Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Majority of American Jews believe “extreme right” more threatening than “extreme Islam”

Oct 26, 2019 8:00 am By Christine Douglass-Williams

A stunning finding about American Jews polled in the U.S. on the threat of antisemitism: more Jews believe that the “extreme political right” poses a bigger threat than Islamic “extremism,” according to an American Jewish Committee (AJC) poll:

Almost 90 percent of Jews who responded said that the extreme political right presents an anti-Semitic threat. Less, though, said the same about “extremism in the name of Islam” — only 85 percent said it represents an anti-Semitic threat in the United States.

This despite the fact that Islamic antisemitism has had a huge impact, all the way up to Congress. Even a Washington Post article identified Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar as open antisemites. Their partnership with “vicious antisemites” who also aim to destroy Israel is well known.

In reality, there is no organized “extreme political right” today. The entire Palestinian resistance is based on obliterating Israel “from the river to the sea,” and the movement has managed to gain worrying traction over the decades, a movement which began in 1948 among surrounding Arab nations, as the Jewish state declared its nationhood. Yet still denial prevails. How troubling and how damaging this trend is to efforts to resist the Islamization of the West and the global jihad.

When one looks for evidence about antisemitism on the “far right,” there is first of all a problem simply with defining the “far right,” as this term is routinely linked to Nazism. But Nazism was socialist Left, not right. Hitler’s National Socialist German Workers’ Party, or Nazi Party, persecuted the Jews. Hitler allied with the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem in seeking a “final solution“; today, we still see a Leftist-Islamic supremacist alliance that threatens Jews and the world at large.

Here are some references to note:

  • “Hamas has called on Gazans to stop waving banners with swastikas during Friday’s border riots… The terrorist group says it does not want ‘the Zionist occupation to use it to delegitimize the demonstrations.’”
  • French Jews targeted by Muslims are flocking to Israel for their safety, as the number of Jews in France is dwindling fast.
  •  Germany’s Angela Merkel admitted that antisemitism is coming to the country from “refugees or people of Arab origin.”
  • Current trends indicate highly disturbing facts about the continued rise of Islamic antisemitism — see HERE.
  • Jihad Watch has a whole category monitoring Islamic antisemitism. Read HERE.
  • The David Horowitz Freedom Center released a booklet: “Islamic Anti-Semitism in the United States,” by Robert Spencer.
  • The Jewish Virtual Library has prepped a reference page for those who need to see it for themselves how ingrained Islamic antisemitism is, with references from the Qur’an.

The poll about American Jews and their views about antisemitism also included this:

“When asked about their own voting history, 61 percent of respondents said they voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election — 17 percent said they voted for Donald Trump.”

Donald Trump has stood behind Jews and the Jewish state of Israel. Those on the so-called “far-right” experience daily verbal attacks, smears to their reputation, and sometimes physical assaults from the likes of Antifa in their efforts to protect freedom and to stand with the state of Israel.

The AJC stats are appalling, and reminiscent of the effects of the propaganda that the Nazis spread in manipulating the masses in World War II. Today, the propaganda mill is churned by politically correct Leftists who supposedly champion causes such as “tolerance,” “diversity” and “pluralism” — all absent from the doctrines of normative Islam. They ignore systemic Islamic persecution of religious minorities, including Jews, black slavery by Arab Muslims, and the whole range of human rights abuses committed worldwide in the name of Islam and Sharia.

“Poll: Extreme right-wing more anti-Semitic than Islam, Jews say,” by Jordan Fenster, CT Post, October 24, 2019:

American Jews believe anti-Semitism is a problem in the United States and becoming more so, according to a poll released this week.

When asked how much of a problem “do you think anti-Semitism is in the United States today,” 88 percent of Jews responded that it is either “a very serious problem” or “somewhat” of a problem, according to the poll released Wednesday by the AJC.

When asked about sources of that rise in anti-Semitism, 18 percent of respondents said the Democratic Party bears some responsibility.

That number rises to 54 percent when asked if the Republican Party bears some responsibility, with 17 percent saying the GOP bears “total responsibility” for the current level of anti-Semitism.

Almost 90 percent of Jews who responded said that the extreme political right presents an anti-Semitic threat. Less, though, said the same about “extremism in the name of Islam” — only 85 percent said it represents an anti-Semitic threat in the United States.

