Jihad Watch

Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Lyons jihadi says Allah ordered him to kill, authorities rule out terrorism and say he is psychotic

Sep 1, 2019 5:00 pm By Robert Spencer

It is apparently inconceivable to French authorities that a believing Muslim could read the Qur’an’s repeated exhortations to “kill them wherever you find them” (2:191, 4:89, cf. 9:5) and “strike the necks” of non-Muslims (8:12, 47:4) and get the idea that Allah was telling him to kill people. Why, Niazi must be psychotic!

“Attack in Villeurbanne: ‘the suspect says he heard voices insulting God and ordering him to kill,'” translated from “Attaque à Villeurbanne: ‘le suspect dit avoir entendu des voix insulter Dieu et lui donnant l’ordre de tuer,'” Le Progrès, September 1, 2019:

Nicolas Jacquet, a public prosecutor, held a press conference at Lyon District Court on Sunday at 3 pm to review the investigation into the murder and assassination attempt….

“There is nothing to show any radicalization of the person concerned.” His phone is being analyzed.

The suspect has no criminal history or psychiatric history.

He has been living in several European countries since 2014. He returned to France in June 2016.

He holds a temporary residence permit with a renewal application valid until 31 January 2020.

Intrusive psychotic state with paranoid delusions

“He says he is Muslim and has heard voices insulting God and ordering him to kill.”

He has a high consumption of narcotics, confirmed by a toxicological analysis.

He was the subject of a first psychiatric assessment this Sunday morning in the time of the custody. The expert said he was in a paranoid psychotic state with paranoid delusions with multiple themes including that of mysticism and religion….

Investigators are trying Sunday to shed light on the reasons that pushed a 33-year-old Afghan to spread terror on Saturday at the Laurent-Bonnevay metro station, killing one and wounding eight.

The terrorist hypothesis is not favored at this stage, the National Anti-Terrorist Office (PNAT) has not taken control of the case, but it is following the situation closely, says the Lyon prosecutor….

Agree … French police show ‘willful ignorance’ … Psychiatrists should know the difference between ‘DELUSION’ and ‘OVERVALUED IDEATION’.

Muslims imitate Mohammed who was undoubtedly OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE. When Muslims imitate Mohammed, they imitate his DISORDERED SYMPTOMS. Mohammed probably went completely mad at the end of his life, so his followers murdered him in his bed.

Islamic fanaticism is not a disease, but what is called ‘overvalued ideation’ by psychologists. Islamic fanaticism just looks like a disease because Mohammedans look like Mohammed when they follow Islam fanatically.

Nazis and Stalinists also had ‘overvalued ideation’ when they wished to murder anyone of a different background to their own.

Definition: overvalued idea is a false or exaggerated belief sustained beyond logic or reason but with less rigidity than a delusion.

Clinical Definition of Overvalued Ideation (Poor Insight) is conceptualized as the midway point between rational identification of obsessional thinking (intrusive ego-dystonic thoughts; Eisen et al., 1998; Insel & Akiskal, 1986; Kozak & Foa, 1994; Neziroglu et al., 1999) and delusionality (firmly held false beliefs with a lack of insight into the irrationality of the content of the belief).

Traditionally, obsessions and delusions were viewed as dichotomous; however, currently it is believed
that beliefs are better conceptualized on a continuum. A variety of disorders, such as body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), anorexia nervosa, hypochondriasis, schizophrenia, and delusional disorder, are among those that could be considered on this continuum. The BABS is based on this idea.

-An unreasonable, strongly held belief or idea. Such a belief is beyond the norm of beliefs held or accepted by other members of the person’s culture or subculture.

-overvalued idea: a false or exaggerated belief sustained beyond logic or reason but with less rigidity than a delusion, also often being less patently unbelievable. dominant idea one that controls or colors every action and thought.

Devout Islam leads to psychosis, so it’s hard distinguish between the two.

The authorities naturally don’t want to look at the blindingly obvious reasons why Islamic terrorists are sunk in psychotic violence.

They don’t open the Koran. For fear of being islamophobic..

The authorities seem to be the ones with mental issues: “no .. psychiatric history.” However; “Intrusive psychotic state with paranoid delusions”

He says he has been hearing “voices insulting God and ordering him to kill,’” So, he’s a *believer* in his fake ‘god’ and the voices **insulted** his ‘god’ and then “ordered him to kill” and he listened….to the voices that were “insulting” his ‘god.’

And the authorities decide it is not “terror.” why don’t they ask the surviving victims of this murderer if they felt terrorized?

