“This is eye-opening history with enormous implications for foreign policy today. Taking us through the sad history of the Middle East peace process, Robert Spencer is the one analyst of the situation with the courage to identify why these peace negotiations have all failed, and will always fail. This book should be the occasion for a major reset of our policies toward Israel and the Palestinians, and a handy guide for everyone who is tired of the media spin on this all-important issue.” — STEVEN EMERSON, Investigative Project on Terrorism

He is probably right, but, what will actually happen with this book is that it will be read by people who already agree with it, and either dismissed or ignored by everyone else. Expect a few negative reviews, and then, a virtual conspiracy of silence.
That Palestinians are innocent victims of injustice, and Israelis are the contemporary world’s Nazis, is a belief that has become as sacred to the modern Western mentality as the Intervention of the Blessed Virgin was to the Middle Ages. Not even Robert Spencer can change that.

Unfortunately you are correct Edmund.

Trump is carefully towing the political correctness line. If he was to endorse this book and make it part of foreign policy, then things could really change. Unfortunately that move is too far off the line.

If Trump were really entirely “politically correct”, then he would not be such a staunch supporter of Israel, nor would he have moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem. Instead, he would be issuing threats like this:
“Warren threatens Israel: Accept ‘two-state solution,’ or ‘everything is on the table’”

I unfortunately had to limit the news I’m getting in my box, I get so many news lists and articles and they are all good! It hurts me but I had to unsubscribe from some of them just to cut back. But I love them all!
I get the same items from most of them anyway. The good news is that I am keeping this site!
Even though I will have less time to comment due to personal situations. Often I just read the headings and keep on running. And a hiatus is not over the top for a while either at this point.
God bless you and I’ll be here!