When asked the same about the extreme political left, 64 percent said it presents an anti-Semitic threat.

Though the majority of respondents said they had not been the victim of either a verbal or physical attack, many Jews said they did not openly identify their heritage — 31 percent said they have “avoided publicly wearing, carrying, or displaying things that might help people identify” them as Jewish…..

If the interviewed Jews are confused about who their real enemy is, the far right seems to be confused as well.

At the Charlottesville demonstration, the focus was mostly on Jews and black people. Some demonstrators had signs or chanted, ‘The Jews will not replace us’.

Er, reality check, guys: it is the Muslims who are the threat, not the Jews.

Actual real Nazis are IN AGREEMENT with muslims over Jews. Meaning both parties want them COMPLETELY wiped out.

I think the best way to convince people of that fact is a sign saying:

      ISLAM IS RIGHT ABOUT JEWS!
      – KKK

Maybe that will wake some Jews up.

The Qur’an says the Jews are the Greatest enemy of Islam. So they are censored because if they utter one word it will be said ‘SEE! Kill the Jews now in landslide.’ So Jews have to be careful. They know exactly what can happen once the mob gets speed…..like BDS or any kind of political Islam. But nazigroups must go as well and for sure KKKLan. These groups are anti what America is supposed to be to extreme. We will never get Islam our until we get nazigeoups, KKKlan any Supremacists our. ANTI freedom is not part of Freedom. Calling for killing or apartheid is not part of free speech.

Don’t forget there were actually two days at Charlottesville. The first day, Friday evening August 11, 2017 was a march by proto-Nazis with anti-Semitic and anti-black signs. This march went without significant violence. The police did their work and kept the different sides separate.

The main march was Saturday, August 12, 2017. This was primarily in protest of the move to remove the confederate statue. The police did not do their jobs, forced the demonstrators to encounter the counter-demonstrators, and did nothing to prevent the initiation of violence by the antifa and antifa-style counter-demonstrators.

Which is a good reflection of the actual right: anti-Semitism exists, but is relatively isolated from the real issues, which is the preservation of the national, cultural and ethnic identity of the native US population.

Sadly, American Jews cannot see that the Democrat party has a new sweetheart–or pair of new squeezesthat exclude Jews from the picture. The radical left and its Islamic allies have stolen your honey. Move on guys, and stop making excuses for this loathsome threesome. Stop whining, because even if you could persuade the Dems to make it a sadistic foursome, Yuck!

Quite true, Christine. When I tell other American Jews that the Left and Islam are more dangerous than the White Right today I usually get shouted down or dismissed as a right-wing bigot. This, despite my own liberal history. I voted for Obama and Hilary! I was active in the Sierra Club for 20 years until they endorsed Black Lives Matter, an anti-Semitic group.

    • Lotus says

      Oct 26, 2019 at 9:32 am

Roland, I sympathise with you. I have long thought it’s time to acknowledge that one does not have to be right-wing to oppose Islam.

In fact, that plays right into the Muslims’ hands, because they can then easily dismiss all criticism of Islam as right-wing bigotry and consign it to the political ghetto.

But in these days of highly polarised political tribes, it’s difficult to get this message across.

I consider myself a liberal as well. It is mind-boggling how many people who self-identify as liberals refuse to acknowledge that Islam is antithetical to virtually everything they claim to stand for. Ditto the silence of Western feminists on Islam. “Identity politics” at work.

Yes. I had always been liberal. Most all my family, as well. The left had always represented the working class. Now, all those I had agreed with before will not discuss any issues, only going along with their party. It is mind boggling how Islam is not recognized as a danger in my Jewish community. Political parties are tipster turvy in regard to many issues. Maybe because Trump is actually an Independent thinkerand really belongs to neither.

I consider myself “sort of center right”, very much in favor of true democracy. In my discussions with “leftists” or even “a-political” people I keep hearing “Do not paint all Muslims with the same brush”, as soon as I mention the danger Muslims pose, BECAUSE of their ISLAMIC beliefs and loyalty and NOT their race.

Leftists do not share my opinion that Religion is a choice and not an accident of birth. And they in turn seem to also paint Muslims with the same brush, but in their case a “white brush”, due to the principle “innocent until proven guilty”.