  4. James Lincoln says

    Sep 1, 2019 at 5:28 pm

Cases such as these should be assumed to be Islamic terrorism unless conclusively proved otherwise using objective evidence-based logic.

The authorities are doing just the opposite: they go out of their way to prove that these cases are not grounded in Islamic terrorism.

The French citizens have the right to know why this is happening in their own country.

I don’t recall the story’s details but I gather, that he stabbed those who were not Muslim.
Now…that would be a religious crime, predominantly, with psychosis, if it is partly responsible, beind derived from Islamic teachings exhorting submission and or death to non muslims. Therefore after thousands of such attacks across any nation that takes in muslims, there would seem to be a direct connection between Islamic theology
and law, and psychosis. Now, if any religion could have a psychotic adherent who is a would be or actual murderer, we would find horror and shame on the part of those religions and adherents to them. With Islam, we find virtually no shame, and in fact the opposite: that it is dissallowed for anyone to posit any connection between the homicidism and Islam, even though the homcidist, the Jihadist directly quotes and or links Islam with his homicidism

If they allow the connection, then they see they must acknowledge that to allow more and more of these into the country, to roam free, to be heavy burdens, and to kill when they get the urge to….is reprehensible.

You could almost say that by definition, anyone who commits a murder is psychotic. But some commit murder because they were raised that way. Their civilization, such as it is, can be said to be entirely based upon theft, rape, slavery, piracy, and subjugation. The Quran was written by a warlord, after all.

And unlike other religions that preach tolerance, peace, and understanding, The Quran preaches terror.

So what can the French do? Well, if they put him in a mental hospital, they’re not likely to see him change.

I suggest applying the law of the Quran to him. He wants people to understand it, let him set an example.

Give him a death sentence, French style. A guillotine in public ought to make the point.

Why would his phone tell us if the jihadist had read something to radicalize him? Naturally, he read something or watched videos that radicalized him.

This whole procedure from the French authorities is very dishonest and misleading.

    • KWJ says

      Sep 2, 2019 at 8:18 am

They seem to be overly concerned with an outside party radicalizing people as if it’s just ISIS videos or some website. The Qur’an itself is a “radicalizer” too since it calls for killing non-Muslims and Muslim apostates.

As a Saudi woman TV commentator said, they are taught to memorize and repeat, repeat, repeat Qur’an verses. She said of the terrorists that these are your brothers, fathers, sisters, etc. Mosques and Islamic schools radicalize. Blasphemy laws make it worse too as we see mobs calling for someone who allegedly blasphemized to be executed…it’s constantly reinforced. If the person is a member of ISIS or not doesn’t matter so much when people are getting “radicalized” in mosques such as two guys who attended the Christchurch, New Zealand and then went to join Al Qaeda in Yemen. They were converts and got to know each other at the mosque.

Still, we don’t have enough information here. Non-Muslim people who have said God told them to drown their 5 toddlers in the bathroom as this woman in Texas did who was already know to be suffering from depression did, are doing something they inherently want to do. Iow, this woman could not handle so many kids while depressed and her husband was selfishly wanting more kids. But this murderer really has something backing up his “delusions.”

Of course the drugs would contribute to paranoia, depending what kind, sleep psychosis when you have continuous days with little sleep which happens a lot but is temporary. It could be that the drugs simply obliterated rational restraint not some plotted and planned murder or attack.

It wouldn’t even matter much if he heard others insulting his God because that’s in the Qur’an too. Muhammad tells all the things the Mexicans were saying about him…that’s crazy, has a motive, etc. That is in surah (chapter) “The Pen.” Delusions reflect what you know. So, he could be reading or thinking of the Qur’an, be druggy delusional, and think he’s back in the 7th century, he could even think he’s Muhammad for all it matters. People under psychosis have often thought they were famous people.

I guess we should keep tabs on how many Muslims do violence for religious reasons even if on drugs or mentally ill. In Europe, how many murders have there been where someone said God told them to do it? How many Muslims have?

If a Muslim has been to some schools in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Gaza, etc., they were radicalized. You can listen to all these preachers in mosques or in video that qualify as radicalizers too not just terrorist groups. Then these mosques lie…

If you read the Surahs in order of revelation you have to be mentally deficient NOT to conclude that Allah is telling people to fight, kill and be killed for Islam. It’s the way that the book is arranged that confuses so many people. In fact, I think most people lose interest in it and don’t read all of it because of the repetition and the many boring passages and the seeming lack of coherence. Much of what is in the Quran just doesn’t make sense unless you really do some research into it. The fanatics and the terrorists are the ones who have really gotten into it and understand it the best … and it makes them seem crazy because it’s one crazy book from the mind of a man who was either insane or demon possessed — or both.

