In B’nai Brith Canada’s press release “Canadian Muslim Voting Guide: Federal Election 2019,” Islamic antisemitism and an insidious attempt to influence Muslims (especially young Muslims) in Canada’s recent elections is exposed:
B’nai Brith Canada is deeply concerned after learning that a federal grant was used to produce a guide instructing Canadian Muslims on how to vote in last Monday’s national election.
The “Canadian Muslim Voting Guide: Federal Election 2019” was released by the Canadian Islamophobia Industry Research Project at Wilfred Laurier University on Oct. 18, just three days before Canadians went to the polls. Its front cover acknowledges support from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), a federal agency that assigns research grants.
Disturbingly, one of the six “key issues” for Canadian Muslims unilaterally selected by the authors of the Voting Guide is support for the anti-Israel and antisemitic Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Movement (pages 18-20). The Voting Guide purports to assign a “Fail” grade to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for recognizing that BDS is a form of antisemitism that harms Jewish students on Canadian campuses, and gives the same failing grade to Opposition Leader Andrew Scheer.
As B’nai Brith notes:
Research by B’nai Brith shows that the Voting Guide’s lead author, Jasmine Zine, received $24,923 from the SSHRC in 2018 for a project called “Mapping the Canadian Islamophobia Industry.”
As rightly expressed by Michael Mostyn, Chief Executive Officer of B’nai Brith Canada: “It is totally unacceptable that government funds have been used to promote an antisemitic movement in Canada.”
Jasmin Zine, the lead author, is known to Jihad Watch. Two articles for reference:
- Canada: Muslim professor who claims she was assaulted at conference has long record of “Islamophobia” propagandizing.
- Canada: “Islamophobia” prof claims she was assaulted at conference, media runs with claims without checking.
In another article from Jihad Watch, “Canada: Conservative leader Andrew Scheer throws Tory MP out of Commons committee after confrontation with Muslim witness,” below are some players influencing the Trudeau government who were called to be “expert witnesses” in the Commons Justice and Human Rights Committee hearings, among them Jasmin Zine:
- Iqra Khalid – the woman behind Canada’s anti-Islamophobia Motion M-103. Read more about her jihadist connections HERE.
- Bernie Farber — a social justice warrior with contempt for those whom he calls “Bible-thumping ultra-Conservatives.” He also bullied a Toronto rabbi into revoking a signed contract to rent space at Beth Tikvah Synagogue for a Canadians for the Rule of Law Teach-In.
- Mustafa Farooq from the infamous NCCM/CAIR-CAN. Read all about the organization’s unsavory profile HERE. And last but not least:
- Jasmin Zine, who made a loud and embarrassing scene at the Canadians For the Rule of Law (CFTRL) Teach-In Conference during my panel presentation, where she was rude, disruptive, and screaming out of control, and continued to scare people as she circled the parking lot in her vehicle afterwards. She was physically removed from the discussion due to her uncooperativeness, violation of her terms in acquiring a ticket, and her general bad behavior, but she lied about the incident. She later claimed that she was “assaulted.” No such thing happened; nor were there any followup charges to corroborate her defamation and slander against Canadians for the Rule of Law. Robert Spencer wrote about Zine’s lies concerning the CFTRL discussion and her “long history of Islamophobia propagandizing” HERE .
In addition to being “totally unacceptable that government funds have been used to promote an antisemitic movement in Canada,” it is also totally unacceptable that Zine partakes in Commons hearings as an “expert witness” for the Trudeau government, and that she is a professor at Wilfred Laurier University, which is in cahoots with the Georgetown University Saudi-Funded Bridge Initiative. The Bridge Initiative releases “fake sheets” that they call “fact sheets” about people who they deem to be propagators of “Islamophobia.” I’m on their branding “list”, with plenty of reference to Jihad Watch. Wilfrid Laurier University also has a profile of Zine on its “Laurier, Inspiring Lives” domain: Laurier researcher investigating effects of Islamophobia on Muslim youth. When Zine made her embarrassing scene at the Canadians for the Rule of Law Conference, she brought students with her to share her “inspiring behavior” and subsequent lies about being a victim of “Islamophobia.” Now she’s spreading antisemitism, with full support from Wilfrid Laurier University in its anti-Israel voting guide.
It is refreshing to see B’nai Brith covering this case of antisemitism, which is entrenched but largely unrecognized among purveyors of the “Islamophobia” subterfuge.
It is time to connect the dots.
“B’nai Brith Canada Disturbed by Federal Funding for Anti-Israel ‘Voting Guide,'” B’nai Brith, October 25, 2019:
TORONTO – B’nai Brith Canada is deeply concerned after learning that a federal grant was used to produce a guide instructing Canadian Muslims on how to vote in last Monday’s national election.

The Voting Guide purports to assign a “Fail” grade to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for recognizing that BDS is a form of antisemitism that harms Jewish students on Canadian campuses, and gives the same failing grade to Opposition Leader Andrew Scheer.
In 2016, the House of Commons voted overwhelmingly to condemn the BDS Movement, as well as “all attempts by Canadian organizations, groups or individuals to promote the BDS Movement, both here at home and abroad.”
Research by B’nai Brith shows that the Voting Guide’s lead author, Jasmine Zine, received $24,923 from the SSHRC in 2018 for a project called “Mapping the Canadian Islamophobia Industry.”
“It is totally unacceptable that government funds have been used to promote an antisemitic movement in Canada,” said Michael Mostyn, Chief Executive Officer of B’nai Brith Canada.
“It is deeply troubling that taxpayer dollars were used to subsidize a document ‘guiding’ Canadians on whom to support in an election.”
The Voting Guide also alleges that “Zionist ideologies play a prominent role” in fomenting Islamophobia in Canada (page 6). No evidence is cited for this absurd and dangerous proposition.
In 2017, B’nai Brith condemned SSHRC funding for an art display at Western University that glorified the Palestinian intifada, or terrorist uprising. The organization has written to Navdeep Bains, the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, expressing concern over government funding for the Voting Guide. Other relevant government officials also have been made aware of B’nai Brith’s concerns.