I too believe in that principle, but the evidence of the problems with Islam I bring the leftist refuse to hear, believe, discuss or to describe specifically to Islam’s doctrine. Sigh.

    A few points.
(1). Suggesting that most Jews “avoided wearing, carrying or displaying things that might help people identify them as Jews” is very misleading. The only Jews who ever did wear things that identified them as Jews were those of the Ultra-religious Jewish sects which are a distinct minority. There is no indication that they have changed their method of dress. Also a large percentage of those who identify as being “Jewish” are “secular Jews” who have little or no religious affiliation.
    (2) “Antisemitism” is (and always has been) so wide spread that distinctions are mostly irrelevant. Although it is true that Islam’s threat is most vocal and threatening it barely eclipses the threat from the far-right, the Neo-Nazis (the name tells it all) and the White Supremacists. In fact islam probably enables the more traditional American anti-Semitic groups to be emboldened.
(3). The fact that the vast majority of Jews have assimilated into U.S. society and that “mixed” marriages are very, very common is little protection against the determined anti-Semite. The Jews in Germany were very well assimilated when Hitler rose to power so the Nazis considered being 1/4 Jewish to be enough. The European countries Hitler conquered had, for the most part, no difficulty “giving up” their “well assimilated” Jews to the Nazis. In fact some were very enthusiastic in doing so.
(4). The problem of anti-Semitism is much more complex than many make it out to be.

      Oct 26, 2019 at 12:48 pm

Also. The Jewish population of the U.S. is less than 2% of the total population making it, as a voting bloc, irrelevant for the most part.

      • PABLO says

The money they pour into elections give them a much larger “voting block’ than the 2% of the population they represent.

Any way you cut it it’s still ONE MAN ONE VOTE.
The above article would support the assertion that support from the Jewish community would be divided between both major parties. Much of the support for one party cancels out some or most of the support for the other one.
Also, this article further confirms that there is no one unified Jewish bloc. i.e. there is no “Jewish opinion”.
In other words there is no unified “Jewish support” for one party or the other.

This is, again, an example of how its very important not only to define words but also terms .

Such as the terms as the one used above which is “Extreme Islam” there are also other terms as terms “Radical Muslim” and “Islamic extremist” is actually a misuse of terms. “Moderate Muslim” are actually Western term and not that well known in the Islamic Middle East. This is because what In the Islamic mindset in the Muslim Middle East as well as in Indonesia and other Muslim controlled countries what the non-Muslims of the Western nations view as “radical and “extremist” the Muslims of those places in the world see as “Normal” and even Devout and committed to the Cause of Islam”. Likewise they view those who Westerns see as “Moderate Muslims” those of the Islamic worldview and non-devout and non –committed Muslims. The violent jihadists even see them as “hypocrites.” Therefore, this explains the jihadist chant of those jihad-minded Muslims in different Islamic terror organizations. When they chant out loud “Death to infidels and hypocrites.” Meaning Death to people who and not Muslims and people who are non- jihadist Muslims.

Concerning the last part of this above essay, the violent spirit of that vicious jihadist chant “Death to infidels and hypocrites.” The later word of the chant “hypocrites” in the jihad –minded Muslim worldview is further explain in the book titled JIHADIST PSYCHOPATH by Jamie Glazov , for on page 42 the reader is informed that “Islam mandates that devout and real Muslims must punish , and in some circumstances kill, those Muslims whom they regard as neither legitimate nor properly devout.”

Muslims killing Muslims en masse does happen: how short are people’s memories.

The Iran-Iraq war (1980-1988) totaled 1 million Iranian casualties and between 250,000-500,000 Iraqi deaths.

Or consider the massive killing operation this been going on in Syria for the last 10 years. Turks, Kurds, Syrian Muslims, ISIS. All killing each other for geopolitical supremacy.

But the idea that militant Islam will be permanently played off against each other is disproven by 11 centuries of history.

While studying PR, the texts will inform the student that the ‘media tells the public/people *what to think about*…not what to think.’

However, the reality is, the media tells the public/people what to think about what they think about.

We are told every day that moslims only want to live as the rest of the citizens.. work, raise their families, worship, etc. We are told every day that the *left* is out to see that ***everyone*** gets what is coming to them in the form of …whatever form is trendy at the moment. We are told that those who oppose islam are racists, bigots, hateful, etc. We are told that anyone who does not agree with people like aoc, omar, talib, and their ilk, are the racists and bigots and want to take away everyone’s rights but their own.