    BREAKING NEWS!!!

Remember that article on here from the meeting in February between the pope and the imam and so on about the one world religion? Well the next stage to that one has arrived! I saw the article over on RATHEREXPOSETHEM blog under Sept. 1st, with a few pictures that I didn’t cut and paste, but I’m pasting the whole thing below and you guys can go access it there too if you wish. The actual source is LifeSiteNews, another great resource.

The next phase is the ‘implementation’ phase. See below:

“We have brought the world together as far as we can politically. To bring about a true world government, the world must be brought together spiritually. What we need is a United Nations of Religions.” Robert Muller – Former Assistant Secretary General at the UN

APOSTATE ONE WORLD CHURCH DEVELOPS: MULTI-FAITH COMMITTEE SET UP TO SPREAD POPE FRANCIS’ CLAIM THAT GOD WILLS “DIVERSITY OF RELIGIONS”
    SEE: https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/multi-faith-committee-set-up-to-spread-pope-francis-claim-that-god-wills-diversity-of-religions;
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
August 22, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – A multi-faith “higher committee” was announced this week to implement the “Human Fraternity” document signed by Pope Francis and a Grand Imam in February that stated, among other things, that a “pluralism and diversity” of religions is “willed by God.”

Prominent members of the committee that has been set up in Abu Dhabi include Pope Francis’ personal secretary Monsignor Yoannis Lahzi Gaid, Bishop Miguel Ángel Ayuso Guixot, President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, and Judge Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Salam, Advisor to the Grand Imam.

News of the committee’s formation was announced by Emirates News Agency, the state news agency, on Monday and confirmed by Vatican News, the Holy See’s news website, the following day.

The Committee has been tasked with “developing a framework to ensure the objectives of the global Declaration of Human Fraternity” for World Peace and Living Together are realized.” These objectives include the promotion of the “ideals of tolerance and cooperation,” according to Vatican News. It remains unclear at this point who formed the committee and gave the committee its mission.

Grand Imam of Al Azhar Al Sharif said the formation of the higher committee comes at a time when all peace lovers are required to unite and join the efforts to spread coexistence, brotherhood, and tolerance throughout the world, reported Emirates News Agency in an August 22 report.

The Grand Imam urged the committee members to spread the principles of the “Human Fraternity” document across the world so as to achieve security, coexistence, and peace for everyone, stressing that spreading the principles of the document would contribute to security and stability around the world.

The Declaration has been widely criticized for claiming that a “diversity of religions” is “willed by God,” a statement incompatible with Catholic doctrine. It says: “The pluralism and the diversity of religions, colour, sex, race and language are willed by God in His wisdom, through which He created human beings.”

Critics say this amounts to putting the Catholic faith and its worship of the God of revelation on a same plane with religions that do not worship the true God and deliberate reject Him. It also contradicts the teaching according to which there is no salvation outside of the Catholic Church.

In a direct exchange between Pope Francis and Bishop Athanasius Schneider that took place in March 2019, Pope Francis said that the phrase in question on the diversity of religions meant “the permissive will of God,” giving explicit permission to Bishop Schneider to quote his words.

Following his meeting with Pope Francis, Bishop Schneider told Diane Montagna of LifeSiteNews:

“I tried to go more deeply into the question, at least by quoting the sentence as it reads in the document. The sentence says that as God wills the diversity of sexes, color, race and language, so God wills the diversity of religions. There is an evident comparison between the diversity of religions and the diversity of sexes.

“I mentioned this point to the Holy Father, and he acknowledged that, with this direct comparison, the sentence can be understood erroneously. I stressed in my response to him that the diversity of sexes is not the permissive will of God but is positively willed by God. And the Holy Father acknowledged this and agreed with me that the diversity of the sexes is not a matter of God’s permissive will.

“But when we mention both of these phrases in the same sentence, then the diversity of religions is interpreted as positively willed by God, like the diversity of sexes. The sentence therefore leads to doubt and erroneous interpretations, and so it was my desire, and my request that the Holy Father rectify this. But he said to us bishops: you can say that the phrase in question on the diversity of religions means the permissive will of God.”

This private acknowledgment on the part of Pope Francis was not followed by any public clarification or rectification of the Abu Dhabi Declaration, which as it stands, still contains this troubling assertion that some critics say amounts to material heresy.

Despite this, in mid-March 2019, only a few weeks after Pope Francis’ private conversation with Bishop Schneider, the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue sent out a letter dated February 21, 2019, to Catholic university professors in Rome, asking them to give the Declaration the “widest possible dissemination.”