If such a tax-money-funded guide were to come out telling Jews how to vote (Liberal) or telling Hindus how to vote (Liberal) or telling Presbyterian, would there not be an outcry?
This is a banana-republic-style program. The Libs should not be allowed to get away with such flagrant brainwashing.
If Muslims want to pay for their own pamphlets, they may do so in a free country.
The Libs are two-faced in almost everything they do. Blackface is unforgiveable only when a member of another party does it.

This sort of thing is against the law. Why wasn’t this info released BEFORE the election? , if it had been public knowledge perhaps a lot more people would have voted against turdolt. Have to wonder what B’nai Brith was thinking in not releasing it sooner. And to top it off, Canadian taxpayers footed the bill. Do you think if we asked nicely, they’d give it back?
This whole debacle speaks more than anything else to the need for electoral reform in Canada which the turd promised prior to getting elected the first time around. Rather than voting AGAINST something, with electoral reform people could vote for SOMETHING. And they wonder why there’s sooo much cynicism and mistrust.
His father (not the biological one – fidel) started this dreadful mess when he really screwed the western provinces and the turd is continuing with the policy.. If the west secedes will consider moving there. Most of the big Canadian cities are now dysfunctional with their govts giving precedence to newcomers rather than looking after our own most disadvantaged. Here, I’m thinking about our homeless veterans many of whom are living on the streets.

.
I know, when publishing comments one should use reason rather than passion but the more I think about it, the angrier I get. If there had been electoral reform PPC would have won seats.
In addition to the corruption and hypocrisy of the turd, there’s also the wrong doing of Elections Canada in sending out voter cards to non-citizens. There might also have been a problem with the advance vote.
Also, scheer cannot be trusted, he hired a former lieberal insider to destroy Max of the PPC. In addition, he spoke to clerics of a certain religion telling them he would keep their concerns in mind (there’s a vid).
I cannot believe that Canada’s going down the toilet this quickly in so short a time. And to think of all those vets who put their lives on the line to defend the west and democracy. President Trump, you’d better think about also putting up a wall on your northern border

Can’t believe how quickly Canada is going down the toilet and in such a short time. And to think of all those vets who put their lives on the line to keep the west free for democracy.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I’VE TRIED TO POST THIS

B’nai Brith should do a FOIA request of Jasmin Zine’s application for grant money from SSHRC in order to ascertain if what she indicated on the application as the reason for requesting grant money is in keeping with the finish product and if not, force the SSHRC to file a police complaint regarding fraud.

When you do not have a well practiced right to keep and bear arms, even a light threat of violence can take over the political scene. This is what Leftists know.
There are three ways of dealing with this: Fight, Flight, or hope this blows over. It ain’t blowing over. This is a practice from 1400 years of religiously sanctioned uncivilized behavior. So that leaves fight or flight. Knowing Jewish History, flight seems to be the choice they make. And they are.
Young Jewish families are leaving Europe in record numbers. And I expect Canada will be next on the list.

I suppose that, although terribly outnumbered, it would be wiser to stay, fight and invariably be exterminated is the preferred option? Antisemitism has many faces in a society and it would be naïve to believe that defeating the goons on the street would accomplish much.
Antisemitism has ALWAYS been a problem in virtually all European countries. Your so-called “Knowing Jewish history” should have taught you that. The local support Hitler had to round up the Jewish population emphasizes the point.
The muslim migration to western Europe only increases the degree of antisemitism it certainly didn’t create it.
Let us know the next time you are attacked in front of your home because of your racial or religious background and/or the next time your kids are constantly being bullied at school and in the playground.

FORGOTTEN JIHAD MASSACRE AT THE OLYMPICS
=============================================
Most people who are less than 60 years old do not remember
how Arab Muslim terrorists murdered 5 Israeli athletes
and 6 Israeli coaches at the 1972 Olympics in Munich:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich_massacre
Leftists and Socialists and Progressives do not want anyone
to remember this incident, because it contradicts their official
narrative which claims that Arabs and Muslims are innocent
victims, and also claims that Israelis and Jews are violent aggressors.
Arabs and Muslims were not satisfied with the number of Jews
they killed, so in 1973, they launched an attack against Israel,
on the most holy day of the Jewish calendar.
That attack is remembered as The Yom Kippur War.
For more information, look up Yom_Kippur_War on Wikipedia (dot) org.
Leftists and Socialists and Progressives do not want anyone
to remember this war, because many Arab nations attacking
Israel on the most holy day of the Jewish calendar contradicts
the official Leftist narrative which claims that Arabs and Muslims
are innocent victims, as innocent and also
claims that Israelis and Jews are violent aggressors.

It is horrendous in my opinion that Justin Trudeau got re-elected. So this Islamic Voting Guide is just one example of how Islam will continue to creep into Canadian society and cause more creepiness. ?