We are told that Christians are the worst of the worst at being bigots and racists and all Christians carry guns and go shooting up places and people, killing for Jesus. And we are told that Christians hate Jews.

The media tells us what to think about what we think about and most people can’t discern that the media is not being truthful…most people eat what they are fed. and regurgitate it back for others to believe and consume.
One of the ways people are being controlled is by the educational system…they educate the kids to believe what the media tells them and reject what those who disagree have to say…without first **thinking** about either. aoc sounds very much like a smart-mouthed teenager who believes she is smarter than anyone else on the planet. Just as ‘o’ does. And she is friends with omar and tlaib…and thinks they are her friends.

‘Far Right’ is a politically invented term, just as ‘Palestinian’ is. The Bolsheviks and the Nazis were so vehemently opposed to each other as they were struggling over exactly the same political ground to control people’s lives and actions. The Muslims do exactly the same thing with Islam and Sharia Law which also seeks to control people’s lives and actions, but they have been in business for 1,400 years or so of continual success honing their skill. The Jews need to reassess their fears.

Okay , which Moslem Leader is not a threat to the Jews? The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseiniin was probably the most famous and most popular leader in the Arab world in his time. He formed 3 SS Divisions of moslems who helped Hitler with the Holocaust murdering Hundreds of thousands of Bosnian and Serbian Jews and Christians and forcing refugees to the Gas Chambers . His enthusiastic and continued support for Hitler has had huge implications for the future of the Middle East. Yasir Arafat began his career working for the Mufti after the war and would continue to praise him as late as 2002.Arafat’s connection to the Mufti and the Mufti’s high prestige in the Arab world would create major concerns in the world’s Jewish community about the sincerity of the commitment to peace of Arafat and other Arab leaders.Nazi Germany was admired by a large part of the Islamic world. Even Anwar Sadat praised Hitler as late the 1950’s. Meanwhile, both Hitler and Himmler admired many aspects of islam . To even contemplate the idea of Peace between islam and any other Religious Group removes all Sanity from those who utter it. 1400 Years of History and every day actions from islamic nations proves this beyond any doubt .

the day the Palestinian Arabs seek peaceful coexistence is the day they will have a second Palestinian state in the WB and Gaza.

“There are only two specific Arab goals at present: elimination of the consequences of the 1967 aggression through Israel’s withdrawal from all the lands it occupied that year, and elimination of the consequences of the 1948 aggression through the eradication of Israel. The second goal is not, in fact, specific but abstract, and some of us make the mistake of starting with the second step instead of the first… we should learn from the enemy how to move step by step.”

The PLO considers that the signing of the Declaration of Principles constitutes a historic event, inaugurating a new epoch of peaceful co-existence, free from violence and all other acts which endanger peace and stability. Accordingly, the PLO renounces the use of terrorism and other acts of violence and will assume responsibility over all PLO elements and personnel in order to assure their compliance, prevent violations and discipline violators.

The day he signed this agreement on the White House lawn, Arafat made a radio broadcast in Arabic assuring listeners that the Oslo Accords are Stage 1 of the Plan-of-Stages.

In 1994, Arafat spoke in a mosque in Johannesburg, South Africa:

“This agreement I am not considering it more than the agreement which had been signed between our prophet Muhammed and Koraish.”

[Comment: In the Seventh Century, Muhammad contracted a peace treaty with the Arabian tribe of Koraish. Two years later, he attacked and destroyed the tribe of Koraish.]

Also in 1994, Arafat wrote to groups opposing the Oslo Accords:

“In order to obtain the goal of returning to Palestine, all of us sometimes have to grit our teeth. But it is forbidden that this harm the continued struggle against the Zionist enemy. Cooperation and understanding between the PLO and the rejectionist organizations is what will lead to the speedy retreat of Israel from the occupied territories in the first stage, until the establishment of a Palestinian state with its capital in Jerusalem. Only a state like that can then continue the struggle to remove the enemy from all Palestinian lands.”

In 1995, he told Arab diplomats stationed in Stockholm, Sweden of the PLO plan:

“[T]o eliminate the State of Israel and establish a purely Palestinian state. We will make life unbearable for Jews by psychological warfare and population explosion; Jews won’t want to live among us Arabs.”