The letter’s signatory, Bishop Miguel Ayuso Guixot, secretary of the Pontifical Council, asked professors as well as priests and religious active in universities “to facilitate the distribution, the study, and the reception” of the Document.

The creation of a “higher committee” constitutes a further step in the promotion of a gravely problematic document, this time under the form of a joint initiative involving high-ranking members of the Catholic hierarchy and Muslim dignitaries of the prestigious Sunnite university of Al-Azhar in Cairo and others who share its (at least apparent) drive to implement a restructured, relativist type of Islam that also purports to accept a “diversity of religions” as compatible with the will of Allah.

Bishop Miguel Ayuso Guixot, who is now president of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Relations, is the higher committee’s most high-ranking Catholic member.

He has a long record of cordial relations with Muslim dignitaries. In January of 2016 – he had not yet been ordained a bishop at the time – Fr. Ayuso Guixot was the only non-Islamic participant at the First Forum of Arab Thinkers in Abu Dhabi on “Interreligious Dialogue and Extremism.” Promoting a “culture of the encounter,” he then encouraged all to pray according to their own traditions.

Also present in the list of members of the new Committee is Monsignor Yoannis Lahzi Gaid, personal secretary of Pope Francis. Mgr Lahzi Gaid is a Coptic Catholic priest who is fluent in Arabic, Italian, French and English and “always on hand,” according to the Emirati press, to translate for the Pope. He was named Second Secretary in April 2014 and was by the Pope’s side during Francis’ visit to the United Arab Emirates last February when the document on Human Fraternity was signed.

Arab members of the Committee include Prof Mohamed Hussein Mahrasawi, President of Al-Azhar University; Judge Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Salam, Advisor to the Grand Imam; Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi; Dr Sultan Faisal Al Rumaithi, Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders; and Yasser Hareb Al Muhairi, Emirati writer and media personality.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, said that the formation of the committee would “help to implement the shared vision of developing initiatives and ideas to foster tolerance, cooperation and coexistence,” according to the statement published by the Emirates News Agency. “The UAE supports all efforts that promote peace and spread the principles of fraternity and peaceful coexistence worldwide,” he added.

The higher committee has been given a global role, as it will be in charge of preparing “the necessary plans to implement the document,” and will “follow up on its implementation at regional and international levels, and hold meetings with religious leaders, heads of international organizations and others to support and spread the idea behind this historic document.”

The higher committee will also be the authority in charge of supervising the new “House of Abrahamic Family” whose construction was ordered in February by the Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Saadiyat Island in order to commemorate the “historic visit by Pope Francis and Dr. Ahmad Al Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al Azhar, which culminated with the signing of the Abu Dhabi Declaration that heralds a new era in the history of humanity.”

While the Abu Dhabi document declares that religions must “never incite war, hateful attitudes, hostility and extremism, nor must they incite violence or the shedding of blood,” its writers fail to take into account that Islam was imposed through violence, bloodshed and armed conquest, and that the Koran itself, as well as the Hadiths relating the life, deeds and words of the “Prophet” are full of calls to violence towards non-Muslims.

The whole document is also permeated with the masonic vocabulary of “tolerance” and “fraternity” that rests on the idea that all forms of “dogma” or affirmation of a transcendent truth are to be rejected, while religions accept to submit to the principles of the Enlightenment that allow, at best, for the affirmation of a global “spirituality” manifesting itself through a multiplicity of beliefs and traditions.

    End of article.

WELL, THE AGENDA IS MARCHING ON, JUST LIKE I KNEW IT WOULD, AND BY WHOM.

I must add a little dramatic humor here, so….

    dun… dun….dunnnnn!

islam makes its devotees exhibit anti-social, narcissistic, sociopathic and psychopatic personalities.

The denials may be there officially but the French state does not believe it.
I was in France yesterday. In Aix en Provence, and at Marseilles and Lille stations I saw 3 patrols of four French soldiers carrying weapons at the ready and moving in diamond formation.
Despite the emergency being officially lifted some time ago they DO understand the threat. Like other governments they are too scared to address the real problem.

all o these Mozzies are psychos for believing such Bullsh*t!! They claim Hitler was a “good” fellow! They’ve got a built in Defence for their lawyers: MOST have IQs less than 80! most will be around 40 – 60. Usually people like that are kept on the “Funny Farm” & usually only let out under supervision. Here, we give them wealth beyond their dreams that would NOT be available to them in their original Muslim countries & permit them to breed like bunnies. What a crazy Ponzi Scheme!
