And Jews in Europe and America until 1948 would talk about their relatives who were now “Palestinians.”
At the U.N., not a single Arab diplomat prior to 1967 appears to have used the phrase “Palestinian people” or the demonym “Palestinian” to refer to any Arabs. The invention, and dissemination, of the “Palestinian people” was quite an achievement by the Arabs, who had a little help, I believe, from that well-known P.R. firm, the K.G.B.

Israel should formally annex Judea, Samaria, Gaza and if Egypt ever goes Ikhwan again, Sinai, and rebrand itself as ‘Palestine’. Then their citizens will be ‘Palestinians’ and the Arabs/Muslims today masquerading as the PLO can start working on a new branding exercise
Anybody who doesn’t wanna live w/ the Jooooooooooooooos can move to one of Israel’s major enemies – Yemen, Qatar, Turkey, Somalia, Sudan….

I don’t imagine Israel would want so many Muslims in the country. She has no territorial expansion aims–she just wants to be left in peace.

1939: British White Paper Referred to Jews as “Palestinians”
This while current day “Palestinian” Arabs were simply called “Arabs”. Almost as if there was a sizeable Jewish community there for millennia, long before the Arabs invaded, or something…
Moshesays
On a visit to The Royal Air Force Museum London (located on the former Hendon Aerodrome), I was impressed to learn that one of the “Few”–the heroic pilots of the Battle of Britain–was a “Palestinian.” Small wonder, I thought, that so much of British public opinion favored the Arab armies in 1948 and support BDS today. After all, the Palestinians helped protect Great Britain in a period of existential danger.
Imagine my surprise to subsequently learn that the brave Palestinian pilot was actually a Jewish young man from Mandatory Palestine.
I wrote to the Museum Director requesting that this display be clarified on this point. He politely declined, suggesting that the wording was in accordance with standard historical usage. This argument seemed cogent for a few seconds; on reflection, however, it seemed to me that the purpose of a museum ought to be to make the past accessible to the present generation.
The Royal Air Force Museum has elected to obscure the contributions of the Jews of the British Mandate to the Allied war effort against Nazi Germany. It would sadden me to think that the ulterior motive might have less to do with Jews than with obscuring the heinous alliance between the Mufti of Jerusalem and Hitler’s SS. This is the truth that cannot speak its name in modern Britain.
Small wonder that Mr. Spencer is banned from visiting the United Kingdom. His candor and fierce scholarly independence could indeed be disruptive to a fragile social consensus–fraying at the edge of societal decohesion.

This is an actual anti-Jihad post from Moshe. I am both surprised and glad to see it.

“(Mr Spencer’s) candor and fierce scholarly independence could indeed be disruptive to a fragile social consensus (in the UK) – fraying at the edge of societal decohesion.”
Absolutely! But what ‘social consensus’ are we talking about here? There’s the ‘social consensus’ of the liberal-left, quasi-covert-Marxist, holier-than-thou, know-it-all, pseudo ‘enlightened’ champagne-socialist chattering-class elitists (or wannabe elitists) who openly sneer at anyone who doesn’t agree with the pristine agenda that they conveniently hold from the safety of their excessive taxpayer-funded salaries but would throw an apoplectic fit if you dared to argue with them at a dinner party; plus the all-of-the-above-wannabes who don’t or can’t think for themselves but just want to be with the ‘in’ crowd and just agree with every ‘righteous’ platitude on the (BBC) media because it makes them feel ‘good’ and won’t make them look ‘bad’ in interviews for the ‘big jobs’, and plus the others who’ve simply been brainwashed in the upper reaches of the UK education system and whose powers of independent observation have been terminally stunted.
Then you’ve got the other 70-80+% of the population (most of whom voted for Brexit) who are simply too busy on the ground making a living and actually being useful, maybe can’t spend too long reading the papers or watching the BBC, but can see and understand exactly what’s actually going on – but who haven’t got the time to/couldn’t be bothered to/don’t want to get mixed up with all sublime hot air generated by the pseudo-intellectual ‘blimps’ (featured in paragraph 1 above) floating around in the rarefied social atmosphere above them because;-
(a) the ‘blimps’ are/consider themselves to be at too great an altitude to be bothered to listen to them or even hear them, or/and
(b) the ‘blimps’ and their stooges would subject them to sustained (legal/social) aerial bombardment if they dared to think/say/do anything out of line.
Tommy Robinson is an extreme victim of this sort of (shall we say?) ‘affirmative’ social action. Except TR can’t be a ‘victim ‘because (a) he hasn’t got the ‘right’ political agenda since he’s on the (sic) ‘right’, and linked with that (b) he disapproves of islam and (c) he is of English heritage. All of which makes him a ‘villain’ – and villains ipso facto aren’t ‘victims’ and can be treated any old way that ‘those who know best’ in the upper atmosphere choose. Just like your own Robert Spencer, who doesn’t say the ‘right’ things. This is the other (majority?) ‘consensus’, but you’ll never hear it, because it’s the ‘blimps’ who control the jamming equipment. Except perhaps in a proper referendum – but just look what’s happened to Brexit!
And then people talk about ‘social cohesion’ as UK society openly fractures into separate communities, and the English escape the English capital city (less than 44% now!) before they too get dragged into the murder statistics.

Well, Moshe is being mostly Anti-Jihad here. He still wants to pretend that Britain ignoring the threat of Islam is some sort of positive consensus.