Arafat in a Voice of Palestine broadcast, 1995 :

“The struggle will continue until all of Palestine is liberated.”

[Comment: As noted above, “all of Palestine” always includes Israel.]

In May 2001, two 13-year-old boys, Kobi Mandell and Yosef Ish-ram, went for a short hike near their homes in Tekoa. They were set upon, dragged into a cave and beaten to death with rocks. In Egypt, it was reported that the two lads were

“Zionist Nazis put to death for crimes against humanity”. In Iran the killing was reported as “capture and execution of two terrorists” .

          Egypt

“Our aim is the full restoration of the rights of the Palestinian people. In other words, we aim at the destruction of the State of Israel. The immediate aim: perfection of Arab military might. The national aim: the eradication of Israel.” – President Nasser of Egypt, November 18, 1965

“Brothers, it is our duty to prepare for the final battle in Palestine.” – Nasser, Palestine Day, 1967

“Our basic objective will be the destruction of Israel. The Arab people want to fight . . . The mining of Sharm el Sheikh is a confrontation with Israel. Adopting this measure obligates us to be ready to embark on a general war with Israel.” – Nasser, May 27, 1967

“We will not accept any … coexistence with Israel. … Today the issue is not the establishment of peace between the Arab states and Israel …. The war with Israel is in effect since 1948.” – Nasser, May 28, 1967

“The armies of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon are poised on the borders of Israel . . . . to face the challenge, while standing behind us are the armies of Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait, Sudan and the whole Arab nation. This act will astound the world. Today they will know that the Arabs are arranged for battle, the critical hour has arrived. We have reached the stage of serious action and not declarations.” – Nasser, May, 30, 1967 after signing a defense pact with Jordan’s King Hussein

“We are now ready to confront Israel …. The issue now at hand is not the Gulf of Aqaba, the Straits of Tiran, or the withdrawal of UNEF, but the … aggression which took place in Palestine … with the collaboration of Britain and the United States.” – Nasser, June 2, 1967

“Under terms of the military agreement signed with Jordan, Jordanian artillery co-ordinated with the forces of Egypt and Syria is in a position to cut Israel in two at Kalkilya, where Israeli territory between the Jordan armistice line and the Mediterranean Sea is only twelve kilometers wide … .” – El Akhbar newspaper, Cairo, May 31, 1967

          Cairo Radio Statements:

May 19, 1967: “This is our chance Arabs, to deal Israel a mortal blow of annihilation, to blot out its entire presence in our holy land”

May 22, 1967: “The Arab people is firmly resolved to wipe Israel off the map”

May 25, 1967: “The Gulf of Aqaba, by the dictum of history and the protection of our soldiers, is Arab, Arab, Arab.”

May 25, 1967: “Millions of Arabs are … preparing to blow up all of America’s interests, all of America’s installations, and your entire existence, America.”

May 27, 1967: “We challenge you, Eshkol, to try all your weapons. Put them to the test; they will spell Israel’s death and annihilation.”

May 30, 1967: “With the closing of the Gulf of Akaba, Israel is faced with two alternatives either of which will destroy it; it will either be strangled to death by the Arab military and economic boycott, or it will perish by the fire of the Arab forces encompassing it from the South from the North and from the East.”

May 30, 1967: “The world will know that the Arabs are girded for battle as the fateful hour approaches.”

          Jordan

“All of the Arab armies now surround Israel. The UAR, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Algeria, Sudan, and Kuwait. … There is no difference between one Arab people and another, no difference between one Arab army and another.” – King Hussein of Jordan, after signing the pact with Egypt May 30, 1967

          Iraq

“The existence of Israel is an error which must be rectified. This is our opportunity to wipe out the ignominy which has been with us since 1948. Our goal is clear – to wipe Israel off the map. We shall, God willing, meet in Tel Aviv and Haifa.” – President Abdel Rahman Aref of Iraq, May 31, 1967

          Palestinians

“D-Day is approaching. The Arabs have waited 19 years for this and will not flinch from the war of liberation.” – Ahmed Shukairy, Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization, May 27, 1967

