Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Keeping up with the Qardashians: new Islamic State caliph is Sharia judge Abdullah Qardash

Oct 29, 2019 4:00 pm By Robert Spencer

“After his release Qardash served as a religious commissar and a general sharia judge for al-Qaeda…”

A “religious commissar and a general sharia judge”? What? Don’t these people realize that al-Qaeda and the Islamic State (ISIS) have nothing whatsoever to do with Islam? Pope Francis should head to Iraq now to explain their peaceful religion to al-Baghdadi and Qardash.

“The Professor – ISIS’s ‘cruel but popular’ new leader: Ex-Saddam officer Abdullah Qardash, who was imprisoned alongside Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and eliminated his rivals, takes the reins after former chief was killed in US strikes,” by Chris Pleasance and Joe Middleton, Mailonline, October 28, 2019 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

ISIS’s new leader is believed to be a former officer in Saddam Hussein’s military who forged an alliance with al-Baghdadi in prison before becoming his enforcer and chief policymaker.

Abdullah Qardash – nicknamed The Professor or The Destroyer because of his reputation as a brutal legislator – is known as a cruel but popular figure among the ISIS rank-and-file.

According to a statement by Amaq, ISIS’s press agency, Baghdadi appointed Qardash to run the group’s day-to-day operations in August this year, making him the heir-apparent after his former boss killed himself during a raid by US forces in Syria at the weekend.

However, with the so-called Caliphate now split into independent cells spread across at least two countries, it is far from clear that Qardash will be able to retain full control over the group.

Two other figures – Tunisian Abu Othman al-Tunsi and Saudi Abu Saleh al-Juzrawi – have also been named by experts as likely contenders.

Qardash – also known as Hajji Abdullah al-Afari – was born in Tal Afar, a Sunni-majority town in Iraq – before joining the military while Saddam Hussein ruled the country.

Following the invasion of Iraq by the US in 2003 and President Bush’s move to disband the country’s military, he found himself locked in jail accused of having links to al-Qaeda.

Languishing in a cell at Camp Bucca, Qardash formed a close bond with Baghdadi, who was then fomenting the extremist religious code that would provide the ideological grounding for the death cult that became ISIS.

After his release Qardash served as a religious commissar and a general sharia judge for al-Qaeda, according to researchers at the S. Rajartnam School of International Studies in Singapore….

This new ISIS caliph is also a Sharia law judge, this means he is actually a pagan law judge.

For the origin of Sharia law is revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995. The point is this history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.

There is the above and other references imply that such pagan teachings were incorporated into the religion that Muhammad manufactured and then started.

Thus this further reveals that a lot of ancient paganism is part of the whole religion of Islam.

In other words, ancient paganism makes up much of Islam. Therefore Islam is a hoax.

Do you have a list of the religions that are hoaxes handy? It would be a useful guide.
BTW. Who exactly decides that a religion is a hoax?

He looks like the type of Sharia judge who would sentence someone to an amputation then cut off the hand or foot himself & enjoy it.

While rank-and-file soldiers came from all over the world, the bulk of ISIS officers was composed of former Saddamites and Chechens. Both had military knowledge and experience.

My guess is a three-way free-for-all between Erdogan on one side, the Ayatollahs on the second and the MBS + Imran Khan together on the third. Each, in addition to fighting both the others, will be trying very hard to provoke Israel into the fray (make sure Iron Dome and THAAD work!) Their biggest problem, though, will be their own populations. Also keep in mind that Saudi Arabia has no armed forces worth the name and its sidekick, Pakistan, has the Bomb…

      ISIS is effectively Erdogan’s proxy.

      Stay tuned.

      That’s just my take.

My only difference w/ your assessment – Pakistan is gonna go to Turkey’s side, not Saudi Arabia’s. Both Saudi Arabia and UAE have chosen to pick India’s side over Pakistan’s on Kashmir, given that India is one of their few remaining big customers of oil while it’s rapidly declining, much to Pakistan’s chagrin. In the meantime, Turkey has lent a voice to Pakistan on the same issue, and they recently announced a media partnership w/ both Pakistan and Malaysia. In short, Turkey is pulling in all the Sunni Jihadist Muslim countries that the Saudis decided to abandon in order to placate the US, and Iran is barely holding its Shi’ite allies together

        I foresee some conflicts here:

        1. Arab vs Turk: In Northern Syria, where Assad vs Erdogan lines are drawn, and Russia would have to pick b/w a vassal and an ‘ally’ of convenience

        2. Turk vs Iranian: In Azerbaijan, which is leaning towards Turkey, but is Shi’ite. Iran’s north west province by the same name – capital Tabriz – is like them, but that’s very much assimilated into Iran, despite the Turkic ethnicity. Then there’s also the Shi’ite vs Sunni aspect b/w the 2

        3. Iranian vs Arab: in the Straits of Hormuz and the Gulf. Actually, here, Imran Khan is trying to mediate b/w the 2 sides, except that the Arabs don’t really seem to like him or his country

All these frictions will be facilitated by the withdrawal of US forces from the region, which is why it should happen

  7. Infidel says

    Oct 29, 2019 at 6:30 pm

He needs to move to Turkey quickly if he wants to be out of range of US forces: that’s the only country that has the US in a bind thanks to its NATO membership

Memo to Chris Pleasance and Joe Middleton, Mailonline:

That “extremist religious code” that Baghdadi was “fomenting” is basic Islam, true to the texts.

The “death cult that became ISIS” is modelled on Mohammed’s.

On an anthropological level – I wonder where this hatred of the feminine comes from. It is not conducive to the survival of the species and therefore pathological.
This person is very ill. Islam is the disease.
