argued, is the duty of all true Muslims. Therefore, the driver is a praiseworthy person who deserves an award for making the right decision, they insisted.
Snapp responded with another statement on June 10 denying it had apologized to the woman.”Snapp had planned to file a legal complaint against the passenger for her libelous comment, but as she apologized and repented for her claim, the company decided not to use its right to sue,” Snapp maintained.
Reportedly, the passenger also apologized for her earlier statements.
However, a former students rights activists, Majid Tavakkoli, disclosed that a revolutionary court had apparently summoned the passenger and later released her after forcing her to commit in writing that she would never disregard the Islamic dress code.In an orchestrated move, the conservatives hailed the driver as a “hero,” a “true Muslim,” and defender of Islam. The monopolized state-run TV network hosted the driver in a show on primetime, and the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, met and thanked him….

This vicious anti-female This Islamic rough state of Iran which inappropriately has the word “Republic” in its title. For those brutally cruel mullahs and the others in power in Iran are steeped deep Islamic misogyny which is extremely malicious ,violent and oppressive to both girls and women. As the Bible Ecclesiastes 4:1 reads “ I saw the tears of the oppressed – and they have no comforter; power was in the side of the oppressors …” [N.I.V.]
Moreover,in Proverbs 28:15 very well describes such wicked characters who rule Iran as president Rouhani and ayatollah Khamenei . For it reads “Like a roaring lion or a charging bear is a wicked ruler over a helpless people.”
Furthermore, such a vicious mindset of heinous arrogance of Rouhani, Khamenei and the other hateful and spiteful misogynistic Muslim clerics of this “mullah regime” of Iran is reflected in the words from the Bible describing tyrannical villains in power of an oppressive regime. For Psalm 73:6—9 read “Therefore pride is their necklace:: they clothe themselves with violence. From their callous hearts comes iniquity; their evil ;their evil imaginations have no limits. They scoff and speak with malice; with arrogance they threaten oppression. Their mouths lay claim to heaven, and their tongues take possession of the earth.”

Is this not disgusting? I lived in Iran for a short time when the Shah was in power. It was much better then. They had a rising middle class and women, at least in Tehran, were comfortable without the hijab. Traveling through small towns the women were still in hijab mostly. The shah was trying to bring Iran into the 20th Century. I walked in Ghom, their holy Muslim city, in jeans and the young man who was Iranian who was with us said we needed to get out of town. I did not sense it as he did. We ate in a restaurant right next to the mosque. I have to say that after arriving in Greece I realized how repressive it felt in Iran. Although the Shah had his secret police eventually things would have loosened up.

Is there anyone left on Earth who still believes that a Reformation of Islam is possible?
WPM says
Reformation?? you be more likely to have reformation of the KKK or a hard core Nazi groups reformed then Islam. Islam has been around longer, has killed more people then Hitler ,Stalin and all other crazed dictators of the 20 century lumped together. Islam is the turd of all major religions , you can polish a turd, spray perfume on it , try to put photograph it along good food, fruit, flowers it is still a distasteful ,stinking, disease spreading turd. When will non-Islamic society come to the decision to flush it away with so many bad ideas from the past??

The Good Muslim (as opposed to the Good Samaritan) would take a woman into the wilderness and strand her there alone and helpless while stifling within himself all feelings of kindness and sympathy towards a fellow human being. How such action could be considered praiseworthy and good is completely astounding to me. Oh yes, please give people such as this all the nuclear weapons they want.

And we are told by muslimas in the west that hijab is a choice

Choice means wear the hijab ,or be walking rape bait for Islamic males!

She was lucky – she could very well ended up raped and killed, the body never to be found.

Grimly true, Angemon.

Seems a logical mind would want to know why he picked her up in the first place, if a “missing hijab” is so objectionable to him. Maybe it just became loose and she took it off to re-wrap it? Or he picked her up knowing he would drive her 10 Km out on the “Interprovince” (whatever their freeways are called), and kick her out. Either way, if this is what an Islamic “Hero” looks like, we should pray for their extinction.

Iran: Driver praised as “true Muslim,” “defender of Islam” for throwing no-hijab passenger out on highway
…………………..
This is what Muslims consider “heroic”…
revereridesagain says
The most infantile religion in the history of the world. And yes, I am counting cargo cults.
Terra Nova says
Islam does not understand the word “Heroic” For Islam heroic means killing, feeling superior to other races
or religions, tell everybody else what to do and how to do it. Then give them a platform on a TV station and they feel great and uplifted, they did “a good, heroic job.
Being really heroic, takes a lot of class too and courage, but what can you expect from people before they start to fight, they put civilians, women and children in front of them, and convince young men and women to blow themselves up, because they don’t want to be so heroic to do it themselves.
For them “heroic has a total different meaning.
I wonder if this mail gets accepted, because most of my mails are taken out already when I am still writing !

Oh, it’s been accepted, never fear.

Why did he pick her up in the first place? His duty is to drive her to her destination because he picked her up. In a normal society or western society where people are civilized, a passenger left in the middle of the night on a highway has recourse and can complain for a large compensation.
gravenimage says
He picked her up so he could force her out of his car in a dangerous place.