“This is a fight for the homeland – it is either us or the Israelis. There is no middle road. The Jews of Palestine will have to leave. We will facilitate their departure to their former homes. Any of the old Palestine Jewish population who survive may stay, but it is my impression that none of them will survive.” – Shukairy, June 1, 1967

“We shall destroy Israel and its inhabitants and as for the survivors – if there are any – the boats are ready to deport them.” – Shukairy, June 1, 1967, speaking at a Friday sermon in Jerusalem

The National Socialist German Labor Party were socialists and therefore believers in evolution. It is this belief in evolution that gives them the idea that Nordics are a superior race. The hatred of the Jew comes from knowing what the religion of Judaism is, that Jews call Gentiles Goyim meaning cattle. All Germans were taught by the former leader of the German Socialist party Julius who became the education minister about the religion of the Jews, so that when the holocaust occurred the Jews had no escape since by that time all Germans hated Jews. Only ignorance about Judaism can save Jews. Islam hates Jews because of what is says about them in the Koran but their hatred is based on ignorance whereas Nazi hatred is because of knowledge. Jews are right!! The far right is far more dangerous than Islam because no amount of propaganda can overcome knowledge. The German hatred of the Jews was not based on ignorance. Only boys are taught that it is permitted to lie, steal, cheat and murder when dealing with Gentiles. Pamela Geller is Jewish but she is not a boy. on the other hand Brother Nathaniel was also a Jew but became an Orthodox Christian Priest,

      @Smart Guy:
Dunno how to break it to you but socialists not only do not believe in evolution but they gulag or kill people who do, and especially who teach or work within the field. They invented their own ‘evolutionary theory” based on Lysenko which is basically a form of Hegelian creationism. Things would work because communism needed them to. All things are equal in nature. Any differences are due to exposure to inferior culture.

Darwin is illegal under socialism. The Nazis, being a form of socialism, also had their own theories that suited their purpose. But like Islam and Soviet socialism, they are cart leading the horse. In other words, Western or modernist thought is about reason based conclusions. Nazi/Socialist/Islamic thought is conclusion based reasoning. They start out with how things are and work backwards. Anyone proving or providing evidence that it is wrong, is a thought criminal in all three zeitgeists. Socialism and Nazism hated on Jews because they saw Jewish people as successful unfairly. As middle men or non productives. The Nazis made it racial and the Soviets, class. The solution for both systems was death.

This was a reference to “extremism in the name of Islam”. Most people in the West consider this a threat. Far fewer, Jews or Gentiles, realize that this is orthodox Islam.

Very few American Jews have even an elemental understanding of Islam and are therefore easily duped by cleverly crafted appeals to equal rights and tolerance to defend those who have no regard for either. The somewhat subtle duality of religion and politics in Islam is seldom grasped, as is the reality of sacred scriptures being sources of hatred, violence and domination. It’s the Jewish Mirror Image Fallacy.
It doesn’t help that most American Jews have a European background and therefore have no familial experience with Islam. I used to have a Chabad Rabbi of Ashkenzic background who had grown up in Casablanca and therefore “got” Islam, but he’s unusual and I miss the guy.

Agree (most sadly) with JD. Whenever I discuss Islam with my Jewish friends, I find not only an appalling lack of knowledge, but even an appalling lack of interest to learn. In discussions with Christians from the Middle East, I found the same lack of interest to learn Islam’s essential political doctrines, even among those who most needed to know those teachings.

This is human nature and is not a question of one’s religion, dear JD.

If you are concerned about freedom and human rights, you cannot be positive towards political Islam which removes the human rights and civil liberties of women and ‘others’.

Practically no Jews currently live in Muslim-majority countries. That is the key point. There are solid reasons why Jews don’t want to live there: discrimination and persecution coming from normative Islam.

The idea that white supremacism is a significant problem for Jews is thus disproved by REALITY.
The reverse is true, since Jews are voting with their feet.

Practically all Jews live in Western countries and practically no Jews live in Muslim-majority countries and many Jews are leaving Sweden and France due to persecution from Muslims…

So then, how do secular Jews in the US maintain that white supremacism is a great threat to Jews? It’s nonsense, because the flow of persecuted Jewish migrants is in the opposite direction.

Correction: The idea that white supremacism is a more significant problem for Jews than Islam is disproved by REALITY.

