Mohammad Hassan Al Bayati is a “refugee” from Iraq.
Sexual assault occurs in all cultures, but only in Islam does it have divine sanction.
One survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK said that her rapists would quote Quran to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam.
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
In this case, al Bayati’s victim was a child. This may have been because his reverence for Muhammad led him to think of children as sexual objects. Islamic apologists in the West routinely deny that Muhammad consummated his marriage with (i.e., raped) Aisha when she was nine, and go through all sorts of contortions to deny the evidence of the texts, but the fact that child marriage is accepted in wide swaths of the Islamic world, even by the directorate of religious affairs in once-“moderate” albeit now rapidly re-Islamizing Turkey, most clearly shows their dishonesty. The Diyanet wouldn’t approve of child marriage if it weren’t Islamic, as it explains in its own defense. And child marriage has abundant attestation in Islamic tradition and law.
“Islam has no age barrier in marriage and Muslims have no apology for those who refuse to accept this” — Ishaq Akintola, professor of Islamic Eschatology and Director of Muslim Rights Concern, Nigeria
“There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law.” — Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-‘Ubeidi, Iraqi expert on Islamic law
There is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.” — Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, prominent cleric and member of Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council
“Islam does not forbid marriage of young children.” — Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology
Hadiths that Muslims consider authentic record that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage:
“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).
Another tradition has Aisha herself recount the scene:
The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became all right, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Bukhari 5.58.234).
Muhammad was at this time fifty-four years old.
Marrying young girls was not all that unusual for its time, but because in Islam Muhammad is the supreme example of conduct (cf. Qur’an 33:21), he is considered exemplary in this unto today. And so in April 2011, the Bangladesh Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini declared that those trying to pass a law banning child marriage in that country were putting Muhammad in a bad light: “Banning child marriage will cause challenging the marriage of the holy prophet of Islam, [putting] the moral character of the prophet into controversy and challenge.” He added a threat: “Islam permits child marriage and it will not be tolerated if any ruler will ever try to touch this issue in the name of giving more rights to women.” The Mufti said that 200,000 jihadists were ready to sacrifice their lives for any law restricting child marriage.
This kind of incident is where such thinking leads.
“Sydney shopping centre security guard jailed for the indecent assault of a three-year-old,” by Georgina Mitchell, Sydney Morning Herald, August 27, 2019:
A security guard has been jailed for four and a half years after he led a three-year-old girl from a play area at a western Sydney shopping centre, indecently assaulted her in a stairwell and exposed himself.
The girl, who cannot be named, was playing at DFO Homebush with her sister on December 18, 2016 while her mother shopped for Christmas presents.
CCTV captures a security guard taking a three-year-old girl down a secluded corridor of a Sydney shopping centre. (No sound)
Mohammed Hassan Al Bayati, 30, received a report of a lost child and was captured on CCTV walking into the play area and kneeling down as he spoke to the girl.
He waited as she sat down to put her shoes on, then grabbed her hand just after 1.22pm and led her down a secluded corridor and into a set of fire stairs where he exposed his penis and touched her underpants. The pair disappeared for more than 11 minutes before the girl was brought back.
Al Bayati faced trial in the NSW District Court this year, where he was found guilty of taking/detaining with intent to obtain advantage, committing an act of indecency with a victim under 10 years old, and indecently assaulting a person under the age of 16.
On Tuesday, Judge John Pickering branded the crime “every parent’s worst nightmare” as he jailed Al Bayati for four and a half years with a non-parole period of two and a half years.
He said Al Bayati had the “audacity” to commit the offence in the first place, then the temerity to lecture the girl’s mother about leaving the child unattended when he took her back to the play area following the assault.
“The gall of the offender, in all the circumstances, to lecture the mother about the danger or risk of leaving the child in the centre when he ended up being the greatest risk is one of the more curious facts in this matter,” Judge Pickering said.
“Any mother should be entitled to leave their children in a busy shopping centre and not have any belief or expectation that someone who is actually there to look after the interests of people shopping in the centre will then create harm.”
Judge Pickering said the girl made a complaint to her father later that day, referring to a “police man” and “bum bum”, while the pair were walking the family dog….

Our Prime minister has stated that the offender will be deported after the prison time, unfortunately there is a possibility of a change of government before that. If the opposition get in that decision could be reversed.

I hope he *is* deported. This should be automatic.

I’m glad to see it.