This issue is too complex and too controversial for incendiary generalizations of any kind.
Some simple points in all too brief summary:

    1. Some “far left” and some “far right” groups attack Zionism from different angles; the former think that Israel is a colonial state of settlers and the latter think that the US is controlled by a huge Jewish conspiracy. In so far as they identify a powerful Zionist lobby in US & UK politics, they have some factual justification. A few in both groups link up with similar information and propaganda tropes, but in general “antifa” is violently opposed to “alt.right”.

    2. Traditionally Jews have seen themselves as distinct from other western peoples, especially Christians, and support multiculturalism and immigration for historic reasons, aggravated by memories of exclusion and persecution by nationalist movements in Europe, especially of course in German-controlled areas 1933-1945.

    3. US Jews have in past years been largely on the “left” of politics, partly as a reaction to the “nationalist right”, and also because of an early association in the last century with communist movements, from the Bund to the CPUSA. Other Jews have been influential in financial, media and movie circles, which has aroused enmity from the nationalist “right” as well as the socialist “left”. Israel has helped to change Jewish attitudes, shifting partly towards neo-conservatism and/or against Islamism. This development has complicated the often crude and superficial analyses of both “neo-nazi” and “antifa”/PC bigots.

    4. Not only Muslim but Afro-Asian immigration into the USA and other western nations is a threat to Jews and non-Jewish whites alike. Anti-Israel opinion and influence is strong among all the non-white arrivals, except to some extent Hindus, However, Jewish organizations past and present have played a leading part in promoting mass-immigration, which the “right” sees as a replacement threat to “white survival”, and “far right” groups with their World Conspiracy paranoia see “the Jews” as a driving force in this process.

The way to a modus vivendi is for Jews to join Gentile whites in defending western civilization not only from the “Eurabia” danger but from demographic suicide (cf, former Chief Rabbi Sacks) and cultural devastation (cf. Harold Bloom).

I welcome constructive criticism of this comment.

Have to define “Jew”….ethnic by accident of birth or, religious Jew +/- ethnicity? There are ethnic Jews who are Leftist commies and pander to anti-Semitic Muslims, hate “right wing” nationalists, white people and the State of Israel.

    …………………

    More clueless denial.

Making America Muslim is the unapologetic stated goal of the Muslim Brotherhood expressed in its 1991 Explanatory Memorandum for all to see. The American Jewish community has no realistic idea of the dangers in allowing our free society to be Islamized. The willfully blind Jewish community shamelessly embraces its “progressive” religious tenets of political correctness, moral relativism, and historical revisionism. It is political and cultural suicide. Extreme Islam is a gargantuan worldwide expansionist sociopolitical movement that is rabidly antisemitic. The extreme right in America is Lilliputian by comparison. Feeling more threatened by the extreme right than extreme Islam is denial – not a survival strategy.

The Left, especially the Academic Left, has claimed since the end of World War II that Fascism is on the Right. This is one of the greatest lies of the Twentieth Century and one of the most effective.

The Left keeps conveniently forgetting that those who are on the Right value individuality, Liberty, and Capitalism. Those who loved freedom and Capitalism, especially the Jews, did not do well under the Leftist Nazis. Fascists do not support freedom, Liberty, individuality, personal responsibility, or economic freedom.

Fascists do not support a free market, they advocate a progressive tax system designed to punish the rich. They take religion out of the public square and demand secular education and secular government. The United States and Western Europe have been functioning on “Fascism Light” for much of the past century.

The Jews of Europe under increasing nazi occupation peacefully showed up at the train stations to be relocated with only a small amount of luggage that they were allowed to take with them. Those were their most prized and important possessions. Mostly not much in monetary value, mainly personal. And what happened to those suit cases? We all know now.

The extreme Far Right, [KKK, Aryan Brotherhood etc.] are the same as the Islamists! The only difference is in their armbands, although both seem to use the Swastika. Long overdue that Governments deem them to be ‘Proscribed Organisations’, & ban then outright & deal with their adherents. The vast majority are sick & tired of their pathetic, yet dangerous, behaviour.

At least 85% do recognise the threat from the far left. The other 15%? It’d be interesting to see that broken down by age group? Clearly this % believe the line they’re fed by the MSM and establishment.

So the Jews outside of Israel obviously have no connection or communication with the Jews inside Israel.
What is Israel doing to change that? They are losing their people and worse their people have become their enemies.