On this particular case, I’d say that this man will definitely be deported once his spell in gaol is over. When Prime Minister Morrison announced that he will be deported, there was absolute silence from all sides. The lefties, who would usually start speaking up in defence of people who are threatened with being deported, were silent. The fact that he has offended against a 3 year old puts him way beyond being defended by anyone. No-one at all will support him. I saw the interview with the police on TV news and this offender is built like Mr Universe, like a gym junkie. I was thinking they’ll need a lot of police to control him when they drag him to the plane and to control him on his flight back to Iraq. Then again, people are so appalled that he offended against a 3 year old that I thought that there is a good chance that they’ll get him in gaol. I’m sure there would be quite a few people in the prison he goes to who are waiting to get some revenge on him for his crime against a 3 year old girl.
David says
I hope you’re right that fellow prisoners will be so disgusted by this pervert that they make his life hell and hopefully kill him.
He’s been given a measly four and a half year sentence, with a non-parole period of two and a half years. So he’ll be due for parole in only two and a half years and could perhaps be out of jail soon after.
If I was the father of the child that this pervert abused, I’d be waiting for him outside the prison gates.
If he was deported back to Iraq, what would stop him from going back to Australia under an assumed name?
tim gallagher says
David, yes, the thing that struck me about this was the reaction to Prime Minister Morrison’s announcement that this offender will be deported once his sentence is over. Total silence. No-one was going to speak up and say that he shouldn’t be deported. That’s a bit unusual. That is why I imagine the other inmates in the prison he goes to will also be waiting to give him a hard time. I think it was obviously how extraordinarily young his victim was that has made everyone sick and why no-one will speak up for him. Then again, I think that in a few years time, when they are about to deport him, maybe someone will say that he should be allowed to stay. That usually seems to happen, but probably not in this case.

Has some kind of law been legistated and past at some point in the last ten years or so that says ALL shopping center security officers (and security company tenders) in Australia HAVE to be muslim or islamic? If so, I missed it, and if not, then you could’ve fooled me there has been.

You have observed very correctly, it is ironic that most security guards in this country are for the most part the very people that we are seeking protection from.
Note also, as for the deportation, both sides of parliament here fully support this action.

(If we really have to tolerate a 6th century murder-and-enslavement cult in our midst, then) No Muslim should ever be unattended by tight surveillance.

Just makes me wish to slap the islam right out of him…to basically rape the baby girl and then lecture the mom on her parental responsibility.
If there had been no moslim in the mall that day, this child would have been safe, as no one else assaulted her.
No moslim can be trusted. All moslims have been taught from day 1 that they have a right to rape others, no matter the age. Because they have been taught this, they cannot be trusted to not rape the most vulnerable. Since they cannot be trusted, they should not be trusted. Since they should not be trusted, they should not be given jobs where they are in a special position of trust.
Such as …police in MN or security guards in Australia, or fraud investigators, or construction workers in buildings to be used by non moslims, as airline pilots, bus drivers, TSA workers, airport baggage, day care workers, school teachers, doctors, nurses, etc.
HURRAH for the child on telling her father and Hurrah for the father believing her and reporting it.

Good lord, *what scum*.
Also note that this child rapist was a *security guard*–someone many, perhaps most, people in the West would consider perfectly safe. Not so, certainly, if he is a Muslim.
God, I hate Islam.

Contact the U.N. about this obvious Islamophobia. She’s a child, a female and a kafir. Where are the four adult male Muslims to testify against him? And if he did commit whatever acts, don’t the Koran and the ulema both agree that kafir women of any age are free to any Muslim for the taking? Shouldn’t she be stoned as a fornicatrix?

This person should get the death penalty!
Trick_or_Treat says
The last person to be executed in Australia was career gangster Ronald Ryan, in the late 60’s (I think, if I remember correctly), at Her Majesty’s Prison Pentridge (same gallows trap-door that we dropped poor old Ned Kelly through too I believe) but there has been a moratorium / cessation of the death penalty in Australia since Ronald Ryan’s execution. Nevertheless, with some of the things that have been being perpetrated in recent years (ie, Ivan Milat ,etc, – Ted bundy, Unibomer, Charles Manson, et al, eat yer hearts out) there has been an ever growing, and louder and louder call from the Australian public for the Government to reinstate it nationally. I honestly can’t say I’ve been unsympathetic to this growing call – especially in the cases of some of these sickeningly evil cases where child abduction rape and murder are concerned. But there is always this big question overhead, how do we make sure that we get it absolutely right? There have been many historical cases (here in Australia, UK, and US) where after execution (sometimes many years after) the truth has emerged that it was actually an innocent person that was sent to their death. I can only imagine what the hangman would feel like if, after pulling the trap-door lever , after the govenor looked at his watch and gave the nod, you later learnt that you had dropped an innocent person – I don’t think I’d be able to live with myself after that. So it is imperative that, should the death penalty ever be reinstated, there has to be 101% absolute proven surety of the condemned’s guilt.
